Bringing Research into the Classroom (BRIC) engaged rural K-12 science teachers in sustained, mentored science research. BRIC's goal was to equip teachers with the knowledge, skills, and dispositions to provide high-quality biomedical research opportunities for K-12 students and teachers. Programmatic elements included authentic, place-based, microbiology outreach in K-12 classrooms, summer teacher research academies focused on content knowledge and research, and a capstone symposium. Over 9,000 Montana students collected and tested environmental samples to isolate new-to-science bacteriophages (viruses that infect bacteria). University scientists, faculty, and students mentored K-12 teachers and students during classroom outreach visits and teacher research academies. BRIC aimed to increase teacher and student bacteriophage content knowledge and research skills through meaningful, mentored research projects. BRIC researchers hypothesized greater program impacts from intensive teacher professional development combined with classroom outreach, compared to classroom outreach visits alone. Program evaluation compared two cohorts of teachers, which each received all programmatic elements through a four-year, staggered rollout. Teachers and students were assessed for gains in knowledge, skills, and science attitudes. A subset of our evaluation instruments and outcomes, program dissemination, lessons learned, and recommendations for replicating the BRIC model are discussed.

This study explored how occupational therapy students' perceptions of racism and ethnic discrimination impacted their educational experiences. Participants included 226 students ages 18-60 years old enrolled in occupational therapy entry-level, post-professional, or assistant programs throughout the United States. Students completed an anonymous web-based survey that included a demographic questionnaire, the Brief Perceived Ethnic Discrimination Questionnaire-Community Version (PEDQ-CV), and open-ended survey questions. Results found that students' educational performance were negatively impacted by their experiences with racism and ethnic discrimination. While students reported to have experienced racism or ethnic discrimination within the classroom and fieldwork settings, classroom conversations and content related to topics on diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) and anti-racism were limited. Based on the study's findings, schools are encouraged to increase these conversations and implement supportive resources for students who have experienced racism and ethnic discrimination. Implications for improved occupational therapy educational experiences for students included recommendations to: a) acquire additional education in DEI-related subjects; b) continue to incorporate more conversations related to topics of DEI, racism, and ethnic discrimination in the classroom and fieldwork settings; c) provide simulated or real-life hands-on opportunities and experiences to work with people of color within the community; d) teach students how to appropriately behave and respond to racism and ethnic discriminatory situations; e) create program curriculums that focus on DEI and anti-racism content; f) host support groups with diverse people to encourage mentorship between students, practitioners, and community members; and g) diversify course content to include images, perspectives, and stories of people of color.

This paper presents the development and principle of operation of resource-saving overcurrent protection, which is an alternative to traditional current protections. The experiments were used to study the electromagnetic field for the protection of electrical installations connected to the cells of complete switchgears, voltage 6–10 kV, without the use of conventional protections with metal-core current transformers. As is known, such current transformers (CTs) have significant weight and dimensional parameters and high price costs. The method of research is comparison of the developed protection with traditional current protections made using traditional measuring current transformers. The scientific novelty of this work consists of the developmental theory of the construction of protection for inductive coils based on the measurement of electromotive force values in different modes and points in the simulation of a three-phase short circuit inside the cell of the complete switchgear. The dependence of magnetic induction on the position of the inductive coil inside the cell has been found. It has been shown that the simplest formula of the Biot–Savart–Laplace law can be used to calculate them. This paper presents and describes the conducted experiments with their methodology. As a result of the industrial application of such protections, the act of implementation of the patent for the invention of an industrial enterprise is presented. The selection of settings of resource-saving protection is presented, as well as a feasibility study of the presented protection in comparison with conventional protection. This paper consists of the following sections: The Materials and Methods section describes the methodology used to achieve the purpose of the research. The Experiments section describes all the experiments conducted to achieve the purpose of the research. The Results section presents the results of the conducted experiments, an evaluation of the use of inductive coils in relay protection, an example of calculating the selection of the settings of parameters of resource-saving protection, a presentation of the patent for the invention, and a presentation of the feasibility study of the effectiveness of the considered resource-saving protection on inductive coils. The Conclusions section presents the result of this work, which is the creation of resource-saving protection on inductance coils. The References section presents a list of the sources used.

