The article theoretically investigates and experimentally identifiesthe impact of professional activities of spouses associatedwith increased employment on the peculiarities of relationshipsand conflicts in the family. Theoretical approaches to the studyof changes in family roles in connection with the professionalactivities of spouses are analyzed. It has been experimentally establishedthat high employment of spouses in professional activitieshas a negative impact on their marital relations: the levelof conflict, the sphere of interaction, marital satisfaction andits stability. The resulting scatter and variability of indicatorsis explained by the use of subjective assessments of the spousesof their marriage. The highest level of conflict in families wheremen and women have high professional employment in professionalactivities was found in the areas of: role-playing, mutualawareness, leisure. In families where wives have a higher employmentrate than husbands, the level of conflict is higher in allareas of marital interaction. The data obtained indicate that theprocess of adaptation of spouses to the new conditions of professionalactivity associated with high professional employment, the requirements of corporate traditions, and others. The reasons aredifficult and pose a number of serious problems for spouses (thenumber of stable families decreases, the number of unstable andeven troubled families increases)., В статье теоретически исследовано и экспериментально изучено влияние профессиональной деятельности супругов, связанное с повышенной занятостью, на особенности взаимоотношений и конфликтность в семье. Экспериментально установлено, что высокая занятость супругов в профессиональной деятельности негативно влияет на их супружеские отношения: уровень конфликтности, сферу взаимодействия, удовлетворенность браком и его стабильность. Полученные данные свидетельствуют о том, что процесс адаптации супругов к новым условиям профессиональной деятельности, связанной с профессиональной занятостью, требованиями корпоративных традиций и др. причинами, проходит сложно и ставит перед супругами ряд серьезныхпроблем (количество стабильных семей уменьшается, растет число нестабильных и даже проблемных семей)., У статті теоретично досліджено та експериментально виявлено вплив професійної діяльності подружжя, пов’язаної з підвищеною зайнятістю, на особливості взаємин і конфліктність в сім’ї. Експериментально встановлено, що висока зайнятість подружжя у професійнійи діяльності негативно впливає на їх подружні взаємини: рівень конфліктності, сферу взаємодії, задоволеність шлюбом і його стабільність. Отримані дані свідчать про те, що процес адаптації подружжя до нових умов професійної діяльності, пов’язаної з високою професійною зайнятістю, вимогами корпоративних традицій і ін. причинами проходить складно і ставить перед подружжям ряд серйозних проблем (кількість стабільних сімей зменшується, зростає число нестабільних і навіть проблемних сімей).

The article is devoted to the issue of value-motivational aspect of later age life. The results of an empirical study of the leading motives are presented, and the factor structures of positive and negative motivation are determined. The significance of life values is compared depending on the professional status. It was proved by the data obtained that universal life values’ system at a later age does not independent from employment., Статья посвящена проблемам ценностно­мотивационной сферы в позднем возрасте. Представлены результаты эмпирического исследования ведущих мотивов, установлены факторные структуры позитивной и негативной мотивации. Проведено сравнение значимости жизненных ценностей в зависимости от профессионального статуса. Получены данные о независимости системы универсальных жизненных ценностей в позднем возрасте от трудовой занятости.

The article presents the results of the comparative empirical study of satisfaction of life quality at a late age regarding the people with different types of professional occupation. The correlations of satisfaction of life quality and individual characteristics of working pensioners, non­working pensioners and persons of pre­retirement age were identified. Other results show the role of general, intellectual and psychomotor activity as a predictor of life satisfaction., В статье представлены результаты сравнительного эмпирического исследования удовлетворенности качеством жизни в позднем возрасте при разных типах профессиональной занятости. Описан характер взаимосвязи удовлетворенности качеством жизни и индивидуальных свойств работающих пенсионеров, неработающих пенсионеров и лиц предпенсионного возраста. Показана роль общей, интеллектуальной и психомоторной активности как предиктора удовлетворенности жизнью.

В статье рассматривается взаимосвязь между удовлетворенностью супругов семейными отношениями и их профессиональной занятостью. Проблема качества супружеских отношений является в настоящее время актуальной в семейной психологии. Цель статьи - рассмотреть особенности удовлетворенности браком работающих супругов. На основе исследования, которое проведено на выборке 60 супружеских пар, было отмечено, что удовлетворенные браком супруги (мужчины) не будут испытывать потребности в благоприятных особенностях труда, в его оптимальной организации, в потребности общения по работе с коллегами. Женщины, удовлетворенные семейными отношениями, не стремятся к профессиональной самореализации.

