At this time, technological advances are developing rapidly, and many have taken advantage of technology to help and facilitate the data processing process for users, one of which is in the office. There is a data processing and data transmission application developed by official organizations, the Population and Civil Registration Office of Semarang Regency has a division or section that develops a data processing application called SMARD. This study aims to obtain what affects the satisfaction of every SMARD application user. The method used to analyze and evaluate the level of user satisfaction in the SMARD application is PIECES (performance, information, economics, control, efficiency, and service). This study uses a quantitative approach, performance, information, economy, control, efficiency, and service. The average result of SMARD application user satisfaction reached 4.03. Interbank transfer transactions using third-party applications have become a common trend. The relatively high administrative fees for interbank transfers are the reason why people are switching to the Flip application. Flip is an application for transferring money between banks without admin fees. To measure the level of user satisfaction with the Flip application, a satisfaction analysis study was conducted using the PIECES method. The domains to be measured include Performance, Information, Economics, Control, Efficiency, and Service. The data used is the result of questionnaire responses from 100 respondents distributed using Google Forms, with data collection starting from April 28, 2024, to May 11, 2024. The analysis results showed a confidence level in the Flip application of 90%. The analysis and measurement results indicate that customers are very satisfied with the domains of performance, information, economics, control, efficiency, and service. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Abstract—The acoustic emission signals that arise during the interaction of metal zirconium samples with hydrogen, as well as the changes that occur in hydrogenated samples and are sources of high-amplitude acoustic signals, are studied. Hydrogenation of pieces of compact zirconium iodide ranging in size from 5 to 10 mm, shavings obtained from compact zirconium iodide with a linear particle size from 2 to 3 mm and a thickness of ≈0.2 mm, "coarse" electrolytic zirconium powder with a fraction from 80 to 550 μm, and "fine" electrolytic zirconium powder with a particle size of less than 80 μm is carried out. It is established that the source of high-amplitude acoustic signals in all cases is the cracking of zirconium particles at the macro level, which leads to the formation of extended cracks and fractures on the surface of individual particles, as well as to the grinding of the initial materials. Cracking and grinding are caused by deformation and internal stresses that arise in the samples owing to an increase in the volume of the solid phase during hydrogenation. It is shown for the first time that the atomic ratio [H]/[Zr] in the solid phase corresponding to the maximum amplitude of the acoustic emission signal naturally increases in the series pieces of compact zirconium iodide–shavings of zirconium iodide–"coarse" electrolytic zirconium powder–"fine" electrolytic zirconium powder, which is in good agreement with the results of earlier similar studies carried out on the hydrogenation of titanium metal samples. Technology and information systems are high-speed in their application in helping community activities in the digital era. People's desire to access the Internet has increased to provide opportunities for companies to provide technology services, namely the Internet. One of the latest platforms to gain popularity among young users is Threads, which Instagram launched. X is an online social networking and microblogging service that allows users to send and receive text-based messages or posts. To determine whether Threads and X can be used to the best of their ability to access information, an analysis of the performance of the applications was conducted. This study uses the PIECES method to determine user satisfaction with the Threads and X applications. This research uses the PIECES analysis method, which consists of several assessment indicators (Performance, Information and Data, Economics, Control, Security, Efficiency, and Service) by distributing questionnaires to active users of Threads and X from various regions to get 1002 respondents. The results of this study show that Threads receives an average score of 3.61, indicating that users are satisfied, while X gets an average score of 4.37, indicating that users are satisfied. So, the results of this study show that the average level of satisfaction of X users is more significant than Threads. This shows that X's average level of user satisfaction is superior to that of Threads.

