This article is devoted to the problem of constructing a collective memory of the "inconvenient past" by modern elites of Russia on the example of the events of the 1917 revolution and the subsequent civil war. The conflict aspects of commemoration (installation of monuments and memorial signs) in the process of constructing an official historical narrative are considered. Concidered changes in the official historical narrative regarding the "difficult past" in different periods of time. The preservation of historical memory largely depends on the political objectives of the current government, which not only supports collective memory through various commemorative practices, but also constructs a modern historical narrative. This narrative does not imply the restoration of Soviet historiography; it combines a variety of interpretations of the events of the Revolution and the Civil War in the context of building the historical continuity of Russian statehood. Therefore, the images of some Soviet figures coexist with the figures of their opponents, forming ideas among the mass audience about patriotic service to the Russian state, regardless of ideological and political views. The "lost memory" is not being restored; current generations of Russians have not accepted the political experience of supporters of democratic socialism, who rejected Bolshevism and did not support the "white movement" in the civil war. The attitude towards the losers in the fight against the Bolsheviks today is negative, as towards weak and incapable politicians. Considering historical memory as an integral part of collective memory, it is concluded that only those events of the past that are perceived by society as extremely useful for modern generations are integrated into the structure of collective consciousness. In addition, the inertia of public consciousness affects the "selection of event material". For this reason, during the entire post-Soviet period, it was not possible to completely replace the former Soviet ideological cliches with a new historical narrative.

INTRODUCTION. Systemic exposure studies of a selective carbonic anhydrase II inhibitor, the isoxazole derivative 5-[5-(trifluoromethyl)-1,2-oxazole-3-yl]-furan-2-sulfonamide (TFISA), require evaluating its pharmacokinetics in whole blood because the compound can accumulate in erythrocytes. Currently, no bioanalytical procedures have been developed to achieve this.AIM. This study aimed to develop a bioanalytical procedure for the determination of TFISA and its metabolites (N-hydroxy-5-[5-(trifluoromethyl)-1,2-oxazole-3-yl]-furan-2-sulfonamide and N-acetyl-5-[5-(trifluoromethyl)-1,2-oxazole-3-yl]-furan-2-sulfonamide) in the blood of laboratory animals and compare the pharmacokinetics of TFISA ophthalmic suspension in rats after a single ocular or intraperitoneal administration.MATERIALS AND METHODS. The quantitative determination was performed by high-performance liquid chromatography–tandem mass spectrometry (HPLC-MS/MS) using rat and rabbit blood samples. The chromatographic separation used a Zorbax Eclipse Plus C18 column (150×3.0 mm, 3.5 µm) and a gradient elution system of 0.1% aqueous formic acid and methanol. The multiple reaction monitoring mass spectrometry mode was used for detection. The pharmacokinetics study was conducted in 2 groups of 6 Wistar rats (3 males and 3 females per group). Group 1 received an instillation of 1% TFISA ophthalmic suspension in each eye at a dose of 3.7 mg/kg. Group 2 received an intraperitoneal injection of the same product at the same dose. Blood samples were collected at baseline and at several intervals after administration.RESULTS. The authors developed a bioanalytical procedure for the determination of TFISA and its metabolites in the blood of laboratory animals (rabbits and rats). This HPLC-MS/MS procedure was fully validated in accordance with the requirements of the EAEU legislation and the ICH M10 guideline. The analytical ranges in blood were 20–20000 for TFISA, 2–2000 for the N-hydroxy metabolite, and 0.1–100.0 ng/mL for the N-acetyl metabolite. The maximum blood levels after ocular instillation (mean±SD) were 8173±1491 for TFISA, 694±271 for the N-hydroxy metabolite, and 6.33±1.51 ng/mL for the N-acetyl metabolite. The half-lives for this route of administration were 58±10 (TFISA), 70±24 (N-hydroxy metabolite), and 14±3 h (N-acetyl metabolite). The bioavailability of TFISA was 90.18%. CONCLUSIONS. The developed and validated bioanalytical procedure for the determination of TFISA and its metabolites in the blood of laboratory animals has been successfully applied to samples of rat whole blood. According to the study of ophthalmic suspension pharmacokinetics, TFISA and its metabolites have long halflives and high bioavailability.

