It is defined as the delusions in which the person believes that the persons, places, objects and events around the person have changed or proliferated. Intermetamorphosis is a phenomenon in which there is a marked increase in familiarity and the physical and mental identities of familiar or unfamiliar people change and become a familiar person to the patient.
