International audience; Cette communication s’attache à associer les apports de la didactique professionnelle et de la psychologie cognitive en vue de comprendre l’activité du conseiller en évolution professionnelle. Après avoir présenté le dispositif CEP étudié dans le cadre d’une recherche réalisée dans la région des Haut de France et financée par le CNEFP, nous cherchons à comprendre comment les professionnels raisonnent pour poser des diagnostics et prendre des décisions d’intervention. À partir de l’analyse de 11 entretiens d’auto-confrontation simple, nous montrerons comment s’articulent les différentes formes de raisonnement (analytique, non analytique) avec les schèmes d’action mobilisés par les conseillers lors de l’élaboration des hypothèses diagnostiques et du plan d’intervention.

Ce texte interroge le rôle du discours pédagogique dans la construction de la signification des règles scolaires par les élèves. Les règles et normes morales (explicites ou implicites, écrites ou non) sont ici considérées comme des produits historico-culturels de différentes échelles (la classe, l’établissement scolaire, le milieu social et familial...) constituant de véritables systèmes de significations. Ces significations sont à la fois des outils / produits d’actions sociales puisqu’elles...

Et si les pistes ouvertes par Vygotski étaient riches en fécondes surprises pour les étudiants, enseignants, formateurs et chercheurs intéressés par la question de l’école ? Que peut nous dire un psychologue du développement sur les enjeux de l’institution scolaire ? Mais justement : longtemps laissée aux seules sciences historiques ou sociologiques, la question se trouve, avec Vygotski, ancrée dans ce qu’il y a de plus fondamental : les conditions psychologiques d’un enseignement-apprentissage, moteur du développement global de la personne. Certes, on le sait, cette psychologie s’inscrit en rupture avec bien des traditions : elle bouleverse les rapports entre « l’intérieur » et « l’extérieur » du sujet, ainsi que la cartographie des sciences humaines. Mais tels sont précisément l’intérêt et la force de cette entrée. Pour en explorer les potentialités, les animateurs du 5e Séminaire International Vygotski (Bordeaux, octobre 2011) ont, avec les plus grands spécialités francophones du champ, instruit un débat englobant aussi bien la question des situations d’apprentissage, celle des disciplines scolaires, celle du contexte social, celle de la formation professionnelle et celle de l’éducation spécialisée — cette « défectologie » qui forme l’un des apports les moins connus et les plus suggestifs de Vygotski. L’ouvrage issu de ces débats n’impose aucune voie : il donne à penser, à cheminer, à chacun dans son domaine mais toujours en compagnie des domaines connexes, qui équilibrent mutuellement leurs trajectoires.

International audience; Depuis dix ans, les lois sur la formation professionnelle n’ont pas cessé d’évoluer : loi du 24 novembre 2009 sur l’orientation et la formation professionnelle tout au long de la vie ; loi du 5 mars 2014 sur la formation professionnelle, l’emploi et la démocratie sociale ; loi du 8 août 2016 relative au travail,à la modernisation du dialogue social et à la sécurisation des parcours professionnels, dite "loi Travail" ; loi de septembre 2018 sur la liberté de choisir son avenir professionnel. Associé à la création du comptepersonnel de formation (CPF), le conseil en évolution professionnelle (CEP), constitue une des pierres angulaires de ces évolutions et marque un changement de paradigme dans les services d’accompagnement des parcours professionnels. Les articles qui constituent ce numéro soulèvent des questions plus spécifiques concernant l’accompagnement au conseil en évolution professionnelle compte tenu des changements introduits dans le métier du conseiller selon les dernières lois de la formation professionnelle.

Based on their long academic and friendly relationship with Gérard Vergnaud, the autors describe his scientific orientations and commitments in the field of education and training, his contribution to the theorization of cognitive functioning, intellectual development, and learning, as well as the importance he attached to epistemological analyses. They highlight the originality, the contribution and the topicality of his tought for a research committed to serving the most vulnerable (children and adolescents, low-qualified workers) and professionals in education and training., A partir de leur longue fréquentation académique et amicale avec Gérard Vergnaud, les autrices évoquent ses orientations et engagements scientifiques dans le champ de l'éducation et de la formation, sa contribution à la théorisation du fonctionnement cognitif, du développement intellectuel et des apprentissages, ainsi que l'importance qu'il accordait aux analyses épistémologiques. Elles relèvent l'originalité, l'apport et l'actualité de sa pensée une recherche engagée au service des plus vulnérables (les enfants et les adolescents, les travailleurs de bas niveau de qualification) et des professionnels de l'éducation et de la formation.

