The article analyzes the positions of foreign and domestic scholars on the problem of developing professional mobility of teachers. It has been stated that today professional mobility is a necessary component of training a skilled worker. It has been indicated that the teacher possesses an appropriate set of competences that provide an opportunity to be flexible, quickly orientate in the profession, to be competitive in the labor market, ready for further training, retraining and self-education. It has been specified that the factors that actualize these requirements are innovative processes in society; rapid aging of knowledge; the dependence of success in life on the level of education and profession; dynamism and rapid changes in the labor market requirements; the emergence of new professions and the disappearance of the obsolete ones. It has been justified that professional mobility is a complex, integrative, multifactorial entity. Professional mobility provides human development through the formation of key, general professional competencies; human activity, determined by events that change the environment (the result of the activity is self-realization of an individual both in the profession and in everyday life), the process of transformation by people not only themselves, but also their professional-life environment. It has been pointed out that mobility in the pedagogical sphere is determined by objective factors as well as in material production, its direction and intensity depends more on personal, subjective factors. The society is interested in such a specialist who is able to think independently and solve various problems, apply the knowledge gained in the learning process; possesses critical and creative thinking, formed in the process of education; knows how to acquire new knowledge, is capable of self-learning, self-education. It has been concluded that the perspectives for further researchers are seen in studying the problem of developing professional mobility of teachers in European experience.

Objectives: To evaluate the impact of AI-technology implementation into the algorithm for assessing completed tasks of the online SAGE test to identify primary cognitive changes. In order to raise awareness among Russians about dementia and early diagnosis to reduce the risk of occurrence and development of the syndrome, the Nodementia.net project improved the online SAGE test as a convenient self-testing tool for cognitive changes. The visual- constructive and executive skills tasks in SAGE-testing required enhancement of the evaluation algorithm by the AI implementation. AI-technology is designed to highly accurately evaluate human drawings against given criteria and assign scores that correspond to the user's cognitive status. Methods: In the process of improving the test, project experts explored and compared drawing evaluation services, but none satisfied the criteria. In order to create a fundamentally new AI model, experts analyzed 10,000 pictures and prepared algorithms to train the experimental AI model. As a result, the project specialists created AI model that evaluates pictures with 80% accuracy and implemented it into online test on the Nodementia.net website. Results: To train the fundamentally new AI model, experts analyzed more than 10,000 different images, which helped to form the evaluation logic, taking into account the shape of the picture, color, line curvature, accuracy of image repetition and more than 100 other factors. Currently, the AI model correctly evaluates about 80% of images; the next step is 95%. We have improved the mechanism for assessing tasks, reduced biases and increased the amount of users. Conclusions: To improve testing algorithms and increase the accuracy of online SAGE test results, we integrated pattern recognition technology based on a self-learning AI model. We used more than 10,000 different images for initial training, based on which the AI generated more than 100 evaluation criteria. Now the AI is expanding its library of "knowledge" and thereby honing its assessment skills, becoming an integral part of our unique online test. Striped hamsters (Cricetulus barabensis sensu lato) represent a complex of chromosomally distinct allopatric lineages/taxa of either species or subspecies rank. They are widely distributed across the steppes of eastern and central Palearctic. Phylogenetic analysis of cytochrome b gene sequences based on 496 specimens from 112 localities revealed five well‐supported lineages divergent at 2%–4%. Two of them correspond to "griseus" (2n = 22) and "pseudogriseus" (2n = 24) karyomorphs and are placed as sister taxa. The "barabensis" (2n = 20) karyomorph is represented by three other branches and appears non‐monophyletic. All mtDNA lineages are distributed allopatrically or parapatrically; no indications of gene flow between populations of different chromosomal races were found. The results of the molecular clock analysis suggest that the main lineages diverged in the late Middle Pleistocene. The inferred evolutionary scenario implies that the common ancestor of the recent lineages belonged to the 2n = 20 karyomorph and originated in the eastern part of the contemporary range. The vole Alexandromysevoronensis (Kovalskaya et Sokolov, 1980) with its two chromosomal races, "Evoron" (2n = 38-41, NF = 54-59) and "Argi" (2n = 34, 36, 37, NF = 51-56) is the endemic vole found in the Russian Far East. For the "Argi" chromosomal race, individuals from two isolated populations in mountain regions were investigated here for the first time using GTG-, GTC-, NOR methods. In the area under study, 8 new karyotype variants have been registered. The karyotype with 2n = 34 has a rare tandem fusion of three autosomes: two biarmed (Mev6 and Mev7) and one acrocentric (Mev14) to form a large biarmed chromosome (Mev6/7/14), all of which reveal a heterozygous state. For A.evoronensis , the variation in the number of chromosomes exceeded the known estimate of 2n = 34, 36 and amounted to 2n = 34, 36, 38-41. The combination of all the variations of chromosomes for the species made it possible to describe 20 variants of the A.evoronensis karyotype, with 11 chromosomes being involved in multiple structural rearrangements. In the "Evoron" chromosomal race 4 chromosomes (Mev1, Mev4, Mev17, and Mev18) and in the "Argi" chromosomal race 9 chromosomes (Mev6, Mev7, Mev14, Mev13, Mev11, Mev15, Mev17, Mev18, and Mev19) were observed.
