In order to further investigate the regulation of trace alloying elements on the microstructure of coatings and the mechanism of their influence on corrosion resistance， a dual plating method was used to prepare Zn-2.0%Al-1.2%Mg-x%Sr (x ＝0， 0.03%， 0.06%， 0.09%，0.12%， mass fraction) coatings on Q235 steel plates.The effects of Sr element content on the microstructure and corrosion resistance of Zn-2.0%Al-1.2%Mg coatings were examined through scanning electron microscopy (SEM)， X - ray diffraction (XRD) and 5%NaCl immersion test.Results showed that adding an appropriate amount of Sr element could effectively refine the primary η-Zn phase in the solidification microstructure of the surface of Zn-2.0%Al-1.2%Mg coating， promoted the formation of a Zn/Al/MgZn2 ternary eutectic structure， and made the FeAl3-Znx columnar crystals in the intermediate alloy layer denser.Notably， when the addition amount of Sr was 0.09%， the refinement effect of solidification structure on the surface of the coating was most obvious， and the intermediate alloy layer was the thinnest and densest， at which time the coating had the lowest rate of immersion corrosion and the best corrosion resistance.

Reforestation is effective in restoring ecosystem functions and enhancing ecosystem services of degraded land. The three most commonly employed reforestation methods of natural reforestation, artificial reforestation with native Masson pine, and introduced slash pine plantations were equally successful in biomass yield in southern China. However, it is not known whether soil ecosystem functions, such as nitrogen (N) cycling, are also successfully restored. Here, we employed a functional microarray to illustrate soil N-cycling. The composition of N-cycling genes in soils varied significantly with reforestation method and varied with constructive species identity and plant diversity. Artificial reforestation had less superior organization of N-cycling genes than natural reforestation, as indicated by the less diverse and less stable pathways to perform the biogeochemical N-cycling processes. Besides, artificial reforestation had lower functional potential (abundance of ammonification, denitrification, assimilatory, and dissimilatory nitrate reduction to ammonium genes) in soils than natural method. Evaluations of the abundance and interactions of N-cycling genes in soils showed that plantations, especially artificial reforestation with slash pine plantations, possessed a smaller range of ecosystem functions that provide a less diverse array of N-related substrates and nutrients to microbial communities compared with natural restoration. This might lead to a lower independence of N-cycling, which indicated a higher risk of N release in plantations. The unfavorable N-cycling conditions in plantations were corroborated by the lower contents of available N, ammonium N, and nitrate N. These findings demonstrate that reforestation methods could have broad regional and possibly global implications for N-cycling.

Gross ecosystem product (GEP) is the aggregate economic value of the final goods and services of the ecosystem produced within a given area, providing a potentially effective means of linking nature protection and restoration to development.In this study, we calculated the values and distribution of biodiversity, GEP and gross domestic product (GDP) in the 547 counties of Southwestern China, a biodiversity hotspot. We then divided the region into nine types of area based on spatial correlations between the three indicators.Areas with high biodiversity, GEP per km2 and GDP per capita were mainly found in and around the large cities of Kunming, Chengdu and Guiyang, reflecting a reasonably high degree of coupling coordination between ecosystems and the local economy.Contrary to our hypotheses, areas with high biodiversity do not necessarily have high GEP, and regions with high GDP do not inherently have low biodiversity. This suggests that synergies exist between biodiversity conservation and economic development, and that increasing the value of material and non‐material services in GEP could improve this alignment.Based on our findings, we argue that GEP can act as a bridge between biodiversity conservation and economic development. Understanding the interactions between biodiversity, GEP and GDP can inform the design of effective policies. In particular, we suggest that sustainable agricultural intensification and forestry along with ecotourism offer promising pathways for advancing nature‐positive development in this ecologically critical region. The ecological civilization construction in China currently demands high-quality development, and a standards system can guide and support the high-quality development of ecological civilization. In this study, we review the strategic demand for the high-quality development of ecological civilization, present the theoretical and practical progress of the standards system, and summarize the problems regarding the construction of the current standards system, such as lack of standards in key areas and a low implementation rate. Moreover, we propose several suggestions for optimizing the framework and content of the standard system and implementation paths for key areas. Specifically, a standards system for realizing ecological product values should be established to support the development of ecological economy; the standards system for ecological and environmental quality should be improved to guarantee national ecological and environmental safety; terrestrial and marine standards systems should be promoted to support territory spatial arrangement; and a green living standards system should be established to regulate the ecological culture construction.
