Our longitudinal study is devoted to the study of the mutual influence of speech development and regulatory functions in children aged 5–7 years. It has been shown that the relationship between the development of regulatory functions and speech exists, but remains different for various aspects of both regulatory functions and speech. In general, it can be argued that in the case of an improvement in regulatory functions in the period of 5–6 years, the child’s performance of speech tasks improves. The data obtained allow a new approach to the development of children 5–6 years old and create complex methods for both the development of speech and regulatory functions. Представленное лонгитюдное исследование посвящено изучению взаимного влияния развития речи и регуляторных функций у детей в возрасте 5–7 лет. Показано, что связь между развитием регулятор‑ ных функций и речи существует, однако выражена в разной степени для различных аспектов как регуляторных функций, так и речи. В целом можно утверждать, что в случае улучшения регуляторных функций в период 5–6 лет у ребенка улучшается выполнение заданий на развитие речи. Полученные данные позволяют по-новому подойти к проблеме развития детей 5–6 лет и создавать комплексные методики развития речи и регуляторных функций. Cardiovascular diseases (CVD) and cancers are the leaders in their prevalence and the major causes of death in economically developed countries, determining their high sociomedical significance in society. Improvement of methods for the early diagnosis and treatment of cancers has contributed to increases in relapse-free survival and life expectancy in these patients. At the same time, the new problems have emerged particularly in the development of various cardiovascular events/diseases when treating cancer, which may predict worse prognosis in patients and be an independent cause of death. To search for new markers of cardiotoxicity at early stages and to develop effective methods for the prevention and personalized treatment of cancer and CVD are the problems that can be solved only by joint efforts of cardiologists and oncologists.

This work for students of the incumbent Russian President V.V. Putin, broadcast by Japanese national newspapers "Yomiuri" and "Asahi." Based on the analysis of newspaper publications and publications in the period November 2015 - June 2016 revealed the main characteristics of the image formed taking into account the specifics of the selected publications. Within the framework of the survey conducted among Japanese students at Osaka University in Osaka Japan, the image of Russia and the Russian president drawn up at the present stage is in the minds of the Japanese public. Based on the results of the search, the image of Putin, the newspaper publication being formed, and the image of the Japanese audience that really exists in the mind are compared. The obtained results allow to estimate the availability of information on how this occurs, and also to see the real picture of the ideas existing around the figure of V.V. Putin in Japan. Данная работа рассматривает образ действующего президента России В.В. Путина, транслируемый японскими общенациональными газетами «Ёмиури» и «Асахи». На базе анализа газетных публикаций указанных изданий в период ноябрь 2015 – июнь 2016 г. выявлены главные характеристики формируемого образа с учетом специфики выбранных изданий. В рамках анкетирования, проведенного в среде японских студентов Осакского университета г. Осака Япония, составлен образ России и российского президента, существующих на современном этапе в сознании японской общественности. На основе полученных результатов, проведено сравнение образа Путина, формируемого газетными изданиями, и образа реально существующего в сознании японской аудитории. Полученные результаты позволяют оценить степень влияния газет на формирование японского общественного мнения в отношении России и ее действующего главы, а также увидеть реальную картину представлений, существующую вокруг фигуры В.В. Путина в Японии.

The paper reviews existing chronic heart failure (CHF) registers, a number of randomized trials, and meta-analyses on CHF. It provides a rationale for the need to create a CHF register in the Russian Federation, which will be able to assess the physician adherence to the guidelines for the guidelines for and the quality of medical care.

AIM: To study clinical characteristics of non-ST-segment elevation acute coronary syndrome (NSTEACS) and to assess the quality of medical health in patients with this condition who were treated in the regional vascular centers and primary vascular units from 48 subjects of the Russian Federation in 2009-2012. Materials and methods. The medical records of 68 467 patients with the verified diagnosis of NSTEACS, which were entered in the ACS Register database on January 1, 2009, to January 1, 2013, were analyzed. The investigation included data on patients aged at least 18 years at admission to hospital with a presumptive diagnosis of ACS, myocardial infarction, or unstable angina pectoris in the case histories. The data were introduced from the completed case histories. In the patients with NSTEACS, the risk of hospital and 6-month deaths was calculated using the GRACE scale. In these patients, the risk of bleeding was estimated using the CRUSADE scale/RESULTS: History data on the presence of risk factors for cardiovascular diseases and prior diseases before ACS were collected from 42,000 patients with NSTEACS. The patients' median age was 66 years; males were 60.6% and women were 59.4%. Smokers were 21.7%. 35.1% of the patients with NSTEACS were found to have a family history of early-onset coronary heart disease (CHD). There were a large proportion of patients at high risk for hospital death according to the GRACE scale. In the period 2009-2012, the proportion of patients with NSTEACS at low risk for hospital death decreased from 30.6 to 25.3% and that of patients at high risk for hospital death proportionally increased from 41.2 to 44.9%. Analysis of the risk for 6-month death by the GRACE scale indicated that the proportion of patients at high risk was twice higher than that of patients at low and moderate risks taken together and did not reduce in the analyzed period of time. The patients with NSTEACS at high risk for hospital and 6-month death (2012) amounted to 44.9 and 61.7%, respectively. In this category of patients, the rate of percutaneous coronary interventions was not greater than 9%. There were a considerable proportion of patients at high and very high risk for bleeding during their hospital stay according to the CRUSADE/CONCLUSION: By and large, the Russian ACS Register assesses the clinical characteristics of patients with NSTEACS, the risk of hospital and 6-month deaths, as well as that of bleedings, the nature of performed drug therapy and generally gives an estimate of treatment compliance by patients with NSTEAC.