The aim of the study was to conduct spatio-temporal retrospective and operational genetic analysis of the tularemia agent population in the Rostov Region, Donetsk People’s Republic (DPR), Lugansk PR and Ukraine in the period of 1943–2023. Materials and methods. We used Francisella tularensis strains isolated in the Rostov Region (RR), DPR, LPR and Ukraine between 1943 and 2023. VNTR genotyping was performed by 5 loci. Cluster analysis and construction of a phylogenetic tree were carried out using the GrapeTree software (NJ and MST algorithms). Whole-genome sequencing was performed on the MiSeq Illumina platform. The assembly of genomes in the form of reads was carried out using the Spades program. Results and discussion. A comparative analysis of the VNTR genotypes in 72 F. tularensis strains has been conducted: 35 strains isolated from various natural foci of Russia and the Rostov Region in particular from 1928 to 2023, 11 strains from the DPR and LPR (2022–2023) and 26 strains from the collection of the Rostov-on-Don Anti-Plague Institute, isolated on the territory of Ukraine from 1949 to 1990. In the studied strains, 20 individual genotypes have been identified, distributed among three clonal complexes (CC1 – CC3). Molecular-genetic analysis of F. tularensis strains has made it possible to identify three clonal complexes of tularemia agent (CC1 – CC3), circula ting in the studied areas. All of them are present on the territory of the RR and only complex CC2 shows a geographic confidedness to the southern areas of the RR. Strains isolated in western Ukraine before the 1990s belong exclusively to the CC3 complex. Judging by the range of distribution and diversity of genotypes, the population of strains of the CC3 and CC1 complexes has been existing for a long time in the studied areas. Strains of the same genotype can be found in endemic areas for up to 80 years and at a distance of about 1000 km from each other. On the contrary, the population of the CC2 complex is the most recent in time of origin and is geographically limited to the territory of RR. Geographic data on the origin of the CC1 and CC3 progenitor clones of the tularemia agent clonal complexes suggest an expansion of the genetic diversity of tularemia agent population from east to west.

Serological monitoring as a component of the epidemiological surveillance, serves as a method for asses sing the intensity of possible contacts of the population with the natural-focal disease pathogen. The aim of the study was to analyze possible contacts of the population with the causative agent of tularemia, based on the results of serological study of blood sera of the healthy population conducted in 2023 on the territories of Donetsk and Lugansk People’s Republics, Zaporozhe and Kherson Regions. Materials and methods. Applying IHR/IHIR serological methods, we have tested 829 blood sera obtained in 2023, from individuals living in areas at increased risk of aggravation of epidemiological situation on tularemia, who had not previously participated in specific prevention measures against tularemia. Results and discussion. Positive results on the presence of anti-tularemia antibodies in IHR/IHIR in the four studied territories ranged from 18.5 to 40.0 %. The analysis of questionnaires, that were filled out by donors has made it possible to determine the conditions of possible human contact with the pathogen in the foci of infection. According to the results of the study, the contacts of the population with the components of the natural tularemia focus in the surveyed territories can be assessed as intense, since the presence of specific antibodies to the causative agent of tularemia in donors of all the studied regions, on average, amounted to 24.4 %. Analysis of the data from the survey showed that all samples, in which antibodies to tularemia causative agent were detected, were registered from donors who may have had contact with carriers and vectors of the pathogen. According to the results of the study, small mammals contribute the most to the possible contact of the population with the causative agent of tularemia.

The article attempts to refute the widespread opinion in historiography that the form of organization of the USSR, consisting of ethnoterritorial formations of different status, was one of the main factors in the collapse of a single state. It is argued that the idea of federalization of Russia did not belong to the Bolsheviks, but to national parties and movements that demanded recognition of their right to national-territorial autonomy. The article substantiates the position that the national-territorial principle of the internal structure of the Soviet state contributed both to the preservation and strengthening of the national identity of Soviet ethnic groups and to the creation of a civil nation in the form of the Soviet people as a new historical community.

Polyethylene and polystyrene are massively used around the world in various applications and are the most abundant plastic waste. Once in the marine environment, under the influence of physical and chemical factors, plastic products degrade, changing from the size category of macroplastics to microplastics. In order to study the effect of plastic on marine organisms, we modeled the conditions of environmental pollution with different-sized plastic—polystyrene microparticles of 0.9 µm and macro-sized polyethylene fragments of 10 cm—and compared their effect on biochemical parameters in the tissues of the bivalve mollusk Mytilus trossulus. Using biomarkers, it was found that regardless of the size and type of polymer, polystyrene microparticles and polyethylene macrofragments induced the development of oxidative stress in mussels. A significant decrease in the level of lysosomal stability in mussel hemocytes was observed. Increases in the level of DNA damage and the concentration of malonic dialdehyde in the cells of gills and the digestive gland were also shown. The level of total antiradical activity in cells varied and had a tissue-specific character. It was shown that both ingested polystyrene particles and leachable chemical compounds from polyethylene are toxic for mussels.

