O presente artigo tem por objetivo apresentar a experiência de duas professoras praticantes culturais no clube de Leitura da Manu, organizado e idealizado por Manuela D’Ávila, no primeiro semestre de 2023. A partir da vivência com os fenômenos que emergem da cibercultura, as autoras do estudo buscaram compreender as práticas cotidianas vivenciando situações de aprendizagem a partir da participação no coletivo de leitura de livros escritos e protagonizados por mulheres. Articulamos a experiência vivenciada junto ao clube aos estudos sobre ciberfeminismo. Pautamo-nos, metodologicamente, nos estudos da pesquisa-formação na cibercultura, ancorados na epistemologia multirreferencial, cibercultural e dos cotidianos. Nossa investigação traz apontamentos diante do vivenciado, tais quais a aprendizagem em rede na relação cidadeciberespaço, a construção e mobilização de saberes para além da educação formal e o fortalecimento de redes de reexistência através da partilha.

Aims Design Setting Participants Measurements Findings Conclusions To explore where people in England typically buy e‐cigarettes/vaping products, how their characteristics and the types of products purchased differ according to the source of purchase and whether this is changing over time.This was a nationally representative monthly cross‐sectional survey.The study was conducted in England, 2016–23.A total of 6507 adults (≥ 18 years) who reported current vaping.Participants were asked where they usually buy their vaping products: vape shops, supermarkets/convenience stores, on‐line or other sources (‘other’ or cheap from friends).Up to 2020, vape shops were the most common source of purchase (mean monthly proportion = 43.3%), followed by supermarkets/convenience stores (29.7%) and on‐line retailers (20.5%). In 2020, these purchasing patterns shifted: on‐line purchasing increased and vape‐shop purchasing fell. The rise in on‐line purchasing was short‐lived, peaking at 33.6% [95% confidence interval (CI) = 31.0–36.5%] in July 2021, and soon returned to baseline levels. However, the fall in vape‐shop purchasing persisted, remaining below 31% from July 2021 onwards, displaced by a rapid rise in purchasing from supermarkets and convenience stores from 31.6% (95% CI = 29.6–33.7%) in January 2021 to 48.5% (95% CI = 42.9–54.8%) by April 2023. This rise was most pronounced among younger adults (aged 18–35 years; Pinteraction < 0.001) and those mainly using disposable devices (Pinteraction = 0.013). Purchasing from other sources was relatively rare, and declined from 9.1% (95% CI = 6.6–12.7%) in July 2016 to 4.3% (95% CI = 2.6–7.1%) in April 2023.Supermarkets and convenience stores have recently overtaken vape shops to become the most popular places to buy vaping products in England. This change appears to have been driven by the rising popularity of new disposable e‐cigarettes among younger adults, who tend to buy these products from supermarkets/convenience stores. Charge variants, as an important quality attribute of mAbs, must be comprehensively characterized and monitored during development. However, due to their complex structure, the characterization of charge variants is challenging, labor-intensive, and time-consuming when using traditional approaches. This work combines on-line and off-line 2D-LC-MS to comprehensively characterize mAb charge variants and quickly offer precise instructions for process development. Six charge variant peaks of mAb 1 were identified using the developed platform. Off-line 2D-LC-MS analysis at the peptide level showed that the acidic peak P1 and the basic peaks P4 and P5 were caused by the deamidation of asparagine, the oxidation of methionine, and incomplete C-terminal K loss, respectively. On-line 2D-LC-MS at the intact protein level was used to identify the root causes, and it was found that the acidic peak P2 and the basic peak P6 were due to the glutathionylation of cysteine and succinimidation of aspartic acid, respectively, which were not found in off-line 2D-LC-MS because of the loss occurring during pre-treatment. These results suggest that process development could focus on cell culture for adjustment of glutathionylation. In this paper, we propose the concept of precision process development based on on-line 2D-LC-MS, which could quickly offer useful data with only 0.6 mg mAb within 6 h for precise instructions for process development. Overall, the combination of on-line and off-line 2D-LC-MS can characterize mAb charge variants more comprehensively, precisely, and quickly than other approaches. This is a very effective platform with routine operations that provides precise instructions for process development within hours, and will help to accelerate the development of innovative therapeutics. The CARES Online High School Course Project was funded to produce courses to assist high schools across Mississippi with challenges to in-class instruction such as a pandemic, natural disaster, or other disruptions. The courses are AP Computer Science, Biology I, CCR English I, CCR English II, CCR English III, CCR English IV, Chemistry, Exploring Computer Science, Foundations of Algebra, Foundations of Biology, US History, US Government, and World History. The courses were prepared in Canvas and include an instruction manual called a "Teacher Resource Guide" as well as a Course Map connecting each course component to the appropriate state education standard. La breve nota focalizza l'attenzione su alcuni spunti emersi durante il seminario In presenza del 12 dicembre di Milano, svoltosi al Dipartimento di Scienze Sociali e Politiche dell'Università degli Studi di Milano. L'intervento si sofferma sullo scarto qualitativo che caratterizza la relazione in presenza e il contatto a distanza attraverso le videoconferenze, che hanno caratterizzato il rapporto didattico durante il lockdown. In particolare, attraverso le categoeri ricavate dagli studi sulla performance, si mette in luce come il tipo di esperienza tra l'online e in presenza risulta decisamente differente sotto diversi punti di vista: la temporalità vissuta, la spazialità, la motilità del corpo, l'attenzione, il contatto con l'altro. Un ulteriore elemento evidenziato è che lo spaesamento prodotto dalla perdita dei luoghi abituali durante la pandemia ha messo in primo piano anche il fattore della qualità dell'abitare il mondo e non solo i luoghi del privato come elemento chiave per la costruzione di sé e dell'altro, in un ambiente relazionale e sociale condiviso e partecipato.

