İlk insandan günümüze insanın gelişimi ile ilgili bulguların büyük çoğunluğu insanın yaşadığı her çağda sanat ile iç içe olduğu ve yaşadığı toplumu, içsel kaygılarını, geleneklerini, ritüellerini, inançlarını, tepkilerini, duygularını aktarırken sanatı daima araç olarak kullandığı yönündedir. Bu süreçte heykel sanatı, önemli bir rol üstlenmiştir. İnandıkları tanrıları, yöneticileri olan imparatorları, toplumda saygınlık kazanmış önemli kişileri heykel aracılığıyla ölümsüzleştirmiş ve Rönesans ile başlayan süreçte heykel bir sanat dalı olarak yerini almıştır. Üç boyutlu çalışmalar, nesnenin form özelliklerinin kavranması ve sanatsal ifadenin boyutlu biçimde dışa vurulması bağlamında sanat eğitimi programlarında birçok kazanımıyla yer almaktadır. Bu araştırmanın amacı, atölyesi olmayan okullarda, sınıf ortamında ortaokul Görsel Sanatlar dersinin kazanım, beceri, değer ve iş güvenliği esasları dikkate alınarak planlanan etkinlikler aracılığıyla nasıl gerçekleştirilebileceğini ortaya koymaktır. Bu amaçla, nitel araştırma olarak planlanan bu araştırmada 6, 7 ve 8. sınıf düzeyine uygun kazanım, değer, beceri ve iş güvenliği hususları dikkate alınarak üç farklı etkinlik hazırlanmış ve Bursa ilinin üç farklı ilçesinden atölyesi olmayan üç okulda uygulanarak bir çoklu durum çalışması gerçekleştirilmiştir. 2017 Görsel Sanatlar Dersi Programı'ndan 6, 7 ve 8. sınıf düzeyine uygun kazanım, değer, beceri/yeterlilik ve iş güvenliği esaslarıyla üç boyutlu çalışmalarla ilgili kazanımlar, duyarlılık, sevgi, sorumluluk ve sorgulama değerleri ile ilişkilendirilerek hazırlanan `Benim Param, `Soyut Heykel` ve `Konuşan Emojiler` etkinlikleri planlanmıştır. Görsel açıdan zengin sunumlarla ve adım adım uygulama basamakları tamamlanarak uygulamalarına yönelik olarak dersin öğretmenlerine tanıtılmıştır. Veri toplama sürecinde etkinlikler, araştırmacı tarafından gözlemlenmiş, sesli ve görsel kayıtlar alınmış, etkinliklerden hemen sonra öğrenci ve öğretmenlerle görüşmeler gerçekleştirilmiş ve öğrenci çalışmaları toplanarak doküman incelemesi yapılmıştır. Veri toplama sürecinde elde edilen veriler, tematik analiz yöntemiyle ve çoklu durum çalışmasının temel karakteristik özelliği dikkate alınarak analiz edilmiş ve elde edilen temalar; `Bağlantılar`, `İçselleştirme` ve `Gerçekleştirme` tema başlıkları ile değerlendirilmiştir. Analizde esas olan temel yapı, planlanan etkinliklerin farklı fiziki ve sosyal koşullarda eş zamanlı uygulanarak hangi farklılık ve benzerliklerle ortaya çıktığıdır. Bu nedenle bulguların sunumunda her kategori altında, bu ana yapıyı destekleyen üç farklı durumdan da örnekler ve doğrudan alıntılara yer verilmiştir. Araştırmanın sonuçları arasında kazanım, beceri/yeterlilik, değer ve iş güvenliği esaslarının etkinlik planlamasında önemli olduğu, zengin sunum ve adım adım uygulamalarla öğrencilerin ilgili kazanımları davranışa dönüştürebildiğidir. Aynı zamanda kolay ulaşılabilir malzemeler seçildiğinde öğrencilerin üç boyutlu çalışmaları uygulayabildiği, öğrenme alanları ve diğer disiplinlerle bağlantı kurulduğunda ve zengin sunumlarla desteklendiğinde ise öğrencilerin yaratıcılık sürecine katkı sağladığı gözlemlenmiştir. Çevresine karşı saygı, sorumluluk, sevgi ve duyarlılık değerlerini üç boyutlu uygulamalar aracılığıyla kazanan öğrencilerin matematiksel, dijital ve sosyal ve vatandaşlıkla ilgili becerileri de yaşamlarına aktarabildiği sonucu dikkat çekicidir. Araştırmanın öneriler kısmında Ortaokul Görsel Sanatlar Dersi öğretim programı hazırlanırken içerik, kazanım, beceri/yeterlilik, değerlerin belirlenmesi, iş güvenliği esasları, uygulayıcılara (Öğretmenlere), öğrencilere ve bu konuda araştırma yapan bilim insanlarına yönelik olarak öneriler sunulmuştur. Bakanlık düzeyinde öğretim programı hazırlanırken üç boyutlu çalışmalara daha fazla yer verilmesi, ders saatinin iki saate çıkarılması, beceri/yeterlilik, değer ve iş güvenliği esaslarının öğretmen insiyatifine bırakılmadan ilgili kazanım ile birlikte öğretim programında verilmelidir. Öğretmen düzeyinde, ders öğretmenlerinin eksik olduğu konularda (örneğin üç boyutlu) hizmet içi eğitimlerle bu eksikliklerin giderilmesi, üniversitelerin eğitim fakültelerinde Milli Eğitim Bakanlığının program değişikliklerini öğretmen adaylarına bildirmeleri ve MEB ile daima işbirliği içinde olunmalıdır. Araştırmacılar açısından toplumda üç boyutlu çalışmalara olan ilginin azalmasının nedenlerinin araştırılması ve sonuçlarının kamuoyuyla paylaşılması ve üç boyutlu çalışmalara olan ilginin arttırılması gerektiği önerileri getirilmiştir. Most of the findings related to the development of human beings from the first person to the present day are in the sense that human beings are intertwined with art in