The control of quality is an obligatory stage of any welding work which makes problem of timely detection of welding defects is important for industry nowadays. Through digitisation it possible to solve this problem more efficiently and eliminate the human factor. This paper presents a real-time industrial automated video analytics system for weld defect detection. The system uses deep learning to analyze video images and detect weld defects in real-time. Experiments showed that the system can effectively detect weld defects with high accuracy and speed. A safety and trustworthiness analysis of the system showed that it can be reliable and safe for use in industrial manufacturing. The proposed solution has several key advantages for the industry: it allows for real-time data processinga and requires low computing power, making it an energy-efficient and cost-effective solution.

Background: The Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) has revolutionized operations for businesses, and fog computing is a valuable resource management and job scheduling tool that has facilitated the transformation. In this regard, efficient resource usage will be more useful for the performance and energy cost-saving limit of IIoT system. Objective: The article proposed a new energy-aware metaheuristic approach to enhancing the performance and efficiency of IIoT systems in fog computing environments. The study aims to come up with a methodology that strikes a balance between efficiency in compute requirements and energy consumption. Methodology: A meta-heuristic method inspired by natural processes such as genetic algorithms and simulated annealing is applied to optimize the selection of which jobs should be scheduled. This approach takes into account several parameters like when the job is needed, availability of resources, and usage patterns to efficiently schedule jobs across the network. Results: The results show that the proposed approach drastically improves energy efficiency and system performance. In this paper, the fog orchestration master intends to divide the workload between fog and cloud in an excellent manner and resolve specific Issues of fog computing in IIoT environment. This manages to keep energy usage low and the operating efficiency high. Conclusions: Metaheuristic optimization techniques integrate into fog computing environments for IIoT job schedule complexity. This methodology enhances the sustainability of IIoT operations, and their ability to meet robust performance requirements over time. Our findings provide the crucial insight needed to enable industries that need seamless IIoT integration and plan further research in the field of energy-efficient fog computing.

The aim of the study was to compare outer membrane vesicles (OMVs) and their composition in virulent and avirulent (LPS-defective) strains of Fracisella tularensis of various subspecies. Materials and methods. The vesiculation process in F. tularensis bacteria was studied using transmission electron microscopy. OMVs preparations were obtained and characterized by their composition using immunological methods: antibody neutralization test, immunochromatographic analysis, dot and immunoblotting. Results and discussion. It has been found that all natural virulent strains with the S type lipopolysaccharide (LPS) are able to produce two forms of vesicles – spherical and tubular (“tubes”), specific for F. tularensis. OMVs formation has not been registered in avirulent LPS-defective strains. It is revealed that vesicles of strains of various subspecies show their own individual morphological features. The tubes of F. tularensis subsp. mediasiatica are larger in size as compared to those of the subsp. holarctica strain. This is probably the reason why vesicle preparations from F. tularensis subsp. mediasiatica obtained using filters with a diameter of pores being 0.22 μm contained a significantly reduced number of tubular forms. A method of disinfection of bacterial suspensions using gentamycine, which does not affect the morphology and antigenic activity of vesicles, is proposed. A comparative study of several series of concentrated OMVs preparations obtained from different strains has revealed that all samples had antigenic activity in the precipitation Ouchterlony test, antibody neutralization test, immunochromatografic assay, dot-blot and immunoblotting. Immunodominant antigen – LPS and several major antigenic proteins have been detected in the preparations. Differences in the composition of vesicle proteins in the strains of various F. tularensis subspecies have been identified.

This article analyses the scholarly works of historians and art historians written from the mid-twentieth to the early-twenty-first century, discussing the Rus’ian-Byzantine contacts from the eleventh to thirteenth century. The author of this article highlights that addressing Byzantine history allows the researchers to interpret Rus’ as a state with the culture developing in parallel with the Byzantine, being in no way inferior to it. However, some of the researchers’ ideas are based on erroneous interpretations of chronicle’s accounts or are purely hypothetical, as they do not find any support in archaeological or written sources. Moreover, sometimes the researchers show a lack of knowledge on the history of Byzantium. This article also discusses the most common historiographical errors. Finally, it has been noted that in the works published of recent decades supply not always successful attempts to reconstruct the cultural contacts of Rus’ (primarily, of the cities of Vladimir and Novgorod) with Byzantium and Western Europe under Vsevolod the Great Nest, as well as under the Byzantine Emperor Manuel I Komnenos.