The quality control of digital fabrication with concrete has more stringent requirements than traditional casting. Firstly, since formwork is typically absent, or removed at an early stage in production, the material is exposed to external influences that can result in deformations, collapse, or deterioration. Therefore, the evolution of properties during the process has to be controlled. Secondly, the fabrication systems are typically more sensitive to dosing fluctuations, and the produced, optimized objects are more sensitive to defects, which requires the process variations to be controlled at a higher resolution. A framework is presented that categorizes quality control experiments into destructive and non-destructive, according to their systematic error, and according to the location of testing with respect to the process. This framework is applied to the fresh state mechanical performance of concrete and quality control strategies are derived from it. Lastly, research gaps are identified that are critical for the further development and adoption of these quality control strategies in digitally fabricated concrete.

Conventional online composite submarine cable monitoring data release mostly adopts the method and principle of blockchain dynamic zoning consensus. In the data release process, there are omissions, and it takes a long time to complete the task, which reduces the timeliness of online composite submarine cable monitoring data release. Based on this, a new data publishing method is proposed by introducing horizontal federation learning. First, the online monitoring data of composite submarine cables are collected and preprocessed to eliminate the high-frequency capacitive effect of submarine cables. Secondly, manage composite submarine cable data nodes, transform the status relationship of data nodes, and ensure the quality of subsequent data release. A horizontal federation learning model is established to design the online monitoring data release process. The experimental results show that the new data release method is highly feasible. The sample representativeness, spectral acquisition conditions, and modeling process would affect the practical application value and application range of a model. To establish an applicative online evaluation model for soluble solids content (SSC) of Leibo navel orange, transmittance spectra with the wavelength of 650–950 nm were collected under different sample placement postures and transmission speeds using an online system with four parallel spectrometers. These samples were gathered from three production points at three harvest times and contained four grades with single fruit weight ranging from 133.8 to 645.0 g. Considering the heterogeneity of navel orange and the practical application of online detection, all spectra of the same sample were used to join in modeling, and a series of models for SSC were established. The models by average spectra of four parallel spectrometers got better results than anyone. The accuracy of the model was the best when samples were placed horizontally on the sample tray, followed by stem upward, and stem downward worst. The regression model for SSC by using spectra with horizontal orientation and speed of 0.5 m/s got the best performance in terms of root mean square error of prediction (RMSEP) and residual predictive deviation (RPD), with values of 0.442% and 2.77, respectively. The food industry needs tools to improve the efficiency of their production processes by minimizing waste, detecting timely potential process issues, as well as reducing the efforts and workforce devoted to laboratory analysis while, at the same time, maintaining high-quality standards of products. This can be achieved by developing on-line monitoring systems and models. The present work presents a feasibility study toward establishing the on-line monitoring of a pesto sauce production process by means of NIR spectroscopy and chemometric tools. The spectra of an intermediate product were acquired on-line and continuously by a NIR probe installed directly on the process line. Principal Component Analysis (PCA) was used both to perform an exploratory data analysis and to build Multivariate Statistical Process Control (MSPC) charts. Moreover, Partial Least Squares (PLS) regression was employed to compute real time prediction models for two different pesto quality parameters, namely, consistency and total lipids content. PCA highlighted some differences related to the origin of basil plants, the main pesto ingredient, such as plant age and supplier. MSPC charts were able to detect production stops/restarts. Finally, it was possible to obtain a rough estimation of the quality of some properties in the early production stage through PLS. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