Background: Drug management information systems can serve as tools for decision-making. The effectiveness of such a system can be assessed through evaluation. One of the evaluation methods used is the PIECES method. Objectives: This research aims to evaluate and develop a drug management information system using the PIECES method. Methods: The research conducted was a qualitative descriptive study with inductive analysis. Sampling for this research was conducted purposive sampling. System development in this study utilized the prototype method, with interviews conducted for Management Information System (MIS) evaluation using the PIECES Framework. The design of the MIS system was created using Data Flow Diagrams and Entity Relationship Diagrams. The designed MIS system development was evaluated using the same method. Data processing in qualitative research consists of valid, clear, and accountable word descriptions, sentences, or narratives provided by the researchers, followed by data validation using triangulation techniques and Nvivo 12 Plus software. Results: Evaluation results using the PIECES Framework indicate that the implemented MIS system benefits and aids staff performance in daily drug dispensing. However, there are still manual tasks and lacking features such as distribution, drug expiration warnings, and minimum stock on the dashboard. The proposed design for MIS system development includes several features such as stock in, stock out, and distribution, complemented with drug expiration warnings, minimum stock alerts on the dashboard, and reports for each feature. Conclusion: Implementing the proposed MIS system design can assist and streamline work processes by providing comprehensive information, thus serving as a decision-making tool.

The structure of a ship is completed by processing various steel plates and welding these plates. This butt welding of plates is defined as a seam in shipyards, and this study seeks to find a way to decrease costs by reducing the utilization of steel through effective seam arrangement. Seams were defined and classified according to purpose, and examples of “pieces” and “main plates” where seam creation had an economical saving effect were selected. For “pieces,” the change in the weight of steel utilized depending on the presence or absence of a seam was calculated, and the resulting change in cost increase was presented. In the case of the “main plate,” the quantity of seams does not change, but an example of cost variation due to the appropriate placement of seams is presented. Hence, a large difference was found in the costs of “pieces” depending on seam location. Thus, it was advantageous to create additional seams. For the “main plate,” it was found that narrow-width and wide-width materials incur more costs. This study demonstrates that creating seams is economically advantageous but may not be preferred owing to the increased workload from a production perspective.

Over five years, the implementation of the library information system at IKIP Muhammadiyah Maumere faced a challenge, frequent errors during data input that hindered users from fully utilizing the system. These issues not only affected users’ interest but also highlighted the significance of the human factor in shaping the quality of an information system. To make full use of the system, it was crucial to identify and address the problems associated with it. This research delved into the experiences of 242 library information system users, including lecturers, students, and librarians, by using the PIECES method. The goal was to analyze users’ satisfaction and uncover any underlying issues within the system. The results of the PIECES analysis revealed average satisfaction scores, showcasing users' contentment with the system's performance (3.77), information (3.79), economy (3.80), control (3.77), efficiency (3.77), and service (3.89). These findings suggest that the library information system has been meeting users' expectations. However, a significant problem emerged in the performance variable, particularly in the system stability. Additionally, issues related to data compatibility, duplication in storage, and users’ authority management, access control, and system errors were observed in the information and control variables. Based on these identified challenges, recommendations for system improvement were made by targeting low satisfaction levels. In social life, transactions are inseparable from humans. In general, exchange activities and means of payment for goods are gradually being replaced in the modern world with the presence of banks to facilitate all human transactions. The central facilities provided by banks are mobile banking (M-Banking) or banking services through digital or mobile phones that function almost like ATMs. Livin By Mandiri and BSI Mobile are among the mobile banking providers, with around 62 million users. As a new thing that has just entered the country, mobile banking, especially applications launched for the needs of the community, requires satisfaction analysis. Aiming at these issues, this study examines the effectiveness and efficiency of the system from the following aspects: User interface convenience. The following research aims to analyze user satisfaction with Livin By Mandiri and BSI Mobile mobile banking applications. User satisfaction analysis is determined using qualitative research methods and PIECES or performance, information and data, economy, control and safety, efficiency, and service methods. The results showed that both applications had good performance according to PIECES indicators, but in terms of information, BSI Mobile outperformed Livin By Mandiri in the category, and the Livin By Mandiri application outperformed BSI Mobile in terms of efficiency. The TEMAN BUS program employs technology to improve road-based public transportation in urban areas. The Ministry of Transportation of the Republic of Indonesia implements digital transformation by developing the TEMAN BUS application to support TEMAN BUS transportation services. Passengers will find it more straightforward with this application to access the TEMAN BUS travel route, view information about the departure timetable, and observe bus arrivals in real time. To evaluate an application's effectiveness, it is necessary to assess the user's impression when the program is launched. This study uses the PIECES Framework, which has six variables Performance, Information, Economics, Control and Security, Efficiency, and Service, to assess how users perceive the TEMAN BUS application. The findings of this study were derived from the perceptions of respondents, who felt that information and data performance, control and security, service, and user satisfaction were not good, and from the findings of hypothesis testing, which suggested that information and data performance and user satisfaction were unrelated.