Resumo Fundamento A redução da congestão pulmonar é um alvo clínico essencial no tratamento da insuficiência cardíaca crônica (ICC). O sistema de sensoriamento dielétrico remoto ( Remote Dielectric Sensing ReDS) é uma tecnologia não invasiva recentemente introduzida, usada para estimar facilmente o grau de volume de fluido pulmonar sem nenhuma técnica especializada. Objetivo Realizar uma avaliação comparativa da congestão pulmonar de acordo com a tecnologia de ultrassom e ReDS em pacientes hospitalizados com descompensação de ICC. Métodos O estudo piloto de centro único incluiu pacientes hospitalizados com descompensação de ICC. Na admissão e na alta, a ultrassonografia pulmonar e a tecnologia ReDS foram realizadas simultaneamente. BACKGROUND: There is an unmet clinical need for interventions to prevent disease progression in patients with localized prostate cancer on active surveillance (AS). OBJECTIVE: To determine the immunologic response to the PROSTVAC vaccine and the clinical indicators of disease progression in patients with localized prostate cancer on AS. DESIGN, SETTING, AND PARTICIPANTS: This was a phase 2, double-blind, randomized controlled trial in 154 men with low- or intermediate-risk prostate cancer on AS. INTERVENTION: Participants were randomized (2:1) to receive seven doses of subcutaneous PROSTVAC, a vaccinia/fowlpox viral vector-based immunotherapy containing a prostate-specific antigen (PSA) transgene and three T-cell co-stimulatory molecules, or an empty fowlpox vector (EV) over 140 d. OUTCOME MEASUREMENTS AND STATISTICAL ANALYSIS: The primary outcome was the change from baseline in CD4 and CD8 T-cell infiltration in biopsy tumor tissue. Key secondary outcomes were safety and changes in prostate biopsy tumor pathology, peripheral antigen-specific T cells, and serum PSA. Continuous variables were compared using nonparametric tests. Categorical variables were compared using Fishers exact test. RESULTS AND LIMITATIONS: The PROSTVAC/EV vaccination was well tolerated. All except one participant completed the vaccination series. Changes in CD4 or CD8 density in biopsy tumor tissue did not differ between the PROSTVAC and EV arms. The proportions of patients with Gleason upgrading to grade group 3 after treatment was similar between the arms. There were no differences in postvaccination peripheral T-cell responses or the PSA change from baseline to 6-mo post-treatment follow-up between the groups. CONCLUSIONS: In this first-of-kind trial of immunotherapy in patients on AS for prostate cancer, PROSTVAC did not elicit more favorable prostate tissue or peripheral T-cell responses than the EV. There was no difference between the arms in clinicopathologic effects. Despite the null findings, this is the first study reporting the feasibility and acceptability of an immunotherapy intervention in the AS setting. PATIENT SUMMARY: We looked at responses after an experimental prostate cancer vaccine in patients with prostate cancer on active surveillance (AS). Participants who received the vaccine did not show more favorable outcomes than those receiving the control. Despite these findings, this is the first report showing the feasibility and acceptability of immunotherapy for prostate cancer in patients on AS.

Endometriosis affects about 10% of women of reproductive age and can negatively impact their quality of life (QoL). Due to the heterogeneity of symptoms or even their absence, early diagnosis is difficult. Therefore, it is necessary to comprehensively assess the patient's complaints, including a thorough review of medical history, the results of imaging studies, and risk factors for endometriosis. Early diagnosis enables preemptive treatment and avoids surgical intervention. The article presents data on managing patients with endometriosis in outpatient settings, describing methods for non-invasive imaging diagnosis of endometriosis. Current options of pharmacotherapy aimed at controlling the development of the disease and improving the QoL of patients in the long term are addressed. Timely initiated drug treatment improves the QoL of patients, in some cases, leads to a regression of the lesions, and improves the prognosis for the reproductive function. A shift in focus to clinical diagnosis, combined with non-invasive imaging, shortens the time between the first consultation and the final diagnosis. According to the current view of Russian and international professional societies, therapy should be long-term; therefore, selecting treatment with predictable responses and monitoring the course of the disease is necessary.