O estudo objetivou compreender as contribuições do psicodrama bipessoal na identificação e ação reparatória de cenas nucleares de universitários com embotamento da espontaneidade no ambiente acadêmico. Foi realizada uma pesquisa-ação em formato de psicodrama bipessoal on-line com dois estudantes universitários, acessados por meio da técnica da bola de neve. Os atendimentos seguiram as etapas de sessão psicodramática, suas técnicas e ferramentas. A análise das sessões foi realizada com base nos pressupostos teóricos da socionomia. Identificou-se que as cenas nucleares relacionadas à ansiedade dos protagonistas estavam associadas à infância. Os status nascendis foram trabalhados em ação reparatória com a criança interna ferida dos protagonistas, de modo a auxiliar no desenvolvimento da espontaneidade.

O trabalho discute se a concepção da presencialidade em ambiente on-line é real para interações síncronas entre professores e estudantes, configurando mais realidade e proximidade no momento dos estudos. Objetivou-se investigar se o estado da arte sobre o conceito de presencialidade em ambiente on-line apresenta literatura que aponte para o redimensionamento do conceito de presencialidade em cursos de graduação ofertados na modalidade a distância. A pesquisa, enquanto revisão bibliográfica, narrativa, do tipo exploratória, foi feita em quatro sites, utilizando-se palavras-chave, no recorte temporal de 2020.1 a 2023.1, sobre o conceito de presencialidade em ambiente on-line, dos quais apenas o Google Acadêmico retornou resultados que se coadunam com a ressignificação da presencialidade on-line tendo como base o fortalecimento da interação síncrona em webconferências. Conclui-se que, apesar do aumento expressivo de cursos de graduação em EaD no Brasil, na última década, há necessidade de pesquisas que fortaleçam o conceito de presencialidade on-line e que possam reverberar, inclusive, na atualização do conjunto normativo que trata dessa modalidade educacional.

Heat treatment of milk signifies a certain degree of protein denaturation, which modifies the functional properties of dairy products. Traditional methods for detecting and quantifying the denaturation of whey proteins are slow, complex and require sample preparation and qualified staff. The world’s current trend is to develop rapid, real-time analytical methods that do not destroy the sample and can be applied on/in-line during processing. This review presents the rapid methods that are being studied, developed and/or applied to determine and quantify the thermal denaturation of whey proteins, including spectroscopic, electrochemical and miniaturized methods. The selected methods save a significant amount of time and money compared to the traditional ones. In addition, the review emphasizes the methods being applied directly to milk and/or that have potential for on/in/at-line application. There are interesting options to quantify thermal denaturation of whey proteins such as biosensors, nanosensors and microchips, which have fast responses and could be automated. In addition, electrochemical sensors are simple to use and portable, while spectroscopy alternatives are suitable for on/in/at-line process.