Objective. The purpose of the study is to substantiate the use of one of the graph separation methods – the spectral bisection algorithm for the analysis of social networks, as well as to evaluate the possibilities of software implementation of this algorithm during the collection of evidence-based information in the investigation of crimes committed using information and telecommunications technologies.Method. The methods of scientific research used in the work include: analysis of social networks, methods based on graph decomposition algorithms, methods of data analysis from open sources, methods of linear algebra and algorithmization.Result. Taking into account the objectives of the study, the main direction of the structural analysis of the social network is justified – the definition of communities and an approach to solving the problem of community research is proposed, which involves two stages. At the first, preparatory stage, the graph of the source network is formed taking into account the intensity of connections between the participants, and at the second, the main separation of the source and obtaining the target fragment of the graph containing the most connected nodes that will correspond to the most active members of the community is performed. It is shown that the key element of the graph separation algorithm – the spectral bisection algorithm is the calculation of the Fiedler vector, which can be implemented based on the Lanczoc algorithm. A software implementation of the algorithm in the form of a Python function and using the Numpy library is also proposed. The possibilities of controlling the size of the target fragment of the source graph by means of a function parameter – the value of the weighted median are shown.Conclusions. Experimental evaluations of the algorithm showed its positive capabilities as part of a set of tools for researching social networks. The use of this solution will reduce the number of community participants being studied, focusing on the most active and closely related ones, and the inclusion of additional parameters in the software implementation of the algorithm will provide the opportunity to study the community, taking into account the intensity and nature of the interaction of participants.

This article reviews the legacy of Hakob Pogosovich Nazaretyan (1947–2019), a distinguished Russian scholar, with a focus on the ideologization of societies and meaning formation as the major challenges of our time. The concept of historical singularity, a phenomenon of planetary significance that shapes the emerging scenarios of today’s world landscape, is defined. The growing importance, both for the international community and Russians, of maintaining a balance between the technological and humanistic aspects of universal culture to effectively address the escalating global crisis is highlighted. Based on the analysis of H.P. Nazaretyan’s key works, the role of ideology in this process, its productive anti-entropic function in the past and counterproductivity in the present and future, is examined.

The purpose of the article is to develop a methodology for evaluating stochastic processes in complex systems using the example of a three-processor computer system, which will make it possible to increase the effectiveness of monitoring the functioning and management of such objects. During the research, the methods of system approach, analysis and synthesis, stochastic and simulation modeling were applied, based on which the behavior of a three-processor computing system was reproduced under different conditions; simulations made it possible to reveal the mechanism of the system and verify the stochastic model; Markov chains made it possible to simulate the transitions of a computer system from state to state and to estimate the probabilities of system states as functions of time using numerical methods. Proposed simulation model in the article allows determining the states of the processors, calculate their load periods depending on the total time of operation, and determine the moment of time at which transient processes are completed and the computer system reaches its balanced mode of operation. The theoretical and practical significance of the research lies in the further studying of the existing and the development of new theoretical and methodological provisions for increasing the efficiency of the analysis and evaluation of stochastic processes in complex systems.

At many quarries for the extraction of building stone there is a problem of increased output of fines after all stages of crushing and grinding, which leads to a decrease in the economic performance of mining enterprises. The fine fraction is formed by the crushing / grinding of prefractured rock mass. Reducing the intensity and size of the prefracture zones will lead to a solution to the problem at hand. To determine the effect of explosive detonation properties on the degree of structural weakening of a rock mass, studies were conducted to measure the detonation velocity, stresses generated by a blast in the rock mass, as well as laboratory studies of microfracturing by X-ray computer microtomography. The size of the prefracture zones increases from 33 to 77 charge radii with increasing the detonation velocity from 2 to 5.2 km/s. The dependence of the number of microdefects (microfractures) generated by a blast on the velocity of explosive detonation takes the form of an exponent for the near zone and is linear for the distances far from the blast. According to the data of the experiments conducted at short distances (10R), the density of induced microfracturing N is within ≈5 thousand pcs/cm3, and with increasing the detonation velocity it increases to ≈13.8 thousand pcs/cm3. At medium (40R) and long (70R) distances, N increases from ≈750 to ≈2,400 pcs/cm3 and from 0 to ≈200 pcs/cm3, respectively. Using explosives with a reduced detonation velocity allows reducing the “surplus” impact on a rock mass and thus reducing the intensity of prefracture in the zone of controlled crushing during a blast. The study allowed obtaining quantitative parameters of the intensity and size of the prefracture zones, which compose the supplement to findings of historical studies on qualitative determination of prefracture.

