[Display omitted] Organic solar cells have been fabricated using various concentrations of lead sulfide quantum dots. Data from Mott–Schottky analysis revealed intriguing changes in the bulk heterojunction layer of the solar cells that were directly related to the addition of the quantum dots. Notably, the highest power conversion efficiency of 5.15% was achieved with the addition of 0.4 wt% lead sulfide quantum dots. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
