Allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation(allo-HSCT)is a treatment for many malignant tumors of blood system and severe immunodeficiency, and chronic graft-versus-host disease(cGVHD)is one of the major complications after transplantation, which seriously affects the life quality of patients. The cGVHD can attack all the target tissues of the eye. The more common ones are lacrimal gland, eyelid, conjunctiva, cornea and limbus, meibomian gland, etc. The pathophysiological process is inflammation and fibrosis. Although many researchers at home and abroad have gradually begun to explore the disease and obtained many new findings, its pathology and pathogenesis are still not fully understood, and there is no unified and effective treatment. Clinically, the treatment of the disease is usually when symptoms have appeared. At this time, the target tissue is likely to have irreversible and permanent damage, resulting in a protracted and refractory situation. Therefore, this thesis mainly clarifies the research progress of the pathology and pathogenesis of ocular cGVHD in recent years, in order to provide new guidance for the treatment of the disease.

The design and synthesis of low-cost, excellent catalytic activity catalysts is the key to catalytic oxidation of VOCs. Nanomaterials have attracted great interest in recent years. Here, a simple impregnation method was used to synthesize the Cu-doped CeO2 nanostructure catalyst supported on a boron-rich carbon carrier and applied for the catalytic oxidation of acetone. After trace amounts of Cu were added to the single CeO2 supported on boron-rich carbon catalyst, Cu-doped CeO2 catalyst displayed better catalytic activity. Besides, it also has long-term stability and H2O resistance. The influence of copper doping on the performance of the catalyst was studied by many characterization technologies. The result indicated that the introduction of Cu can further limit the growth of CeO2 grains based on the limited growth of metal nanoparticles on the carrier, can make the amounts of Ce3+ and adsorb oxygen species increase, and can enhance the redox properties of CeO2. Therefore, Cu-doped CeO2 nanostructures in a boron-rich carbon catalyst have the potential for the removal of acetone. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

The development of highly efficient and stable monolithic catalysts is essential for the removal of volatile organic compounds (VOCs). Copper foam (CF) is a potential ideal carrier for monolithic catalysts, but its low surface area is not conducive to dispersion of active species, thus reducing the interface interaction with active species. Herein, a vertically oriented Cu(OH) 2 nanorod was in situ grown on the CF, which acted as the template and precursor to synthesize CoCu-MOF. The optimized catalyst (12CoCu-R) delivers excellent performance for acetone oxidation with a T 90 of 195 °C. Impressively, the catalyst demonstrated satisfactory stability in long-term, cycle, water resistance, and high airspeed tests. Therefore, the present study provides a novel strategy for rationally designing efficient monolithic catalysts for VOC oxidation and other environmental applications.