В статье акцентируется внимание на процедуре экспертной оценки параметров как необходимом условии для создания валидной шкалы измерения социально-психологического благополучия работника. В результате был проведен анализ видов, типов, компонентов благополучия. Установлено, что при относительном постоянстве базовых характеристик их состав динамичен вследствие cензитивноcти к субъективным установкам и предпочтениям исследователей. Сконструированный проект параметров выступил содержательной основой методики оценки социально-психологического благополучия., The procedure of expert evaluation of parameters as a necessary condition for creating a valid scale for measuring the socio-psychological well-being of an employee was focused on the article. As a result, the kind, types, and components of well-being were analyzed. It is established that with the relative constancy of the basic characteristics, their composition is dynamic due to sensitivity to the subjective attitudes and preferences of researchers. The article presents the results of an empirical study of psychological readiness to master age.related changes and biographical reflection in the elderly in the context of professional employment. A comparison of the level of biographical reflection and readiness for age.related changes in working and non.working pensioners was carried out, and the nature of the relationship between these phenomena was described. The article discusses the value systems of families in the context of transformation processes taking place in contemporary Russian society. The main results of the regional empirical study of value systems of families (on the example of Primorsky Territory) were analyzed. The relationship between the family values and values of professional employment was also revealed. A formal questionnaire survey was used as the primary method of sociological data collecting. The study has theoretical and applied aspects, was implemented in line with intelligence and narrative strategy. The results of the conducted research showed that the family in contemporary society is one of the most important human life values. The vast majority of the respondents noted the positive role of the family in human adaptation to social changes which are characteristic of contemporary Russian society. It was also found out that the gender aspect is a major determinant of the degree of person’s satisfaction with combination of the family responsibilities with the professional ones. In the course of professional activity high salary is the most important aspect of labour for a considerable part of the respondents. In general, in the structure of value systems of families, living in the Primorsky Territory, the family values are dominant and the values of work and professional employment are inferior.

The formation, development and requirement of present scope of professions are reviewed and systematized. A large number of professions in last and future periods are analyzed. Types of professional employment that have lost their meaning through the achievements of scientific and technological progress are named. The list of modern vocations that will lose their topicality in near future is made. It has been established that the problems of the competitiveness of young specialists in the labor market require further research, in connection with the need to specify the employment of young people. The factors, conditions and methods of choosing professions for pupils are presented. It is noted that the youth labor market is characterized by significant upgrades related to reforms in the field of education, training and trends of intellectualization, humanization, and labor mobility. The conceptual bases of professional motivation of students for raising the level of competitiveness on the domestic labor market are considered. The aspects of forming a mechanism for regulating the processes of choosing professional employment of future specialists are highlighted, the importance of developing entrepreneurial thinking in youth is emphasized. The approaches to the formation of professional competence of future specialists in accordance with the current trends of the world labor market are presented. The tasks of higher education are highlighted to improve students' professional orientation. On the basis of constructive understanding of the conceptual provisions of the management of professional motivation, the development of the basis for the formation of professional competence of future specialists in the conditions of a rapid renewal of the state of the youth labor market has been substantiated. The recommendations concerning the choice of specialties in the conditions of the current state of youth market needs in Ukraine are given. The attention is focused on certain career motives of potential workers, which should be taken into account by employers operating on the youth labor market. The conditions of formation of a competitive personality on the world labor market are considered., У статті висвітлено етапи становлення, розвитку та сучасного стану потреб молодіжного ринку праці. Розглянуто спектр професій минулого періоду та здійснено огляд перспективних професій майбутнього. Chinese and Australian graduates of Australian universities develop graduate attributes which they hope to transfer into employment in Australia and China. Much contemporary research focuses on the development of appropriate graduate attributes within the curriculum; how specific attributes such as leadership, team work and communications transfer into employment; and whether employers’needs are being met. This paper contributes to these discussions by comparing how Chinese and Australian graduates apply a lesser known attribute‘use of connections’. For Chinese graduates, this may be complicated by expectations of Chinese employers to follow the principles of guanxi. In analysing qualitative interview data from the perspective of graduates’ this paper presents graduates’ experiences and perspectives of using connections.
