This project upgrades the completion rate of the nursing discharge practice of nurses on discharged ophthalmology surgery patients. The lack of consistency and completeness rate in discharge nursing leads to a completeness rate of only 65.1% for discharged ophthalmic surgery patients. After the implementation of the project, the ophthalmology surgery patients' completion rate improved from 65.1% to 98.6%; patient (family member) self-care cognition improved from 64.1% to 98.1%; and hospital satisfaction increased from 71.4% to 99.1%.
