Sintesis senyawa 4-(5-bromo-4-hidroksi-3-metoksifenil)-3-buten-2-ol dan uji potensi sebagai atraktan lalat buah telah dilakukan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mensintesis senyawa 4-(5-bromo-4-hidroksi-3-metoksifenil)-3-buten-2-ol dan uji potensi sebagai atraktan lalat buah hama yang baru. Sintesis senyawa 4-(5-bromo-4-hidroksi-3-metoksifenil)-3-buten-2-ol tersebut dilakukan melalui tiga tahap, tahap pertama yaitu reaksi brominasi terhadap vanilin dengan menggunakan KBrO3 dan HBr dalam kondisi asam. Tahap kedua yaitu reaksi kondensasi aldol terhadap 5-bromovanilin dengan aseton menggunakan katalis NaOH 20%. Tahap ketiga yaitu sintesis senyawa 4-(5-bromo-4-hidroksi-3-metoksifenil)-3-buten-2-ol melalui reaksi reduksi produk kondensasi aldol dengan NaBH4. Senyawa produk hasil reaksi dianalisis dengan GC-MS dan FT-IR. Hasil sintesis 4-(5-bromo-4-hidroksi-3-metoksifenil)-3-buten-2-ol berupa cairan dengan rendemen 48,77%. Uji potensi sebagai atraktan lalat buah hama menunjukkan bahwa senyawa hasil 4-(5-bromo-4-hidroksi-3-metoksifenil)-3-buten-2-ol dapat berpotensi sebagai atraktan lalat buah (Bactrocera spp).

Export is one sector of the economy with a major role through market expansion between several countries, where it can carry out an expansion in an industry, thereby encouraging other industries and further encouraging other sectors of the economy. This study aims to analyze the effect of exchange rates, inflation, interest rates, and imports on exports in ASEAN countries. The data used in this study were annual data for the 2015-2019 period sourced from the World Bank. This research model employed a panel data method with a fixed-effect model, combining time series and cross section data with the help of EViews 7. The results revealed that exchange rates and imports had a positive and significant effect on exports. In addition, inflation and interest rates had a positive and insignificant effect on exports. Therefore, the governments of the ASEAN countries must monitor the stability of exchange rates, inflation, interest rates, and imports to increase exports from year to year so that the economy in ASEAN countries remains stable.

The growth of vehicle number is unavoidable whilst the availability of parking is not directly proportional with this condition. Nowadays, many shopping centers do not have sufficient parking spot, causing customers to have difficulty in finding available parking spots. Research has been conducted to tackle the issue of finding available parking spots. Much of this research proposed the narrowband-Internet of things (NB-IoT) as a fog node. For communication purposes, this NB-IoT-based fog node has some shortcomings, such as security and privacy, lower data rate, higher cost in development, dependency with wireless system, and only covers one area. In this research, the fog computing was proposed to decentralize smart parking system by using Firebase to cover several areas or malls in one system and interface. Instead of using NB-IoT, this research employed decentralized local server as a fog node to deliver a fast data exchange. Firestore database (Firebase) was also used to secure, manage, and analyze the data in the cloud. Conjunctively, the Android application was created as a user interface to book and find the availability of parking spots. The Android application was built using Android Studio and implemented authentication to keep the data access secure and private. The testing scenario was done following the design unified modeling language (UML). The research results confirmed that the fog computing system successfully supported the decentralized smart parking system and was able to be implemented for covering several areas or malls in one system.

This research tries to analyze netizen Mirna Salihin's case's viral response in the mass media in 2016, and the whole public was talking about it. The case became popular again after the murder documentary was released on Netflix and sparked various discussions on social media. Netizens tried to find out what was considered odd about the murder. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method with netnographic analysis to explore social media phenomena. In this research, individuals or accounts on social media have the same capabilities as mass media. Individuals can summarize an event and choose which message (M1) will be shared with those closest to them or the public. The event summary is then spread to other individuals, triggering other opinions and being able to use the message (M1) to create other messages (M2), and so on. This research shows that the X Tirto.id account is a Man or Machine (M) who sees events and makes selections, then presents his views via social media, resulting in responses from other users such as the Bro Win and Ridwansyah Putra (E3) accounts as individuals who reinterpreted the Mirna Salihin case until other users responded again.

Musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs) can have a significant negative impact on quality of life, resulting in reduced ability to work, absenteeism, and possibly switching occupations. The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between the prevalence and severity of MSDs and the nurse characteristics (NCs) of nurses working in the Dr Soedarso Regional Hospital (DSRH) inpatient department. An analytical and descriptive cross-sectional methodology was used to examine 134 nurses from Inpatient Wards A and B. Total sampling was used to select the respondents. The level of exposure to the conditions investigated by the quick exposure check (QEC), namely, static and dynamic movements in the back, shoulders/arms, neck, and work-related stress, was significantly correlated with gender and neck (0.050), a history of education-related physical strain, such as back mobility (0.021), years of work-related strain on the neck (0.040), and work-related stress (0.033). There were no significant correlations found between age and static and dynamic movements of the back, shoulders/arms, and neck. Gender, education level, and employment duration all have a strong correlation with MSDs among DSRH inpatient nurses.

Minuman kopi merupakan salah satu minuman yang sangat diminati oleh masyarakat. Salah satu permasalahan yang sering terjadi di masyarakat dalam membuat minuman kopi adalah membuat minuman kopi tidak sesuai takaran campuran bahan minuman kopi yang diinginkan dan waktu pembuatan kopi cukup lama. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat alat pembuat minuman kopi otomatis yang memiliki 3 varian menu sesuai dengan selera yang diinginkan peminum, proses pembuatan alat ini terdiri dari pembuatan mekanik alat berupa bentuk fisik alat, pembuatan rangkaian kelistrikan alat agar kelistrikan pada setiap komponen bekerja dengan baik dan pembuatan coding program untuk menjalankan alat sesuai fungsinya. Setelah dilakukan beberapa percobaan, semua komponen dalam sistem ini dapat bekerja sesuai dengan tujuan penelitian dengan Dapat disimpulkan sistem kerja pembuatan minuman kopi dapat bekerja dengan baik dalam hal penakaran bahan minuman kopi dan terbilang cepat dalam permbuatan minuman kopi, alat ini bisa menjadi salah satu alternatif yang dapat diterapkan oleh peminum atau peminat kopi dalam membuat kopi secara otomatis.

Purpose: This study aims to examine the role of good corporate governance in accounting conservatism. Methodology: This study uses a sample of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2020-2021 period, with a total sample of 72 company-years. The test uses SPSS 25. Findings: The study found that independent commissioners and profitability have a significant positive effect on accounting conservatism, while managerial ownership and company size do not affect accounting conservatism. Implications: This study provides implications for the theory of accounting conservatism, where the factors of independent commissioners and profitability have a significant effect on accounting conservatism. The presence of independent commissioners in the company will ensure that the company's financial reporting process is well-monitored so that the company is more careful in carrying out its financial reporting. Similarly, with profitability, the presence of high profitability will increase the amount of retained earnings, and the company tends to use more conservative accounting principles to regulate earnings to appear more flat and less volatile.

Empowering women entails bolstering their mentality and state of mind, as patriarchy is founded not only on sexuality. Addressing a married woman with the name of her husband or first son is claimed to be a sign of respect. Woman’s public inclusion is also still considered undervalued, which is shown in the way they name eateries. This study, which unfolds eatery names in Yogyakarta Municipality in Indonesia and Malacca in Malaysia, two places with identical historical backgrounds, analysed women’s efforts to increase their bargaining position in society through the naming of their eateries. Although two eateries do place women in a strong position, many of them still struggle to achieve women’s positionalities and social respect.

