Objective To observe the antibacterial effect of adding cefazolin into anesthetics in patients with terminal cancer undergoing long-term epidural analgesia. Methods Patients undergoing epidural analgesia with terminal cancer were randomly divided into two groups: the conventional drug group (group C) and the cefazolin group (group G). Both groups were given levobupivacaine and morphine, while cefazolin was added to group G. The mean arterial pressure (MAP), heart rate (HR), respiratory rates (R), visual analogue scale (VAS) scores, satisfaction and complications of patients in the two groups were observed. 3 ml of the used analgesic was taken for bacterial culture when replacing the new analgesic case. Results HR, MAP, R, VAS scores, dosages of morphine, satisfaction of the analgesic and the complications were not significantly different between the two groups (P > 0.05). The overall satisfaction of patients in group G was significantly higher than that in group C (P Conclusion Adding cefazolin to local anesthetics could effectively prevent bacterial infection and ensured the safety of epidural analgesia for patients with terminal cancer.

Microbial fuel cell (MFC) was a promising technology for energy harvesting from wastewater. However, inefficient bacterial extracellular electron transfer (EET) limited the performance as well as the applications of MFC. Here, a new strategy to reinforce the EET by engineering synthetic extracellular matrix (ECM) with cytochrome fused curli was developed. By genetically fusing a minimal cytochrome domain (MCD) with the curli protein CsgA and heterogeneously expressing in model exoelectrogen of Shewanella oneidensis MR-1, the cytochrome fused electroactive curli network was successfully constructed and assembled. Interestingly, the strain with the MCD fused synthetic ECM delivered about 2.4 times and 2.0 times higher voltage and power density output than these of wild type MR-1 in MFC. More impressively, electrochemical analysis suggested that this synthetic ECM not only introduced cytochrome of MCD, but also attracted more self-secreted electrochemically active substances, which might facilitate the EET and improve the MFC performance. This work demonstrated the possibility to manipulation the EET with ECM engineering, which opened up new path for exoelectrogen design and engineering.

Microfluidic chip injection photocuring is a new method for microfluidic chip fabrication. The accuracy of microfluidic chip photocuring has an important impact on the reliability of microfluidic chip. The reaction rate of photocuring system directly affects the final quality and efficiency of microfluidic chip. The rapid reaction rate of photocuring system will lead to poor feeding effect of the reaction system. The forming accuracy is affected, and the reaction rate is too slow, which will increase the forming time and affect the forming efficiency. In this paper, the conversion rate and reaction rate of different active monomers and oligomers used in the formulation system of microfluidic chips were measured on-line. The photocuring reaction kinetics of microfluidic chips was studied, and the influence of the formulation system on the photocuring reaction was explored, which laid a foundation for optimizing the formulation of microfluidic chips.

TaohongSiwu decoction (THSWD), a traditional Chinese recipe, has been widely used to treat hypertension since ancient times. However, the mechanisms of its action are still unclear. Herein, we aimed to explore the gut microbial activity of THSWD in high-salt diet-induced hypertensive mice. Eight percent high-salt (NaCl) diet was used to induce hypertension for 4 weeks in a mouse model. Meanwhile, THSWD was used to intervene in the high-salt diet-induced mice, and the efficacy was evaluated by different parameters. Here, we found that THSWD significantly restored blood pressure compared with the model group. Moreover, THSWD effectively protected endothelial function by significantly upregulating the level of nitric oxide (NO) and downregulating the level of endothelin-1 (ET-1), angiotensin I (AngI), and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) in serum compared with the model group. Notably, THSWD significantly upregulated the relative abundance of Dubosiella and downregulated that of Cyanobium_PCC-6307 and DNF00809 at the genus level compared with the model group. The results of PCA and microbial distance calculation further exhibited that THSWD treatment resulted in significant regulation of the microbial community. Furthermore, compared with the model group, THSWD increased the level of vitamin k2 (VK2) in serum. These findings indicate that THSWD could protect blood pressure and endothelial function by regulating gut microbiota and promoting microbial metabolite VK2. These results show the important role of THSWD in regulating the gut microbiota in response to high-salt diet-induced mice.

