Human settlement environment is space places closely related to human production and life, and also surface spaces inseparable from human activities. As a coastal city in the east of China, Qingdao has a relatively high level of urbanization. However, it also along with many urban problems at the same time, among which the problem of human settlement environment has attracted more and more general attention from people. According to the characteristics of human settlement environment in Qingdao, the research constructs an index system with 10 index factors from natural factors and humanity factors, and proposes a comprehensive evaluation model. Evaluate and grade suitability of human settlement environment in Qingdao, explore the spatial aggregation and differentiation of the quality of human settlement environment, and reveal the internal connection of spatial evolution. The results indicate that the overall livability of Qingdao is relatively good, showing a multi-center and radial driving development. The distribution of livability is uneven, showing a decreasing spatial distribution law from the coast to the inland, and the quality of human settlement environment in Jiaozhou Bay and the coastal areas is relatively high. Qingdao is mainly based on natural livability, supplemented by humanity livability, compared with natural suitability, the spatio-temporal evolution characteristics of humanity livability have experienced three stages: rising-contradictory rising-harmonious rising. The quality of human settlement environment has obvious spatial correlation and is positively correlated with the degree of agglomeration, and the agglomeration of blocks with a higher quality of human settlement environment is higher than that of blocks with a lower level. The rule of human settlement environment changing over time is that areas with high quality of human settlement environment begin to shift from the city center to the north and the south, transforming into multi-point development, and overall environmental suitability has been improved. According to the results of the comprehensive evaluation, combined with its local development status and policies, the research puts forward developmental suggestions for the construction of human settlement environment in Qingdao, and provides decision-making basis for relevant departments to solve the problem of deterioration of human settlement environment.

Background Both fatty liver disease and thyroid nodules are common clinical chronic diseases that are closely related to metabolism, but there is little research on whether there is a certain correlation between them. Objective To explore the overall and disease severity-specific correlations between metabolic-associated fatty liver disease (MAFLD) and thyroid nodules. Methods This study selected 666 MAFLD patients〔including 316 mild cases (group A) , and 350 moderate to severe cases (group B) 〕, and 330 health examinees (group C) from Shengjing Hospital of China Medical University from December 2020 to December 2021. All the subjects underwent general anthropometric measurement, blood tests and ultrasound examination of the liver and thyroid. Multivariate Logistic regression was used to explore the influencing factors of thyroid nodules in MAFLD. Music is one of the most popular forms of art and entertainment, and it is an artistic language to express or entrust people??s feelings. However, with the rapid increase of digital music, it is very difficult to manage and filter music through shallow information. As an effective means to organize massive music and enrich the music information, automatic music annotation can overcome the semantic gap in music information retrieval, improve music information, make music more intuitive in expression, and promote the in-depth research of music information retrieval tasks such as music classification, music recommendation, and instrument identification. The current automatic music annotation mainly focuses on solving two problems: feature extraction and model selection. Combined with the current research focus, this paper expounds the relevant knowledge of automatic music annotation. This paper systematically sorts out various audio feature representation and feature extraction methods in the field of music automatic annotation, and conducts quantitative and qualitative analysis of each extraction method. This paper summarizes the related research results in this field, and focuses on the differences between different model methods from the perspectives of machine learning and deep learning. The commonly used datasets and performance evaluation indicators are introduced, the characteristics of different datasets are summarized, and the evaluation indicators are classified and analyzed. Finally, the difficulties and challenges faced by the research in the field of music automatic annotation are pointed out and the future is prospected.

Background: Imbalance in intestinal microbiota caused by microbial species and proportions or metabolites derived from microbes are associated with hypertension, as well as diabetic nephropathy. However, the involvement of the intestinal microbiota and metabolites in hypertension and diabetic nephropathy comorbidities (HDN) remains to be elucidated., Methods: We investigated the effects of intestinal microbiota on HDN in a rat model and determined the abundance of the intestinal microbiota using 16S rRNA sequencing. Changes in fecal and serum metabolites were analyzed using ultra-high-performance liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry., Results: The results showed abundance of Proteobacteria and Verrucomicrobia was substantially higher, whereas that of Bacteroidetes was significant lower in the HDN group than in the sham group. Akkermansia, Bacteroides, Blautia, Turicibacter, Lactobacillus, Romboutsia, and Fusicatenibacter were the most abundant, and Prevotella, Lachnospiraceae_NK4A136_group , and Prevotella_9 were the least abundant in the HDN group. Further analysis with bile acid metabolites in serum showed that Blautia was negatively correlated with taurochenodeoxycholic acid, taurocholic acid, positively correlated with cholic acid and glycocholic acid in serum., Conclusions: These findings suggest that the gut microbiota and metabolites in feces and serum substantially differed between the HDN and sham groups. The F/B ratio was higher in the HDN group than in the sham group. Head and neck squamous cell cancer (HNSCC) is one of the most common types of cancer worldwide. There have been many reports suggesting that biomarkers explored via database mining plays a critical role in predicting HNSCC prognosis. However, a single biomarker for prognostic analysis is not adequate. Additionally, there is growing evidence indicating that gene signature could be a better choice for HNSCC prognosis. We performed a comprehensive analysis of mRNA expression profiles using clinical information of HNSCC patients from The Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA). Gene Set Enrichment Analysis (GSEA) was performed, and we found that a set of genes involved in epithelial mesenchymal transition (EMT) contributed to HNSCC. Cox proportional regression model was used to identify a four-gene ( WIPF1, PPIB, BASP1, PLOD2 ) signature that were significantly associated with overall survival (OS), and all the four genes were significantly upregulated in tumor tissues. We successfully classified the patients with HNSCC into high-risk and low-risk groups, where in high-risk indicated poorer patient prognosis, indicating that this gene signature might be a novel potential biomarker for the prognosis of HNSCC. The prognostic ability of the gene signature was further validated in an independent cohort from the Gene Expression Omnibus (GEO) database.
