According to the survey it was found that the current education system focuses more on rote learning of subjects which is leading to the poor quality of education system, but to fill the handed to professional work environment and application oriented. To build this requirement gap, freshers are to be passed through a foundation on training programmer by employees for few months before they come on the job. For long term sustainable outcome, current Indian education system is to be more application oriented. Around the world, employers, educators, policymakers, training organizations and others have recognized the critical importance of tackling the skills gap. The main key characteristics for the teaching and learning across the various fields of i.e. general, academic, vocational and technical, should incorporate various strategies, which wholly depends on learning environment, teaching methods of learners and various supporting factors. In order to increase the economy of the country and to solve the skills gap, it is very much important that higher education (Professional and Technical) should be allowed to increase access and completion, and evolve with career opportunities. These strategies are determined partly on subject matter to be taught and partly by the nature of learners developing reciprocity and cooperation. Through the research paper, researcher want to attempt to find solution in analyzing the role of higher education in bridging the skill gap and other related factors on professional institutes of Jaipur by drawing certain conclusion confronting a problem.

Urban floods are very destructive and have significant socioeconomic repercussions in regions with a common flooding prevalence. Various researchers have laid down numerous approaches for analyzing the evolution of floods and their consequences. One primary goal of such approaches is to identify the areas vulnerable to floods for risk reduction and management purposes. The present paper proposes an integrated remote sensing, geographic information system (GIS), and field survey-based approach for identifying and predicting urban flood-prone areas. The work is unique in theory since the methodology proposed finds application in urban areas wherein the cause of flooding, in addition to heavy rainfall, is also the inefficient urban drainage system. The work has been carried out in Delhi’s Yamuna River National Capital Territory (NCT) area, considered one of India’s most frequently flooded urban centers, to analyze the causes of its flooding and supplement the existing forecasting models. Research is based on an integrated strategy to evaluate and map the highest flood boundary and identify the area affected along the Yamuna River NCT of Delhi. In addition to understanding the causal factors behind frequent flooding in the area, using field-based information, we developed a GIS model to help authorities to manage the floods using catchment precipitation and gauge level relationship. The identification of areas susceptible to floods shall act as an early warning tool to safeguard life and property and help authorities plan in advance for the eventuality of such an event in the study area.

Karnal bunt of wheat is an internationally quarantined fungal pathogen disease caused by Tilletia indica and affects the international commercial seed trade of wheat. We announce here the first improved draft genome assembly of a monoteliosporic culture of the Tilletia indica fungus, consisting of 787 scaffolds with an approximate total genome size of 31.83 Mbp, which is more accurate and near to complete than the previous version.