This research is motivated by the phenomenon that in order to strengthen corporate sustainability, the concept of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Sustainability prioritizes corporate responsibility to society with the concept of sustainable development. Means that companies need to pay attention to environmental, community, and stakeholders that emphasize the implementation of sustainable programs. This study aims to determine the implementation of green leadership in the company and determine the satisfaction and independence of the beneficiaries of PT. Pertamina Fuel Terminal Boyolali. The research locations are in the villages of Tawangsari, Mojolegi, Teras, and Blumbang which are assisted villages. This type of research is descriptive quantitative with a sample of 146 people spread across 12 CSR programs. The results of the study show that the implementation of green leadership in companies has been going well, both within the company and community through CSR activities. Overall, it can be seen that the Community Satisfaction Index Score from 2017 to 2020 is a very good category, between the intervals of 81.26 to 100. Meanwhile, in terms of independence, 12 CSR programs in 2018 have produced a good level of independence. Proof that 70% of CSR programs are at high independence.

Changes in the learning process during the pandemic from classroom learning to online learning certainly cannot be separated from the role of gadgets, but for early childhood the online learning process using gadgets needs to get supervision from parents to minimize negative impacts. This study aims to explore the way parents monitor the use of gadgets during the Covid-19 pandemic in early childhood aged 4-6 years at Aisyiyah Kindergarten Bustanul Athfal 6 Pontianak City. This research is a qualitative research. Data were obtained through in-depth interviews and Focus Group Discussions. Participants in this study consisted of 10 mothers who had early childhood. There are 4 themes found in this study, namely 1) managing the time of using gadgets, 2) limiting access, 3) giving passwords to gadgets and 4) giving rewards and punishments. This study concludes that to reduce the negative impact and addiction to gadgets, parental supervision is needed in the use of gadgets.

Introduction It is important to reduce foot problems by preventing the recurrence of ulcers in diabetes mellitus (DM) patients. In Indonesia, interventions for the prevention of ulcer recurrence remain scarce. Objective The present study aimed to evaluate the validity and efficacy of a proposed intervention model for preventing the recurrence of ulcers in DM patients. Method Sixty-four DM patients were selected to participate in this quasi-experimental study and divided into two groups: intervention ( n = 32) and control ( n = 32). The intervention group received preventive treatment while the control group received standard care. Two trained nurses supported this study. Results Of the 32 participants in the intervention group, 18 (56.20%) were male, 25 (78.10%) were non-smokers, 23 (71.90%) had neuropathy, 14 (43.80%) had foot deformities, four (12.50%) had recurring ulcers, and 20 (62.50%) had a previous ulcer 0.78). When the proposed screening tool for predicting the risk of ulcer recurrence in DM patients (NASFoHSkin) was used in the intervention group, its predictive validity, sensitivity, and specificity were 4, 100%, and 80%, respectively, while in the control group it was 4, 83%, and 80%, respectively. Conclusion Inspection/examination, foot care, and blood glucose control can decrease ulcer recurrence in DM patients.

Obesitas merupakan penumpukan lemak yang berlebihan akibat ketidak seimbangan asupan energi (energy intake) dengan energi yang digunakan (energy expenditure) dalam waktu lama. Gaya hidup kurang aktivitas fisik disertai dengan pola makan yang berlebih, yaitu asupan tinggi karbohidrat, lemak, protein dan rendah serat dapat menyebabkan faktor tejadinya obesitas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan aktivitas fisik dengan kejadian obesitas pada anak usia sekolah berdasarkan penelusuran literature. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitan literature review dengan study cross sectional. Bahan terdiri dari enam jurnal dalam bahasa Indonesia dan bahasa inggris yang dapat diakses full-text. Penelitian menggunakan enam artikel nasional dan intenasional, pencarian artikel dilakukan dengan menggunakan kata kunci (keyword) berupa aktivitas fisik, obesitas, dan anak usia sekolah. Metode pencarian Artikel melalui Google Scholar, Portal Garuda dan PubMed. Keenam artikel tersebut dengan masing-masing sebagai bahan analisa kondisi aktivitas fisik, obesitas serta mengetahui hubungan. Aktivitas fisik yang ringan menyebabkan keluaran energi menjadi rendah sehingga terjadi ketidakseimbangan, serta obesitas pada anak sangat merugikan kualitas hidup anak, sehingga ada hubungan antara aktivitas fisik dengan obesitas. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa lima dari enam artikel terdapat adanya hubungan yang signifikan antara aktivitas fisik dengan kejadian obesitas pada anak usia sekolah. Ilmu keperawatan diharapkan mampu meningkatkan pelayanan kesehatan, tenaga kesehatan mampu memberikan informasi dan intervensi, peneliti selanjutnya diharapkan mampu melakukan penelitian lanjutan terkait intervensi, dan diharapkan orang tua dan guru dapat mengontrol anak melakukan aktifitas fisik.