Background The shape and cross-sectional area (CSA) of internal jugular vein (IJV) are easily affected by external factors. That causes venous collapsibility. We tried to distend IJV by increasing the pressure on patients' abdomen in order to improve the success rate of internal jugular vein catheterization (IJVC). Materials and methods Patients undergoing IJVC were randomly allocated to two groups: Group 1 and Group 2. For patients in Group 1, the pressure on abdomen was increased by placing a 3000 ml bag of normal saline (NS). No special treatment was arranged for patients in Group 2. Transverse images of right IJV were captured at the outer edge which was parallel to the cricoid by ultrasonography. CSA, circumference (CF), transverse diameter (TD) and anteroposterior diameter (APD) of right IJV were measured and compared. All patients underwent ultrasound-guided short-axis puncturing. The success rates of one-off puncturing in two groups were recorded and compared. Results The results under ultrasonography assessments show that CF, CSA, APD and success rate of puncturing in Group 1 were significantly higher than that of Group 2 (P 0.05). There was no significant difference in complications between two groups (P > 0.05). Conclusion Pressure on the abdomen could significantly increase CSA of IJV. That helps improving the success rate of one-off puncturing.

In this paper, UV irradiation curing technology is used in the processing and manufacturing of micro structure parts and a micro-injection molding method of UV-curable molding was proposed to process microstructures. The special material for UV light curing injection of microstructural products was developed. The light curing reactivity of the micro injection light curing special material and its effect on the processing molding are studied. The kinetics of light curing reaction of UV curing injecting material were studied by online infrared spectroscopy (RT-IR). The contribution of mono functional monomers to the double bond conversion rate of microstructures is higher than that of high functional monomers. Under the same condition, the mono functional monomer can make the UV curing reaction more complete. Under the same process conditions, the rate of UV curing reaction of high functional monomers is higher than that of mono functional monomers.

Paravertebral block (PVB) as a sole anesthetic technique is difficult even in experienced hands. Hence, this study was undertaken to study the safety and efficacy of PVB and to compare with subarachnoid block (SAB) for inguinal hernia repair surgery (IHRS) in elderly male patients.Sixty-five male patients aged 65 to 89 scheduled for IHRS were allocated randomly by computer-generated randomisation sequence into two groups. They underwent PVB (Group PVB: 33 patients were injected with 10 ml ropivacaine 0.5% at each level from T12 to L1) or SAB (Group SAB: 32 patients were injected with 15 mg ropivacaine 0.5% at L3-L4 level). Primary outcomes were hemodynamic changes and duration of postoperative analgesia. Secondary outcomes were dosage of remedial analgesics, time to perform the block, side effects and satisfaction of patients.The hemodynamics in the Group PVB were more stable than those in the Group SAB during surgery (P 0.05). The duration of post-operative analgesia was significantly longer in the Group PVB (P 0.001). The total dose of fentanyl was smaller in the Group PVB in the first 24 h (P 0.001). The time to perform the block was significantly longer in the Group PVB (P 0.001). There was a significant difference in the visual analogue scales (VAS) scores between the two groups at 4 h, 6 h, 8 h and 10 h (P 0.05) but not at 2 h, 12 h and 24 h (P 0.05). The VAS scores were lowest at 2 h for both the 2 groups, highest at 12 h for Group PVB and at 8 h for Group SAB respectively. The Group PVB had fewer adverse effects (P 0.05) and higher satisfaction of patients (P 0.05).Ultrasound-guided PVB can ensure the anesthetic effects of unilateral-opened IHRS in elderly male patients. It has a small impact on hemodynamics, a longer postoperative analgesia time and less complications.

The density scaling of n = 1 error field penetration is investigated under radio-frequency (RF)-dominant heated L-mode discharges in the EAST tokamak. It is found that the density scaling of the threshold field strength for error field penetration in lower-hybrid current drive (LHCD) plasmas is about b r ∝ n e 0.4 , where b r represents the error field amplitude. The results show a weaker density dependence compared to that observed in the previous ohmic heated discharges (Wang et al 2018 Nucl. Fusion 58 056024). For a better understanding of the density scaling, it is compared with field penetration theories, and it is found that it lies in the Waelbroeck regime. The observed scaling is consistent with that evaluated with the magnetohydrodynamic (MHD) theory on error field penetration, for which all the physical parameters are determined experimentally. Due to the density dependence of LHCD heating efficiency, the stronger negative correlation between density and temperature results in a weaker density scaling in these LHCD plasmas. Using realistic parameters under LHCD and ohmic heating as input, respectively, the numerical results based on a reduced MHD model reproduce well the scaling from the error field penetration theory and the observations. Besides, the density scaling in various tokamak operational regimes is also numerically investigated. This provides an excellent validation of MHD theory on error field penetration in the RF-dominant heated L-mode discharges.

