Abstract

1998年から数回にわたり東京薬科大学による航空機を用いた成層圏、対流圏での大気中粉塵のサンプリングが行われ微生物の採取が行われた。その結果、大気圏上空では地上で採取した菌よりもより強い紫外線耐性の菌が多く存在していることが明らかとなった。しかし、航空機を用いた実験では飛行高度の限界が12kmであった。それ以上の上空にはより紫外線に強い菌の存在が予想される。そこで、より高高度での観測と長時問の大気採集が可能にするため大気球を用いた成層圏における微生物採集実験が計画された。宇宙科学研究本部では微生物採集装置の開発、製作を行い気球に搭載して微生物採集実験を行った。本論では新採集装置の開発、製作、本装置を使用した計2回の微生物採集実験の飛翔結果について報告する。, The microorganism sampling experiment of the stratosphere and the troposphere was conducted by using the airplane by Tokyo University of pharmacy and life science. As a result, the bacterium of a strong ultraviolet rays tolerance exists in the stratosphere compared with the bacterium sampled on the ground. However, limit flight altitude of an airplane is about 12 km. Therefore, to sample the atmosphere in a higher stratosphere, the balloon experiment of ISAS and Tokyo University of pharmacy and life science was planned. The device to sample the thin atmosphere was jointly developed. This paper deals with newly developed thin atmospheric sampling device to take microorganism. At first the design concept of this new sampling device is explained in detail. Abstract

1984年より国立極地研究所、宇宙科学研究本部、関係大学機関らが中心となり、高緯度地域における気球による長時間科学観測の可能性について南極周回気球PPB(Polar Patrol Balloon)実験が検討されてきた。第44次南極地域観測隊夏季オペレーションにおいてはPPB4機が放球された。宇宙物理観測1機(宇宙電子観測、PPB7号機)、地球物理観測3機(オーロラとそれに伴う変動観測、PPB8、9、10号機)である。その内のPPB7号機とPPB9号機はコマンドデコーダーの誤作動により切り離しカッターが働き、気球と観測器が切り離されるという事故が発生した。PPB7号機は放球直前に、PPB8号機は高度15kmに達した時点でカッターが働いた。地球物理観測PPB8号機、PPB10号機は昭和基地より無事に放球され、2〜3週間にわたる観測を行うことができた。無傷のまま地上に残ったPPB7号機は日本に持ち帰り、再び同じような事故が発生しないように誤作動の原因調査・改良を行い、第45次夏季南極プロジェクトで再び放球することになった。本稿では第45次PPB実験の改良点、飛翔結果、HKデータ解析結果を述べる。また、放球設備、Heガス注入量、放球作業は第44次PPB実験と同様であり、詳細は既に2004年度大気球研究報告に紹介されているのでここでは割愛した。, Four Polar Patrol Balloon (PPB) experiments were performed in Syowa station as a project in the 44th Japan Antarctic Research Expedition (JARE44) from 2002 to 2003. Unfortunately, two of the four balloons including the one for the cosmic electron observation were not successful due to the incorrect action of the command system caused by static electricity in the dry Antarctic climate. Retried was another experiment for cosmic electron observation in 2004, as a project in the JARE45. To support these experiments, developed was a new housekeeping system including communication device using the Iridium satellite network, a power management system using solar batteries and an auto-level controller to maintain the balloon altitude. A balloon for the cosmic electron observation was launched on January 4, 2004 in Syowa station. It flew 13 days around the Antarctica and all the housekeeping system worked well during the flights as expected. Abstract

音響光学素子を用いて、太陽吸光法により成層圏の大気微量成分を測定するための新しい分光器を開発した。分光器の主な構成は、音響光学素子、音響光学素子に印加する高周波を作る高周波発信機そして光検出器としての光電子増倍管である。重量は4.0kg、消費電力は5.0Wである。本分光器の分光波長範囲は410〜460nm、波長分解能は0.85nmである。2002年9月12日三陸大気球観測所において、本観測器を搭載し成層圏NO2を観測する気球実験が行われた。実験は成功し、解析の結果、高度30kmで3.0x10(exp 9)cm(sup -3)のNO2密度ピークがあることがわかった。この結果は衛星UARSに搭載されているHALOEによって本実験の10日後に観測されたNO2高度分布と非常に良く一致していることがわかった。, A spectrometer has been developed that uses an acousto-optic tunable filter (AOTF) to measure minor constituents of troposphere and stratosphere by sun light absorption. The spectrometer consists of an AOTF, an RF generator to drive the AOTF and a photomultiplier to detect the light selected with AOTF. The weight of the instrument is 4.0 kg and power consumption is 7.0 W. A wavelength range to be scanned by spectrometer is 410 to 460 nm, and resolution of wavelength is 0.85 nm. A balloon (BT5-21) which accommodates the newly developed instrument was launched to measure NO2 at Sanriku Balloon Center on September 12, 2002. The results that was obtained successfully showed that height of NO2 maximum is 30 km and NO2 maximum density is 3.0 x 10(exp 9) cm(sup -3). 熱圏下部, 中間圏探査のために高度約120kmにおいてロケットより放出させて強制開傘せしめ, その後緩降下するパララシュートシステムを開発しつつある。降下速度はロケットの最高到達高度およびシステムの重さによって決まるが, このシステムには約2∿3kgの小型観測器をぶら下げることができる。また, この領域を研究するに必要な上層風の情報は地上からの一次レーダによるシステムの追跡によって得ることができる。ここでは今までの本システムの開発状況, 気球実験結果を述べ, さらに今後のロケット実験への提案を行った。, A forced inflated parachute system is being developed to investigate height regions below 120km, where insitu reliable measurement by means of a sounding rocket has been prevented due to the aerodynamical heating in the shock since the exploration in this height region started long time ago. In this report we describe manufacturing of the parachute, selection of the vaporizing liquid which should be used to inflate the parachute frames, verification of the system which was carried out by balloon experiment. First, we verified the usefulness of hydrogen inhalation using a rat CA model. Brain function scores and survival rates in the HIT group were improved compared to the control group. It showed the most improvement effect by the combined use of HIT and therapeutic hypothermia. In addition, we evaluated the safety and efficacy of HIT for patients successfully resuscitated after CA. There were no side effects and clinical disadvantages. Four patients of all 5 eligible patients discharged from hospital with alert consciousness. 第10回宇宙科学シンポジウム (2010年1月7日-8日. 宇宙航空研究開発機構宇宙科学研究本部), 10th Space Science Symposium (January 7-8, 2010.