COVID-19 Pandemic makes all Government in the world making somekind of some safety measures into increasing the health safety of it citizen. Efforts have been made to reduce the spread. Indonesian government came up with the "PeduliLindungi" application to protect people in their daily life. This study seeks to determine the level of satisfaction of "PeduliLindung" users using PIECES methode. This type of research is based on primary data which is directly given to respondents using a questionnaire. The main respondents are users who have used (PeduliLindungi). The respondent's questionnaire reached 69 samples and used the Slovin formula with an error tolerance of 5% so that only 59 samples were taken. These results show that efficiency has a significant effect on application users with P-Values ​​< 0.05 and T-Statistics > 1.99 while the other five are still not significant because P-Values ​​> 0.05 and T-Statistics < 1.99. The final number of T-Statistics in Efficiency domain is 4.740 which is bigger >1.99 which means that “PeduliLindungi” Application is efficient into helping the public or government tracking and reducing the COVID-19 Pandemic in spreading much further.

The development of internet technology in Indonesia, especially in the use of computer technology for data processing, is also a concern in the business world. Through computerized data processing, all items that have been sold can be quickly identified, along with their advantages. Toko Afridah Cake is a business that sells various types of cakes and snacks in Tembilahan which is still with an offline transaction system. Therefore, it is necessary to build a point of sale information system at the Afridah Cake store so that it makes it easier to develop a business. Researchers use the SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) system development method and use pieces analysis. The system is designed using three levels of users, namely admin, cashier, and consumer. The system can be used to exist at Toko Afridah Cake because it has passed the blackbox testing stage without any errors. This web-based point of sale system makes it easier for store owners, especially to monitor the transaction process in the store without having to come to the store because the system is web-based so that it can be accessed anywhere while still being able to connect to the internet.

Background and Objectives Government-mandated health and safety restrictions to mitigate the effects of coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) intensified challenges in caring for older adults in long-term care (LTC) without family/care partners. This article describes the experiences of a multidisciplinary research team in implementing an evidence-based intervention for family-centered, team-based, virtual care planning—PIECESTM approach—into clinical practice. We highlight challenges and considerations for implementation science to support care practices for older adults in LTC, their families, and the workforce. Research Design and Methods A qualitative descriptive design was used. Data included meetings with LTC directors and Registered Practical Nurses (i.e. licensed nurse who graduated with a 2-year diploma program that allows them to provide basic nursing care); one-on-one interviews with family/care partners, residents, Registered Practical Nurses, and PIECES mentors; and reflections of the academic team. The Consolidated Framework for Implementation Research provided sensitizing constructs for deductive coding, while an inductive approach also allowed themes to emerge. Results Findings highlighted how aspects related to planning, engagement, execution, reflection, and evaluation influenced the implementation process from the perspectives of stakeholders. Involving expert partners on the research team to bridge research and practice, developing relationships from a distance, empowering frontline champions, and adapting to challenging circumstances led to shared commitments for intervention success. Discussion and Implications Lessons learned include the significance of stakeholder involvement throughout all research activities, the importance of clarity around expectations of all team members, and the consequence of readiness for implementation with respect to circumstances (e.g. COVID-19) and capacity for change. Measuring the quality of a system must be conducted. This is useful for repairing the damage that may be in the system that has been created. One thing that can be measured in a system is to measure the level of satisfaction of a system. Many methods can be used to measure the level of satisfaction, one of which is the PIECES framework method. PIECES framework is a series of activities that measure the level of happiness based on six variables: performance, information, economics, control and security, efficiency, and service. One of the systems that can be analyzed is the system contained in the EPOSAL application. EPOSAL is a localhost web-based application that can be used to create an income statement. The sample in this study was respondents who used this EPOSAL application. The instrument used was a questionnaire. Data analysis was carried out by following the PIECES calculation provisions. After analyzing the data, it is known that for the variables Performance, Economics, Control, and Security and Service, the satisfaction level is at the "Very Satisfied" level. As for the Efficiency, Information, and Efficiency variables, the level of satisfaction is at the "Satisfied" level.