Introduction: 3-(2-butyl-5-chloro-1H-imidazole-4-yl)-N-[4-methoxy-3-(trifluoromethyl)phenyl]-4,5-dihydro-1,2-oxazole-5-carboxamide is new antirheumatic drug. It is necessary to identify and synthesize the biotransformation products for its complete pharmacokinetic study. Materials and Methods: A biotransformation study was carried out by intraperitoneal administration of the drug to Wistar rats and Soviet Chinchilla breed rabbits. Animal blood sampling was performed before the injection and 0.5 h, 1 h, 2 h, 4 h, 24 h after the injection of the investigated compound. The samples were immediately centrifuged for plasma separation. Urine was simultaneously collected from rats before the administration and at intervals of 0-2 h, 2-4 h, 4-6 h, 6-24 h after administration, faeces – before administration and at intervals of 0-12 h and 12-24 h after administration. The samples were analyzed by HPLC-MS/MS after immediate preparation by adding acetonitrile. Results and Discussion: 3-(2-butyl-5-chloro-1H-imidazole-4-yl)-4,5-dihydro-1,2-oxazole-5-carboxylic acid and 4-methoxy-3-(trifluoromethyl)aniline – hydrolysis products of the active substance were found during the analysis of plasma, urine and fecal samples. The 4,5-dihydro-1,2-oxazole-5-carboxylic acid derivative has been synthesized. The second metabolite is a raw material for production of active pharmaceutical substance. During comparative tests, no significant difference between the retention times, ratio areas of chromatographic peaks at the main MRM-transitions and mass spectra of these metabolites on chromatograms of standard and animal samples was found, which indicates the correct identification of biotransformation products. Conclusion: The studied drug undergoes biotransformation by hydrolysis to form two main metabolites: 3-(2-butyl-5-chloro-1H-imidazole-4-yl)-4,5-dihydro-1,2-oxazole-5-carboxylic acid and 4-methoxy-3-(trifluoromethyl)aniline. The structure of the metabolites was confirmed by comparison with the synthesized standard samples using HPLC-MS/MS.

The article is devoted to the reconstruction of the relations of the nomads‘ social elite from the Southern Urals buried in the cemetries of the kurgans Filippovka 1, 2. The total craniological series of these monuments consists of 22 skulls (9 male and 13 female) representing brachycranial broad-faced Caucasoids. The aim of the study is to determine the historical roots of this group including their migration patterns, as well as their contacts with the surrounding population. The study is based on a comparative analysis of 35 craniological series of the Early Iron Age sites in the steppe and forest-steppe zones of Eurasia. The comparison was carried out according to the canonical analysis method using the Multican and Statistica 12 programs. In terms of morphological features, the individuals buried in the Filippovka kurgans are as close as possible to the nomads of the Southern Urals and the Lower Volga region of the Sauromatian (6th – 5th/4th centuries BC) and early Sarmatian (4th – 3rd centuries BC) time. They probably come from the local nomadic population who resided in this territory in early Sauromatian time. Representatives of the Filippovka group are also morphologically close to the Saka of the Aral Sea region and to the bearers of the Tasmolа culture from Central Kazakhstan. The formation of the pastoral population of the Early Iron Age (5th – 4th centuries BC) of two regions – the Southern Urals and the Aral Sea – might have taken place on a single anthropological basis, which is associated with the nomadic tribes of Central Kazakhstan including the bearers of the Tasmolа culture who had contacts with the Southern Siberia settled groups. As a result of mestizo processes on the contact territory, a special type of population the so-called Eastern Caucasoids with a small Mongoloid admixture was formed, which then spread in the southern Aral and western Ural directions. The spatial connections of the population that left the Filippovka kurgans are geographically wide. Judging by the archaeological data, they were grounded primarily on the basis of trade and economic relations. The craniological source shows some heterogeneity of the Ural nomads, but it is difficult to speak confidently about the time and mixing forms of their constituent components; the recorded phenomenon is also relevant among other synchronous groups of mobile pastoralists from Central Asia.

The selection of efficient drilling and blasting technology to achieve the required particle size distribution of blasted rock mass and reduce ore dilution is directly related to the accurate definition of rock mass properties. The zoning of the rock massif by its hardness, drillability and blastability does not consider the variability of the geological structure of the block for blasting, resulting in an overestimated specific consumption of explosives. The decision of this task is particularly urgent for enterprises developing deposits with a high degree of variability of geological structure, for example, at alluvial deposits. Explosives overconsumption causes non-optimal granulometric composition of the blasted rock mass for the given conditions and mining technology. It is required to define physical and mechanical properties of rocks at deposits with complex geological structure at each block prepared for blasting. The correlation between the physical and mechanical properties of these rocks and drilling parameters should be used for calculation. The relation determined by the developed method was verified in industrial conditions, and the granulometric composition of the blasted rock mass was measured by an indirect method based on excavator productivity. The results demonstrated an increase in excavation productivity, thus indicating the accuracy of given approach to the task of identifying the rocks of the blasted block.

