A novel liquid argon purity monitor based on a 207 Bi radioactive source, emitting monochromatic internal-conversion electrons, is presented. This new monitor allows for a very precise and fast measurement of the electronegative impurities concentration in liquid argon. It can be operated continuously in liquid argon TPC experiments without interfering with the main detector operation. Different drift lengths can be assembled for the proposed device, to assess a large range of liquid argon purities while minimizing systematic uncertainties. We prove that every simple flop of type $D_5$, i.e. resolved by blowups with exceptional divisor isomorphic to a generalized Grassmann bundle with fiber $OG(4, 10)$, induces a derived equivalence. This provides new evidence for the DK conjecture of Bondal--Orlov and Kawamata. The proof is based on a sequence of mutations of exceptional objects: we use the same argument to prove derived equivalence for some pairs of non birational Calabi--Yau fivefolds in $OG(5, 10)$, related to Manivel's double--spinor Calabi--Yau varieties. The use of double-faced, metallized, perforated PCB planes, segmented into strips for the anodic read-out of ionization signals in liquid argon TPCs, is emerging as a promising technology for charge readout in liquid argon TPCs used in large volume detectors.As a proof of concept, a prototype liquid Argon TPC hosting this new anode configuration based on single side perforated PCB planes has been constructed and exposed to cosmic rays at LNL in Italy. Tests were performed with both the metallized and insulating sides of the anode facing the drift volume, providing the first evidence of the focusing effect on drift electron trajectories through the PCB holes due to charge accumulation on the insulator surface., Comment: 12 pages, 13 figures

The smart grid represents a pivotal innovation in modernizing the electricity sector, offering an intelligent, digitalized energy network capable of optimizing energy delivery from source to consumer. It hence represents the backbone of the energy sector of a nation. Due to its central role, the availability of the smart grid is paramount and is hence necessary to have in-depth control of its operations and safety. To this aim, researchers developed multiple solutions to assess the smart grid's stability and guarantee that it operates in a safe state. Artificial intelligence and Machine learning algorithms have proven to be effective measures to accurately predict the smart grid's stability. Despite the presence of known adversarial attacks and potential solutions, currently, there exists no standardized measure to protect smart grids against this threat, leaving them open to new adversarial attacks. In this paper, we propose GAN-GRID a novel adversarial attack targeting the stability prediction system of a smart grid tailored to real-world constraints. Our findings reveal that an adversary armed solely with the stability model's output, devoid of data or model knowledge, can craft data classified as stable with an Attack Success Rate (ASR) of 0.99. Also by manipulating authentic data and sensor values, the attacker can amplify grid issues, potentially undetected due to a compromised stability prediction system. These results underscore the imperative of fortifying smart grid security mechanisms against adversarial manipulation to uphold system stability and reliability.

Predicting and classifying faults in electricity networks is crucial for uninterrupted provision and keeping maintenance costs at a minimum. Thanks to the advancements in the field provided by the smart grid, several data-driven approaches have been proposed in the literature to tackle fault prediction tasks. Implementing these systems brought several improvements, such as optimal energy consumption and quick restoration. Thus, they have become an essential component of the smart grid. However, the robustness and security of these systems against adversarial attacks have not yet been extensively investigated. These attacks can impair the whole grid and cause additional damage to the infrastructure, deceiving fault detection systems and disrupting restoration. In this paper, we present FaultGuard, the first framework for fault type and zone classification resilient to adversarial attacks. To ensure the security of our system, we employ an Anomaly Detection System (ADS) leveraging a novel Generative Adversarial Network training layer to identify attacks. Furthermore, we propose a low-complexity fault prediction model and an online adversarial training technique to enhance robustness. We comprehensively evaluate the framework's performance against various adversarial attacks using the IEEE13-AdvAttack dataset, which constitutes the state-of-the-art for resilient fault prediction benchmarking. Our model outclasses the state-of-the-art even without considering adversaries, with an accuracy of up to 0.958. Furthermore, our ADS shows attack detection capabilities with an accuracy of up to 1.000. Finally, we demonstrate how our novel training layers drastically increase performances across the whole framework, with a mean increase of 154% in ADS accuracy and 118% in model accuracy.

