Dengue hemorrhagic fever is one infectious diseases that have high case fatality rate in Indonesia. The aim of this study was to descibe the antibody anti-dengue profile in dengue hemorrhagic fever patients at Dr. Soetomo Hospital Surabaya. This study was epidemiological descriptive study to aims prevalence primary and secondary infection of dengue hemorrhagic fever and its clinical appearances. This study used 85 samples by taking medical record data of IgM and IgG anti-dengue serologic test from Internal Medicine Department, Dr. Soetomo Hospital, Surabaya, between January to December 2010. The data were collected and analyzed in diagrams and tables. Result of this study showed 25 (29,4%) patients had positive IgM serologic test, 14 (16,4%) patients had positive IgG serologic test and 46 (54,2%) patients had positive IgM and IgG serologic test. In primary infections, the history of fever was 3.8±1.2 days; platelet counts 58,6±21,4/ml and bleeding sign 37% of 25 patients. In secondary infections, the history of fever was 4.28±1.15 days; platelet count was 44,17±24,2/ml and bleeding sign 52% of 60 patients. In conclusion, patients with secondary infection have higher prevalence than primary infection. Then in secondary infection had more severe clinical appearance than primary infection.

Hemophagocytic lymphohistiocytosis (HLH) is derived from the word hemophagocytosis, in which macrophages infiltrate tissues extensively and unspecifically phagocyte blood cells and bone marrow cells. HLH is rare, difficult to recognize and the mortality rate is high, especially in adults. Immediate diagnosis and therapy are essential. The introduction of HLH triggers is important as therapy is based on the underlying triggers. The patient in this study was a 72-year-old female presented with fever 1 week before admission. She had anemic conjunctiva and splenomegaly. Laboratory results were as follows: Hb: 9.2 g/dL, PLT: 73,000/µL, WBC: 3.400/µL, neutrophil: 0.6%, triglycerides: 284 mg/dL, ferritin: 7500 ng/mL. Bone marrow aspiration showed hypocellular marrow with increased angry macrophage. The patient received dexamethasone, Intravenous Immunoglobulins (IVIG), tranfusion of 1 bag of Packed Red Cell (PRC) and Thrombocyte Concentrate (TC). Patient showed symptoms as follows: fever (t=40oC), splenomegaly (abdominal ultrasound results), sitopenia (hb: 9.2 g/dL, % neutrophils: 0.6%, PLT: 73 x 103/µL), hypertriglyceridemia (284 mg/dL), hyperferritinemia (7500 ng/mL) and hemofagocytosis in the bone marrow. Based on the criteria of the updated HLH 2004, it was concluded that the patient was diagnosed with HLH. The total Hscore in this patient was 269, which is also eligible for enforcement of HLH diagnosis. In conclusion, diagnosis of HLH based on the existing scoring system should be one of the considerations in patients with cytoopenia with febris, especially when accompanied with a history of severe infection, malignancy, and previous use of immunosuppressants. Introduction: Sepsis and septic shock are organ dysfunctions caused by the dysregulation of the body's response to infection and are the most common causes of death. Objective: This study aims to describe the neutrophil-lymphocyte ratio, platelet-lymphocyte ratio, and lactate levels in patients with sepsis and septic shock who died in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU). Materials and Methods: An observational retrospective study was conducted by examining the medical record data of sepsis and sepsis shock patients who were hospitalized in the ICU of Dr. Soetomo General Academic Hospital Surabaya from January to December 2019. Results: The study sample was 28 patients: 16 with sepsis and 12 with septic shock. Fifteen patients (53.6%) were women. The patients’ mean age was 53.18 ± 13.61 years, and most patients (8 patients, 28.6%) belonged to the late adult age group (36-45 years). The most common comorbidities were diabetes mellitus and hypertension (30.8%). The highest incidence of infection in both groups occurred in the lungs (42.9%). Most of the patients had high SOFA scores, in the moderate (7-9) to severe (≥ 10) category (39.3%). Almost all patients (82.1%) were treated for less than one week. The hematological examination within the first 24 hours showed a leukocyte value of 16,995 (Leukocytosis) and a platelet value of 279,500 (Normal). The NLR of septic shock patients (31.38±55.61) was higher than the NLR of sepsis patients (23.75±22.87). The PLR of septic shock patients (534.02±1000.67) was lower than the PLR of patients (802.93±1509.89). Lastly, the lactate levels in septic shock patients (3.84±1.99) were higher than in sepsis patients (1.97±1.06). Conclusion: There were no significant differences in the NLR and PLR values ​​between sepsis and septic shock patients, but there were significant differences in their initial lactate levels.