Abstract Climate change adaptation planning at the municipal level has become mandatory due to the increasing frequency of extreme weather and climate events. The availability of near‐future climate data is the first step towards creating an adaptation plan for a city. We created the CP_OdU (Climate Projections for Odesa, Ukraine) dataset, which contains daily output variables from the 102 model runs and monthly (yearly) indices calculated for 2021–2050 in the closest to Odesa land‐located model grid point. The future data are based on 26 and 76 simulations for the scenarios RCP4.5 and RCP8.5, respectively, of 14 RCMs from the EURO‐CORDEX project. The horizontal resolution of spatial grids in the RCMs is ~0.11° or ~12 km. The CP_OdU dataset contains 76 indices relating to cloudiness, wind parameters, relative humidity, precipitation amount, snow depth and temperature. A very short description of the near‐future climate in Odesa for the RCP8.5 scenario shows its trend towards a Mediterranean climate. The rising temperature supported by the change of intra‐annual variations of precipitation will result in hot, dry summers and mild, moderately wet winters. The CP_OdU dataset can be used by climate scientists, applied science engineers and climate stakeholders in society for the creation of a climate change adaptation plan for Odesa, Ukraine.

Introduction: The determination of biotransformation products is an essential part of the preclinical trial of original medicines. These studies have not been conducted before for the new drug 5-[5-(trifluoromethyl)-1,2-oxazole-3-yl]-furan-2-sulfonamide. Identification and synthesis of metabolite substances are necessary for subsequent tests of bioavailability, linearity of pharmacokinetics, accumulation, distribution and excretion. Materials and methods: The study was carried out on Wistar rats and rabbits of the Soviet Chinchilla breed. The substance of the drug was administered to animals intraperitoneally. The collection of animal blood samples was performed before administration and 1 h, 2 h, 4 h, 24 h after administration into K3EDTA-tubes. A part of each sample was centrifuged to separate the plasma. Rat urine samples were taken before administration and at intervals of 0-2 h, 2-4 h, 4-6 h, 6-24 h after administration of the drug. The HPLC-MS/MS method was used to identify metabolites in biological fluids. The assumed biotransformation products were synthesized after preliminary analysis. The structure of the obtained substances was confirmed by NMR spectroscopy and high-resolution mass spectrometry. Then, a comparison was carried out with the compounds identified in biological fluids by retention time, ratios of chromatographic peak areas at the main MRM-transitions using HPLC-MS/MS. Results and discussion: A metabolite formed by addition an oxygen atom to a drug molecule, as well as an acylated metabolite were detected during the analysis of plasma and blood samples. A compound with an increased molecular weight of 1 dalton compared to the drug substance was also present in a rat urine. N-hydroxy-5-[5-(trifluoromethyl)-1,2-oxazole-3-yl]-furan-2-sulfonamide, 5-[5-(trifluoromethyl)-1,2-oxazole-3-yl]-furan-2-sulfonic acid, which could potentially be obtained during biotransformation, as well as N-acetyl-5-[5-(trifluoromethyl)-1,2-oxazole-3-yl]-furan-2-sulfonamide were synthesized. Repeated HPLC-MS/MS tests confirmed the correctness of the initial hypothesis. It was found that a sulfonic acid derivative is formed in urine as a result of decomposition of N-hydroxymetabolite during sample collection. Conclusion: The studied drug is metabolized by formation of two metabolites: N-hydroxy-5-[5-(trifluoromethyl)-1,2-oxazole-3-yl]-furan-2-sulfonamide and N-acetyl-5-[5-(trifluoromethyl)-1,2-oxazole-3-yl]-furan-2-sulfonamide. N-hydroxymetabolite is able to decompose in biological fluids samples with formation of 5-[5-(trifluoromethyl)-1,2-oxazole-3-yl]-furan-2-sulfonic acid.

