This study aims to analyse the concept of “Happiness management” in the scientific literature due to the growing interest in aspects related to happiness management in social and professional spheres, which has resulted in recent research. A systematic review of publications is carried out in order to examine the current situation in terms of scientific production and to analyse the evolution and trends in the study. In addition, using the Scopus database and the VOS viewer software, records were obtained from which a bibliometric analysis was carried out. Among the results achieved, the positioning of Spain as a benchmark country in the international literature on “Happiness management” and the influence of COVID-19 on the spread and citation of publications stands out. The scientific contributions on this subject and its influence on future research is a growing field of study and of interest for the improvement of quality of life and organizational well-being, Este estudio tiene como objetivo analizar el concepto de “Gestión de la felicidad” en la literatura científica debido al creciente interés por los aspectos relacionados con la gestión de la felicidad en los ámbitos social y profesional, que se ha traducido en investigaciones recientes. Se realiza una revisión sistemática de las publicaciones con el fin de examinar la situación actual en términos de producción científica y analizar la evolución y tendencias en el estudio. Además, utilizan-do la base de datos Scopus y el software VOS viewer, se obtuvieron registros a partir de los cuales se realizó un análisis bibliométrico. Entre los resultados obtenidos destaca el posicionamiento de España como país de referencia en la literatura internacional sobre “Gestión de la felicidad” y la influencia de COVID-19 en la difusión y citación de las publicaciones. Las aportaciones científicas sobre este tema y su influencia en futuras investigaciones es un campo de estudio creciente y de interés para la mejora de la calidad de vida y el bienestar organizacional.

The aim of this study was to analyze, from a gender perspective, advertising broadcasts during a time of crisis. A holistic perspective of the stereotypes, roles, professions, and gender relations represented is offered by utilizing a content analysis of all the advertisements and their corresponding images during broadcast. Methods: a content analysis of 20 variables was conducted; of these, 7 variables were obtained from under the gender perspective of 1.350 images, corresponding to 71 audiovisual spots on YouTube that were broadcasted during the lockdown. Results: this analysis showed the special sensitivity of advertisers when balancing male and female presences, and in projecting an equitable and co-responsible vision between both genders, with special emphasis on gender professions, teleworking, and childcare. Corporate advertising predominates over commercial advertising, which may explain why the discourse and images blur inequalities and imbalances with respect to official statistics. Conclusions: advertisers seem to have noticed the strategic role of introducing gender perspectives into advertising, thus assuming a more social function that better connects them with today’s society while also supporting the advances and challenges of equal opportunities.

Museums are born from the need to preserve historical heritage in a space where they can research and disseminate knowledge. The evolution of museum communication, together with the use of new technologies or new forms of communication, has been an unprecedented milestone between museums and their public, as it allows them to establish interactions, contributing to the development of a greater knowledge of the cultural demands of museum visitors. Social media, blogs or mobile social media fall within this new way of communicating, being used by museums to expand their dissemination and publicize their activities. The use of these networks has created wider spaces and more open museums. Therefore, social media are already being used by museums to expand their dissemination and publicize their activities, this being a clear use of what is known as "museum 2.0". This research work carries out a bibliometric study since 1976, the first year in which publications in this field were detected. Sixty-four publications have been identified in the databases, Web of Science Core Collection and Scopus, showing a mapping of authorship networks, citation and co-occurrence of keywords or scientific interrelation between organizations and countries., Los museos nacen de la necesidad de conservar el patrimonio histórico en un espacio donde poder investigar y difundir conocimiento. La evolución de la comunicación de los museos, junto con el uso de las nuevas tecnologías o nuevas formas de comunicación, han supuesto un hito sin precedentes entre los museos y sus públicos, pues les permite establecer interacciones, contribuyendo al desarrollo de un mayor conocimiento de las demandas culturales de los visitantes de los museos. Las redes sociales, los blogs o los medios sociales móviles entran dentro de esta nueva forma de comunicar, siendo utilizadas por los museos para ampliar su difusión y dar a conocer sus actividades. El uso de estas redes ha creado espacios más amplios y museos más abiertos. Por ello, los medios sociales están siendo ya utilizadas por los museos para ampliar su difusión y dar a conocer sus actividades, siendo esto un uso claro de lo que se conoce como “museo 2.0”. Este trabajo de investigación lleva a cabo un estudio bibliométrico desde 1976, primer año en que se detectan publicaciones en este ámbito. Se han identificado 64 publicaciones en las bases de datos, Web of Science Core Collection y Scopus mostrándose un mapeo de redes de autoría, citación y co-ocurrencia de palabras clave o la interrelación científica entre organizaciones y países.

The paper aims to identify the narrative communicative resources and messages spread by brands within the background of a global pandemic. This study compares two samples of advertising spots broadcast in Spain: one during the COVID-19 lockdown period and the other selected from the last de-escalation phase of the health crisis. A content analysis of a compendium of 125 commercials was proposed. The main finding is the social function adopted during lockdown in order to encourage the population with positive and resilient messages while during the de-escalation the brands recover their traditional commercial role and, do not even reflect reality with the persistence of the outbreak in the images and discourse. In fact, it showed a first phase focused on branding and a second phase when the population was urged to consume. The Covid-19 pandemic has shown a clear need for brands to adapt to an environment that has dramatically changed overnight. Practical Implications The paper includes implications for brands for sharing common support for emotional and psychological well-being in health crisis. This social function could improve their reputation and positioning globally.