Optically, khmaralite is biaxial (-); at lambda = 589 nm, alpha = 1.725(2), beta = 1.740(2), gamma = 1.741(2) 2V(sub meas) = 34.4 (1.8) degrees, v>r strong, and beta // b. The weak superstructure reported using electron diffraction has been confirmed by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The superstructure corresponds to a doubling of the a axis in monoclinic sapphirine-2M (P2(sub 1)/c setting) with the following unit-cell parameters: a = 19.800(1), b = 14.371(1), c = 11.254(1) Angstroms, Beta = 125.53(1) degrees, Z = 4, D(sub calc) = 3.61 g/cm(super 3). Using a simplified chemical formula of Mg(sub 5.46)Al(sub 14.28)Fe(sub 2.00)Si(sub 4.80)Be(sub 1.46)O(sub 40), the fully anisotropic structure refinement of all site occupancies, including Al vs Mg and Al vs. Si on the 16 octahedral (M) and 12 tetrahedral (T) sites respectively, establishes that the 2Xa superstructure results primarily from ordering in the doubled (T1 > T6, T7 > T12) tetrahedral chain, which is parallel to the a axis. The strongest contribution comes from Al-Si-Be ordering on the T2 (33-16-51%) vs. T8 (0-95-5%) and T3 (4-78-18%) vs. T9 (30-0-70%) sites. Thus, the sequence Al-Si-Al in sapphirine is replaced by the sequence Si-Be-Si in khmaralite; i.e., Be replaces Si on two sites and Si replaces Al on on four adjacent sites, resulting in an indirect replacement of Al by Be by the coupled substitution Be + Si = 2Al. The Be distribution in khmaralite and the strong preference for Be/Al mixing over Be/Si mixing appear to satisfy the bonding requirements of the bridging O atoms by minimizing the number of Be-O-Be and Be-O-Al linkages.

The method of increments (MoI) has been employed using the complete active space formalism in order to calculate the dissociation curve of beryllium ring-shaped clusters Ben of different sizes. Benchmarks obtained through different quantum chemical methods including the ab initio density matrix renormalization group were used to verify the validity of the MoI truncation which showed a reliable behavior for the whole dissociation curve. Moreover we investigated the size dependence of the correlation energy at different interatomic distances in order to extrapolate the values for the periodic chain and to discuss the transition from a metal-like to an insulator-like behavior of the wave function through quantum chemical considerations. Immune related pancytopenia (IRP) is a peripheral pancytopenia caused by bone marrow failure due to an autoimmune process. A 41 year old female presented with gum bleeding 4 days prior to admission. She had anemic conjunctiva and no organomegaly. Laboratory results were as follows Hb: 7.9 g/dL, WBC: 3,200/ìL, PLT: 6,000/ìL, IPF: 4.7% and RET: 0.44%. Bone marrow aspiration was dominated by clusters of erythroblastic islands and activated macrophages. Confirmatory examination with bone marrow mononuclear cells coombs test (BMMNC Coombs Test) showed positive results. The patient received dexamethasone and trasnfusions with both packed red cells (PRC) and platelet concentrate (PC) apheresis. Mechanism of pancytopenia in patients is an autoimmune process caused by an autoantibody towards hematopoeitic cells in the bone marrow. B lymphocytes over produces this autoantibody. Ig G autoantibody also activates macrophages that will phagocyte hematopoeitic cells, whereas the Ig M autoantibody activates the complement system that causes the lysis of hematopoietic cells. The diagnosis of IRP in this patient was based on peripheral pancytopenia with an increase of Erythroblastic Island clusters and activated macrophages in the bone marrow. Participatory planning methodology is a method that is often used to develop urban areas, especially for low-income residential areas. Low-income community settlements, also known as urban kampong, are always exist in Indonesian urban areas, so participatory planning is very useful for developing urban kampong. In Yogyakarta, there are many urban kampongs in each sub-district area inhabited by low-income residents. One sub-district area that also has urban kampongs is Kelurahan Sorosutan, Kemantren Umbulharjo, the City of Yogyakarta. To carry out the