This is a small collection consisting of various portraits throughout Shauna Adix's life. A portrait of Felix Shinsky is included in this collection.

Karen Huntoon Miller was a freestyle skier sponsored by Colgate during the 1970s and early 1980s. This collection contains images of Miller and her associates skiing in a variety of competitions, receiving awards, and working at summer training camps. Few of the images are identified. This collection consists of 116 black and white and color photographs, negatives, a post card and slides of Vee Carlisle's political career. She was a Utah business woman, politician and activist for more than fifty years. She was also a significant contributor to Utah's historic preservation programs and women's rights. This collection includes photos of her involvement with the Devereaux House, the Edge of the Cedars Monument, and many publicity shots. The items that are identified in quotation marks were named by the donor.

The Phoenix Institute photograph collection consists mostly of unknown groups doing all sorts of activities, summer camps, and in offices, office parties, and giving speeches. The collection consists mostly of printed photographs with a few negatives. It also contains approximately 200 photographs of a trip to Europe, mainly featuring two unidentified men.

The Arendje Aerie Visser photograph collection contains images related to the Kennedy family, an autographed photographs from Vladimir Pozner, Bill Johnson (Utah Symphony Conductor), a symphony violinist and color snapshots related to hunting, fishing, outdoor recreation as well as a protest against the MX Missiles. Folder 1, containing the snapshot from 1992 was transferred before the other materials in folder 2.

This collection consists of digital scans of photographs taken from the O'Brien's portfolio's. To view advertisements and clippings containing interviews and articles about the O'Brien's see Manuscripts. Greta O'Brien retains the originals.

The Marjorie Paul photo collection started as a digital collection of slides documenting a 1951 trip down Glen Canyon, but expanded to include her travel nursing and personal travel; both internationally and within the US. Included are photos of day trips with various organizations like the Audubon, Utah Nature Study Society as well as areas of interest in the Salt Lake Area: Holy Cross Hospital, Downtown, Capitol, Trolley Square, Liberty Park, etc. The collection is minimally processed with only folder identifications, and no individual numbers.

The images in this collection document a small part of the Clayton-Thomas lineage through family portraits. Also in the collection are images of Salt Lake City in the late 19th century. Some photographs are old and fragile but offer an accurate representation of portraiture in the 19th century.

Smoke issues from the smokestack of a small industrial building. A road leads to the edge of a quarry, with cranes and a small shed nearby. Blocks of brownstone are beside the road.

Several men stand outside a two-story building with tall chimneys and what appears to be a widow's walk on the roof. One man is seated on a cellar hatchway on the side of the building. Signs on the side of the building read: "Travelers Insurance Company" and "Travelers Insurance." A low fence surrounds a grassy lawn at the left. The tree in front of the building appears to be an elm.

A four-story stone building with a mansard roof with iron cresting, Corinthian pilasters at the corners, and a high basement is located at the intersection of two broad dirt city streets. Trees and a buggy or carriage are at the right. There appears to be horse manure in the street.

Several large buildings occupy a city street corner. The buildings have heavy cornices and Victorian ornament; most have storefronts with awnings on the street level. A steeple is visible behind the building on the right. A large sign on the side street reads: "Waterous / Hatter / of Hartford / Trunks, Bags, Hats, / Ladies' Furs / Boas, Seal[skin?] Caps, Buffalo & Fancy " Men stand on the paved sidewalks. Street lamps line the road. Trolley tracks are in the road. A striped pole is at the far right.