Background. Russian neuropsychology lacks a standardised set of methods for quantifying the development of higher mental functions (HMF) from pre-school to high school age. Its application could improve the objectivity of neuropsychological diagnosis. Objectives. The study seeks 1) to create a psychometric battery of methods for multifactorial investigation of neuropsychological development (MIND) in children and adolescents aged 4–17; 2) to describe the trajectories of age-related development of HMF. Study Participants. 860 participants aged 4–17 (M = 10; SD = 3.7), including 558 boys and 302 girls took part in the study. Methods. Neuropsychological assessment was performed using 40 techniques and measuring 171 variables. These variables were standardised and age-adjusted. Exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis was used to find latent variables. The resulting model was applied to age-unadjusted variables to identify developmental trajectories. Results. A model was built with 106 indicators and 21 factors. Four variables were used to construct an additional verbal-logical thinking scale. The general level of development can be reliably measured using 50 variables. These scales are described as age dependent. Conclusions. The MIND psychometric battery for neuropsychological assessment of children and adolescents aged 4–17 has been created. The quantitative evaluation is based on a mathematical description of the age-related development of HMF components.

Background. Determining changes in the content of monoamine neurotransmitters and their metabolites in brain structures is a necessary part of studying the pharmacodynamics of antiparkinsonian drugs. A method for the joint determination of norepinephrine, adrenaline, dopamine, serotonin, 5-hydroxyindole-3-acetic acid, 3,4-dihydroxyphenylacetic acid, homovanillic acid, vanillylmandelic acid in rat brain tissue has not previously been developed.The aim of the study. To develop and to validate a method for the quantitative determination of norepinephrine, adrenaline, dopamine, serotonin, 5-hydroxyindole3-acetic acid, 3,4-dihydroxyphenylacetic acid, homovanillic acid, vanillylmandelic acid in rat brain tissue using high-performance liquid chromatography in combination with tandem mass spectrometry (HPLC-MS/MS).Materials and methods. A method for determining monoamine mediators and their metabolites was developed using the HPLC-MS/MS method. Brain tissue homogenates were prepared using a mechanical hand-operated homogenizer. The effect of various antioxidants on the stability of norepinephrine, adrenaline, dopamine and 3,4-dihydroxyphenylacetic acid in the test samples was studied.Results. Chromatographic separation of sample components was carried out using two Synergi Max RP (20 × 2.0 mm, 2.5 µm) and Synergi Fusion RP 80Å (250 × 4.6 mm, 4 µm) chromatographic columns. Elution was carried out in a gradient mode using a mobile phase based on methanol and a 0.1% solution of formic acid in water. To prepare homogenate batches, the samples were diluted with a solution of internal standards in methanol. A 5% aqueous solution of ascorbic acid was chosen as an antioxidant stabilizer.Conclusion. The developed methodology has been fully validated and meets the requirements of Russian and international guidelines. The chosen stabilization method allows samples of brain homogenates to be stored for 30 days after collection.

In a growing food delivery market, understanding consumer behaviour becomes a basic factor in the development of food delivery services. This study identifies criteria for selecting a restaurant by consumers and scenarios of ordering food delivery. The main purpose of the research is to define consumer objectives and behavioural scenarios of clients connected to services of ready and chilled meals delivery. Quantitative surveys and in-depth interviews were employed as research methods. The findings and conclusions were approved through test marketing campaigns. On the basis of the analysis results, three key consumer objectives were presented: “quick meal”, “pleasing oneself and loved ones”, and “feeding a company”. Also, various scenarios were high-lighted, according to which customers meet their consumer objectives under different conditions. In addition, two levels of criteria for selecting a restaurant were given: primary criteria that determine the restaurant’s compliance with the customer’s objectives, and secondary criteria that are used to choose the best option among suitable restaurants. The study not only expands the current understanding of consumer preferences and behavioural scenarios in the context of food delivery but also provides practical recommendations to optimise existing delivery services and to develop the new ones.