PLA is a bio-based biodegradable plastic, which has excellent biocompatibility and biodegradability. Because the mechanical properties of microcellular foaming material is similar to petroleum-based plastics (PS), PLA foams have been considered as ideal alternative materials. However, PLA has several inherent drawbacks such as low melt strength and slow crystallization kinetics, which severely inhibit the PLA foaming process to produce high-density forms and uniform cell morphology. By adding a chain extender or nanoparticles, and blending with other biological materials, these ways could effectively enhance the expansion ratio and the cell density of PLA and improve the mechanical properties of PLA foams. The most current investigations on microcellular foaming of PLA were reviewed in the article, and outlook of PLA foams was raised.

Water-brone UV-curable polyurethane acrylate was synthesized based on the toluene diisocynate, polypropylene glycol, dihydroxy methyl acrylic acid and hydroxyethyl acrylate. The structure and the influencing factors on the water solubility and photosensitivity of the waterbrone UV-curable polyurethane acrylate were analyzed. Results show that the water solubility of the resin is enhanced with the increasing of the content of hydrophilic group in the resin. The UV-curing rate of the waterborne coating is good by adding the 819-DW photoinitiator. Triethylamine is a good neutralizer in the waterbrone UV-curable system for having 90% neutralization degree.

In this paper, polyester polyol, toluene diisocyanate (TDI) and hydroxyethyl acrylate (HEA) were taken as the raw materials to synthesize polyurethane acrylate. UV curable organic silicon nano sol was synthesized by γ-methacryloxypropyltrime-thoxysilane. The UV curable polyurethane materials modified by organic silicon were prepared based on the UV curable organic silicon nano sol and synthesized polyurethane acrylate. This paper studies on the mechanical properties of organic silicon modified UV curable polyurethane materials and puts forward the micro model that inorganic phase is bonded to the resin in the form of chemical bonds. The results show that the heat resistance and mechanical properties of hybrid materials are improved with the increase of the nano silica sol’s contents , the abrasion resistance of hybrid coatings is also improved and the silica nano particles are well dispersed in the organic phase.

Pore structure of soft-slicing coal (SSC) is analyzed with physical adsorption method. Several experiment schemes are designed to carry out the tests of gas seepage characteristics of soft-slicing coal at the different confining pressures, gas pressures and axial pressures, with the self-developed gas seepage triaxial pressure experimental system. The typical coal from TianFu coal mine is especially sampled with different designed surface area parameters. The experiment results demonstrate the relations between the seepage velocity, the effective axial feed, and gas pressure. Under the conditions of the constant axial and confining pressure, the seepage velocity increases in an exponent way with gas pressure increasing, the permeability coefficient decreases in negative exponent, and this seepage process shows capacity fractal properties.

A planetary gear pump (PGP) was introduced to the differential injection molding. The system is matched with a vertical injection molding machine (IMM). The PGP is integrated in the stationary mold and is fixed between the stationary platen and the movable mold of IMM. The dynamic mesh technology in the software packages Fluent was applied to investigate the melt behavior. Characteristics of the PGP, such as pressure and injection volume, used for the DIM process were studied

Injection molded part with micro structures is extensively used as a heatsink, which will provide bright prospects for application. In this present study, analytical models with micro pins, micro holes and micro grooves were specially designed and built. Molding quality and transient heat transfer performance of these parts were investigated via the finite element methods. As research objective, warpage and residual thermal stress of each target under identical molding conditions was compared to evaluate the product quality, and heat dissipation performance of micro structures was applied to assess the applicability of plastic products used as heatsinks. Study results revealed that the part with micro grooves had better molding quality and heat dissipation effectiveness than others.

Polymer melt flowing in the multiplying element and matched die was simulated for the flowing uniformity and pressure distribuiton based on ANSYS. The results of simulation revealed that the height difference between outlet and inlet sections of the channels in multiplying element, the length of transition region and forming region of molding die all affected pressure distribution and velocity uniformity at the outlet.