Business developments that occur today cannot be separated from the role of technology and information systems. The system that will be discussed in this journal is a Web-based Restaurant System that uses a QR code. This system will handle at least 5 types of users, namely admin, waiter, chef, cleaning service, and customers where the five kind of users have different access rights. Restaurant information systems using this QR Code can speed up performance in ordering menus, serving ordered dishes, paying bills to customers and cleaning tables after use. The use of the QR code itself is very suitable in the restaurant business and marketing practices because of its advantages, namely being mobile fried and easy to get information. This will improve the quality of the restaurant in terms of service and time. This Web-Based Restaurant Menu Ordering Application is designed using web programming languages, namely PHP. For the database, it will use MySQL and the system development method will use the Agile Kanban method which can help an organization produce software that has been tested and is ready to use. The results of the system design will be in the form of a comparison table for the old and new systems depicted by the PIECES table, then UML for system modeling, and website interface. The system created will help in reducing the amount of paper used for order receipts. In addition, users can also order menus during the COVID-19 pandemic with restaurants that use this system.

ABSTRAK Perkembangan layanan data seluler mulai teknologi 2G Enhanced GPRS (EGPRS) berkecepatan 473,6 kbps terus meningkat sampai teknologi 5G enhanced Mobile Broadband (eMBB) berkecepatan 10 Gbps berdampak pada penggunaan aplikasi eCommerce, media sosial, platform video dan meeting online juga semakin tinggi. Lokasi perangkat 2G sampai 5G berada dalam satu lokasi yang sama berdampak pada penggunaan perangkat dan jalur transmisi yang sama pula, sehingga utilisasi transmisi cepat mengalami congestion. Untuk mengatasi congestion digunakan metode Link Aggregation (LAG) untuk menambah kapasitas antara koneksi Indoor Unit (IDU) dengan router. Untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas implementasi LAG digunakan kerangka kerja Performance Information Economics Control Efficiency Service (PIECES). Dari evaluasi kerangka kerja PIECES dapat disimpulkan dengan implementasi LAG kapasitas link bertambah dari 1x1 Gbps menjadi 2x1 Gbps, congestion turun dari 68,07% menjadi 34,60%, performance meningkat 50% dan throughput meningkat 10,63 Mbps. Kata kunci: Transmisi seluler, congestion, kapasitas, LAG, PIECES  ABSTRACT The development of cellular data services is always growing from 2G Enhanced GPRS (EGPRS) with speed 473.6 kbps continues to 5G enhanced Mobile Broadband (eMBB) with speed up to 10 Gbps has an impact on the use of eCommerce, social media, video platforms and online meeting applications is also increasing. The location of 2G to 5G devices in the same location has an impact on the use of the same devices and transmission lines, so the utilization of transmission also getting congestion. To overcome congestion the Link Aggregation (LAG) method is used to add the capacity between Indoor Unit (IDU) and router connection. To evaluate the effectiveness of LAG implementation, the Performance Information Economics Control Efficiency Service (PIECES) framework is used. From the evaluation of PIECES framework, it can be concluded that implementation LAG make link capacity increased from 1x1 Gbps to 2x1 Gbps, congestion decreased from 68.07% to 34.60%, performance increased 50% and throughput increased 10.63 Mbps. Usaha Kecil dan Menengah (UKM) merupakan salah satu bidang yang memberikan kontribusi yang segnifikan dalam memacu pertumbuhan ekonomi Indonesia. Di sisi yang lain, perkembangan teknologi dan internet juga berkembang sangat cepat. Oleh karena itu, pengelolaan bisnis dengan memanfaatkan teknologi digital yang ada saat ini menjadi bagian penting dalam meningkatkan daya saing UMKM agar mampu berkompetisi dengan pelaku industri yang lain. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah membangun sebuah e-business yang digunakan untuk meningkatkan performa bisnisnya dalam rangka mencapai keunggulan kompetitifnya agar mampu berdaya saing dengan para kompetitor yang lain. Tools yang digunakan untuk menganalisa kebutuhan sistem menggunakan PIECES Framework yang meliputi performance, informations, economics, control, efficency, dan services. Adapun data primer diperoleh dari 50 responden untuk mengukur tingkat kepuasan penggunaan sistem e-business dalam pengelolaan bisnis UMKM. Hasilnya diperoleh rata-rata kepuasan pengguna, 3,92 yang artinya sistem e-business yang dikembangkan sangat penting dan pengguna merasa puas dalam penggunaan sistem tersebut