Introduction Qualitative research has emerged to enhance the study within methodological sciences, seeking a detailed and subjective depth into individual views of the research object. With the information revolution, these types of research have also been influenced, making it possible to use virtual tools for analysis. With the SARS-COV-2 pandemic and the adoption of lockdowns, tools such as Google Meet, Zoom and CAQDAS have become prominent. It has been observed that with the adoption of these tools, there is a greater richness, as well as a more in-depth and complete understanding of the theme being studied, making their study crucial; Goals To reflect on the applications of traditional and virtual methodologies in qualitative research. Methods: This is a qualitative study based on a research-action thesis that, through the use of traditional methodological resources such as literature, music, meetings and lectures, as well as innovative resources such as virtual environments, video summaries and CAQDAS, sought to promote a boost in reflective analyses - both online and in-person - among the participating groups regarding a collective conflict; Results It was seen that the integration of traditional methods with virtual tools facilitated the reach of more participants, in addition to supporting their communication and invitation, and also assisted in the collection and processing of data obtained during the debates. Furthermore, it was observed that there was no subjective deficit in the plurality of speeches and themes, which were later transcribed and analyzed with the use of these tools, increasing the precision of the data; Final considerations The integration between virtual and in-person modalities proves to be advantageous in enriching faster and geographically unlimited debates, while still presenting a plural and dialectical character, in addition to being more efficient in collecting and registering data for analysis and discussions. Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, since 2020 Universities have been forced to cancel face-to-face activities and implement EaD activities in synchronous and asynchronous modalities. This article aims to report on the experience of online workshops with newly enrolled students in public higher education courses. Thus, the concern is to promote welcoming to students entering universities, a critical period of adaptation. The qualitative methodology consisted in 2022 of carrying out 21 Workshops in online mode at university. There were 78 participations in the Online Workshops after systematizing the sending of invitations through the Teams application and the process of building categories through the field diary and Bardin's Content Analysis. The importance of the psychosocial connection at the moment of entering the university and the essential technical preparation of teachers for the effective reach of virtual modalities was noted. It is expected to carry out a broad community discussion of aspects that favor training in public higher education, both in teacher training and in EaD tools and group activities on the impact and student protagonism in guaranteeing derived permanence. Recent years have seen a significant increase in the scientific literature related to various methods for analyzing oxidative potential (OP) of atmospheric particulate matter (PM). The presence of several types of PM, differing chemical and physical properties, released by both anthropogenic and natural sources, leads to numerous health issues in living organisms and represents an attractive target for air quality monitoring. Therefore, several studies have focused on developing rapid and self-operative tests, employing different target molecules to assess OP of atmospheric aerosols as well as unique approaches to overcome some of the most common laboratory-related issues in this kind of analysis. This work provides an overview of online and automated systems, as well as a broad picture of the state-of-art of the various devices and methods developed on this topic over the last two decades. The manuscript points on the new challenges in higher education in terms of wartime in Ukraine after the world pandemic. The real country experience in English on-line teaching and learning is defined as it was important during the lockdown and it is suitable now in wartime in Ukraine. The aim of the research is to show helpful ideas, experience, to stress the advantages for English on-line teaching and learning. Some general theoretical methods as analysis and synthesis, and the empirical one as questionnaires discovered the advantages of the issue under study. The research has pointed out to the results: on-line teaching and learning prove the development of all the English language skills; off-line teaching and learning are basically useful for the students with high motivation. The Moodle platform (version 3.7), the University platform “Educational Electronic Information Complex” (EEIC), Zoom, Meet, Skype, Microsoft Teams are used for on-line teaching and learning. The most common advantages are the prospect to watch learning material on a laptop or mobile phone screen, to start any type the recordings as audio as video in the best quality. The work discusses whether the concept of presence in an online environment is real for synchronous interactions between teachers and students, configuring more reality and proximity at the time of studies. The objective was to investigate whether the state of the art on the concept of presence in an online environment presents literature that points to the resizing of the concept of presence in undergraduate courses offered in the distance modality. The research, as a bibliographical, narrative, exploratory review, was carried out on four sites, using keywords, in the time frame from 2020.1 to 2023.1, on the concept of presence in an online environment, from which only Google Scholar returned results that were in line with the redefinition of online presence based on the strengthening of synchronous interaction in web conferences. It is concluded that, despite the significant increase in distance education undergraduate courses in Brazil in the last decade, there is a need for research that strengthens the concept of online presence and that can even reverberate in the updating of the normative set that deals with this educational modality. The evolving landscape of agri-food systems, driven by climate change and population growth, necessitates innovative approaches to ensure food integrity, safety, and sustainability. This review explores the role of data fusion strategies, particularly focusing on non-destructive spectroscopic sensors (NDSS) in three key application contexts: in-field monitoring, on/in-line food processing, and food quality authentication. Various data fusion scenarios, including fusing spectra from different spectroscopic platforms, integrating images and spectra, and combining non-spectroscopic sensor data with spectroscopic ones are reviewed. Focus is set on practical considerations, such as selecting the level of data fusion, defining blocks, variable selection, and validation methods, highlighting the importance of tailored approaches based on research aims and data characteristics. While combining information from diverse sensors generally enhances information extraction and modelling performance, their implementation in routine applications is still limited and especially studies focused on data fusion models' performance over time and their maintenance are lacking. • Data fusion strategies focusing on non-destructive spectroscopic sensors are shown. • Fusion of spectroscopic and process sensors, and with multi/hyper spectral imaging. • Data Fusion scenarios: in-field, on/in-line agrifood processing and authentication. Abstract The fermentation process is dynamically changing, and the metabolic status can be grasped through real-time monitoring of environmental parameters. In this study, a real-time and on-line monitoring experiment platform for substrates and products detection was developed based on non-contact type near-infrared (NIR) spectroscopy technology. The prediction models for monitoring the fermentation process of lactic acid, sophorolipids (SLs) and sodium gluconate (SG) were established based on partial least-squares regression and internal cross-validation methods. Through fermentation verification, the accuracy and precision of the NIR model for the complex fermentation environments, different rheological properties (uniform system and multi-phase inhomogeneous system) and different parameter types (substrate, product and nutrients) have good applicability, and R 2 was greater than 0.98, exhibiting a good linear relationship. The root mean square error of prediction shows that the model has high credibility. Through the control of appropriate glucose concentration in SG fermentation as well as glucose and oil concentrations SLs fermentation by NIR model, the titers of SG and SLs were increased to 11.8% and 26.8%, respectively. Although high cost of NIR spectrometer is a key issue for its wide application in an industrial scale. This work provides a basis for the application of NIR spectroscopy in complex fermentation systems.