This article examines the activity of the Art Industry and Handicrafts Department at the All-Russian Congress of Artists (1911–1912, St Petersburg). The congress delegates, including S. S. Goloushev, M. N. Dietrich, P. S. J. Marcerou, L. G. Orshansky, P. P. Pashkov, N. F. Root, P. S. Filosofov, A. P. Eisner and others, possessed considerable expertise in the organisation of art and industrial educational institutions and handicraft industries. They were highly knowledgeable about the nuances of decorative and applied art and had a keen understanding of folk art and the developments that occurred within the Western European art industry. The Proceedings of the All-Russian Congress of Artists in Petrograd, December 1911–January 1912 (in 3 vols, 1915) contains a wealth of information pertaining to specific crafts (ceramic, lace, carpentry, etc.), the lives and work of artisans, the characteristics of the market and the training system for master craftspeople. In addition to the reports, discussions were published that enabled the identification of the relevance of the issues raised and the inconsistency of the approaches proposed to address them. Despite differing opinions on individual issues, common positions were developed. The participants of the event considered it crucial to maintain the national identity of artisanal products while widely promoting folk art through exhibitions, museum displays and printed publications. They also emphasised the importance of communicating to local officials the necessity of providing comprehensive support to crafts. Furthermore, they highlighted the necessity of imparting artistic literacy to artisans and involving experienced artists and educators who possessed a comprehensive understanding of the nuances associated with handicrafts in their collaboration with artisans. Simultaneously, the speakers perceived no potential for artistic design and attempted to differentiate mass industrial products from handicrafts. During the Soviet era, several congress participants would persist in their endeavours and would vigorously promote the advancement of handicrafts in the context of evolving socio-economic circumstances.

У статті здійснено науковий аналіз поняття, характерних рис, видів та механізмів надання адміністративних послуг у сфері соціального захисту. Розглянуто сучасний стан механізму надання соціальних послуг в Україні та перспективи реформування цієї сфери у майбутньому. Зазначено, що правове забезпечення надання соціальних послуг в Україні базується на кількох ключових нормативно-правових актах та стратегічних документах. Це, зокрема, Закон України «Про соціальні послуги», що визначає основні принципи, види, порядок надання соціальних послуг та спрямований забезпечення їх доступності для всіх громадян. Стратегія розвитку системи соціальних послуг на період до 2025 року, визначає стратегічні напрями та завдання для покращення якості соціальних послуг, включаючи децентралізацію, стандартизацію та моніторинг якості. Правове забезпечення соціальних послуг включає також цілу низку державних соціальних стандартів та гарантій. Охарактеризовано соціальний захист, як систему економічних, соціальних, правових, організаційних заходів, що забезпечує працездатній людині і громадянину відповідні умови для поліпшення свого добробуту за рахунок особистого трудового внеску, а непрацездатним та соціально вразливим верствам працездатного населення – гарантії у користуванні суспільними фондами споживання, матеріальну підтримку, зниження податків. Висвітлено різні підходи щодо класифікації адміністративних послуг соціального характеру, що ґрунтується на законодавчих та науково-теоретичних засадах. Розкрито механізм надання адміністративних послуг соціального характеру. Встановлено, що адміністративні послуги надаються суб’єктами надання адміністративних послуг безпосередньо та через центри надання адміністративних послуг або через Єдиний державний портал адміністративних послуг. При цьому органи місцевого самоврядування мають право на встановлення, за рахунок власних коштів і благодійних надходжень, додаткових до встановлених законодавством гарантій щодо соціального захисту населення. Наголошено, реформування соціальних послуг в Україні є важливим напрямом державної політики, спрямованим на підвищення якості та доступності соціальних послуг для громадян.

