We synonymize Hellichiella pugach Perkovsky & Sukhomlin, 2015 with Gre­niera yankovskyi Perkovsky & Sukhomlin, 2015 (Stegopterniini) based on the holotype and female paratype of H. pugach (Stegopterniini). Hellichiella po­lessica n. sp. differs from Hellichiella oligocenica (Rubtsov, 1936) (the only species of Hellichiella known in Baltic amber) by its smaller body, narrower head, 11-segmented antenna, greater number of upper corneal facets, cylindrical metabasitarsus, and narrowed gonostylus. Our findings show three species of blackflies in Rovno amber: Greniera ukrainica Perkovsky & Sukhomlin, 2015 and G. yankovskyi Perkovsky & Sukhomlin, 2015 (Stegopterniini) and Hel­li­chi­ella polessica n. sp. (Nevermanniini). &nbsp

Atomaria gedanicola Lyubarsky et Perkovsky, sp. n., a new cryptophagid species from Baltic amber is described. The new species is the first recorded Eocene Atomariinae. The new species is similar to A. fuscipes Gyllenhal. It differs from the latter in having pronotum flat, posterior angles of pronotum obtuse, and antenna short. The record of A. gedanicola syninclused with Ceratopogon biting midge supports the Late Eocene age of the Baltic amber, for the Holarctic affinities of both taxa are incompatible with the paratropical climate characteristic of the Mid-European Middle Eocene. Описан новый вид криптофагид из балтийского янтаря — Atomaria gedanicola Lyubarsky et Perkovsky, sp. n. Это первый эоценовый представитель Atomariinae. Новый вид сходен с A. fuscipes Gyllenhal, от которого отличается плоским пронотумом с тупыми задними углами и короткими антеннами. Нахождение A. gedanicola в сининклюзе с мокрецом Ceratopogon указывает на позднеэоценовый возраст балтийского янтаря, так как голарктическая приуроченность обоих таксонов несовместима с паратропическим климатом среднего эоцена Средней Европы.

Recorded from the Late Eocene Rovno amber (Ukraine) are above 300 families of Arthropoda. One hundred, seventy-four new species, 35 new genera and one new tribe have been described there in 45 families, including 42 species, 9 genera and one tribe of Hymenoptera. The first record of Scolebythidae is documented herein along with more detail information about Chrysididae which was only mentioned there before. Chrysidids are diverse and not very rare in the Rovno amber: four known inclusions represent at least three species in two genera. This makes a contrast with the Baltic amber: of 34 specimens known to Brues (1933), 30 represent only two species. Genera Pristapenesia Brues, Palaeobethylus Brues and Palaeobethyloides Brues and species Palaeobethylus politus Brues and Pristapenesia primaeva Brues, previously known in Baltic amber only, are recorded in Rovno amber as well. Из позднеэоценового ровенского янтаря известно уже более 300 семейств артропод. Из ровенского янтаря были описаны 174 новых вида и 35 родов и одна триба из 45 семейств, в том числе 42 вида, 9 родов и одна триба перепончатокрылых насекомых. В данной работе впервые приводится находка семейства Scolebythidae в ровенском янтаре. Информация о ровенских осах-блестянках (Chrysididae) ранее ограничивалась упоминанием в списке семейств. Блестянки оказались разнообразными и не слишком редкими в ровенском янтаре: в четырех известных включениях представлены по крайней мере три вида из двух родов, в то время как из 34 экземпляров, известных Брюсу (Brues, 1933) из балтийского янтаря, 30 принадлежали лишь к двум видам. Роды Pristapenesia Brues, Palaeobethylus Brues и Palaeobethyloides Brues, виды Palaeobethylus politus Brues и Pristapenesia primaeva Brues, ранее известные только из балтийского янтаря, впервые отмечены для ровенской фауны.

Based on a fossil specimen from the Late Eocene Rovno amber (Ukraine), Cryptophagus harenus Lyubarsky et Perkovsky, sp. n., an Eocene species of this genus is described. The new species is similar to the extant desert species Cryptophagus desertus Lyubarsky and C. recticollis Solsky, differing by the large callosity occupying 1/4 length of lateral margin of pronotum. Из позднеэоценового ровенского янтаря (Украина) описан Cryptophagus harenus Lyubarsky et Perkovsky, sp. n. — первый эоценовый вид рода. Вид наиболее близок к современным пустынным видам Cryptophagus desertus Lyubarsky и C. recticollis Solsky; отличается от них большой мозолью, занимающей четвертую часть длины переднеспинки.

A brief, annotated checklist of the described barklouse (Paraneoptera, Psocodea, Psocoptera) fauna from Rovno amber is provided. All species are also documented in the roughly contemporaneous Baltic amber fauna. The fauna includes representatives of all three suborders and most major lineages of the Psocoptera, including the interesting families Archipsocidae and Sphaeropsocidae. Впервые приведен краткий аннотированный список сеноедов (Paraneoptera, Psocodea, Psocoptera) эоценового ровенского янтаря. Все виды известны также из одновозрастного балтийского янтаря. Фауна включает в себя представителей всех трех подотрядов и большинства филогенетических линий Psocoptera, включая интересные семейства Archipsocidae и Sphaeropsocidae.

Eocencnemus vichrenkoi Simutnik, sp. n. is described. The genus Eocencnemus Simutnik (type species E. sugonjaevi Simutnik from Rovno amber, described based on a female), is characterized by archaic structure of metasoma with apical position of paratergites, absence of special locking setae on distal margin of bare oblique stripe (linea calva), tridentate mandibles and long venation of the fore wing. The newly found male has all from the characters and preliminarily attributed to the genus. The new species differs from E. sugonjaevi by shor- ter postmarginal vein and absence of notauli. Taxonomic position of this genus in the subfamily Tet- racneminae remains uncertain. The type material is deposited in the collection of the Schmalhausen Institute of Zoology (Ukraine, Kyiv). Ранее описанный по самке род Eocencnemus Simutnik с типовым видом E. sugоnjaevi Simutnik из ровенского янтаря, характеризуется архаичным строением брюшка с вершинным расположением пигостилей, отсутствием замыкающих щетинок на дистальном крае голой косой полоски ((linea calva), 3-зубыми мандибулами, длинными жилками передних крыльев. К этому роду предварительно отнесен и вновь обнаруженный самец, также обладающий всеми этими признаками. Новый вид отличается от Е. sugonjaevi более короткой постмаргинальной жилкой передних крыльев и отсутствием парапсидальных борозд (notauli). Систематическое положение рода обозначено как incertae sedis в подсемействе Тetracneminae. Типовой материал хранится в Институте зоологии им. И. И. Шмальгаузена НАН Украины (Киев).