development of urban kampong in Kelurahan Sorosutan, the KOTAKU program from Director General of Cipta Karya, Ministry of Public Works is implemented through collaborating support with several stakeholders including academics. The Urban and Residential Environment Laboratory, Faculty of Architecture and Design, Universitas Kristen Duta Wacana carried out community service in Kelurahan Sorosutan using community-based participatory planning methods. As a housing scheme, this method does not develop new houses for low-income people but carries out upgrading programs in existing kampong settlements. The involvement of students, teaching staffs, the sub-district government and the local community greatly supports the planning process. The most important stakeholder is the local community who clearly know the potential and problems they face on a daily basis. The purpose of the community service is to make a Master Plan that can be used as a reference to carry out regional development in some stages. The results obtained from this community service are the Master Plan for Regional Development Kelurahan Sorosutan, Kemantren Umbulharjo, the City of Yogyakarta.

BACKGROUND: Interleukin (IL)-10 is involved in Wallerian degeneration after peripheral nerve crush injury. Oral thymoquinone was previously observed to decrease local immunoglobulin-G (IgG) in a crush-injured rat model. No study has evaluated the pathway of various thymoquinone dosages on local IgG and IL-10 in this injury. METHODS: This experimental study used 126 Rattus norvegicus Wistar rats that were divided into 18 groups: six groups received a placebo, the other six groups received thymoquinone at 100 mg/kg/day and the last six groups received thymoquinone at 250 mg/kg/day, respectively. Rats were sacrificed at 12, 18, 24, 5x24, 6x24, and 7x24 hours. Matrix metalloproteinase-9 (MMP-9), IL-10, and local IgG levels were assessed by Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA). The nuclear factor KappaB (NF-κB) expressions on Schwann cells were examined by flow cytometry. Path analysis was performed using SmartPLS. RESULTS: The path analysis showed that 100mg/kg/day of thymoquinone significantly decreased NF-κB expression. However, NF-κB did not affect local MMP-9, and MMP-9 had no significant relationship with local IL-10 and IgG. Thymoquinone 250 mg/kg/day also significantly inhibited NF-kB expression, decreased local MMP-9, and, in turn, decreased local IL-10 and IgG. In this contribution, we reinvestigate the interaction of nitric oxide with a gold(111) surface using plane-wave density functional theory, with particular emphasis on the role of intermode coupling. A new global representation of the potential energy surface is obtained from the ab initio data by non-linear adjustment, yielding a set of physically motivated parameters. The novel functional form improves on its parent [Marquardt et al. J. Chem. Phys. 132, 074108 (2010)] by addressing the variation of the charge transfer character of the electronic structure data, and by treating surface corrugation via translationally invariant weighting functions of lower-dimensional, high-symmetry sites. Contrary to previous studies, the adsorption minimum does not favour the hollow sites and is found at a strongly tilted orientation (circa 60) on top of a gold atom of the topmost layer. High-dimensional anharmonic vibrational analysis performed using a Lanczos-based contracted iterative procedure reveals that the low-lying excited vibrational states retain a strongly tilted orientation and remain predominantly localised at the atop site. BACKGROUND: Immunoglobulin-G (IgG) is a product of the initial response to secondary immune response, which accumulates in distal segment of the nerve after crush injury. Thymoquinone modulates the adaptive immune response. Effect of thymoquinone administration on local IgG levels of Rattus norvegicus Wistar rats sciatic nerve crush injury model has not been elucidated. METHODS: This was an experimental study, with 63 Rattus norvegicus Wistar rats that divided into 9 groups. Three groups were given placebo, 3 groups were given 100 mg/kg/day thymoquinone, and 3 groups