Elucidating the characteristics of human immune response against SARS-CoV-2 is of high priority and relevant for determining vaccine strategies. We report the results of a follow-up evaluation of anti-SARS-CoV-2 antibodies in 148 convalescent plasma donors who participated in a phase 2 study at a median of 8.3 months (range 6.8-10.5 months) post first symptom onset. Monitoring responses over time, we found contraction of antibody responses for all four antigens tested, with Spike antibodies showing higher persistence than Nucleocapsid antibodies. A piecewise linear random-effects multivariate regression analysis showed a bi-phasic antibody decay with a more pronounced decrease during the first 6 months post symptoms onset by analysis of two intervals. Interestingly, antibodies to Spike showed better longevity whereas their neutralization ability contracted faster. As a result, neutralizing antibodies were detected in only 76% of patients at the last time point. In a multivariate analysis, older age and hospitalization were independently associated with higher Spike, Spike-RBD, Nucleocapsid, N-RBD antibodies and neutralizing antibody levels. Results on persistence and neutralizing ability of antiSARS-CoV-2 antibodies, especially against Spike and Spike-RBD, should be considered in the design of future vaccination strategies.

Simple Summary The urgency of the COVID-19 pandemic has led to accelerated vaccine development within less than a year. Emerging data suggest that the ability of patients with hematological malignancies to form an adequate number of antibodies in response to vaccination for SARS-CoV-2 is suboptimal. In this context, we evaluated the ability of 132 patients with Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia, Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma and Hodgkin's Lymphoma to elicit an adequate immune response to the BNT162b2 vaccine. Vaccination with two doses of the BNT162b2 vaccine led to lower production of neutralizing antibodies against SARS-CoV-2 in these patients compared with healthy controls. Being on active treatment for the underlying disease was an independent prognostic factor for suboptimal antibody response. This finding underlines the need for timely vaccination ideally during a treatment-free period and for continuous vigilance on infection control measures. Emerging data suggest suboptimal antibody responses to COVID-19 vaccination in patients with hematological malignancies. We evaluated the humoral response following the BNT162b2 vaccine in patients with chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL), non-Hodgkin's lymphoma (NHL), and Hodgkin's lymphoma (HL). An FDA-approved, ELISA-based methodology was implemented to evaluate the titers of neutralizing antibodies (NAbs) against SARS-CoV-2 on day 1 of the first vaccine, and afterwards on day 22 and 50. One hundred and thirty-two patients with CLL/lymphomas and 214 healthy matched controls vaccinated during the same period, at the same center were enrolled in the study (NCT04743388). Vaccination with two doses of the BNT162b2 vaccine led to lower production of NAbs against SARS-CoV-2 in patients with CLL/lymphomas compared with controls both on day 22 and on day 50 (p < 0.001 for all comparisons). Disease-related immune dysregulation and therapy-related immunosuppression are involved in the low humoral response. Importantly, active treatment with Rituximab, Bruton's tyrosine kinase inhibitors, or chemotherapy was an independent prognostic factor for suboptimal antibody response. Patients with HL showed superior humoral responses to the NHL/CLL subgroups. In conclusion, patients with CLL/lymphomas have low humoral response following COVID-19 vaccination, underlining the need for timely vaccination ideally during a treatment-free period and for continuous vigilance on infection control measures.

As conventional microbiological documentation of invasive aspergillosis (IA) is difficult to obtain, serum fungal biomarkers are important adjunctive diagnostic tools. Positivity rates and the kinetic profiles of galactomannan (GM), 1,3-beta-D-glucan (BDG) and Aspergillus DNA (PCR) were studied in high-risk patients with hematologic malignancies. GM, BDG and PCR data from serial serum specimens (n = 240) from 93 adult hematology patients with probable (n = 8), possible (n = 25) and no (n = 60) IA were retrospectively analyzed. Positivity rates and sensitivity/specificity/positive/negative predictive values (NPV) of each fungal biomarker alone and in combination were estimated. The three markers were compared head-to-head and correlated with various biochemical, demographic and patient characteristics. The positivity rates for patients with probable/possible/no IA were 88%/8%/0% for GM (X-2 = 55, p < 0.001), 62%/46%/35% for BDG (X-2 = 2.5, p = 0.29), 62%/33%/27% for PCR (X-2 = 3.9, p = 0.15), 50%/4%/0% for GM + BDG and GM + PCR (X-2 = 31, p < 0.001), 50%/8%/22% for BDG + PCR (X-2 = 6.5, p = 0.038) and 38%/4%/0% for GM + BDG + PCR (X-2 = 21, p < 0.001). Higher agreement (76%) and negative correlation (r(s) = -0.47, p = 0.0017) was found between GM index and PCR Ct values. The sensitivity and NPV was 45-55% and 90-92% when biomarkers assessed alone and increased to 75-90% and 93-97%, respectively when combined. Weak significant correlations were found between GM, PCR and BDG results with renal/liver function markers (r = 0.11-0.57) with most GM+ and PCR+ samples found in the first and second week of clinical assessment, respectively and BDG later on. Different positivity rates, time profiles and performances were found for the three biomarkers advocating the combination of GM with PCR for the early diagnosis of IA, whereas the high NPV of combined biomarkerscould help excluding IA.