The crisis caused by the SARS – CoV– 2 pandemic in the the spring of 2020 has brought to light the issues that existed in society, which will certainly contribute to a radical change in the education system. The change must include the involvement of parents on a larger scale, but also of community members, as active partners of teachers, in the education of the younger generation. The students themselves should be taught to learn, to be open to learn for themselves, first of all, making the best out of their extended intelligence, which would later become important assets for the progress of society. Specialized studies have underlined the importance of parents’ attitude towards school, towards education in general, and the fact that it has a tremendous influence on the child. This study intends to provide a quantitative-qualitative research in order to identify parents’ attitude in relation to online education. Gathering data from the questionnaires and interviews provided by parents, I have reached the conclusion that parents’ attitude towards online education has played a very important role in accommodating children with an unprecedented situation and in involving them in remote learning.

Based on the introduction and analysis of difficulties encountered during technical inspection of the wire rope of a winding mine hoist (WMH) working at high speed, an open-loop permanent magnet magnetizer was used to simulate and analyze the effect of the structural dimensions of this magnetizer on the magnetic leakage field of a defect, and the results of the simulation analysis were initially verified by experiments. Additionally, in order to keep the axial position of the probe in line with the axial position of the wire rope, a rocker arm was proposed to act in coordination with a motor to drive the clutching open and closed probe, thereby creating an on-line nondestructive testing device to float and track the movement of the wire rope in different directions. Blended teaching is a kind of teaching that combines online teaching with traditional teaching, which is defined as "online and offline". Through the organic combination of these two teaching forms, students' learning can be from shallow to deep. Therefore, based on the data mining algorithm, this paper designs the method of College English online and offline blended teaching effect. First, it collects the College English blended teaching resources, then builds the College English online and offline teaching support, debugs the College English teaching environment, and finally designs the College English blended teaching model based on the data mining algorithm, so as to realize the College English online and offline blended teaching, The experiment shows that the method designed in this paper can effectively improve the reading ability of College English, and has certain application value. Abstract In this study, introduction of a viable cell sensor and electronic nose into ethanol fermentation was investigated, which could be used in real-time and on-line monitoring of the amount of living cells and product content, respectively. Compared to the conventional off-line biomass determination, the capacitance value exhibited a completely consistent trend with colony forming units, indicating that the capacitance value could reflect the living cells in the fermentation broth. On the other hand, in comparison to the results of off-line determination by high-performance liquid chromatography, the ethanol concentration measured by electronic nose presented an excellent consistency, so as to realize the on-line monitoring during the whole process. On this basis, a dynamic feeding strategy of glucose guided by the changes of living cells and ethanol content was developed. And consequently, the ethanol concentration, productivity and yield were enhanced by 15.4%, 15.9% and 9.0%, respectively. The advanced sensors adopted herein to monitor the key parameters of ethanol fermentation process could be readily extended to an industrial scale and other similar fermentation processes.