were given 250 mg/kg/day thymoquinone. The rats were terminated based on the assigned group at 5x24, 6x24, and 7x24 hours and then the IgG levels were measured using sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). RESULTS: There was a significant difference in IgG levels after administration of 100 and 250 mg/kg/day thymoquinone at 5x24 hours and 7x24 hours post-injury compared to the rats that were given no treatment. A significant difference of IgG levels was also found after administration of 100 mg/kg/day thymoquinone group at 6x24 hours post-injury. Critical point of decreasing local IgG of all groups happened at 6x24 hours after injury, however, there was no significant difference in the median levels of thymoquinone at doses of 100 mg/kg and 250 mg/kg. CONCLUSION: Local IgG levels in distal segment of the sciatic nerve crush injury is lower in rats that were given 100 mg/kg thymoquinone treatment compared to the rats that receive no thymoquinone treatment since 5x24 hours after injury. Thymoquione administration should be given immediately after the crush injury until before 6x24 hours post-injury to decrease antibodies in degeneration process. The crystal structure of philolithite, [Pb.sub.12][O.sub.6]Mn[(Mg,Mn).sub.2][(Mn,Mg).sub.4] ([SO.sub.4])[([CO.sub.3]).sub.4][Cl.sub.4][(OH).sub.12], [P4.sub.2]/nnm, a = 12.627(9), c = 12.595(9) [Angstrom], V = 2008(2) [[Angstrom].sup.3], Z = 2 has been solved by Patterson difference-Fourier syntheses and refined to R = 0.053 for 814 [F.sub.o] [is greater than] 4[Sigma].sub.Fo] using MoK[Alpha] X-ray data. In the structure, Mn[O.sub.6] octahedra form straight chains parallel to [110] and [1 bar] 10] by sharing opposite octahedral edges. Octahedra within the chains are further linked by sharing free corners with Mn[O.sub.4] and [SO.sub.4] tetrahedra and [CO.sub.3] triangles. The Mn[O.sub.4] and [SO.sub.4] tetrahedra also form bridging struts between octahedral chains, connecting them in the [001] direction into an open framework. The Pb, C1, and non-framework O atoms occupy the open spaces within the framework. The 10- and 12-fold coordinations of the Pb atoms exhibit the lone-pair effect. Pb atoms link via short bonds to non-framework O atoms to form chains parallel to [110] and [[bar] 1 10]. When viewed down [111], [[bar] 11 1], [1 [bar] 11], or [[bar] 1 1 [bar] 1], the framework (less the [CO.sub.3] groups) is seen to be based upon cubic closest-packing of anions. Tujuan dari artikel ini adalah untuk memaparkan historisitas dinamika pengelolaan RPTRA di Jakarta selama beberapa tahun terakhir. Artikel ini berupaya untuk mengambil pendekatan yang berbeda dengan pendekatan fungsionalis yang umumnya dilakukan untuk menganalisis RPTRA, misalnya penelitian yang dilakukan oleh Aji et al. (2016) dan Sutanto dan Junadi (2018). Upaya ini dilakukan untuk melihat RPTRA bukan sebagai sebuah ruang yang “ada” di kota sebagai tempat terjadinya berbagai aktivitas sosial masyarakat, tetapi sebagai sebuah ruang yang dibentuk oleh aspek-aspek tertentu, seperti ekonomi, politik, dan budaya. Konsep yang diambil sebagai kerangka analisis adalah konsep mengenai ruang yang ditawarkan oleh Henri Lefebvre. Metodologi penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif analisis deskriptif, yakni pembacaan literatur dan studi pustaka. Artikel-artikel terkait RPTRA yang dipublikasikan selama lima tahun terakhir dikumpulkan, dibaca, dan dianalisis. Penelitian ini sendiri dilakukan dalam rentang waktu Februari hingga Juni 2021. Hasil dari penelitian ini mengemukakan bahwa terdapat tiga disrupsi sosial-politik yang terjadi dalam dinamika pengelolaan RPTRA selama lima tahun. Ketiga disrupsi tersebut terkait dengan pengakomodasian aktivitas masyarakat, pergantian kepemimpinan politik, dan pandemi Covid-19. Dengan menggunakan kerangka ruang Lefebvre, penulis berpendapat bahwa seringkali terjadi benturan antara abstraksi perencanaan dan pengelolaan ruang yang dibentuk oleh pemerintah dengan harapan dan ekspektasi masyarakat. Hal yang pertama menggambarkan ruang abstrak, sedangkan hal yang kedua menggambarkan ruang sosial sebagaimana konsep ruang Lefebvre. Demi pengelolaan yang