Předmětem této práce je obnova barokní fary v Sebranicích u Boskovic. Pozemek se nachází v centru obce a má dobrou dopravní dostupnost vzhledem k umístění na hlavní ulici této obce. Řešený objekt je dvoupodlažní budova obdélníkového půdorysu. Budova fary pochází z 18. století a je zapsána do seznamu nemovitých kulturních památek, což ovlivňuje návrh její obnovy. Cílem práce bylo zhotovení dokumentace pro stavební povolení a části dokumentace pro provádění stavby na základě dříve zpracované architektonické studie. Během obnovy byla dle přání majitelů provedena konverze fary v muzeum loutek. Část budovy je věnována účelům krátkodobého ubytování majitelů a v 1NP byl také navržen byt správce. Uspořádání venkovního prostoru umožňuje využítí objektu k společenským účelům. Ve svém návrhu jsem se snažila přistupovat šetrně a zachovat faru v co nejvíc autentické podobě. Bourací práce a stavební zásahy byli minimalizovány. Naopak byly navráceny původní prvky nebo jejich repliky. Důležitým bodem koncepce bylo podpoření unikátního duchu místa. Odlišný vzhled jižní fasády byl umocněn použítím jiného odstínu omítky. Tato fasáda nebyla historicky reprezentativní a v mém návrhu je taktéž součástí soukromého prostoru. Její odlišný vzhled pomáhá vytvoření dvou prostorů s různými funkcemi – reprezentativního veřejného parku a soukromého ovocného sadu., The subject of this work is the restoration of the baroque rectory in Sebranice near Boskovice. The site is located in the center of the village and has good transport links due to the location on the main street of this village. The solved object is a two-storey building with a rectangular floor plan. The rectory building dates from the 18th century and is listed as an immovable cultural monument, which influences the methods of its restoration. The aim of the work was to prepare documentation for the building permit and part of the documentation for the construction on the basis of a previously prepared architectural study. During the renovation, the rectory was converted into a puppet museum at the request of the owners. Part of the building is dedicated to the short-term accommodation of the owners and a caretaker's apartment was also designed on the 1st floor. The arrangement of the outdoor space allows the use of the building for social purposes. In my proposal, i tried to be gentle and keep the rectory in the most authentic form. Demolition work and construction interventions were minimized. On the contrary, the original elements or their replicas were restored. An important point of the concept was to support the unique spirit of the place – genius loci. The different appearance of the south facade was enhanced by the use of a different color of plaster. This facade was not historically representative and in my design it is also part of a private space. Its different appearance helps to create two spaces with different functions - a representative public park and a private orchard.

Diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem studentského bydlení v lokalitě Brno – Západní brána. Dvě obytné budovy jsou navrženy v koncepci uhlíkové neutrality – Net Zero – v celém jejich životním cyklu. Pro dosážení tohoto cíle je potřeba počítat jednak s uhlíkem provozním, vzníkajícím při samotném uživání budovy a souvisejícím zejména s energetickou spotřebou v době provozu stavby, jednak také s uhlíkem zabudovaným, který se do konstrukce dostává ještě před začátkem užívání stavby. Jediný materiál snížující celkovou bilanci zabudovaného uhlíku je dřevo a z toho důvodu je Net Zero těžko dosažitelné bez uvažování o použití dřeva jako konstrukčního materiálu. Vynulování uhlíkové stopy v celém životním cyklu je dosažitelné pouze v případě dodržení obou výše uvedených zásad. Hlavním zdržujícím faktorem na cestě k uhlíkové neutralitě pro Českou Republiku jsou momentálně platné legislativní požadavky, zejména v oblasti požární bezpečnosti, které neumožňují výstavbu dřevostaveb vyšších 12 m požární výšky. Nově připravovaná legislativa s předpokládanou účinností od poloviny roku 2025 by tuto hranici měla posunout až na 22,5 m tj. na cca 7 podlaží. Z tohoto důvodu je v projektu počítáno s dřevěnou nosnou konstrukcí. Návrh vychází z ateliérové práce z předchozího semestru, kde byl navržen nový soubor staveb West. Vista. View u ulice Jihlavská západně od tramvajové zastávky Západní brána. Celková koncepce urbanistické studie počítá se zásadami Net Zero v urbanismu, což jsou místo krátkých vzdáleností, hustota, orientace ke světovým stranám, redukce IAD dopravy a vytvoření příznivého mikroklimatu. Navržené stavby jsou bytové šestipodlažní budovy, kde v parteru jsou umístěny společné studentské prostory (coworking) a pronajímatelné prostory pro jiné služby. V druhém až pátem nadzemních podlažích se nacházejí mezonetové byty a v horním šestém podlaží – jednopodlažní minibyty vyššího standardu. Podzemní podlaží je věnováho převážně technickým provozům. The two residential buildings are designed in the concept of carbon neutrality - Net Zero - throughout their life cycle. In order to achieve this goal, it is necessary to take into account, on the one side, operational carbon, which arises during the actual use of the building and is mainly related to energy consumption during the building's operation, and, on the other side, embodied carbon, which enters the structure before the building is started to be used. The only material reducing the overall carbon footprint is wood, and for that reason Net Zero is difficult to achieve without considering the use of wood as a construction material. Zeroing the carbon footprint in the entire life cycle is only achievable if both of the above principles are followed. The main delaying factor on the way to carbon neutrality for the Czech Republic are the currently valid legislative requirements, especially in the field of fire safety, which do not allow the construction of wooden buildings higher than 12 m fire height. The newly prepared legislation, expected to take effect from mid-2025, should push this limit up to 22.5 m, i.e. to approx. 7 floors. For this reason, the project envisages a wooden supporting structure. The proposal is based on the studio work from the previous semester, where a new urban structure West. Vista. View was designed at Jihlavská street west of the Západní brána tram stop. The overall concept of the urban study takes into account the principles of Net Zero in urban planning, which are a city of short distances, density, orientation to the cardinal points, reduction of car traffic and creating a favorable microclimate. The proposed buildings are six-story residential buildings, where the ground floor houses common student spaces (coworking) and rentable spaces for other services.