The intersection of loyalty to tradition among Prajurit Karaton and the demands of the times, particularly in terms of naming, is a topic that deserves to be researched. Furthermore, the community characteristics that are usually raised in scientific writings about naming are heterogeneous communities, so homogeneous communities become an important supporting component that completes the topic. This is a qualitative study that uses the Prajurit Karaton as the primary data source and a list of the names of their offspring as the secondary data. As a result, the names of the Prajurit Karaton’s offspring changed from mostly mononyms in the 1960s to polynyms in the 2010s. Nonetheless, the identity of a Javanese society remains. This also demonstrates that the Prajurit Karaton give names in accordance with the times while maintaining their identity as Javanese people and the Javanese cultural values.

The distribution of dividends to the company to investors is determined through a dividend policy. Factors that can affect dividend policy include profitability, liquidity, company growth rate, and company size. This study aims to determine the significance of the company's growth rate and the size of the company to the dividend policy of manufacturing companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2016-2020. The population in this study is a manufacturing company in the food and beverage industry sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2016-2020, for total of 17 companies. This study used multiple linear regression methods to test hypotheses with a statistical analysis tool in the form of SPSS Version 21 software. The growth rate, Profitability, Solvency and Size of the Company have a significant effect simultaneously on deviden policy (Study on Food and Beverage Manufacturing Sector Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2016 to 2020). The results of the analysis showed that profitability, liquidity, company size are positive and significant to dividend policy while the results of the analysis of the company's growth rate have a negative and significant effect on dividend policy in manufacturing companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.

This study was conducted to determine the prevalence of ectoparasite infestation among stray cats around Surabaya traditional markets. A total of 305 stray cats were collected around 17 traditional markets in Surabaya City and were examined for the presence of fleas with a fine-toothed flea comb. Surveys were conducted during May-June 2019. 228 of 305 stray cats (74.75%) were infested with one species of ectoparasite. The average number of C. felis in every cat was 2.54, while the number of F. subrostratus in every cat was 0.33. Additional data about the gender, pregnancy/maternity, and bodyweight of every cat were recorded. The result of chi-square test shows that there is a significant difference between gender, pregnancy status, and bodyweight by the occurrence of ectoparasites (p=0.008; p=0.00; p=0.00). A total of 878 ectoparasites consisting of flea and lices, namely Ctenocephalides felis (88.27%) as the dominant ectoparasite, followed by Felicola subrostratus (11.73%). The highest infection rate (prevalence) of ectoparasite was found in Pucang Market (16.81%), while the lowest prevalence was found in Mulyorejo Market (0.8%). Coinfection was observed in only a few cats (1.63%). Multiple Regression showed that pregnancy is the most influential factor in the occurrence of fleas (p=0.000). These results should be taken into account among health workers to prevent a possible outbreak of zoonotic diseases caused by fleas.

