Women who are victims of digital harassment or "revenge porn" may suffer from trust issues, post-traumatic stress disorder, anxiety and depression, suicidal thoughts and increased risk of suicide and suicide, difficulty finding new partners, job loss or problems getting a new job, offline harassment and stalking. This study highlights the urgency of comprehensive action, including legal measures, public awareness and digital education, to build a safe and equitable online environment and highlights the seriousness of revenge porn and digital violence against women, highlighting the need for integrated interventions, protection of victims and promotion of an inclusive and respectful digital culture.
