The crucial point of solar thermal utilization makes solar heat collector gathering much attention. In this study, imitating polar bears' fur structure, fluorescent materials are modified into a solar heat collector, and the photothermal conversion is evaluated to examine the influence of polyvinyl alcohol concentration, fluorescent luminescence type and fluorescence concentration. The test results indicate that fluorescent materials that has a greater Stokes shift show the greater photothermal effect. Moreover, when composed of a PVA concentration being 5.0% and a fluorescent concentration being 0.50%, the composites exhibit the maximal photothermal conversion temperature (99.4°C) that is 17.9% higher than that of the solar heat collectors without fluorescent materials. This study proposes creating solar heat collector with modified fluorescent materials, and the new perspective of which demonstrates that the composites have a great potential and application prospect in the solar photothermal field. Ferroelectric HfO2 thin film has been widely explored due to its superior characteristics, such as high switching speed, scalability, and long data retention. However, it still faces challenges in achieving good stability due to the wake-up and split-up effects. In this study, the sub-cycling behavior of Hf0.5Zr0.5O2-based ferroelectric capacitors (FeCaps) with various annealing temperatures is investigated. Our results suggest that the FeCaps with higher annealing temperatures demonstrate an increased resistance to the split-up effect and exhibit less distorted hysteresis loops compared to their lower-temperature counterparts. Symmetrical sub-cycling reveals pronounced current split-up and diminished switching current peaks in the FeCaps with lower annealing temperatures, whereas those annealed at higher temperatures show minimal current split-up and enhanced performance. Asymmetrical sub-cycling shows that lower annealing temperatures cause local domain pinning, while higher temperatures result in imprint-like behavior. Synchrotron-based extended x-ray absorption fine structure and hard x-ray photoelectron spectroscopy analyses reveal the potential of nitrogen doping in HfZrOx under high-temperature annealing processes, forming the Hf–N species to mitigate the amount of charged oxygen vacancy ( V O 2 + ) in the interfacial region. This study elucidates the relationship between V O 2 + distribution and the split-up effect during sub-cycling, providing critical insights for enhancing the sub-cycling performance and stability of HfO2-based devices. In order to develop a soft composite with high‐performance puncture resistance and self‐healing property property, herein, we introduced Pluronic F127 diacrylate (F127DA) into titania‐based nanocomposite hydrogels (PAMT) and then compounded hydrogel and aramid fabric to form gel‐matrix soft composites (GMSCs). The result shows that, with the addition of 5 wt% TiO2 nanoparticles, the hydrogels exhibited a fracture strain of 3898%, a toughness of 12.23 MJ/m3 and a self‐healing efficiency of 99.45% after healing at 100°C for 12 h, indicating multiple recycling feature. In addition, a series of mechanical tests had shown that the resultant GMSCs exhibited incredible spike puncture resistance and knife puncture resistance, 17.66 times and 13.78 times greater than that of pure fabrics, and could achieve 33.84% spike puncture self‐healing efficiency and 26.62% knife puncture self‐healing efficiency. The synergetic reinforcement mechanism of the hydrogel and fabrics was also analyzed. We independently invented the feeding wire device and combined it with the drawing device of the spinning frame to accurately realize the wire in the middle of the core yarn, effectively solve the problem that the wire is easy to expose the fabric surface. Using a degradable and environmentally friendly modal as roving, Cu and SS as conductive yarns, preparing conductive fabrics, and exploring the effect of shielding networks, lamination layer number, lamination angle, and number of metallic wires. When both the warp and weft yarns are composed of conductive core yarns, the conductive woven fabrics with lamination angle of 0° can build a complete conductive network, and the average EMI SE of single-layered conductive woven fabrics is 30 dB. When only the weft yarn is composed of a conductive yarn, varieties of lamination angles and lamination layers improve the EMI SE of the conductive woven fabrics considerably. However, the shielding value of the two metal fabrics is not a multiple of the single metal fabric. Increasing the lamination layers, the thickness of the fabric will increase, and the gas permeability and SSE/t value decrease. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