Given a vector bundle $\mathcal E$ on a smooth projective variety $B$, the flag bundle $\mathcal F l(1,2,\mathcal E)$ admits two projective bundle structures over the Grassmann bundles $\mathcal G r(1, \mathcal E)$ and $G r(2, \mathcal E)$. The data of a general section of a suitably defined line bundle on $\mathcal F l(1,2,\mathcal E)$ defines two varieties: a cover $X_1$ of $B$ and a fibration $X_2$ on $B$ with general fiber isomorphic to a smooth Fano variety. We construct a semiorthogonal decomposition of the derived category of $X_2$ which consists of a list of exceptional objects and a subcategory equivalent to the derived category of $X_1$. As a byproduct, we obtain a new full exceptional collection for the Fano fourfold of degree $12$ and genus $7$. Any birational map of smooth projective varieties which is resolved by blowups with exceptional divisor $\mathcal F l(1, 2, \mathcal E)$ is an instance of a so-called Grassmann flip: we prove that the DK conjecture of Bondal-Orlov and Kawamata holds for such flips. Isolated galaxies are the ideal reference sample to study the galaxy structure minimising potential environmental effects. We selected a complete sample of 14 nearby, late-type, highly inclined ($i\geq80^{\circ}$), isolated galaxies from the Catalogue of Isolated Galaxies (CIG) which offers a vertical view of their disc structure. We aim to study extraplanar Diffuse Ionized Gas (eDIG) by comparing the old and young disc components traced by near-infrared (NIR) and Ultraviolet (UV) imaging with the H$\alpha$ emission structure. We obtained H$\alpha$ monochromatic maps from the Fabry-Perot (FP) interferometry, while the old and young discs structures are obtained from the photometric analysis of the 2MASS K$_{s}$-band, and GALEX NUV and FUV images, thereby identifying the stellar disc and whether the eDIG is present. The H$\alpha$ morphology is peculiar in CIG 71, CIG 183, CIG 593 showing clear asymmetries. In general, geometric parameters (isophotal position angle, peak light distribution, inclination) measured from H$\alpha$, UV and NIR show minimal differences (e.g. $\Delta i\leq\pm$10$^{\circ}$), suggesting that interaction does not play a significant role in shaping the morphology, as expected in isolated galaxies. From H$\alpha$ maps, the eDIG was detected vertically in 11 out of 14 galaxies. Although the fraction of eDIG is high, the comparison between our sample and a generic sample of inclined spirals suggests that the phenomenon is uncorrelated to the galaxy environment. As suggested by the extraplanar UV emission found in 13 out of 14 galaxies the star formation extends well beyond the disc defined by the H$\alpha$ map., Comment: Accepted for its publication in MNRAS. This article makes no claim to originality, other than, perhaps, the simple statement here called the {\it Abstract Maximum Principle}. Actually, the whole contents are strongly based on some H. Sussmann's and coauthors' papers, in which, in a much more general context, the set-separation approach is regarded as foundational for necessary conditions for minima. So, rather than being the exposition of original material, this paper has mainly a pedagogical purpose. From the Abstract Maximum Principle it is possible to deduce several necessary conditions for both finite dimensional minimum problems and for optimal control problems. More in general, this Principle seems apt to capture some consequences of the geometric and topological idea of (possibly vector-valued) minimization in a parametrized problem., Comment: Expository paper, 2 figures

Looking into the faintEst WIth MUSE (LEWIS) is an ESO large observing programme aimed at obtaining the first homogeneous integral-field spectroscopic survey of 30 extremely low-surface brightness (LSB) galaxies in the Hydra I cluster of galaxies, with MUSE at ESO-VLT. The majority of LSB galaxies in the sample (22 in total) are ultra-diffuse galaxies (UDGs). The distribution of systemic velocities Vsys ranges between 2317 km/s and 5198 km/s and is centred on the mean velocity of Hydra I (Vsys = 3683 $\pm$ 46 km/s). Considering the mean velocity and the velocity dispersion of the cluster, 17 out of 20 targets are confirmed cluster members. To assess the quality of the data and demonstrate the feasibility of the science goals, we report the preliminary results obtained for one of the sample galaxies, UDG11. For this target, we derived the stellar kinematics, including the 2-dimensional maps of line-of-sight velocity and velocity dispersion, constrained age and metallicity, and studied the globular cluster (GC) population hosted by the UDG. Results are compared with the available measurements for UDGs and dwarf galaxies in literature. By fitting the stacked spectrum inside one effective radius, we find that UDG11 has a velocity dispersion $\sigma = 20 \pm 8$ km/s, it is old ($10\pm1$ Gyr), metal-poor ([M/H]=-1.17$\pm$0.11 dex) and has a total dynamical mass-to-light ratio M$/L_V\sim 14$, comparable to those observed for classical dwarf galaxies. The spatially resolved stellar kinematics maps suggest that UDG11 does not show a significant velocity gradient along either major or minor photometric axes. We find two GCs kinematically associated with UDG11. The estimated total number of GCs in UDG11, corrected for the spectroscopic completeness limit, is $N_{GC}= 5.9^{+2.2}_ {-1.8}$, which corresponds to a GC specific frequency of $S_N = 8.4^{+3.2}_{-2.7}$., Comment: Accepted for publication in Astronomy and Astrophysics