Agroindustry supply chain management involves several integrated supply chain members from upstream to downstream in a sustainable. The main aspects that need to be considered are performance, added value, risk, improving effectiveness and efficiency in the supply chain management. The purpose of this study was to analyze the supply chain performance, added value, and risk used to effectiveness and efficiency improvement of fruit agroindustry supply chain management. A search for scientific articles published from 2005 to 2020 was conducted. There were 94 scientific articles reviewed into five classifications, i.e. apple supply chain management, supply chain performance, added value, supply chain risk, effectiveness and efficiency. So far, there has been little discussion about increasing the effectiveness and efficiency of supply chain management in the fruit agorindustry and has not been carried out comprehensively. The scientific articles obtained were examined into several analyzes of approaches and methods so that models could be developed to improve effectiveness and efficiency of supply chain management. In the future, a combination of several methods and implementations of information technology can be used to effectiveness and efficiency improvement of fruit agroindustry supply chain management.

Seiring dengan perkembangan teknologi yang telah banyak mempengaruhi bidang kehidupan, khususnya di bidang informasi. Banyak informasi yang bertebaran dengan sangat cepat contohnya seperti berita akhir-akhir ini yang mendunia yaitu Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19). COVID-19 adalah penyakit yang disebabkan oleh virus Corona tipe baru. Saat ini berbagai media informasi sedang gencargencarnya menyebarkan informasi mengenai COVID-19, sehingga sebagai penelitian dalam menangani virus ini peneliti membangun aplikasi chatbot dengan memanfaatkan LINE Messaging API sebagai platform dan PHP language sebagai bahasa pemrograman backend, serta MySQL sebagai penyimpanan basis data. Tujuan yang diharapkan dalam pembuatan aplikasi ini untuk memberikan berita informasi penyebarluasan Coronavirus Disease 2019 di Indonesia. Dengan melakukan implementasi dari sistem yang telah dirancang, maka berhasil dibuat sebuah sistem yang dapat melakukan pengambilan data dari API yang memberikan data kasus COVID-19 di Indonesia dan sebuah chatbot yang dapat berinteraksi dengan pengguna LINE. Along with the development of technology which has greatly influenced life, especially in the field of information, a lot of information spreads very quickly such as the recent news worldwide, namely Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19). COVID-19 is a disease caused by a new type of Coronavirus. Currently various information media are incessantly spreading information about COVID-19. Dealing with this issue, researchers are building chatbot applications by utilizing the LINE messaging API as a platform and PHP language as a backend programming language, and MySQL as database storage. The expected goal in making this application is to provide news information on the distribution of Coronavirus Disease 2019 in Indonesia. By implementing the system that has been designed, a successful system can be made to retrieve data from the API that provides COVID-19 case data in Indonesia and a chatbot that can interact with LINE users.

Artikel ini berisi tentang pendapat hukum tentang Badan Pengawas Pemilihan Umum Sebagai Badan Peradilan Khusus yang mana sampai sekarang, sengketa hasil pemungutan suara masih diselesaikan oleh Mahkamah Konstitusi yang mana tugas inti atau pokok dari Mahkamah Konstitusi adalah menguji undang-undang terhadap Undang-Undang Dasar Republik Indonesia tahun 1945. Sehingga perlu adanya Lembaga yang menangani sengketa pemilu bersifat independen dan final. Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk pembaharuan sistem hukum di Indonesia. Penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian hukum (legal research) dilakukan karena memang belum ada aturan hukum untuk masalah yang dihadapi. Serta menggunakan Pendekatan Undang-Undang (Statute Approach), Pendekatan Konseptual (Conseptual Approach), Pendekatan Kasus (Case Approach) dan Sumber Bahan Hukum yang digunakan Bahan Hukum Primer dan Sekunder. Hasil penilitian ini menjelaskan bahwa selama ini sengketa pemilu diputus oleh Mahkamah Konstitusi. Sedangkan fungsi Mahkamah Konstitusi yang utama adalah menguji undang-undang terhadap Undang-Undang Dasar Republik Indonesia tahun 1945. Sehingga perlunya Lembaga peradilan khusus untuk menggantikan Mahkamah Konstitusi. Badan Pengawas Pemilihan Umum sebagai lembaga independen yang berfungsi sebagai pengawas pemilu ini bisa dijadikan sebagai lembaga peradilan khusus untuk menangani sengketa pemilu. Seperti halnya negara Brazil dan Thailand yang menggunakan superior electoral court untuk menyelesaikan sengketa pemilu.

