The objectives of this research are 1) to study good practices and create mechanisms to enhance honesty in basic education level schools. 2) To study the effect of using mechanisms to enhance honesty in basic education level schools. The samples in the study of the results of using mechanisms to enhance honesty in basic education level schools were 320 lower secondary school students from 5 schools in the Northeast of Thailand, were obtained using stratified random sampling. The instruments used in the research were the manual of mechanisms to enhance honesty in basic education level schools, Honesty measure of junior high school students, observation and interview. Data were analyzed by using mean, percentage, standard deviation, t-test statistics and descriptive analysis. The research found that the good practice of honesty development there are 4 successful mechanisms: 1) Campto enhance honesty, 2) Integrative learning activities to enhance honesty, 3) Student Council to enhance honesty, and 4) Community to enhance honesty. Factors affecting honesty with statistical significance at .05 level, including attitude towards honesty, Future focus, Democratic parenting, and social environment.The result of the development of mechanisms to enhance honestyhas a high level of assessment results in all aspects.The results of the operation with the mechanism of enhancing honesty showed that the personnel had a high level of satisfaction in creating the leaders in the school for development. All personnel sector of schools have a greater role in enhancing honesty. The curriculum and teaching are integrated with honesty in teaching and learning activities. Every school has developed extra-curricular activities to enhance honesty. And every school added a project to enhance honesty in the annual action plan.The results of enhancing honesty in students found that students had overall honesty scores at a high level before and after development.

This research was to study the result of group counseling program based on reality theory to decrease learning burnout of university students. The subjects for the study were 8 volunteered undergraduate students from year 1st–4th in the academic year 2018 from universities under Office of the Higher Education Commission of Thailand who got learning burnout score at 75th percentile and higher, select by using purposive sampling. These students will participate in group counseling program based on reality theory to decrease learning burnout. The program comprises of 3 components: Emotional exhaustion, depersonalization, reduced personal accomplishment and process for 7 weeks with a total of 21 hours. The research instrument was 1) an inventory for a measure of learning burnout with reliability value of.968 and 2) an inventory for a measure of participation in group counseling program based on reality theory to decrease learning burnout of university students with IOC index value of.77. The statistic data used in analysis are mean and standard deviation. The statistic data used in hypothesis testing is One-way Repeated Measure MANOVA. From the research results: 1. The students who participate in group counseling program based on reality theory to decrease learning burnout, after counseling got mean scores of 1.81 and the follow up period got mean scores of 2.01, both have decrease learning burnout result in mean scores of 5.46 with statistically significant at the.05 level. 2. The students who participate in group counseling program based on reality theory to decrease learning burnout, after counseling showed emotional exhaustion with mean scores of 1.84 and depersonalization with mean scores of 1.74 and the follow up period showed emotional exhaustion with mean scores of 2.09 and depersonalization with mean scores of 1.90, both were statistically significant differences at the .05 level. 3. The students who participate in group counseling program based on reality theory to decrease learning burnout, after counseling and the follow up period have no differences result in Learning burnout of reduced personal accomplishment. In conclusions, group counseling program based on reality theory to decrease learning burnout of university students emphasize the importance of relationship recovery and introduce a positive relationship with students. And creating group counseling full of warm, sincere, unity, understanding, acceptance, interest, open-mindedness, respect and willingness to understand, listen to opinions, perceive other’s feelings ; all of which help students to understand themselves more and perceive the world from another perspective. Therefore, we should encourage teachers in using group counseling program based on reality theory to decrease learning burnout of University Students on all level of students.