Information technology (IT) development in internet and web technologies have grown a variety of web-based services. Public services no longer require face-to-face activity, but can already be done virtually through web media. This research will evaluate land services at the ATR/BPN office in Ogan Ilir South Sumatra. The evaluation method used is the PIECES framework which consists of performance, information, economy, control, efficiency, and service. The questionnaire consists of 23 items and distributed using Google Forms. After analyzing the results of the questionnaire, five (5) variables are included in the "Excellent" category (Performance, Information, Control & Security, Efficiency, and Service), and only 1 (one) variable is included in the "Good" category (Economy).

Background: Hospital is one of the important links in the service delivery system to the community so that the hospital is expected to provide information to support the provision of timely and accurate services. To improve the quality of hospital services, an up to date information system is needed. The user satisfaction on information system can be used to evaluate the quality of an organization's information system. Objective: to evaluate the quality of the pharmacy management information system (PMIS) at Sultan Agung Islamic Hospital (SAIH), Semarang, and determine the priority of area for improvements. Methods: In this cross-sectional qualititative study, the responses of all employees to questionnaire were obtained; these employees worked at the pharmacy of Sultan Agung Islamic Hospital in Semarang. The PIECES method was applied. The data analysis included gap and customer window Results: The gap value on the dimension of performance, information, economic, control, efficiency, service was -1.10, -0.82, -0.28, -0.22, 0.01, -0.62, respectively Conclusion: The user's unfulfilled expectation on PMIS at SAIH including dimensions of performance, information, economy, control, service, and efficiency. Priority areas for quality improvement of PMIS at the Sultan Agung Islamic Hospital's phamacy included the menu display, system responsiveness, the completeness of the system, no error occurs, the alert system of the drug stock, the responsiveness of the IT department to the problem of PIMS use. This study explored the relationship between the appearance traits and internal components of Cinnamomi Ramulus pieces, so as to provide a reference for the quality evaluation and the formulation of grade standards. This study determined the appearance traits and index component contents of 41 batches of Cinnamomi Ramulus pieces in the core producing areas of Guangxi and Guangdongand established the HPLC characteristic map method. The weight of the pieces, the narrowest diameter, and the widest diameter of the tr ansverse section were used as the indices of appearance traits. The content of index components(cinnamic acid and cinnamalde hyde)was determined by the established content determination method. The chromatographic characteristics were determinedon a Waters XBridge C&#95;(18)(4. 6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm) column with a mobile phase consisting of 0. 1% phosphoric acidacetonitrile and gradient elution at the flow rate of 1 mL ·min~(-1). The column temperature was 30 ℃, and the detection wavelength was 254 nm. Cluster analysis, principal component analysis, and other stoichiometric methods were used to analyze the correlation between theap pearance traits and the index/characteristic components of Cinnamomi Ramulus pieces and compare the qu ality differences of the piecesfrom different batches and plac es. The results showed that the larger weight, the narrowest diameter, andthe widest diameter of the tra nsverse section indicated lowercontent of main indexes/characteristic components, and there was a synergistic decreasing trend amongd ifferent components. The overall quality of Cinnamomi Ramulus pieces in Guangdong Province and Guangxi Province was similar, but there were still differences between different origins and different batches of the same origin. It is scientific and feasible to evaluatethe quality of Cinnamomi Ramulus pieces and establish grading standards based on the appearance traits and index/character istic components. The research provides a more scientific and comprehensive basis for the quality control evaluation and standardformulation of Cinnamomi Ramulus.

