Until recently, the question of the methodological role in the professional activity of a teacher, depending on the peculiarities of the performed functions, has remained unexplored. Also, a number of urgent problems have not been fully studied. What is the actual connection between teaching methodology and methodology? What is the influence of methodology on teaching methodology? How can methodology help teachers while implementing their multifunctional professional tasks? This study can be divided into several stages: identification of the connection between the general methodology of teaching foreign languages and methodology (the first stage of the research); clarification of the main directions of the methodological function implementation of the theory of teaching foreign languages (second stage of the research); specifying the conditions of the successful implementation of the methodological function of teaching foreign languages theory (third stage of the research). The study not only reveals the connections between teaching methodology with methodology, but also identifies the prospects for the development of methodological thought in relation to the professional training of foreign language teachers. This prospect is closely related to the methodological function of teaching methodology. The implementation of the present function is aimed at the research, reconstruction and description of certain methods and value-based objects of language education as well as methodological reflection of scientific research conducted within the framework of the given study and the educational activity. The consideration of the teaching methodology from the point of view of methodology allows us to reveal the content and direction of the methodological function realisation within the given science as well as to provide arguments for the significance of the inclusion into the scientific vocabulary of such categories as ‘methodological consciousness’ and ‘methodological culture’.

At the moment, there is an active digital transformation of the practice and processes in HR management. The use of electronic means, artificial intelligence and information technology can significantly increase the efficiency of HR management. This study presents the concept and various aspects of the use of artificial intelligence in HR management. The purpose of the study is to identify the key aspects of the highly qualified stuff formation in the digital economy. The research method is a comparative and causal analysis of management decisions and steps to prepare and implement the digital HR transformation. As a result of the study, a model of the recruitment process based on artificial intelligence and a map of possible risks were obtained. The results of the study can be useful in the implementation of HR management based on artificial intelligence and information technology.

The article conducted in the framework of the communicative-pragmatic paradigm of knowledge focuses on the analysis of linguistic means of encouraging the interlocutor on the recipient’s end in the course of polite, socially acceptable communication that is also called conventional. The main objective of the article is to identify stereotypical ways of verbalising the tactics of speech behaviour of the recipient, which consists in encouraging the interlocutor in French dialogic discourse. The consideration of the nature and peculiar features of the speech act as a unit of normative socio-speech behaviour is of great theoretical interest as it helps examine the mechanisms of speech and identify specific trends, and practical significance, for example, for the adequate identification and description of discursive strategies to the full extent. The material of this study includes dialogic unities from the fictional works of contemporary French authors, in which the speech of the characters closely resembles spontaneous spoken interaction. The study concludes that the verbal behaviour of the recipient should take into account the duality of their position as they act not only as an object of speech persuasion but also as a subject of speech interaction. The analysis of the speech act of agreement, as one of the most important for dialogic communication, made it possible to single out a variety of communicative units involved in its implementation, as well as to reveal the diversity of the modal characteristics transmitted by them.

The paper considers the possibility of using low-cost stereo cameras for autonomous robot navigation. An low-cost stereo camera with a focal length of 5 mm and a photo base of 6 cm was chosen for the research. Experimental studies have shown that the accuracy of determining the coordinates of object points from a pair of images obtained by such a stereo camera is sufficient for organizing autonomous navigation of the robot. In order to improve the reliability and accuracy of determining the trajectory of the robot, this paper proposes to use two stereo cameras. One is directed forward by the robot's movement, and the other is directed at the nadir. Thus, the trajectory is determined twice, independently of each other. Moreover, each case has its own algorithm for finding the homologue points. In the first case, a sparse point cloud is constructed for each stereo pair based on the selection of interesting points and their identification based on the comparison of descriptors. In addition, blunder detection of points identification are realized based on the analysis of the values of the relative orientation equations using the fundamental matrix. In the second case, when the stereo camera is pointed at the nadir, the usual method of correlation is used in the nodes of the grid specified at one image. Experimental studies have shown sufficient efficiency of autonomous navigation of mobile robot based on the use of two stereo cameras.

The Photogrammetry Department of MIIGAIK is developing the "Automated Information Generation System" (AIGS), which is designed to carry out automatic aerial survey of the object using a drone and obtain documents about the terrain (orthophotos, DMR, etc.). The system is based on a robotic mobile platform with a navigation system installed on it, a manipulator and a lifting portal. The manipulator has three degrees of freedom and is designed to manipulate the necessary when replacing automatically the battery in the UAV. The lifting portal is designed to load and fix UAVs on the platform. The robotic station is able to work both individually and as part of a network of stations. Complexes are evenly distributed on the territory where aerial photography or monitoring will be carried out. The operator is in the office, forms the job and sends it over the Internet channel, at the station. The job is run automatically on schedule.

The concept of self-employment as a form of individual entrepreneurship has been considered. A detailed analysis of the experience of foreign countries in establishing the institution of the self-employment,common and distinctive features of the applied models of the development of self-employment in European countries, Australia and the USA, has been presented. Much attention has been paid both the characteristic of the category “self-employed citizens” and the review of their areas of activity in Russia today. Available mechanisms and tools for the development of self-employment have been analyzed. Particular attention has been paid to the analysis of the concept of self-employment and its forms, presented in legislative acts, which serve as the basis for effective regulation by the government. Conclusions and recommendations of the authors on the application of the new special tax treatment on the income of self-employed citizens, implemented as part of a pilot project in several regions of the Russian Federation, have been presented.

The main prerequisites for introducing digital assets into the Russian practice, contributing to the development of digital financial relations, have been identified. The necessity of settling the category of “digital financial assets” at the level of legislation has been justified. The draft Federal Law “On Digital Financial Assets” has been analyzed in order to reveal the main points of implementation of activity in this area in the Russian conditions. The adoption of regulatory acts in the field of regulation of digital financial assets will provide a synergistic effect from digitalization processes.

The article discusses the findings of the comparative analysis of online business correspondence in the Russian and English languages. The issue of written business discourse internationalization and identity is still unsettled, as Internet environment and attributed to it social, cultural and technological changes influence the language, regularly modifying it. The authors examined basic theories related to the study of the terms Internet communication and language identity in modern linguistic studies. The aim of the article is to identify linguistic peculiarities of expressing identity in business e-mails in modern French and English, taking into account national-cultural and sociolinguistic aspects of business communication. To achieve this goal the following research objectives were set: study the concepts of Internet communication and language identity; select and describe frequent language structures that determine the specifics of e-mails in two cultures. The findings were derived from e-mails presented both in the public domains and in foreign textbooks. In the course of the study identical vectors of development of stylistic forms of the compared languages were identified. Decrease in the degree of formality is observed in online business correspondence, which is manifested through the use of colloquial and slang expressions. Traditional opening formulas of address such as Sir and Dear are often replaced with Hello and Hi. Moreover, in English e-mails pronoun we is becoming more frequent. Nowadays, one of the trends in the development of the French language of business communication is the use of borrowings from the English language which signals about the internalization of online business correspondence.