The purpose of this study is to describe the relational thinking profile of students of Quitter-Visual, Camper-Visual and Climber-Visual type in solving mathematical problems based on Polya rules. To support the research, we use qualitative descriptive method involving 30 students of grade V SDN Sawahan I Surabaya. The data were collected using math skill test and interview. The results show that, Climber-Visual type students are able to apply all polya steps properly and correctly and Camper-Visual type students are only able to understand the problem and implement it while the Quitter-Visual type students are less able to understand the problem and abandon it. The result is caused by students' endurance in facing difficulties. The findings of this study can be used to map effective and efficient learning methods.

Practical experience shows that Leucaena leucocephala has long been used as a medicinal plant. The finely ground, crushed, or chewed leaves of this shrub are applied to the wound. This study aimed to determine the antibacterial activity of L. leucocephala leaf extract ointment against Staphylococcus aureus and Staphylococcus epidermidis. The extract was made by macerating L. leucocephala leaf powder in ethanol 70% with 10% concentration. The research samples included seven (7) formulas of ointments with various L. leucocephala leaf extract (LLE) concentrations, namely F1 (0%), F2 (5%), F3 (10%), F4 (15%), F5 (20%), F6 (25%), and F7(100%). Their antibacterial activities were measured from the diameter of the inhibition zone, which was formed because the administered antibiotics stopped the growth of S. aureus and S. epidermidis placed in Nutrient Agar medium. Gentamicin Sulfate ointment and Oxytetracycline HCl ointment were used as positive controls. The results showed that LLE inhibited the growth of S. aureus and S. epidermidis when prepared at concentrations of at least 20% (F5) and 25% (F6), respectively. The difference between the antibacterial activities of LLE 100% and Gentamicin Sulfate ointment was not significant. The capacities of LLE to prevent the growth of S. aureus and S. epidermidis were lower than Oxytetracycline ointment. These capacities express the antibacterial activity of LLE ointment against S. aureus and S. epidermidis, meaning that LLE can be used as a topical antibacterial agent.