Ekonomi kreatif (Ekraf) merupakan salah satu faktor utama dalam peningkatan perekonomian. Ekonomi kreatif sering dikenal dengan istilah industri kreatif yang merupakan realisasi dari kreativitas dan keterampilan individu. Perkembangan ekonomi kreatif yang begitu pesat menciptakan sinergi yang tak terpisahkan dengan UKM (Usaha Kecil Menengah). Propinsi Sumatera Selatan memiliki ekonomi kreatif yang dapat dijadikan andalan, sektor fasyen dan kuliner menjadi andalan utama dalam peningkatan ekonomi. Ekraf dan UKM merupakan kekuatan tersendiri dalam menggerakan roda perekonomian daerah. Berdasarkan data yang didapat dari Badan Pusat Statistik tahun 2016 jumlah usaha Ekraf yang ada di Propinsi Sumatera Selatan berjumlah 156.322 dan saat ini Pemerintah Propinsi Sumatera Selatan belum mempunyai sebuah sistem atau aplikasi yang dapat digunakan untuk memetakan semua sektor ekonomi kreatif yang ada. Untuk melakukan pemetaan Ekraf yang ada perlu dibuat aplikasi pemetaan Ekraf di Propinsi Sumatera Selatan. Agar aplikasi ini dapat diimplementasikan secara maksimal dan terhindar dari kesalahan baik program maupun aplikasinya, maka perlu dibuat analisis dengan menggunakan metode PIECES sehingga aplikasi ini dapat diterapkan pada Dinas Perindustrian Sumatera Selatan dan dapat digunakan oleh masyarakat umum terkait perkembangan Ekraf yang ada di Propinsi sumatera selatan.

A novel variable stiffness soft robotic hand (SRH) consists of three pieces of layer jamming structure (LJS) is proposed. The mechanism is driven by the motor-based tendon along the surface of the pieces that connect to individual gas channel. Each LJS is optimised by adhering a thin layer of hot melt adhesive and overlapping the spring steel sheet as inner layer material. It can be switched between rigid and compliant independently. The structures of variable stiffness and tendon-driven lead to various deformation poses. Then the control system of SRH and the performance analysis of the LJS are introduced. Finally, the experiments are implemented to prove the superiority of the proposed LJS and the demonstrations show that the designed robotic hand has multiple configurations to successfully grasp various objects.

PO Handoyo Dumai merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang transportasi. Sistem pemesanan tiket bus PO Handoyo masih berupa manual yaitu calon penumpang datang langsung ke loket pembelian tiket, calon penumpang harus menunggu untuk mengantri selain itu petugas sulit dalam melayani setiap calon penumpang dalam memesan tiket yang masih menggunakan pencatatan manual. Maka dibutuhkan sistem yang dapat menangani masalah ini, yang berfungsi sebagai jembatan untuk mempermudah dan mempercepat proses pemesanan tiket pada PO Handoyo Dumai tanpa mengharuskan calon penumpang meluangkan waktu khusus untuk datang ke loket pembelian tiket yaitu berupa perangkat mobile dengan sistem operasi Android. Sistem yang sudah dirancang menerapkan analisa metode PIECES dengan 6 variabel yaitu Analisis kinerja(Performance) 86% menyelesaikan kinerja dengan cepat, analisis informasi(information) 84% memberikan informasi yang berguna, analisis ekonomi(economy) 93% memberikan kehematan, analisis control(Pengendalian) 88% data aman tidak terjadi kesalahan, analisis efisiensi(efficiency) 85% dapat digunakan dengan baik, dan analisis pelayanan(service) 86% kualitas sistem sangat baik dalam pelayanan, uji User Acceptance Test 100% berjalan dengan baik sesuai kinerja, informasi, ekonomis, pengendalian, efficiency, juga pelayanan, dan Black Box Testing telah disetujui berdasarkan 17 butir uji oleh client dan dapat berjalan seusai dengan hasil yang diharapkan.