Although ultra diffuse galaxies (UDGs) are found in large numbers in clusters of galaxies, the role of the cluster environment in shaping their low surface brightness and large sizes is still uncertain. Here we examine a sample of UDGs in the Hydra I cluster (D = 51 Mpc) with new radial velocities obtained as part of the LEWIS (Looking into the faintest with MUSE) project using VLT/MUSE data. Using a phase-space, or infall diagnostic, diagram we compare the UDGs to other known galaxies in the Hydra I cluster and to UDGs in other clusters. The UDGs, along with the bulk of regular Hydra I galaxies, have low relative velocities and are located near the cluster core, and thus consistent with very early infall into the cluster. Combining with literature data, we do not find the expected trend of GC-rich UDGs associated with earlier infall times. This result suggests that quenching mechanisms other than cluster infall should be further considered, e.g. quenching by strong feedback or in cosmic sheets and filaments. Higher order necessary conditions for a minimizer of an optimal control problem are generally obtained for systems whose dynamics is at least continuously differentiable in the state variable. Here, by making use of the notion of set-valued Lie bracket introduced in "Set-valued differentials and a nonsmooth version of Chow-Rashevski's theorem" by F. Rampazzo and H.J.Sussmann and extended in "Iterated Lie brackets for nonsmooth vector fields" by E. Feleqi and F.Rampazzo , we obtain Goh and Legendre-Clebsh type conditions for a control affine system with Lipschitz continuous dynamics. In order to manage the simultaneous lack of smoothness of the adjoint equation and of the Lie bracket-like variations, we will exploit the notion of Quasi Differential Quotient, introduced in "A geometrically based criterion to avoid infimum-gaps in Optimal Control" by M. Palladino and F.Rampazzo. We finally exhibit an example where the established higher order condition is capable to rule out the optimality of a control verifying a first order Maximum Principle.

Kuznetsov and Polishchuk provided a general algorithm to construct exceptional collections of maximal length for homogeneous varieties of type A,B,C,D. We consider the case of the spinor tenfold and we prove that the corresponding collection is full, i.e. it generates the whole derived category of coherent sheaves. The Jiangmen Underground Neutrino Observatory (JUNO) is a large neutrino detector currently under construction in China. Thanks to the tight requirements on its optical and radio-purity properties, it will be able to perform leading measurements detecting terrestrial and astrophysical neutrinos in a wide energy range from tens of keV to hundreds of MeV. A key requirement for the success of the experiment is an unprecedented 3% energy resolution, guaranteed by its large active mass (20 kton) and the use of more than 20,000 20-inch photo-multiplier tubes (PMTs) acquired by high-speed, high-resolution sampling electronics located very close to the PMTs. As the Front-End and Read-Out electronics is expected to continuously run underwater for 30 years, a reliable readout acquisition system capable of handling the timestamped data stream coming from the Large-PMTs and permitting to simultaneously monitor and operate remotely the inaccessible electronics had to be developed. In this contribution, the firmware and hardware implementation of the IPbus based readout protocol will be presented, together with the performances measured on final modules during the mass production of the electronics.

With reference to an optimal control problem where the state has to approach asymptotically a closed target while paying a non-negative integral cost, we propose a generalization of the classical dissipative relation that defines a Control Lyapunov Function to a weaker differential inequality. The latter involves both the cost and the iterated Lie brackets of the vector fields in the dynamics up to a certain degree k greater than or equal to 1, and we call any of its (suitably defined) solutions a degree-k Minimum Restraint Function. We prove that the existence of a degree-k Minimum Restraint Function allows us to build a Lie-bracket-based feedback which sample stabilizes the system to the target while regulating (i.e., uniformly bounding) the cost.