Abstract Today, people view foreign languages such as English as having more valuable attraction than the vernaculars to influence people. This condition is benefiting the businessmen to use English as a branding tool that they believe to be more effective and efficient to attract consumers ignoring the vernaculars. This study aims to describe the name of an English-language business as a branding tool in the area of the Yogyakarta Special Region.The method used in this research was descriptive qualitative with some quantitative features to support the analysis. The data were obtained from the rural areas of Yogyakarta Special Region through fieldwork using recorded interview with the owners of companies with a purposive sampling strategy. The data were analyzed by transcribing the interview, categorizing and analyzing the data, and drawing the conclusion. The results of this research show that the use of English as a branding tool in the rural areas of D.I. Yogyakarta signifies the names of institutions such as Barbershop, Laundry, Pet Shop, Photocopy Center, Cell-Phone Counter, Coffee Shop, and Homestay/Guest House. Those English names would be an icon to what they offer, give a guarantee of good quality, and offers high income. Even, they are orally becoming new vocabulary items for the people replacing the vernacular in naming the companies. Kondisi ini menguntungkan bagi para pebisnis untuk memilih Bahasa Inggris sebagai media branding yang mereka percaya merupakan media yang efektif dan efisien untuk menarik perhatian pelanggan tanpa mengindahkan bahasa lokal mereka. Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan nama bisnis berbahasa Inggris sebagai alat branding di area pinggiran Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif yang dilengkapi beberapa komponen kuantitatif untuk mendukung analisis. Data diperoleh dari daerah-daerah rural di D. I. Yogyakarta melalui observasi lapangan, wawancara dengan pebisnis yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Data wawancara yang terkumpul ditranskripsikan, dikelompokkan, dianalisis, dan disimpulkan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan Bahasa Inggris sebagai media branding di daerah rural di D. I. Yogyakarta ditampilkan dalam bentuk nama perusahaannya seperti Barbershop, Laundry, Pet Shop, Photocopy Center, Cell-Phone Counter, Coffee Shop, and Homestay/Guest House. Nama-nama tersebut menjadi ikon terhadap produk-produk sejenis, memberikan garansi kualitas, dan pendapatan tinggi. P fertilization can add Cd metal content to agricultural land because the raw material for making P fertilizer comes from phosphate rock which naturally contains Cd metal. Farmers assume that by providing fertilizers with high doses can provide maximum results. Community’s knowledge of heavy metals in the environment is still low. This study aims to examine the awareness of farmers in Sragen Regency Central Java to the potential of heavy metal pollution that occurs. This research was conducted from July to December 2017. The type of this research is quantitative descriptive research using a questionnaire with the number of respondents amounting to 10% of the number of farmers, namely 30 farmers. The results show that about 61.11% of the community doesn’t understand that the presence of heavy metals in the environment can cause many problems. About 60% of the community doesn’t understand that the inorganic fertilizers commonly used by them contain heavy metals (especially Cd metal). People unaware of heavy metal pollution due to over-fertilization is 65.01%. Although the community's knowledge and awareness of heavy metals are still low, the community awareness about environmentally friendly agriculture is high (61.33%). About 53.34% of the community doesn’t know that their behavior in using inorganic fertilizers in the long term will increase the accumulation of Cd metal in agricultural land and rice plant tissue. About 70% of the community doesn’t know that agricultural land that is used continuously to plant (without interspersed with non-paddy crops) will cause land degradation.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur kualitas susu sapi segar yang disetorkan oleh peternak ke Koperasi dan kemudian dihitung jumlah bakteri Escherichia coli yang selanjutnya dibandingkan dengan SNI. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan pada saat peternak mengantarkan susu sapi segar ke koperasi. Sampel yang diambil adalah susu yang ada di dalam milk can yang diambil dengan pipet steril dan juga karet penghisap. Sampel selanjutnya disimpan di dalam botol steril dan dibawa dengan menggunakan coolbox dilengkapi ice gel beku, selanjutnya dilakukan pengujian di Laboratorium. Selanjutnya dilakukan penanaman pada media Lauryl Tryptose Broth (LTB), Escherichia coli Broth (ECB), Levine Eosin Methylen Blue Agar (L-EMBA) dan dilakukan uji biokimia Indole, Methyl Red, Voges Proskauer, Citrate (IMViC) selanjutnya dilakukan pendugaan jumlah bakteri dengan menggunakan Most Probable Number (MPN). Hasil penelitian didapatkan bakteri Escherichia coli yang melebihi standart SNI > 3 APM/g yaitu 5 dari 16 sampel atau 31,25%. Hasil perhitungan berdasarkan MPN, sampel 7 menghasilkan angka 3APM/g, sampel 9 menghasilkan angka 3,6 APM/g, sampel 10 menghasilkan angka 23 APM/g, sampel 13 menghasilkan angka 7,4 APM/g dan sampel 14 menghasilkan angka 3,6 APM/g.

The purpose of this study was to examine how much the contribution of grip strength, arm muscle power, flexibility togok, and eye and hand coordination to shooting accuracy with drag flick technique. This research uses correlational method. A total of 40 men’s hockey players were selected as samples in this study. The data analysis technique used multiple regression and coefficient determination test (R2). It can be concluded that the grip strength variable, arm muscle power, togok flexibility, and eye and hand coordination have an effect on shooting accuracy with drag flick technique and produce significant contribution. Relationship with Flick Drag shot accuracy was power muscle arm with a result of 34.6%, then body flexibility of 20.5%, holding strength of 17.9%, and the least contribution of hand-eye coordination of 14.3%.

This study aims to determine the effect of good corporate governance, the reputation of the firm, company size and leverage to the integrity of financial statements. The dependent variable in this study is the integrity of the financial statements is measured with conservative accounting model of Beaver and Ryan. Independent variables used are independent directors, audit committee, institutional ownership, and the reputation of the firm, company size and leverage. Data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The research proves that independent commissioners and the size of the company's reputation KAP positive effect on the integrity of the financial statements of companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (BEI) in the period 2013-2015 while the audit committee, institutional ownership and leverage do not affect the integrity of the financial statements of companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (BEI) in the period 2013-2015.