Mycobacteriosis or fish tuberculosis a chronic or acute, systemic, granulomatous disease in fish that occurs due to nontuberculous mycobacteria and affect all fish species. Families of Cyprinidae, Anabantidae and Characidae appears to be more susceptible to mycobacteriosis. This survey was was carried out to investigate the mycobacterial infection of ornamental fish of Semnan. 30 pieces of goldfish and 30 pieces of guppy were collected from aquarium shops of Semnan and sampled. These samples contain kidney liver and spleen. Detection of mycobacteria from extracted DNA was done, using PCR assay. Partial primer was used to identify the rpoB gene. Results showed contamination of 10% of guppies and 46/66% of goldfish. In DNA sequencing some of the bacterial species was recognized as mycobacterium fortuitum. In conclusion ornamental fish of Semnan are contaminated with nontuberculous mycobacteria. Considering the zoonotic risk of this disease, results of this survey is important to the general hygiene. Investigating the other areas of Semnan province is offered.

Abstrak— Penelitian ini mencoba untuk menerapkan PIECES Framework pada analisis sistem infromasi. Untuk meerapkannya di perlukan untuk menguji respon pengguna pada suati sistem informasi, dan sistem yang akan di uji adalah SIM PKN milik Universitas Muhammadiyah Malang, PIECES berfokus pada 6 fokus analisis (performance, Information and Data, Economy, Control and Security, Effeciency, dan Service). Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah Pengaplikasian PIECES Framework dengan mengukur tingkat kepentingan dan kepuasan pada SIM PKN Teknik informatika UMM. Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Tanggapan pengguna tentang SIM PKN sangat baik dengan rata rata pada tingkat kepuasan sebesar 4.03 dan tingkat kepentingan sebesar 4.19. The National Health Insurance Program (JKN) is organized by Health BPJS focusing on health by using the Health BPJS to provide optimal health services. Therefore, primary health care services must be maintained in quality. To find out whether information regarding primary health information, namely Primary Care applications located in the Depok BPJS Health work area, will be carried out with the best quality, so the activities of the information system are needed. Evaluation is in the form of activities aimed at realizing what is done by using instruments and results to find conclusions, so that problems can arise. The priority is compilation of conclusions from the lowest predicate. Audit systems produce, can be done with several analysis models. In this study, PIECES Framework analysis will be used model, because it is a tool in analysing computer-based information systems, where various factors can be used to analyse such performance, such as performance, information, economy, control, efficiency, and service are needed. The coniferous trees that are found in the Republic of Kosovo are mainly: pine, fir and spruce. Since the Republic of Kosovo does not have enough coniferous timber to fulfill the requirements, it is then forced to import such material from other countries. Importation is mainly done from Montenegro and Bosnia and Herzegovina. This study provides important information about sawmills involved in the sawing of trunks, the yield of the sawmill production, and how much the losses or wood residue like pieces, slats and sawdust will be. To accomplish the study, a number of coniferous trees were sawn into timber and appropriate measurements were made to determine the yield of cutting trunks. The results of the study without considering the add-on for drying are given below: The amount of sawn trunks was 18.158m3, sawn timber 13,710m3, wood residue, pieces and slats 2.626m3, sawdust 1.639m3, other 0.184m3. According to the study, it is seen that from cutting of trunks was produced 75.50% sawn timber, 14.46% wood residue, pieces and slats, 9.03% sawdust and 1.01% others. If worked with better technical measures by performing division of trunks according to diameters and by calculation of models by maximum sawing for each trunk diameter, sawing trunks yield would be higher.
