blockchain ,EDI ,provider ,supplier ,customer ,master data ,disinfectant - Abstract
The fast business development in supply chains requires quick and responsive data exchange without the possibility of modification between all included entities. With providing a single version of transactions, blockchains provide the visibility that all entities in the chain need to make better decisions throughout the lifecycle of the product, ensure trust for suppliers and buyers that products are authentic and improve efficiency through automation. In this brief overview, the possibility of removing one intermediary party in the logistics processes of the largest Croatian retailer is considered for the purpose of protecting master data and maintaining the level of confidentiality between suppliers, providers and customers. In this process, the intermediary is replaced with EDI translators based on blockchain technology that receive data from suppliers and buyers, standardize them and enable faster and unaltered flow of information. Based on standardized messages derived from orders, documents such as delivery notes and invoices are generated directly, and then forwarded to the right party in the chain. In this paper, master data of a specific product is analyzed for which the demand increased significantly during the Covid-19 pandemic. The product is a disinfectant gel distributed by mentioned retailer. Distribution of such product requires express and capillary delivery, which also means a large number of supporting documents distributed to a large number of customers. With the application of blockchain technology, it is easier to distribute documents and billing. There are also possibilities to complement the master data with information on product composition, allergens, shelf life, and all with insight into one standardized message. With protected flow of information between suppliers and customers, the possibility of human errors resulting in goods returns and additional costs, is fully reduced or eliminated.

Risks ,Supply chain ,Risk management ,Globalization - Abstract
Risks represent a number of possible unwanted events that require a plan and control activity in case of such events. The need for risk management at present is an essential component of enterprise management. In all industries, as well as in supply chain management, there are many potential risks due to the complexity of the organizational structure of the supply chain. One of the most important reasons for the development of risk management in supply chains is globalization. Globalization coupled the various markets, and the distance between the consumption and production space suddenly increased (unlike before when the places of consumption and production were closer which meant fewer risks). Furthermore, globalization marked the need to engage more participants in the supply chain, which exponentially increased the risks. This paper mentions some of the frameworks for risk management and the methods of risk control and avoidance.

Vehicle allocation, optimal solution, mathematical model - Abstract
Satisfying vehicle demand of rent-a-car network branches is a complex and time consuming task, which can be facilitated by applying linear programing mathematical model. The goal is to obtain the optimal solution of vehicle allocation, by satisfying demand at minimum costs. With reference to that, the objective function is defined as minimal total distance for vehicles transfers, where distance in kilometers represent cost to be minimized. The optimal solution can be achieved by applying linear programing mathematical model. The implementation of the model is outlined on real-life cases, which are analyzed and compared in order to quantify the improvements.

Because of the growing competition on the global market and more complex customers’ requirements logistic companies must constantly improve their operations and create competitive advantages. In a cross-docking facility goods are moved by forklift from incoming truck platforms (strip doors) to temporary holding areas and then to outgoing truck platforms (stack doors) or directly from strip to stack doors. Optimal cross-dock door assignment can improve the performance of the cross-docking facility. The cross-dock door assignment can be optimized by applying linear programming mathematical model. The methodology is outlined on a practical example of an I-shaped cross-dock facility, where the mathematical model was used to minimize the transport distances that forklifts pass within the facility. The optimization of the mathematical model was performed by software tool.

Today’s transport of goods has renaissance in using again railway as part of transport chain. In the past because of inert railway the very big amounts of goods go to road transport. Of course, in these days, it is very ecologically to do modal shift from road to railway. Therefore, the railway is again one of the key player in transport chain. Supply chain management is integrated approach for solving all movements of good form point of origin to point of destination. Specially, last five years is very intensive research and use of supply chain management. Normally, every transport have last and first mile, so it is very pragmatic to optimize this step in whole transport chain. With the greater role of railway in whole supply chain management the last mile become very significant. In today’s railway, last mile is on more than 85% of transport goods on railway industrial track. Therefore, it is very important to optimize every aspect of using railway industrial track. Key aspects are (1) legal, (2) organizational, (3) technical, (4) technological and (5) economic. All those five aspects are crucial for using of railway industrial track as the part of supply chain management. In this article, it will be present case study of using the railway industrial track in Croatia and interaction and optimization of key aspects.

Summary: Customer requirements in the modern market of logistic services request changes of service quality levels. Quality level of logistics service is most related to the flows of material that need to be harmonized and supported by the information flows. Onwards, changes such as: market globalisation, production dislocation, traffic deregulation and IT development, significantly influenced the market competitiveness. Quality as a science and as an activity is resource that needs to contribute the competitiveness and sustainability of logistics system as a main holder of logistics services. In order to logistics Company that might have a valid quality management system is necessary to plan, to manage and to control requested logistics performance. Controlling plans logistics performance, managed, controlled and at the end sends information that ultimately participates in creation of logistics system changes and thus gets the role of logistics system regulator.

zračni Cargo promet ,intermodalnost ,Zagreb Airport Cargo City - Abstract
Zračni promet tereta (Cargo) u svjetskim relacijama nije značajan količinski, ali vrijednosno predstavlja 35% ukupnog Cargo svjetskog prometa. To iznosi oko 60 milijardi US$ financijske realizacije. Direktno ili indirektno zračni Cargo promet osigurava oko 32 milijuna radnih mjesta u svijetu. Sve to čini ga značajnim segmentom svjetske ekonomije.

Road Congestion is self regulating ; those who place a high value on making their journey at peak times will be prepared to pay the waiting costs and will travel at those times. Others, will value peak-time travel less, will only drive at off-peak times when the waiting costs are less. The problem of road congestion is therefore self-equilibrating and does not warrant economic intervention. This paper will present roads congestion as a problem of City Logistics with possible solution as implementing fee for the use of transport infrastructure.

Porast intelektualnog kapitala, informatizacija globalnih logističkih lanaca i nastanak globalnih logističkih operatora dovest će u 21. stoljeću do razvijanja veće partnerske suradnje, ali i do smanjivanja broja aktivnih sudionika u logističkim lancima.

Preporučena studentska aktivnost je čuvanje seminarskih i ostalih radova, no može imati puno širu primjenu. Studenti mogu portfolio razvijati kroz cjelokupno školovanje.

hibridno vozilo, unutarnje izgaranje, elektromotor - Abstract
Hibrid (lat. Hybrida ; eng.

This paper presents the mathematical model of calculating the profit of a parking lot based on counting of the parked vehicles in pre-given intervals. The number of parked vehicles is usually obtained from the recorded video surveillance that need not include all parking places so that in the second section of the paper an application of the regression analysis is presented which estimates and calculates the total number of parked vehicles on the entire parking lot based on the recorded number of parked vehicles on one part of the observed parking lot.

menadžment, opskrbni lanac, Lean, logistika, Six Sigma, Lean Six Sigma - Abstract
Ovisnost proizvodnje materijalnih dobara o stupnju optimizacije logističkih procesa sveukupnog opskrbnog lanca, implicira adekvatnost logistike za primjenu filozofija, metoda i alata poboljšanja procesa poput koncepta Lean i Six Sigma.
