The article deals with the problem of increasing the efficiency of the target functioning of complex systems. The class of such systems includes organizational systems, and for them the task of ensuring the stability of functioning under the influence of various kinds of destabilizing factors is relevant. One of the possible approaches to the definition of the basic concepts related to the stability of the functioning of complex systems within the framework of the general theory of systems is proposed. It is shown that in stable systems, small changes in the organization or structure have a negligible effect on the behavior of the system. If the system is stable, then there is no need to use corrective actions to overcome deviations in the system. The paper introduces and formalizes the concept of stability, and defines a system of neighborhoods. The analysis of possible destabilizing factors affecting the system is carried out. In particular, using the resulting systems of neighborhoods and fixing the requirements for the quality of functioning of the multiversion redundancy system, we can determine the structural stability of the system and proceed to direct calculations. For this, the use of algebraic structures in the analysis of the stability of complex systems is substantiated. The algebraic approach has sufficient constructivism to develop practical methods for assessing the stability of systems functioning. It is important to note that the effectiveness of the intended use of a system for any purpose depends not only on how well the structure and parameters of the system were chosen during the synthesis, but also on how rationally the system for monitoring its technical condition during operation is organized. The article considers the actual task of improving the efficiency of the analysis of transactional reliability of software tools for information processing in monitoring systems of fault-tolerant control objects. The problem is solved by automating the simulation of the life cycle of the transactional structure of the software, since complete software testing is usually impossible. The authors propose an original method for analyzing the transactional reliability of software systems, which allows determining the integrity of the state and the required level of software reliability throughout the entire life cycle. The technique is based on the universal representation of the transactional structure of the relational database of the information processing and management system. It is shown that the developed technique allows modeling and analysis of the transactional reliability of software systems for information processing and management of the ERP-class. For this, a procedure is presented for identifying reliability-critical operational profiles of the system that affect the reliability of the functioning of the monitoring system for fault-tolerant objects. The work uses the IDEF methodology for solving the problems of modeling complex systems, which allows you to display and analyze the activity models of a wide range of complex systems in various sections. The article presents the software implementation of the bioinspired ant colony algorithm, which is used to form the composition of the multiversion software modules. It is shown that the reliability of programs and performance indicators of multiversion software significantly depend on the results of the design stage, at which a decision is made on the formation of the structure of the program complex and the choice of the composition of multiversion software modules. The solution of these problems is supported by the developed software application. The application is focused on the user, who sets all the parameters of the multiversions.
