A woman in her 60s with IgG kappa plasma cell myeloma presented with a solitary erythematous nodule on her right breast, indicative of cutaneous involvement by MM. The diagnosis was confirmed through histopathological findings and immunohistochemistry, distinguishing it from other conditions like lymphomas. Treatment with talquetamab led to complete resolution of the lesions, highlighting the importance of recognizing cutaneous manifestations of systemic diseases for appropriate management. This case underscores the challenges in diagnosing and treating cutaneous involvement by MM, emphasizing the need for further research in this area. [Extracted from the article]