For a control system two major issues can be considered: the stabilizability with respect to a given target, and the minimization of an integral functional (while the trajectories reach this target). Here we consider a problem where stabilizability or controllability are investigated together with the further aim of a "cost regulation", namely a state-dependent upper bounding of the functional. This paper is devoted to a crucial step in the program of establishing a chain of equivalences among degree-k stabilizability with regulated cost, asymptotic controllability with regulated cost, and the existence of a degree-k Minimum Restraint Function (which is a special kind of Control Lyapunov Function). Besides the presence of a cost we allow the stabilizing "feedback" to give rise to directions that range in the union of original directions and the family of iterated Lie bracket of length less or equal to $k$. In the main result asymptotic controllability [resp. with regulated cost] is proved to be necessary for degree-k stabilizability [resp. with regulated cost]. Further steps of the above-mentioned logical chain are proved in companion papers, so that also a Lyapunov-type inverse theorem -- i.e. the possibility of deriving existence of a Minimum Restraint Function from stabilizability -- appears as quite likely.

The Jiangmen Underground Neutrino Observatory (JUNO) is a multi-purpose, large size, liquid scintillator experiment under construction in China. JUNO will perform leading measurements detecting neutrinos from different sources (reactor, terrestrial and astrophysical neutrinos) covering a wide energy range (from 200 keV to several GeV). This paper focuses on the design and development of a test protocol for the 20-inch PMT underwater readout electronics, performed in parallel to the mass production line. In a time period of about ten months, a total number of 6950 electronic boards were tested with an acceptance yield of 99.1%.

We produce counterexamples to the birational Torelli theorem for Calabi-Yau manifolds in arbitrarily high dimension: this is done by exhibiting a series of non birational pairs of Calabi-Yau $(n^2-1)$-folds which, for $n \geq 2$ even, admit an isometry between their middle cohomologies. These varieties also satisfy an $\mathbb L$-equivalence relation in the Grothendieck ring of varieties, i.e. the difference of their classes annihilates a power of the class of the affine line. We state this last property for a broader class of Calabi-Yau pairs, namely all those which are realized as pushforwards of a general $(1,1)$-section on a homogeneous roof in the sense of Kanemitsu, along its two extremal contractions., Comment: 17 pages, comments are welcome!