As unfavorable molding defect, weld lines often result in reduced mechanical properties and poor appearance quality of injection molded parts. In this present work, effects of gate locations on the tensile strength of weld lines were investigated by changing the distances between two gates in 10mm, 20mm and 25mm, respectively. Test specimens were prepared with an all-electrical injection molding machine under different process parameters (injection speed, injection pressure and melt temperature). Visualization method and scanning electron microscope (SEM) were employed to further discuss mechanical test results. Study results indicated that tensile strength of injection molded weld lines was lessened as the increase of gate distances. Higher injection speed, higher injection pressure and lower melt temperature induced to lower weldline tensile strength whatever the gate locations were. Study results also illustrated that it was gate location rather than molding conditions had the most decisive influence on the weldline mechanical properties.

This study was aimed at understanding how the process conditions affected the dimensional stability of glass fiber reinforced PP by microcellular injection molding. A design of experiments (DOE) was performed and plane test specimens were produced for the shrinkage and warpage analysis. Injection molding trials were performed by systematically adjusting six process parameters (i.e., Injection speed, Injection pressure, Shot temperature, SCF level, Mold temperature, and Cooling time). By analyzing the statistically significant main and two-factor interaction effects, the results showed that the supercritical fluid (SCF) level and the injection speed affected the shrinkage and warpage of microcellular injection molded parts the most.

The new micro-nano lamination technology is developed to produce composite materials with alternating layers structure. After polymer melt enter into the unit passing the process of stream-reverse-superimposed, it produces functional composites with dozens or even thousands of alternating layers, it obtains barrier performance that general multi-layer co-extrusion can not compare with. Equipment cost is low and production process is simple in the barrier composite material production process.

The ability for polymer melt to flow into the microstructure is a crucial factor for successful molding in the microinjection molding of plastic parts. In this study, a simplified analytical model with a direct hot runner nozzle and was constructed to estimate the filling percentage of mold’s cavity. The filling behavior of polymer melt was observed by 3D simulation software Moldflow. The effects of the mold temperature, melt temperature, injection pressure, injection rate, and packing pressure on the filling behavior of polymer melt were investigated. Results revealed that the filling percentage increased with respect to the increase of mold temperature and melt temperature which didn’t exceed its degradation temperature. The injection pressure and packing pressure dramatically influence the filling percentage, and it made no sense to lift the injection speed to fill the cavity when the injection speed reached the relatively high values, and only processing parameter combined available could guarantee the perfect flow and filling for the microstructure.

Melt electrospinning was used to produce PLA superfine fibers. The high spun temperature will lead to serious degradation of PLA. To alleviate the thermal decomposition and obtain superfine fibers at low temperature, sucrrose fatty acid esters (SE) was added to decrease the viscosity of PLA melt. The diameter of PLA including SE was 1.5μm while those of pure PLA was 6.4μm. At the same time, pure PLA melt cost a long time to flow out of cylinder. So SE increased the flowability of PLA melt, which ensured PLA fibers of small diameters were get at low temperature. Spinning load or melt velocity has a direct effect on the relative molecular mass of PLA fibers.

Differential injection molding is one of the key technologies for micro-manufacture. The mechanism of melt pump based on the differential injection molding is presented. The differential injection molding system is added into the traditional injection machines. Melt is plasticized by the plastication system, then after being split, pressurized and measured by the differential system, it enters the cavity to realize the function of multiple micro injection molding machines. Moldex 3D software is used to simulate the filling history of the micro-structure via differential injection molding technology. The product's filling volume under different processing parameters is compared, which provides theoretical basis for the optimization of the molding parameters in differential injection molding technology.

In this article, the structure of the differential pump is introduced, which is the core part of the differential injection system. The micro-gear with a shaft collar is simulated as it is an important micro-part and has great potential application in mechanical transmission. The Moldex 3D simulation software is used to investigate effects of processing parameters on the micro-gear such as melt temperature, mold temperature, injection time and packing time etc. By comparing the micro-gear's warpage under different processing parameters, it can be concluded that melt temperature has a greater impact on the molding quality than mold temperature. In addition, the effects of injection time and packing time on the micro-gear's molding quality are also investigated.

