The Hotel Green annex (Castle Green) located on Green Street, was designed by Frederick Louis Roehrig, it is a seven story Islamic Revival style building. Shows two round towers with conical roofs with flag poles, a central square tower with balconets, molded plaster and decorative terracotta tiles near the roof line. The building has chimneys. Shows landscaped grounds with sidewalks, agave plants, palm trees, grass and pine trees.

On the obverse side, metal medal has an image of Joan of Arc holding a sword. Etched on the metal are "On Ne Passe Pas" (They Shall Not Pass) and Vernier (giving credit to the artist Émile Séraphin Vernier who designed the medal). On the reverse side is a castle surrounded by palm leaves. At the top it says "Verdun." Below the castle it says "21 Fevrier 1916" (21 February 1916) -- the start of the Battle of Verdun.

Cigarette package is decorated with an image of a woman, wearing a pharaonic headdress, blue gown, and bangles reclining on a couch shaped like a cat. Above is written "MURAD", followed by "THE TURKISH CIGARETTE". Overlaying the images is the inscription, "Turkish Tobacco" stylized like cursive handwriting. At the bottom is "S. ANARGYROS.", with "CAPITAL STOCK OWNED BY P. LORILLARD CO." below in small letters. There is generic Egyptian and Middle Eastern imagery in the background. On either side of the package are statues of Anubis, and on the reverse side are palm trees, pyramids, camels, and riders in the background. In the foreground are two pillars; the left pillar contains a printed warning against cigarette resale, and the right pillar has the inscriptions "Factory No.7", "10", "3rd. Dist. New York", and "D". A blue tax stamp is also affixed to the back of the package, with a man's portrait and the name "DE WITT CLINTON" above "TEN."

Professor Miethe took his special camera that exposed successive images on a plate that dropped at the film plane as the three primary filters were placed in front automatically. The earliest example published may be...[Eder's Jahrbuch fur Photographie... of 1903].