This research aimed to 1) study the level of self-efficacy, self-awareness, social skills, and executive function of undergraduate students, 2) study the relationship among self-efficacy, self-awareness, social skills, and executive function of undergraduate students, and 3) investigate the effect of self-efficacy, self-awareness, and social skills on executive function in undergraduate students. The sample used in the study was 400 undergraduate students from Mahasarakham University in the academic year 2021, selected by multi-stage random sampling. The research instruments included four questionnaires including self-efficacy, self-awareness, social skills, and executive function questionnaire. The statistics used in the data analysis were percentage, mean (M), standard deviation (S.D.), and multiple regression analysis. The results revealed that 1) students’ self-efficacy, self-awareness, social skills, and executive function, in general, were at a very high level. 2) There were statistically significant at the .01 level correlations between students’ self-efficacy, self-awareness, social skills, and executive function. 3) Students’ self-efficacy (SELE), self-awareness (SELA), and social skills (SOCS) affected executive function, with a prediction of 70.20%.

The coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) has left tertiary students feeling anxious, stressed, and depressed. As a result, online counseling is a new option for students seeking counseling to alleviate stress and anxiety. The aims of this study were to 1) investigate undergraduate students' attitudes towardsonline counseling since the COVID-19 pandemic, and 2) compare the attitudes of undergraduate students at Mahasarakham University towardsonline counseling since the COVID-19 pandemic, classified by gender, academic year, grade point average (GPA), faculty, experience in face-to-face counseling, and experience in online counseling. The participants were 417 undergraduate students from Mahasarakham University who were selected by using a convenient sampling method. The research instrument was the questionnaire on undergraduate students' attitudes towards online counseling. The researcher used percentage, mean, standard deviation, independent sample t-test, and one-way ANOVA to analyze the data. The findings indicated that the undergraduate students' attitudes towards online counseling were at a high level. The situation of the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic is full of unpredictability, uncertainty about the severity of the disease, and incorrect information. Therefore, health literacy preparation is the key to preventing COVID-19 and having the correct health behaviors. The objectives of this study were 1) to study health literacy on COVID-19 and prevention behaviors of COVID-19 among undergraduate students at Mahasarakham University, and 2) to compare health literacy on COVID-19 and prevention behaviors of COVID-19 among undergraduate students at Mahasarakham University, classified by genders, academic years, grade point averages (GPAs), and faculty groups. The participants were 417 undergraduate students at Mahasarakham University chosen by stratified random sampling and simple random sampling. The research instruments were as follows: the questionnaire on health literacy on COVID-19 and the questionnaire on COVID-19 prevention’s behavior. The data were analyzed using percentage (%), mean (M), standard deviation (S.D.), independent sample t-test, one-way ANOVA. The findings revealed that 1) undergraduate students were well versed in health literacy for the COVID-19 infection and their prevention behaviors of COVID-19 infection were at a good level (M = 90.06, S.D. = 9.54; M = 86.87, S.D. = 11.50) and 2) female undergraduate students had statistically higher mean scores on COVID-19 health literacy scores and COVID-19 prevention’s behaviors than males. Students from the health sciences faculty group had statistically significantly higher average health literacy scores on COVID-19 infection than those from the technology sciences faculty group.

The development of school management using Balanced Scorecard in the Secondary Educational Service Area 27 schools aims to study the present conditions and disirable conditions of school management, to develop of school management using Balanced Scoredcards in the Secondary Educational Service Area 27 schools that is comprising with 2 terms of the study. Fristly, studying of present conditions and disirable conditions of school management using Balanced Scoredcard in the Secondary Educational Service Area 27. Secondly, the development of school management using balanced scoredcard in the Secondary Education Service Area 27. The research instruments are the questionaires, the interview froms, the record forms and the assessment forms. The statistics are used for data analysis are mean, percentages, standard deviations and Priority Needs Index. The results showed that 1. Present condition in school management using the balanced scorecard of schools under secondary educational service area 27 the overviews were at the highest level and desirable condition of school management using the balanced scorecard of schools under secondary educational service area 27 the overviews were at the highest level. 2. Develop of management balanced scorecard guidelines in schools under secondary educational service area 27. Academic administration is divided into 4 perspectives. 1) perspectives on student 11 guidelines 2) perspectives on internal education management process 10 guidelines 3) perspectives on learning and development 8 guidelines and 4) perspectives on budget and resource 7 guidelines.