A new concept of microinjection molding module was designed and presented. The module was designed as a multi microinjection module, which is matched with a vertical injection molding machine (IMM) and can be applied to usual IMMs. A planetary gear pump was integrated in this module to complete the multi microinjection molding(MμIMM)。The module is fixed between the stationary platen and the mold of IMM. The plasticizing unit of the IMM provides the melt and initial pressure for the multi microinjection molding module. With this module, a usual IMM could be upgraded to a precise microinjection machine and has the capability of precise metering for the microinjection molding.

While the switchover from filling to packing is particularly crucial during injection molding, the transfers from holding to screw recovery also significantly affects the quality of molded parts. In this study, the end-point control of the holding phase based on cavity pressure was presented. It was compared with the traditional control method by holding time. The purpose of this study was to validate the feasibility of the end-point control of holding phase by cavity pressure, and to examine its consistency. The weight of the molded parts served as the main measure to probe the process’s capabilities. The results of the verification experiments revealed that the end-point control mode based on cavity pressure could yield better consistency of part weight than the traditional control method by holding time, however, the benefits were not significant. The trigger value of cavity pressure and sensor position should be considered for achieving such high process capabilities.

The current work is a continuation of Part I. In this part, the simulation results showed that the free tire contour changed measurably after charging and installing it on a steel rim. A distinct stress concentration appeared on the tire shoulder part whenever the tire was charged, touching ground or rolling. When the rotational velocity of the free tire changed, the displacement of the tire crest remains stable while the tire shoulder changes considerably.

In this paper, self-designed electrospinning equipment was used to make a series of electrospinning experiments with materials of polypropylene. The influences of the receiver area, the upper plate area, and the overlapping area between the receiver and the upper plate, on the melt spinning electric field, the spinning efficiency, and the fiber diameter, were investigated respectively. The results showed that when the other parameters were kept unchanged, with the increase of the receiver’s diameter, the electric field strength and spinning efficiency increased, and the fiber diameter increased at first and then decreased; the bigger the overlapping area between the receiver and the upper plate, the more stable the vertical spinning path.

Defects such as black spots and yellow surfaces appeared in the process of injection molding light guiding plate as a result of the failure surfaces of the screw and screw tip. To choose and optimize the solutions of different surface treatments of the special screw for light guiding plate, the stripping performance testing platform was established. The experimental results showed that TiN and TiAlN or similar coatings by physical vapor deposition could significantly reduce the adhesion force between polycarbonate (PC) and different coatings. Through surface topography analysis of diversified coatings with SEM and AFM, TiAlN coatings represented the excellent surface quality of its smoothness, continuum, and low surface wave. To enhance the bonding force between the molding screw and coatings, TiAlN/Cr and TiAlN/Ti multi-films was developed which owned much more firm bonding force than TiAlN and good surface quality to be suitable for the special screw for manufacturing light guiding plate.

A finite element model of temperature field coupled with electromagnetic field has been established based on induction heating theory including Maxwell’s equations, thermal conductivity differential equation and magnetic vector potential to simulate the induction heating process of barrel of injection molding machine by universal ANSYS software, and to obtain temperature field of the barrel related to time variation. The coupled thermal and electromagnetic field problem taking account of nonlinear materials characteristics related to temperature was discussed. The induction heating process of barrel was analyzed, and the temperature distribution and its variation with time were obtained.

Injection molding visualization is the experimental method of direct observation on the melt filling behavior in the mold cavity. By using developed visualization system, the influence of mold structure design on the injection molding product’s defects, such as jetting and weld were studied in this paper. The forming process of jetting was observed by the visual method, and results show that it is useful to avoid jetting by locating gate correctly. According to the generation of weld line in single gate cavity, an improved measure to adjust the weld locations by adding overflow traps was proposed. The result indicates that the overflow trap is good for adjusting weld location and makes the defects appear in the unimportant points of surface. Another experiment on the forming process of weld line in two-gate cavity with setting different distance parameters were carried out. The result shows that increasing of gates distance may significantly affect the performance of weld line.

Pressure-Volume-Temperature (P-V-T) properties of two amorphous polymers (ABS and PS) were measured by an on-line testing measurement in the temperature ranges from 20 to 150 °C and pressures from 20 to 120 MPa. The on-line testing measurement is based on an injection molding machine (IMM), and it can be used to get P-V-T data of polymers directly with a special testing mold under normal processing conditions. The experimental P-V-T results of amorphous polymers under industrial processing conditions were presented. A new modified two-domain Spencer-Gilmore equation of state (EOS) was developed. The P-V-T properties were correlated by the modified Spencer-Gilmore EOS and a modified two-domain Tait EOS, showing a good agreement with measurements. The effects of sample forms were investigated. A sample with large length diameter ratio is the best one to be measured.