berkelanjutan, partisipasi masyarakat mesti dilibatkan secara aktif dalam pengelolaan perkotaan. Dari segi kebijakan, pemerintah sendiri perlu mengambil kebijakan politik secara diskretif, bukan demi hegemoni politik semata. This article aims to explain the historical dynamics of RPTRA’s management in Jakarta during few recent years. Notwithstanding common functionalist approach, such as Aji et al. (2016) and Sutanto (2018), this article attempts to employ another approach. It tries to portray RPTRA not as a space that “is already being there”, used by city residents to do their various activities, but as a space that is dynamically as well as continuously formed by several factors, for instance economy, politics, and culture. The theoretical concept that is taken as an analysis framework is the concept of space, offered by Henri Lefebvre. This research employs analytic-descriptive qualitative method, such as literature reading. Some articles related with RPTRA which were published within last five years are collected, read, and analysed. This research itself was conducted between February until June 2021. The result of the research states that there are three socio-political disruptions which happened during the historical dynamics of RPTRA’s management. Those related with accommodation of residents’ activities, the dynamics of political situation, and pandemic Covid-19. The Lefebvrian analysis of space shows that there is often friction between city planning and management made by the government and the hope and expectation of city residents. The former indicates abstract space, while the latter indicates social space as were conceived by Lefebvre. For the sake of sustainable management, the participation of civil society must be included continuously. Furthermore, government itself must take political policy discreetly and not for mere political hegemony.

One of Sigmund Freud's most famous works in the field of religion is Totem and Taboo (1912-1913). In this work, Freud uses psychoanalytic theory to dissect the genealogy of socio-religious phenomena in the form of totems and taboos from a philosophical-anthropological point of view, especially through his research on Aboriginal tribes in Australia. This article aims to examine Freud's contribution in the field of religion, and how it is contextualized in the socio-religious life of today's society. This study uses a qualitative approach by exploring various literatures that examine Freud's work on Totems and Taboos. The results of the study reveal that although this work tends to be problematic and particular in interpreting religion through the concepts of Totem and Taboo. However, there is a contribution from the series of arguments presented by Freud. This contribution is an invitation to purify one's intentions in carrying out religious rites, especially in today's modern society. Religious activity is no longer seen as a mechanistic ritual, but it has to be rooted from the deepest heart. Salah satu karya Sigmund Freud dalam bidang agama yang paling terkenal adalah Totem and Taboo (1912-1913). Dalam karyanya tersebut, Freud menggunakan teori psikoanalisis untuk membedah genealogi fenomena sosial keagamaan berupa totem dan taboo dari sudut pandang filosofis-antropologis, khususnya melalui penelitiannya tentang suku Aborigin di Australia. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menelaah sumbangsih Freud dalam karya tersebut, dan bagaimana kontekstualisasinya dalam kehidupan sosial-keagamaan masyarakat saat ini. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan menelusuri berbagai literatur yang mengkaji karya Freud tentang Totem dan Taboo. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa meskipun karya ini cenderung problematis dan partikular dalam memaknai agama melalui konsep Totem dan Taboo, namun terdapat sumbangsih dari rangkaian argumentasi yang disampaikan oleh Freud tersebut. Sumbangsih tersebut adalah ajakan untuk memurnikan intensi diri dalam melaksanakan ritus-ritus beragama, khususnya dalam masyarakat modern saat ini. Aktivitas beragama bukan lagi menjadi ritual yang mekanistis, melainkan harus bersumber dari hati yang terdalam.