IntroductionRenal cell carcinoma (RCC) represents cancer originating from the renal epithelium and accounts for > 90% of cancers in the kidney. Prostate-specific membrane antigen (PSMA) is overexpressed in tumor-associated neovascular endothelial cells of many solid tumors, including metastatic RCC. Although studied in several small clinical studies, PSMA-based imaging and therapy have not been pursued rigorously in preclinical RCC. This study aimed to evaluate the preclinical performance of PSMA-based radiotheranostic agents in a relevant murine model.MethodsA PSMA-overexpressing murine cell line, PSMA+ RENCA, was developed by lentiviral transduction. PSMA-based theranostic agents, 68Ga-L1/177Lu-L1/225Ac-L1, were synthesized in high radiochemical yield and purity following our reported methods. Immunocompetent BALB/c mice were used for flank and orthotopic tumor inoculation. 68Ga-L1 was evaluated in small animal PET/CT imaging in flank and PET/MR imaging in orthotopic models. Cell viability studies were conducted for 177Lu-L1 and 225Ac-L1. Proof-of-concept treatment studies were performed using 225Ac-L1 (0, 37 kBq, 2 kBq × 37 kBq, 1 week apart) using PSMA+ RENCA in the flank model.ResultsCellular uptake of 68Ga-L1, 177Lu-L1, and 225Ac-L1 confirmed the specificity of the agents to PSMA+ RENCA cells rather than to RENCA (wt) cells, which are low in PSMA expression. The uptake in PSMA+ RENCA cells at 1 h for 68Ga-L1 (49.0% incubated dose [ID] ± 3.6%ID/million cells), 177Lu-L1 (22.1%ID ± 0.5%ID)/million cells), and 225Ac-L1 (4.1% ± 0.2% ID)/million cells), respectively, were higher than the RENCA (wt) cells (~ 1%ID–2%ID/million cells). PET/CT images displayed > 7-fold higher accumulation of 68Ga-L1 in PSMA+ RENCA compared to RENCA (wt) in flank implantation at 1 h. A twofold higher accumulation of 68Ga-L1 was observed in orthotopic tumors than in normal kidneys during 1–3 h postinjection. High lung uptake was observed with 68Ga-L1 PET/MR imaging 3 weeks after orthotopic implantation of PSMA+ RENCA due to spontaneous lung metastases. The imaging data were further confirmed by immunohistochemical characterization. 225Ac-L1 (0-37 kBq) displayed a dose-dependent reduction of cell proliferation in the PSMA+ RENCA cells after 48 h incubation; ~ 40% reduction in the cells with treated 37 kBq compared to vehicle (p < 0.001); however, no effect was observed with 177Lu-L1 (0–3700 kBq) up to 144 h postinoculation, suggesting lower efficacy of β-particle-emitting radiations in cellular studies compared to α-particle-emitting 225Ac-L1. Animals treated with 225Ac-L1 at 1 week posttumor inoculation in flank models displayed significant tumor growth delay (p < 0.03) and longer median survival of 21 days and 24 days for the treatment groups 37 kBq and 2 kBq × 37 kBq, respectively, compared to the vehicle group (12 days).ConclusionThe results suggest that a theranostic strategy targeting PSMA, employing PET and α-emitting radiopharmaceuticals, enabled tumor growth control and enhanced survival in a relevant immunocompetent murine model of RCC. These studies provide the rationale for clinical studies of PSMA-targeted theranostic agents in patients with RCC.

В статье рассматриваются вопросы выявления основных особенностей возведения объектов коммерческой недвижимости и деятельности строительных предприятий. Выявлены основные тенденции и подходы, которые необходимо использовать при возведении многофункциональных крупных объектов недвижимости (торговых центров) на рынке жилья. При проведении исследования были использованы следующие основные научные методы: «диалектический», «системный», «динамический», «вариантный», «балансовый», «моделирование». Информационной базой для анализа данной проблемы являются литературные источники по вопросам деятельности строительных организаций, научные статьи, монографии. Методологической основной при написании статьи послужили такие научные методы, как описание, классификация. Для эффективной работы предприятий при строительстве таких объектов на рынке жилья необходимо создание комплекса законодательных, правовых и экономических нормативов, проведение различных мероприятий на производственных процессах, которые направлены на возведение сложных и крупных однородных объектов в виде региональных групп в регионах, что наиболее полно учитывают интересы каждого участника процесса и позволяют влиять на все производственные процессы в условиях поточных форм организации и управления материальным производством на всех этапах жизненного цикла объекта недвижимости с целью его сокращения.