While the transfer from filling to packing is particularly crucial during injection molding, the transfers from packing to holding and holding to screw recovery also significantly affect part quality. In this study, the control of the transfer from holding to screw recovery, that is the control of the end-point of the holding phase, was examined. The holding end-point control by time, cavity pressure and cavity temperature were presented. The purpose of this study was to validate the feasibility of the control methods of holding end-point by cavity pressure and cavity temperature. The qualities of injection-molded parts, weight, will serve as measures to probe their process capabilities. Recently found to be a good indicator of product quality, both cavity pressure and temperature profiles are applied here to obtain more precise control. Change of mold temperature was specially considered. After the experimental verification is conducted, the results reveal that the innovative holding end-point control by cavity temperature yields a more uniform product weight with mold temperature. It proved that the holding end-point control by cavity temperature can be used to obtain the optimum holding time and accommodate the product weight to the change of mold temperature, which is the other holding control methods cannot obtain.

The performance advantages of the newly full-hydraulic internal circulation two-platen injection molding machine were investigated deeply and comprehensively. The application prospects were also forecasted. Thanks to the use of internal circulation cylinders in the injection molding machine, the hydraulic system is greatly simplified. Mold-moving and mold-locking are actuated by different cylinders respectively which not only balance the force and velocity but obtain excellent mold-locking properties and high molding stability. The injection molding machine was equipped with servomotor which drives quantified pump in order to save energy and lower noise. The newly full-hydraulic internal circulation two-platen injection molding machine will be the next generation injection molding machine.

The light guide plate is an important element of the LCD backlight module which demands a certain degree of transparency and uniformity of gray. The defects such as black spots and yellow surface appeared when the light guide plate was processed by domestic equipments. The main problem was caused by the plasticization unit. The Influencing factors of performance for polycarbonate (PC) special screw were discussed in this paper. The conveyance capacity of melt in the metering zone of injection screws with different flight width and channel depth was analyzed by POLYFLOW software. In order to obtain high surface hardness, corrosion resistance and smoothness of PC special screw, surface coating processing was the key point for injection molding light guide plate. Moreover, the peel strength of PC with different coating processing metallic block was tested and measured. he experimental results of the analysis showed that the nickel-tungsten alloy plating and physical vapor deposition can significantly improve stripping properties, corrosion resistance and smoothness. The influencing factors of coating and PC materials’ stripping were analyzed. Through industrial testing, the defective rate of light guide plate had been greatly reduced with physical vapor deposition compared to the screw with hard chromium plating.

Different from the traditional "physical manufacturing" mold injection, UV curing mold injection is a new manufacturing method which combines mold injection process and UV curing technology. On the basis of the traditional mold injection process the photochemical mold manufacturing process parameters had been studied, the effect of UV material temperature and the holding pressure on products precision had been analyzed and the quality of products microstructure morphology had been evaluated with cross section graph comparison method. Meanwhile, the micro-structure formability and replication accuracy of triangular edge cross section of miniature products had been researched. The experimental results shows that it is possible for UV curing mold injection to replace the thermoplastic mold injection. UV radiation intensity has a significant impact on formability and replication accuracy of microstructure; The UV system temperature has a certain influence on microstructure replication accuracy.

The filling process of plastic precise gear is simulated by CAE software and the factors that influence injection molding accuracy in single cavity mold are discussed in this paper. With the assistant of visualization technology, the mechanism of filling unbalance which influences efficient injection molding was especially studied. The model of filling unbalance was supposed that was verified experimentally by visualization technique. It is clarified that the mechanism of filling unbalance results from dissymmetrical temperature distribution on the cross-section of runner, which is strongly influenced by the shear heat and the cooling process in the runner. At the same time, a new method was proposed for improving the filling imbalance by applying appropriate injection molding process without any changes in runner shape of multi-cavity mold.

Current research in thermal forming of glass and polymer optics at Ohio State is highlighted in the use of carbide-bonded graphene as an effective and high performance coating material.
