Aim: The purpose of this study is to determine the Pharmacognostic, phytochemical and physicochemical standardization of Pleurotus ostreatus. Materials and Methods: The disease-free oyster mushroom fruiting body was collected during the rainy season from Himgiree Hi-Tech Agro (Mushroom Division) Kalyani Nagar Pune. Their identity and authentication were done. Macromorphology, cytomorphology, powder microscopy, micrometry, physicochemical evaluation, and phytochemical screening were done according to the WHO guidelines and standard methods. Results: Macromorphology of mushroom structure has a broad, oyster or fan-shaped cap, spanning 2-35 cm. yellowish grey colour, chocolaty odor, and significant taste. Cytomorphology of mushroom shows different cells such as aciculate, sphaerodunculate, lanceolate thick-walled, utriform, cornuate, Subcapitate, mucronate, cornuate, clavate 4-sterigmate basidium and in powder microscopy nodulose, isodiametric, snout like pore, spiny, bullet shaped, cuboid. The preliminary phytochemical analysis of the mushroom shows the occurrence of active compounds such as flavonoid, tannin, glycoside, coumarin, phenols, steroid, terpenoids protein and amino acid. Conclusion: The results obtained in this study the Standardization of phytochemical, physico-chemical is a fundamental dimension for sample identification, quality, and purity of oyster mushroom (Pleurotus ostreatus). An immensely selective sensor TiO2-ZnO-BMIMBr nanocomposite was developed as sensing materials for dopamine. ILs ([BMIM]+[Br]−) contribute as green dispersing media for the nanostructures, improving conductivity and biocompatibility. The surface morphologies, microstructure, and chemical compositions of the nanocomposite were probed by scanning electron microscopy (FE-SEM), high resolution transmission electron microscopy (HR-TEM), RAMAN, X-ray diffraction (XRD) and Thermo gravimetric analysis (TGA-DTA). The electrochemical behaviours of DA at the bare and modified GCEs (TiO2, ZnO, TiO2-ZnO-BMIMBr) were investigated in acetate buffer solution (0.1 M, pH 7.4) by cyclic voltammetry (CV) and differential pulse voltammetry (DPV). Compared with the bare electrode, TiO2-ZnO-BMIMBr/GCE shows the oxidation peak current (ipa) of increased magnitude, owing to the synergistic effect between TiO2 and ZnO in TiO2-ZnO-BMIMBr. The detection limit of the nanocomposite was found 4.09 μM by CV and 8.14 μM by DPV (S/N = 3). Moreover, the response peak current of DA is not interfered with the coexistence of ascorbic acid (AA), uric acid (UA), and glucose. Abstract: The present work deals with the synthesis of cobalt oxide, and Fe2+- and Ni2+-doped cobalt oxide nanoparticles as a catalyst. The study is investigating the different factors in obtaining cobalt oxide, and Fe2+- and Ni2+-doped cobalt oxide nanoparticles. Photocatalytic degradation studies are carried out for water-soluble eosine blue (EB) dye using cobalt oxide, and Fe2+- and Ni2+-doped cobalt oxide nanoparticles in aqueous solution. Different parameters such as initial dye concentration, dose of catalyst, contact time and pH have been studied to optimize reaction conditions. It is observed that photocatalytic degradation is a more effective and faster mode of removing EB dye by cobalt oxide, and Fe2+- and Ni2+-doped cobalt oxide nanoparticles than work done before. The optimum conditions for the removal of the EB dye are initial concentration 40 mg/L, photocatalyst dose 0.8 g/L, and pH 7.5. The EDS technique gives the elemental composition of synthesised cobalt oxide, and Fe2+- and Ni2+-doped cobalt oxide nanoparticles. The TEM and XRD studies are carried for morphological feature characteristics of synthesized cobalt oxide, and Fe2+- and Ni2+-doped cobalt oxide nanoparticles. Pseudo-first-order kinetic has been investigated for both pure and doped cobalt oxide catalysts. Manganese(III), cobalt(II), nickel(II) and copper(II) complexes of a salen-type ligand, namely 6,6′-((1E,1′E)-(ethane-1,2-diylbis(azanylylidene))bis(methanylylidene))bis(5-isopropyl-2-methylphenol) (HL), have been synthesized and characterized by physicochemical and spectroscopic methods. In addition, single-crystal X-ray analysis confirmed the formulae of the manganese and nickel complexes as [Mn(OAc)(L)] and [Ni(L)], respectively. The free Schiff base and its complexes have been screened for in vitro antibacterial activity by colony count methods, and the antioxidant activity was assayed by DPPH radical scavenging.