It is important for public health to monitor and improve the health indicators of the population using the system of patient's quality of life (HRQoL) assessment regardless of the nosology of the disease. The use of HRQoL assessment provides health authorities with a tool for additional analysis of the performance of health services and for making decisions about funding priorities. The definition of HRQoL is one of the decisive factors in the calculation of QALYs because it measures the effectiveness of medical treatment in terms of how much it prolongs and/or improves patients' lives. The aim of the study is to determine the QALYs of hemophilia patients in Nizhny Novgorod region by means of electronic questionnaire using the SF-36 questionnaire. Methods. A validated SF-36 short form questionnaire was used in the study, which was distributed to adult patients with hemophilia A, B and Willebrand's disease of Nizhny Novgorod region together with a short form of informed voluntary consent. Twenty-eight people participated in the questionnaire. Calculation of general and final indicators of the HRQoL was carried out according to the instructions for processing data obtained with the SF-36 questionnaire. Results. The lowest score among all respondents was for GH "General Health Status" with a mean value of 61.00, and the highest score was for PF "Physical Functioning" with a mean value of 81.43. The study revealed that the majority of the surveyed patients were receiving Emicizumab (42.86 %). After comparing the ranges of values of the final indicators of physical (PH) and mental (MN') health in patients with different forms of hemophilia, the highest values of HRQoL indicators are observed in patients with hemophilia B, and the highest range of extreme values — in patients with hemophilia A. Conclusion. Patients with different forms of hemophilia are determined to have satisfactory values of HRQoL indicators, as all the results obtained in the course of the questionnaire are above the average value of the indicators. Mean HRQoL scores in patients receiving emicizumab are at a similar level compared to patients receiving other LPs, and fluctuations in HRQoL scores in these patients are less marked than in the other patients with hemophilia A.

Relevance. Therapy of hemophilia A, B and Willebrand's disease is carried out under the program of 14 VZN due to the use of federal budget funds. The use of funding is increasing in line with the growth of the total number of patients. In 2022,85.99 billion rubles were allocated, which corresponds to a 1.5‑fold increase in funding compared to 2018. The aim of the study was to conduct an economic analysis of the use of drugs for the therapy of hemophilia A, B and Willebrand's disease. Methods. The materials for the analysis were the dosing regimen of LPs selected on the basis of clinical recommendations, the availability of LPs in the 14 VZN program, and the prices for LPs from the State Register of maximum selling prices for VED drugs. Costs of on demand prophylaxis and treatment regimens for hemophilia A, B and Willebrand's disease according to clinical recommendations for each INN for all trade names (TN) were assessed. Results. For hemophilia A the number of submitted drugs by INN is 7;IN — 14; of them domestic drugs were submitted — 1. The minimum cost of LPs for prophylaxis is 2 584 764,00 rubles. Coit-DVI (Grifols Therapeutics LLC, USA), and the maximum cost is RUR 9,955,517.21. Advait (Takeda Manufacturing AG, Austria). Forhemophilia B, the number of represented PL — 2 INN; INN — 6; domestic drugs — 2. The minimum cost is RUR 1,559,376.00. Innonafactor (AO Generium, Russia), maximum — 3 079 319,88 rubles for a year course of prophylaxis LP Immunin (TakedaManufacturing, Austria). To stop bleeding in patients with inhibitor form use anti-inhibitor coagulant complex (Feiba, Austria), which is necessary on average 9100 units per 1 patient, and the average cost of application — 430 863,52 rubles or eptacog alpha(activated) (Coagil-VII, Russia) at multiple administration to the patient 6 times a day — maximum cost — 2 739 803,64 rubles or once a day — 293 550,35 rubles. Conclusion. In the structure of drug supply for patients with hemophilia, domestic drugs are represented by 5 names: Octofactor (JSC "Generium", Russia); Agemfil B (FGBU "NMIC Hematology" of the Ministry of Health of Russia, Russia) and Innonafactor (JSC "Generium", Russia); ArioSaven (LLC "PSK Pharma", Russia) and Coagil-VII (JSC "SG Biotech", Russia). There are no domestic drugs available for the therapy of Willebrand's disease.

Objective. In modern conditions, cryptographic personal authentication technologies are used to access information systems, based on processing biometric information and converting the user’s biometric images into his personal access code. A current area of research is the use of neural network technologies in organizing secure access to information systems. Biometric authentication tools can be classified as highly reliable only if they include cryptographic authentication mechanisms that work together with biometric authentication mechanisms through the conversion of biometric images into a unique cryptographic access code; in this case, a set of biometric identifiers of the user’s identity form his fuzzy image, which is used later during authentication. The purpose of the study is to develop an algorithm for providing secure access to information systems using biometric authentication based on a fuzzy image of the user’s identity and neural network transformations. Method. The development of the algorithm is based on the use of fuzzy logic methods and neural networks. Result. The work reveals the features of biometric identification of the user of information systems. An algorithm is proposed for providing secure access to information systems using biometric authentication based on a fuzzy image of the user’s personality and neural network transformations. Conclusions. Based on two-step authentication of the user’s identity, secure access to the information systems of registered users is implemented. A listing of the program code in Python for creating and training a neural network of a bioidentifier classifier is provided. The materials of the article are of practical value for specialists in the field of providing secure access to information systems using artificial intelligence.
