In order to understand the ignition and growth process of CL-20-based explosives, a comparative study of ignition and growth characteristics of CL-20 and HMX-based explosives was carried out. The ignition and ignition growth of CL-20, HMX, CL-20 and HMX-based explosives were studied respectively by means of ignition test and time-pressure test. The results showed that the reaction growth rate of CL-20 explosives was the fastest, indicating that the CL-20 explosives were easy to ignite, and it was easy to grow into more intense reaction form after ignition. The thermal damage process of the energetic material sample D-RDX was simulated by the thermal accelerated aging test, and the physical and explosive properties of the thermally damaged D-RDX energetic material were measured. The results showed that the physical properties of D-RDX did not change significantly under the test conditions, but the impact safety was significantly different, and the safety of the thermally damaged D-RDX sample showed greater dispersion. The ignition and detonation process of non-ideal explosives is orders of magnitude different from that of ideal explosives on the time scale, which makes non-ideal explosives have a longer growth distance when subjected to shock stimulation, and the ignition growth process of non-ideal explosives is strongly dependent on external conditions, and the process involves complex physical and chemical changes of explosive materials, and today's technology cannot accurately characterize it. In order to study the ignition growth characteristics of non-ideal explosives below the critical initiation pressure, by measuring the pressure change process in the explosive inside the sample tube during the deformation stage of the shock wave sensitivity, it is found that the internal pressure of the explosive first increases and then decays. Therefore, it is judged that when the critical initiation pressure of the explosive is lower than the critical ignition pressure, the non-ideal explosive still has the next critical ignition pressure. In order to understand the reaction characteristics of energetic materials after non-impact ignition, the typical energetic material powder was selected as the research object. The combustion phenomena of ZY-1 and ZY-2 energetic material powder were observed by high-speed photography and thermocouple. The combustion models of two energetic materials were preliminarily constructed through analysis. The arrival time of combustion wave was recorded by thermocouple, and the two kinds of energetic material powders were calculated. To test coefficient sensitivity of underwater shockwave pressure sensor, dynamic calibration is conducted using traceable standard bench sensor and PCB913B02 sensor calibration equipment. In the research, silicon oil of different specification was filled into sealed tank in order to study the relations between silicon oil specification and calibration result of pressure sensor. Explosion tests are conducted using explosives of different formulas and underwater shockwave sensors filled with silicon oils of different specifications. The test result shows such principle and the method of calibration mentioned above could ensure the calibration precision, which therefore certifies the accuracy of shockwave pressure test.