Статтю присвячено темі запровадження нових підходів щодо надання адміністративних послуг в Україні на основі утвердження нових принципів їх надання. Зазначено, що адміністративні послуги є провідним засобом реалізації прав громадян у сфері публічного адміністрування, адже абсолютна більшість справ, що вирішуються органами публічної адміністрації, ініціюються самими громадянами і стосуються їхніх суб’єктивних прав. Українська держава досить успішно впоралася з викликами у сфері адміністративних послуг після початку повномасштабного вторгнення рф 24.02.2022 р. На сучасному етапі формат відносин «держава-громадянин» та «держава-бізнес» має модернізуватися з урахуванням сучасних технологій, оптимізації процедур та підвищення якості обслуговування. Велике значення у процесі надання адміністративних послуг має орієнтація на сучасні, об’єктивні та обумовлені соціально-економічним та технологічним розвитком принципи їх надання. Адже сьогодні поширеним явищем є «диджиталізація» процесу надання адміністративних послуг, що передбачає впровадження електронного документообігу, створення онлайн платформ для отримання послуг та автоматизацію адміністративних процедур. Центр політико-правових реформ розробив «Стратегію реформи адміністративних послуг та їх цифровізацію». З аналізу документа випливає, що принципи надання адміністративних послуг потребують сьогодні доктринального оновлення у їх тлумаченні. Зокрема, систему принципів адміністративних послуг слід доповнити такими, як децентралізація повноважень, спрощення процедур з надання адміністративних послуг, офіційності, інтеграції базових послуг у ЦНАП, компенсаційності за надання адміністративної послуги, уніфікації процедури вирішення адміністративних справ, розвитку електронних публічних послуг, проактивності публічної адміністрації у сфері надання адміністративних послуг, захисту персональних даних. Наголошено, що оновлення системи принципів надання адміністративних послуг забезпечить зменшення корупційних ризиків, запровадження новітніх цифрових технологій та поліпшення доступу громадян до якісних послуг.

Upper Triassic (Carnian) Los Rastros and Potrerillos formations (Argentina) are famous for their fossil insects. Some interesting Triassic fossil insects are reviewed in this work. The present paper is devoted to four described extinct Paleozoic species from two orders, Miomoptera and Glosselytrodea. Miomina mendozina Martins-Neto & Gallego, 1999 from the Potrerillos Formation is described as Miomoptera based on a unique holotype which has not been located. After reviewing the published illustrations, we conclude that it is possibly a plant remain and not an insect wing. Miomina riojana Martins-Neto & Gallego, 2006 from the Los Rastros Formation, represents a wing fragment with a few short veins and we prefer to leave it identified as questionably assigned to the Order Miomoptera. Both fossils assigned to Glosselytrodea come from the Los Rastros Formation. Argentinoglosselytrina pulchella Martins-Neto & Gallego, 2001 represents a distinct genus and species of the glosselytrodean family Glosselytridae, redescribed herein. In contrast, Chanarelytrina nana Martins-Neto & Gallego, 2006 represents the detached clavus (anal section of a forewing) of Saaloscytina carmonae Martins-Neto et al., 2006 (Hemiptera, Scytinopteroidea, Saaloscytinidae). Argentinoglosselytrina pulchella from the Upper Triassic of Argentina represents the only specimen from an extinct order that characterized the Paleozoic, which reflects the differences between this fauna and that of Central Asia, which is richer in ancient groups. Its modified morphology suggests a possible event of origin of a high-ranked and early aborted evolutionary line.

Background. The study of the phylogeography of the tularemia microbe is not only practical, but also of scientific interest, as it allows us to evaluate the evolutionary processes of Francisella tularensis in modern conditions.Aim. Phylogenetic analysis of strains of the causative agent of tularemia in the Rostov region and identification of erythromycin-sensitive genovariants.Results. A representative collection of 122 cultures, isolated from various sources from 1945 to 2022, was studied. As it was established, all the studied strains of the causative agent of tularemia had typical cultural, morphological, and biological characteristics. The results of the study of bacteria antibiograms showed that all strains were resistant to β-lactams, polymyxin, clindamycin, and sensitive to aminoglycosides, rifampicin, and fluoroquinolones. In relation to erythromycin, only 2 erythromycin-sensitive strains were found. Phylogenetic analysis of 34 European and Russian strains of F. tularensis made it possible to determine whether these strains belong to subgroup B.7 of the main genetic group B.6.Conclusion. For the first time, in the Tselinsky district of the Rostov region, the presence of «atypical» genovariants of the tularemia microbe belonging to subgroup B.7 of the main group B.6 of the subspecies holarctica was registered, according to the modern scheme of genetic typing of F. tularensis subsp. holarctica.

This work is devoted to the scientific and technical aspects of individual stages of active optical fibers preforms’ optical-geometric parameters metrological control. The concept of a system presented makes it possible to carry out a study of a rare earth element distribution in the preform of an active optical fiber and to monitor geometric parameters, and also to study the evolution of the refractive index profile along the length of the sample at a qualitative level. As far as it is known, it is the first description of the preform optical, geometric, and luminescent properties measurement within a single automated laboratory bench. Also, the novelty of the approach lies in the fact that the study of the refractive index profile variation along the length of the preform is, for the first time, conducted using the “dry” method, that is, without immersing the sample in synthetic oil, which makes the process less labor-intensive and safer.

