The logs of network devices, network security devices, and business application systems are an important data resource for troubleshooting equipment and system failures in network operations and maintenance. However, a large amount of log data is stored in different devices in a decentralized manner, which makes it difficult to view and use, and it is difficult to meet the requirements of quickly identifying, locating, and solving problems in network operation and maintenance. Therefore, in order to improve the network operation and maintenance capabilities of business personnel, it is necessary to build a unified log collection, storage, and processing system. This article introduces a log system built with ELK open source components, which has been applied in the earthquake industry network to achieve real-time collection, storage, processing, and display of logs from business systems, security devices, and network devices in the seismological industry network. The implementation details are elaborated in detail, providing a typical demonstration for the promotion and application of this architecture.

The core computer room of Hebei Earthquake Agency has businesses such as earthquake quick report and earthquake prediction. This paper analyzes the current situation of the old core computer room, and points out that the relocation of the computer room takes the minimization of business impact as the overall principle. Relocation implementation is completed through the steps of preparation and inspection of the new computer room, data backup and system detection, equipment sorting and inspection, operators’ optical cable fusion and link cutover, relocation and dust removal, testing and acceptance on equipment power. The summary and reflection on the problems arising from the relocation provide a material basis and strong support for the future operation of various businesses such as earthquake measurement, early warning and emergency of Hebei Earthquake Agency, and provide reference for the relocation of computer rooms of other Earthquake Agencies.

ABSTRACTThis study aims to analyze the different clinical characteristics between children and their families infected with severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2. Clinical data from nine children and their 14 families were collected, including general status, clinical, laboratory test, and imaging characteristics. All the children were detected positive result after their families onset. Three children had fever (22.2%) or cough (11.2%) symptoms and six (66.7%) children had no symptom. Among the 14 adult patients, the major symptoms included fever (57.1%), cough (35.7%), chest tightness/pain (21.4%), fatigue (21.4%) and sore throat (7.1%). Nearly 70% of the patients had normal (71.4%) or decreased (28.6%) white blood cell counts, and 50% (7/14) had lymphocytopenia. There were 10 adults (71.4%) showed abnormal imaging. The main manifestations were pulmonary consolidation (70%), nodular shadow (50%), and ground glass opacity (50%). Five discharged children were admitted again because their stool showed positive result in SARS-CoV-2 PCR. COVID-19 in children is mainly caused by family transmission, and their symptoms are mild and prognosis is better than adult. However, their PCR result in stool showed longer time than their families. Because of the mild or asymptomatic clinical process, it is difficult to recognize early for pediatrician and public health staff.

Objective: To evaluate the effects of molecular adsorbent recirculating system (MARS) and therapeutic plasma exchange (TPE) on patients with amanita phalloides- induced fulminant liver failure.Material and Methods: We retrospectively analyzed nine cases of amanita phalloides poisoning where MARS and/or TPE was applied.Results: The survival rate for the nine patients in this study was 66.7%. Patients who received both MARS and TPE therapies experienced higher survival rates than those who received MARS or TPE alone (100% vs 0%, 50%).