For the development of reliable vertical GaN transistors, a detailed analysis of the robustness of the gate stack is necessary, as a function of the process parameters and material properties. To this aim, we report a detailed analysis of breakdown performance of planar GaN-on-Si MOS capacitors. The analysis is carried out on capacitors processed on different GaN bulk doping (6E18 Si/cc, 6E17 Si/cc and 2.5E18 Mg/cc, p-type), different structures (planar, trench-like) and different geometries (area, perimeter and shape). We demonstrate that (i) capacitors on p-GaN have better breakdown performance; (ii) the presence of a trench structure significantly reduces breakdown capabilities; (iii) breakdown voltage is dependent on area, with a decreasing robustness for increasing dimensions; (iv) breakdown voltage is independent of shape (rectangular, circular). In this work, we extend the catalog of low-surface brightness (LSB) galaxies, including Ultra-Diffuse Galaxy (UDG) candidates, within $\approx 0.4R_{vir}$ of the Hydra I cluster of galaxies, based on deep images from the VST Early-type GAlaxy Survey (VEGAS). The new galaxies are found by applying an automatic detection tool and carrying out additional visual inspections of $g$ and $r$ band images. This led to the detection of 11 UDGs and 8 more LSB galaxies. For all of them, the cluster membership has been assessed using the color-magnitude relation derived for early-type giant and dwarf galaxies in Hydra I. The UDGs and new LSB galaxies found in Hydra I span a wide range of central surface brightness ($22.7 \lesssim \mu_{0,g} \lesssim 26.5$ mag/arcsec$^2$), effective radius ($0.6 \lesssim R_e \lesssim 4.0$ kpc) and color ($0.4 \leq g-r \leq 0.9$ mag), and have stellar masses in the range $\sim 5\times 10^6 - 2\times 10^8$M$_{\odot}$. The 2D projected distribution of both galaxy types is similar to the spatial distribution of dwarf galaxies, with over-densities in the cluster core and north of the cluster centre. They have similar color distribution and comparable stellar masses to the red dwarf galaxies. Based on photometric selection, we identify a total of 9 globular cluster candidates associated to the UDGs and 4 to the LSB galaxies, with the highest number of candidates in an individual UDG being three. We find that there are no relevant differences between dwarfs, LSB galaxies and UDGs: the structural parameters (that is surface brightness, size, colors, n-index) and GCs content of the three classes have similar properties and trends. We are investigating the SF in galaxies of the actively evolving Dorado group where signatures of interactions and merging events are revealed by optical and radio observations in both ETGs and LTGs. Our previous Ha+[NII] study, probing ~10 Myrs timescales, suggested that SF is still ongoing in ETGs. In this work, we use far-UV (FUV) imaging to map recent SF on times scales of about 100 Myrs. We used the Ultraviolet telescope UVIT on board Astrosat to image the Dorado backbone galaxies previously observed in Ha+[NII], with the far-UV filter FUV.CaF2 (1300-1800A). The sample includes NGC1536, NGC1546, NGC1549, [CMI2001]4136-01, NGC1553, IC2058, PGC75125,NGC1566, NGC1596 and NGC1602. FUV.CaF2 emission is revealed in all galaxies, tracing young stellar populations in rings and showing tidal distortions. The Sersic index, derived by fitting the luminosity profiles, is always n<3 suggesting that the FUV.CaF2 emission originates from a disk also in ETGs. The SFR ranges from 0.004+-0.001 M_sol yr^{-1} of [CMI2001]4136-01 to 2.455+-0.027 M_sol yr^{-1} of NGC 1566. Most of the recent SF is found at the periphery of the Dorado group where most of LTGs are located. For these galaxies, the ratio SFR_Ha/SFR_FUV.CaF2 is close to 1, except for the edge-on IC 2058, similarly to previously reported relations for Local Volume samples. For ETGs, however, SFR_Ha is about 15 times higher than SFR_FUV. The Dorado's ETGs define a separate locus in SFR_FUV, SFR_Ha space with respect to the LTGs, which is well represented by the relation log (SFR_FUV.CaF2) = 0.70xlog (SFR_{Ha})-1.26.The disk structure of the FUV.CaF2 emitting populations discovered in all the ETGs implies dissipative processes and wet merging events. The systematic discrepancy between SFRs derived from Ha and FUV fluxes suggests that rejuvenation episodes in ETGs cannot sustain constant SF over ~100 Myrs timescales., Comment: 20 pages, 16 figures, accepted for publication in Astronomy & Astrophysics Main Journal

The galaxy evolution is believed to be conditioned by the environment. Isolated galaxies or galaxies in poor groups are an excellent laboratory to study evolutionary mechanisms where effects of the environment are minimal. We present new {\it Swift}-{\tt UVOT} data in six filters, three in the ultraviolet (UV), of five isolated galaxies aiming at shedding light into their evolution. For all of our targets we present new UV integrated fluxes and for some of them also new UBV magnitudes. Our observations allow us to improve their multi-wavelength spectral energy distributions extending it over about 3 orders of magnitude in wavelength. We exploit our smooth-particle hydro-dynamical simulations with chemo-photometric implementation anchored, a posteriori, to the global multi-wavelength properties of our targets, to give insight into their evolution. Then we compare their evolutionary properties with those previously derived for several galaxies in groups. The evolution of our targets is driven by a merger occurred several Gyrs ago, in the redshift range $0.5\leq z \leq 4.5$, not unlike what we have already found for galaxies in groups. The merger shapes the potential well where the gas is accreting driving the star formation rate and the galaxy evolution. Isolated galaxies should not have suffered from interactions for at least 3\,Gyr. However, the initial merger is still leaving its signatures on the properties of our targets. Several rejuvenation episodes, triggered by {\it in situ} accretion, are highlighted. At ~50 Mpc, the Hydra I cluster of galaxies is among the closest cluster in the z=0 Universe, and an ideal environment to study dwarf galaxy properties in a cluster environment. We exploit deep imaging data of the Hydra I cluster to construct a new photometric catalog of dwarf galaxies in the cluster core, which is then used to derive properties of the Hydra I cluster dwarf galaxies population as well as to compare with other clusters. Moreover, we investigate the dependency of dwarf galaxy properties on their surrounding environment. The new Hydra I dwarf catalog contains 317 galaxies with luminosity between -18.5<$M_r$<-11.5 mag, a semi-major axis larger than ~200 pc (a=0.84 arcsec), of which 202 are new detections, previously unknown dwarf galaxies in the Hydra I central region. We estimate that our detection efficiency reaches 50% at the limiting magnitude $M_r$=-11.5 mag, and at the mean effective surface brightness $\overline{\mu}_{e,r}$=26.5 mag/$arcsec^2$. We present the standard scaling relations for dwarf galaxies and compare them with other nearby clusters. We find that there are no observational differences for dwarfs scaling relations in clusters of different sizes. We study the spatial distribution of galaxies, finding evidence for the presence of substructures within half the virial radius. We also find that mid- and high-luminosity dwarfs ($M_r$<-14.5 mag) become on average redder toward the cluster center, and that they have a mild increase in $R_e$ with increasing clustercentric distance, similar to what is observed for the Fornax cluster. No clear clustercentric trends are reported with surface brightness and S\'ersic index. Considering galaxies in the same magnitude-bins, we find that for high and mid-luminosity dwarfs ($M_r$<-13.5 mag) the g-r color is redder for the brighter surface brightness and higher S\'ersic n index objects., Comment: Accepted for publication in A&A. 25 pages, 21 figures