every age they live, and that they always use art as a vehicle while conveying their society, inner concerns, traditions, rituals, beliefs, reactions and emotions. In this process, sculpture has played an important role. The gods they believed in, the emperors who ruled, the important people who gained respect in the society has immortalized through sculpture and starting with the Renaissance, sculpture took its place as an art branch.. Three-dimensional studies take place in art education programs in terms of comprehending the form features of the object and expressing the artistic expression in a dimensional way. The aim of this study is to show how the secondary school Visual Arts course can be realized in the classroom environment through the planned activities taking into consideration the principles of acquisition, skills, value and occupational safety. For this purpose, in this study which is planned as qualitative research, three different activities have been prepared by taking into consideration the learning outcomes , values, skills and occupational safety issues appropriate for the 6th, 7th and 8th grade levels and a multi-case study has been realized by applying in three schools from three different districts of Bursa. . 2017 Visual Arts Course Program, 6, 7 and 8 appropriate to the level of achievement, value, skills / competence and occupational safety principles related to the three-dimensional work related to the learning outcomes , sensitivity, love, responsibility and questioning values are prepared in relation to `My Money`, `Abstract Sculpture` and `Talking Emojis` activities. Visual presentations and step-by-step application steps were completed and introduced to the teachers. During the data collection process, the activities were observed by the researcher, audio and visual recordings were taken, interviews were conducted with the students and teachers immediately after the activities, and student studies were collected and document review was conducted. The data obtained during the data collection process were analyzed by thematic analysis method and by taking into consideration the main characteristic feature of the multi-case study and the themes obtained were; `Links`, `Internalization` and `Realization` were evaluated under the theme headings. The basic structure in the analysis is the differences and similarities that the planned activities emerge in different physical and social conditions simultaneously. Therefore, in the presentation of the findings, under each category, examples and direct quotations from three different situations supporting this main structure were included.Among the results of the research, acquisition, skill / competence, value and occupational safety principles are important in event planning and students can convert related learning outcomes into behavior through rich presentations and step-by-step applications. At the same time, it was observed that when easily accessible materials were selected, students could apply three-dimensional studies, and when they were connected with learning areas and other disciplines and supported by rich presentations, they contributed to the creativity process of the students. It is noteworthy that students who gain respect, responsibility, love and sensitivity values through their three-dimensional applications can transfer mathematical, digital and social and citizenship skills to their lives.In the suggestions part of the research, suggestions were made for the content, acquisition, skill / competence, determination of values, principles of occupational safety, practitioners (teachers), students and the scientists doing research on this subject while preparing the Secondary School Visual Arts Course curriculum. While preparing the curriculum at the ministerial level, giving more space to three-dimensional studies, increasing the course hours to two hours, the principles of skills / competence, value and occupational safety should be given in the curriculum together with the related acquisition without leaving the teacher's initiative. At the teacher level, these deficiencies should be solved by in-service trainings on issues where lesson teachers are lacking (for example, in three dimensions). In the faculties of education of universities, the Ministry of National Education should inform the teacher candidates about the program changes and always cooperate with Ministry of National Education. Researchers suggested that the reasons for the decrease in interest in three-dimensional studies in the society should be researched and the results should be shared with the public and the interest in three-dimensional studies should be increased. 209