The effects of the molecular architecture of water-insoluble organosilicon polymerizable surfactant macromers (SAMs) on their colloidal-chemical characteristics and on their efficiency in heterophase radical polymerization of styrene and methyl methacrylate were studied. It was shown that despite considerable differences in the structure of three synthesized oligomers (linear α,ω-dipropylmethacrylatepolydimethylsiloxane with a number of repeated siloxane units n = 20—l-SAM; branched γ-methacryloxypropyl containing dimethylsiloxane oligomer—b-SAM; and “spherical” oligo-(γ-methacryloxypropyl)silsesquioxane—s-SAM), the colloidal-chemical characteristics (interfacial tension, layer thickness, adsorption, etc.) were rather similar. In particular, they all form “thick” multimolecular adsorption layers on the toluene–water interphase. All three SAMs were shown to act as effective colloidal stabilizers in heterophase radical polymerization of styrene and methyl methacrylate, which resulted in one-step preparation of large (0.5–1.5 µm) polymer particles with narrow particle size distribution. The obtained results are consistent with the published data on the use of water-insoluble polymerizable oligomers of various chemical structures on the heterophase radical polymerization. The use of these colloidal stabilizers may be considered as an effective way to obtain stable suspensions with large particles and narrow particle size distribution.

The potential probiotic properties of three Bacillus strains were studied. A probiotic supplement for the African catfish Clarias gariepinus was produced via the solid-state fermentation protocol and incorporated into the fish feed for a period of seven weeks. Since the 36th day of the experiment, all experimental groups had a statistically significant increase in their weight gain than the control group. The maximum weight gain observed in fish fed the probiotic-supplemented feed was 29.16% higher than that of the control group, and the maximum feed conversion rate improvement was 24%. Cell-free extracts from these strains showed antioxidant (11.55–27.40%) and DNA-protective (45.33–61.83%) activity in a series of in vitro biosensor tests. Further investigation into the antimutagenic activity of the strains revealed that two of them reduced the level of induced mutagenesis in an Escherichia coli model (by 33.58% and 54.35%, respectively). We also assessed the impact of probiotic strains on the expression of several key genes in the host (C. gariepinus), including hsp70, cxc, tnfα, il1β, and lysC. More than a 10-fold increase in expression rates was observed for hsp70 in gonads and liver; for cxc in muscles and gonads; for tnfα in brain, gills, and liver; for il1β in the brain, gills, gonads, and liver; and for lysC in gills, gonads, liver, and muscles. This study provides evidence that probiotics exhibiting antioxidant and antimutagenic properties can provide significant benefits in vivo within aquaculture systems. The molecular effects of these probiotics appear to be complex and tissue-specific, with both upregulation and downregulation of immune system genes observed. Nevertheless, at the organismal level, the impact was unequivocally positive in terms of aquaculture objectives, manifested as enhanced body weight gain in the fish. Consequently, these Bacillus strains warrant serious consideration as potential probiotics for this species.

In this paper, the results of a study of the structure and phase composition of the hot-dip aluminizing coatings formed on the commercially pure titanium surface in AW-6063 aluminum alloy melt after heat treatment at 700 and 850 °C are presented. It is shown that as a result of aluminizing on the titanium surface, a homogeneous coating 30–40 µm thick without defects is formed. The hot-dip aluminizing coating consists of aluminum and the intermetallic compound TiAl3, located at the boundary with the substrate. Heat treatment results in the formation of a heterogeneous coating structure: its outer layer has a frame-type structure consisting of TiAl3 particles surrounded by an Al2O3 + TiO2 grid, and the inner continuous layer adjacent to the titanium consists of TiAl2, TiAl, and Ti3Al intermetallic layers. Increasing in the heat treatment temperature and/or holding time results in an increase in the thickness of both the outer and boundary layers of the coating. A mechanism for the formation of the coating structure via heat treatment is proposed. The scratch test method was used to evaluate the cohesive and adhesive strength of the coatings, and their scratch hardness was determined, which averaged 200 MPa. It was shown that the coating structure formed during heat treatment at 850 °C ensures higher resistance to cohesive failure.