Background: In 2019, a viral disease spread from Wuhan, Hubei Province in China. The disease was caused by severe acute respiratory syndrome related to coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2 virus), which was named by the Coronavirus Study Group of the International Committee on Taxonomy of Viruses. Purpose: This article reports the multi-discipline treatment of Covid tongue and exfoliative cheilitis with a main diagnosis of bilateral pneumonia caused by SARS-CoV-2 infection. Case: A female patient, 70 years old was referred with a diagnosis of bilateral pneumonia by a pulmonologist. She complained of painful wounds all over her mouth. An intraoral clinical examination revealed white-thick lesion and multiple ulcerations, whilst an extraoral exam for exfoliative dermatitis has not been described. The working diagnosis was Covid tongue mixed with exfoliative cheilitis. Case management: The procedure was performed by teledentistry and direct visits to implement oral health care by asepsis, debridement and the application of Oxygene gel. Conclusion: The lesion was treated successfully due to the multidisciplinary approaches by an internist and pulmonologist by implementing integrated knowledge and was supported hugely by patient cooperation.

Perubahan paradigma manusia secara kolektif di berbagai aspek kehidupan, seperti moralitas, filosofi, dan ilmu pengetahuan terjadi sebagai bagian dari perkembangan sejarah dunia, salah satunya dalam bidang hukum. Hukum yang pada mulanya bersifat retributif, di masa ini mulai mengalami pergeseran ke arah restoratif, yang mana tercermin dalam pandangan masyarakat dunia terhadap hukuman mati, di mana konsep dari hukuman mati menjadi cenderung semakin dikritisi. Indonesia mengalami ketertinggalan dalam hal itu. Dengan demikian, perancangan ini dilaksanakan sebagai respon terhadap fakta tersebut. Perancangan ini dilakukan untuk membuat media interaktif digital yang dapat menjadi media pembelajaran bagi masyarakat umum di Indonesia mengenai pandangan kontra Amnesty International terhadap isu hukuman mati. Bentuk media interaktif yang dipilih adalah Interactive Fiction, di mana materi pembelajaran dimasukkan dalam satu bentuk permainan yang bersifat naratif dan berbasis teks. Setelah dilakukan tes terhadap target audiens, hasil perancangan dinilai dapat menimbulkan ketertarikan terhadap topik yang diangkat, tetapi kurang mampu mempertahankan ketertarikan dan perhatian pemain terhadap media sebagai sebuah permainan.

Strategic Environmental Assessment (SEA) is a process by evaluating environmental impacts and ensuring that the principles of sustainability are integrated in decision making. Strategic Environmental Assessment (SEA) in Indonesia is regulated in a law stipulated by the government which stipulates that it is the duty of both the government and local governments to carry out both development planning and spatial planning. Salatiga City in spatial planning in accordance with the existing guidelines implements SEA, namely in making the Regional Spatial Plan and Detailed Spatial Plan. The rules and policies that are continuously updated by the government regarding the procedures for implementing SEA require understanding from stakeholders who have an interest in Policies, Plans and Programs (KRP) in spatial planning in Salatiga City, with good quality understanding by stakeholders can ensure that the stages of implementing SEA running well and integrating SEA into the KRP spatial planning that ensures environmental damage can be minimized. The purpose of this research is to examine the effectiveness of the implementation of SEA in spatial planning in the city of Salatiga and it is hoped that it can provide alternative steps for implementing SEA which can be used as a direction in the implementation of SEA based on existing facts and conditions. The data used in this study consist of primary data and secondary data which refer to the SEA implementation tools, namely Rules and Policies, Documents and Reports, Institutional Tools, Implementation Standard Operating Procedures, Monitoring, Evaluation and Feedback. The research method used is a mixed method research by combining qualitative and quantitative analysis. From the results of the analysis, it can be seen that the implementation of SEA in the City of Salatiga in spatial planning still needs to be considered in order to run effectively, even though the resulting SEA process has adjusted to the existing regulations but still in activities such as monitoring, evaluation and feedback still need to be carried out in an effective manner. maximum because these activities constitute control over decision making in Activities, Plans and Programs in the resulting spatial planning and stakeholder understanding of the institutional instruments of SEA in Salatiga City still need to be improved because not all existing instruments are understood and are still in a category that is not all in categories really understand evenly so that steps are needed that are adjusted to the existing conditions in an effort to increase the effectiveness of the implementation of SEA so that the resulting SEA can run effectively and maximally.