The main research purpose focused on the effects of conducting the instructional model based on the principles of creative problem solving with social media to promote the creation of educational innovation for pre-service teachers. The participants consisted of twelve pre-service teachers. Research instruments were 1) the instructional model based on the principles of creative problem solving with social media, 2) the test of knowledge and creation of educational innovation, 3) the creation of educational innovation’s evaluation form, and 4) the questionnaires’ conducting this instructional model. Collected data were analyzed with statistics and categorized into key issues based on literature. The results were presented through the form of Shapiro-Wilk, Wilcoxon signed-ranks test, arithmetic mean, standard deviation, and descriptive analysis. The research findings were presented as follows: 1) the effects of conducting the instructional model that was conducted sixteen weeks on the course 0537211 Innovation in Educational Technology and Communications in the first semester of 2020. The research hypothesizes were followed the established as follows; 1.1) the pre-service teachers had post-test scores’ the knowledge and creation of educational innovation higher than pre-test with statistical significance at the .01 level. 1.2) they had post-learning scores for creating educational innovations’ processes at the overall excellent level (M = 92.83, S.D. = 11.78), and their educational innovations were be post-learning at the overall good level (M = 48.33, S.D. = 7.45) 2) the opinions’ pre-service teachers toward conducting this instructional model that they have positive opinions to this conduct at the overall excellent level (M = 4.92, S.D. = 0.25).

Positive psychology intervention is mediation that aims to promote quality of life and well-being. Current research integrating positive psychology with the Internet is called online positive psychology (OPP) which promotes and prevents mental health problems, improves well-being, and reduces depression. This experimental research aimed 1) to compare the psychological well-being of the experimental group that received online positive psychology intervention in the phase of pre-test, post-test, and follow up and 2) to compare the psychological well-being between the experimental group and the controlled group. The subjects were 24 undergraduate students from Mahasarakham University, Thailand, selected by purposive sampling. Thereafter, the subjects were equally divided into experimental and controlled groups. Measures used in this study were as follows: 1) the online positive psychology intervention to improve psychological well-being and 2) the scale of psychological well-being based on Ryff’s psychological well-being. The statistics used in the data analysis were the Friedman Test, Wilcoxon signed-rank test, and the Mann Whitney U Test. The results of the pre-test and the post-test showed that the mean scores of psychological well-being of the experimental group were significantly different at 0.05 levels. Additionally, the mean scores of psychological well-being between the experimental group and the controlled group in the phases of post-test and follow-up were significantly different at 0.05 levels. The online positive psychology intervention was effective in increasing the psychological well-being of undergraduate students.

This research focuses on intelligence quotient (IQ) of the primary school students in Mahasarakham Province. There are 5,053 subjects from 64 schools under the Mahasarakham Primary Education Office. Stratified Random Sampling is applied in selecting the subjects. The subjects are divided according to their districts and school sizes (Small, Medium-Sized, and Large) with three units: schools, classrooms, and students. The results are shown in both “Descriptive Statistics” to describe demographic factors and “Inferential Statistics” to compare the cognitive levels among the elementary school students from different demographic factors. The results of the study indicate that the IQ of the primary school students in Mahasarakham Province is at the normal level. Most of them, 3,358 students or 66.46%, have the average level of IQ. 148 students or 2.93% have the higher-than-average level while 68 students or 1.35% had the lower-than-average level. After considering the IQ of the students on an individual basis in the designated educational area, there are different factors contributing to the results including the sizes of the school, the parents’ education level, and the parents’ average monthly incomes (F = 2.521, P-value = 0.040). The level of intelligence is not only the result of genetics and environment, but also the result of many internal and external factors. The study shows that the level of intelligence among the elementary school students in Mahasarakham is at the average level with different basic information and factors such as individuals, families, and schools. Therefore, all related sectors to educational development should realize the importance of promoting the students’ intelligence in order to reach the students’ full potential.