We consider generalized homogeneous roofs, i.e. quotients of simply connected, semisimple Lie groups by a parabolic subgroup, which admit two projective bundle structures. Given a general hyperplane section on such a variety, we consider the zero loci of its pushforwards along the projective bundle structures and we discuss their properties at the level of Hodge structures. In the case of the flag variety $F(1,2,n)$ with its projections to $\mathbb{P}^{n-1}$ and $G(2, n)$, we construct a derived embedding of the relevant zero loci by methods based on the study of $B$-brane categories in the context of a gauged linear sigma model., Comment: 33 pages. The classical inward pointing condition (IPC) for a control system whose state $x$ is constrained in the closure $C:=\bar\Omega$ of an open set $\Omega$ prescribes that at each point of the boundary $x\in \partial \Omega$ the intersection between the dynamics and the interior of the tangent space of $\bar \Omega$ at $x$ is nonempty. Under this hypothesis, for every system trajectory $x(.)$ on a time-interval $[0,T]$, possibly violating the constraint, one can construct a new system trajectory $\hat x(.)$ that satisfies the constraint and whose distance from $x(.)$ is bounded by a quantity proportional to the maximal deviation $d:=\mathrm{dist}(\Omega,x([0,T]))$. When (IPC) is violated, the construction of such a constrained trajectory is not possible in general. However, for a control system of the form $\dot{x}=f_1(x)u_1+f_2(x)u_2$, we prove in this paper that a "higher order" inward pointing condition involving Lie brackets of the dynamics' vector fields allows for a novel construction of a constrained trajectory $\hat x(.)$ whose distance from the reference trajectory $x(.)$ is bounded by a quantity proportional to $\sqrt{d}$. Our method requires a further assumption of non-positiveness of a sort of curvature and is based on the implementation of a suitable "rotating" control strategy. Short-term reliability and robustness of 110 nm AlN/GaN HEMTs has been evaluated by means of off-state, semi-on state and on-state step stress tests on devices having different gate-drain distance, LGD. While breakdown voltages and critical voltages scale almost linearly with LGD, failure mode remains almost unchanged in all tested devices, and consists in an increase of gate leakage, accompanied by a positive shift of threshold voltage. In off-state, electroluminescence images detect the presence of localized leakage paths which may act as preferential paths for electron trapping. The degradation mechanisms of AlGaN/GaN HEMTs adopting Fe and C co-doping, with high and low carbon doping concentration were investigated by means of hot-electron step stress and 24 hours stress tests. The reliability of AlGaN/GaN HEMTs adopting Fe and C co-doping, with high and low carbon doping concentration was investigated by means of different stress tests. Firstly, DC and pulsed I-V characterization at room temperature are discussed, then drain step stress tests at different gate voltages are compared, afterwards, the constant stress at different bias points are discussed. Results show that the high C HEMTs showed reduced DIBL, smaller leakage current, as well as decreased electric field, leading to an improved robustness during on-state stress testing, with respect to the reference ones.