Politeness is considered to be important in the communication. When the people are communicating to one another, they are expected to keep the social relationship and do not violate another face or called as face threatening acts (FTAs). This research investigated the realization of politeness in a drama script entitled “A Doll’s House” by Henrik Ibsen. It aims to classify the drama conversation parts into some categorizations of politeness and to analyze why they differ in the context. In its nature, the research applied qualitative concepts. Two conversation parts in the first act of the script were chosen to be the objects of the research. These qualitative data were then analyzed and categorized using Goffman’s categorizations of Face Threatening Act (FTA): FTA off record and FTA on record (with sub-classes: FTA on-baldly, FTA on record-with negative politeness, and FTA on record-with positive politeness). From the analyses, it was concluded that there were some parts belonging to FTA off record and some belonging to the FTA on record with positive politeness. The first data analysis explained much about FTA off record. On the contrary, FTA on record with positive politeness was portrayed in the second analysis. It shows that people tend to save their inter-interlocutors’ face by using indirect request, off record, as far as they understand what the speakers want to. Mbok, in Javanese language, has not only a ’mother’ in meaning. As a lexicon in the language, mbok in one side truly means a ‘mother’ and still has the same meaning although it experiences the morphological process to be, at least, embok, simbok, or mboke. The variations exist and are spoken by Javanese native speakers throughout the Javanese dialects such as Suroboyoan, Solo, Yogyakarta, Bagelen, and Banyumasan dialects spread from the East Java, Yogyakarta, and Central Java. However, mbok, as a particle has different meaning, even different various meanings relying on its distribution in a sentence. Then the meanings bear its different various functions as well in the sentence based on the context of the sentence (grammatical-semantics meaning). Through Teknik Balik (Converse Technique) the data gained was analyzed to distinguish the position of the particle in the sentence in order to reach its significant different meanings and functions. At least, from the analysis, we have three positions of mbok in the sentences, that are in the initial, middle, and the end of the sentences. These positions affect the meanings and functions that can be seen as follows; ‘, is not it?’ (Tag Question) and ‘is/are” (Verbal Question) for emphasizing, ‘please’ for requesting a help, ‘may be’ and ‘in case’ for expressing possibility, and ‘causing’ for expressing cause-effect.

Positive energy homeostasis due to overnutrition and a sedentary lifestyle triggers obesity. Obesity has a close relationship with elevated levels of betatrophin and may increase the risk of developing metabolic syndrome. Therefore, lifestyle modification through a nonpharmacological approach based on physical exercise is the right strategy in lowering betatrophin levels. This study aimed to analyze the effect of moderate-intensity interval and continuous exercises on decreased betatrophin levels and the association between betatrophin levels and obesity markers in women. A total of 30 women aged 20–24 years old were randomly divided into three groups. Measurement of betatrophin levels using Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA). Data analysis techniques used were one-way ANOVA and parametric linear correlation. The results showed that the average levels of betatrophin pre-exercise were 200.40 ± 11.03 pg/mL at CON, 203.07 ± 42.48 pg/mL at MIE, 196.62 ± 21.29 pg/mL at MCE, and p=0.978. Average levels of betatrophin post-exercise were 226.65 ± 18.96 pg/mL at CON, 109.31 ± 11.23 pg/mL at MIE, 52.38 ± 8.18 pg/mL at MCE, and p=0.000. Pre-exercise betatrophin levels were positively correlated with age, BMI, FM, WHR, FBG, and PBF (p≤0.001). Our study showed that betatrophin levels are decreased by 10 min post-MIE and post-MCE. However, moderate-intensity continuous exercise is more effective in lowering betatrophin levels than moderate-intensity interval exercise. In addition, pre-exercise betatrophin levels also have a positive correlation with obesity markers. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