Solid-phase extraction (SPE) has gained an essential role in environmental analytical chemistry. Classic off-line SPE coupled with LC-MS/MS systems creates powerful analytical procedures for ultratrace analysis of contaminants of emerging concern (CECs) in water. But, being associated with tedious work and large consumption of materials, alternative SPE modes are becoming interesting. As so, the study focuses on development, evaluation, and overall comparison of established and novel SPE modes. Off-line SPE, dispersive micro SPE (DMSPE), and 'fast' single-pump on-line SPE were explored, using commercially available sorbents. Their efficiency was evaluated on their performance in water analysis of 20 multiclass CECs. Hydrophilic-lipophilic sorbent and mixture of C18/C8 sorbents were the best choice for off-line and DMSPE, respectively. All optimized SPE modes coupled with UHPLC-MS/MS reached environmentally-relevant limits of detection (LODs 0.1−12 ng L−1), acceptable repeatability (<20 % RSD), and exhibited less than ±30 % matrix effects in real river water sample. Among all, on-line SPE showed a potential to fully replace the well-established off-line SPE and even improve analytical performance. This was due to the best repeatability (<10 % RSD), automatization, simplicity, the highest multiplexing capacity, as well as comparable LODs of <2 ng L−1. DMSPE is, on the other hand, the most innovative and could be seen as a quick and green alternative to off-line SPE for determination of semi-to-nonpolar CECs, but within sub-10 ng L−1 range. Overall, the study shows workflow for the exploration of important and promising sample pretreatment techniques in water analysis. Comparison of the developed three SPE-UHPLC-MS/MS methods suggests that alternative SPE modes can compete with the well-established off-line SPE and can even improve the analysis quality if properly applied. The food industry needs tools to improve the efficiency of their production processes by minimizing waste, detecting timely potential process issues, as well as reducing the efforts and workforce devoted to laboratory analysis while, at the same time, maintaining high-quality standards of products. This can be achieved by developing on-line monitoring systems and models. The present work presents a feasibility study toward establishing the on-line monitoring of a pesto sauce production process by means of NIR spectroscopy and chemometric tools. The spectra of an intermediate product were acquired on-line and continuously by a NIR probe installed directly on the process line. Principal Component Analysis (PCA) was used both to perform an exploratory data analysis and to build Multivariate Statistical Process Control (MSPC) charts. Moreover, Partial Least Squares (PLS) regression was employed to compute real time prediction models for two different pesto quality parameters, namely, consistency and total lipids content. PCA highlighted some differences related to the origin of basil plants, the main pesto ingredient, such as plant age and supplier. MSPC charts were able to detect production stops/restarts. Finally, it was possible to obtain a rough estimation of the quality of some properties in the early production stage through PLS.

The demand of online remote working from home significantly increased in 2020/21 due to the Covid-19 pandemic. This unforeseen situation has forced individuals and organisations to rapidly train employees and adopt the use of on-line working styles, seeking to maintain the same level of productivity as working from the office. The paper outlines a survey conducted amongst people working from home to identify the challenges and opportunities this change in workstyle offers. At the beginning of the pandemic, many employees faced difficulties adapting to using online tools and combining their working hours with daily routines and family commitments. However, the results show that within a short period of time the respondents had managed to develop the necessary experience and knowledge for digital working utilising tools such as collaboration platforms and video conferencing. A large proportion of respondents recognised the advantage of eliminating travelling time when working remotely from home which also has a positive impact on the environment and CO2 emissions. However, some drawbacks have been identified such as the lack of face-to-face discussion and informal meetings during working days. The Self-Determination Theory is discussed within the context of this paper and it has been found that the theory could provide an explanation of the efficient and rapid adaptation of the technology be employees.

Koperasi Tenun Pandai Sikek merupakan koperasi yang beranggotakan penenun yang berasal dari Nagari Pandai Sikek. Produk yang dipasarkan oleh koperasi adalah berupa kain tenun khas Pandai Sikek dan beberapa kerajinan khas Sumatera Barat. Model pemasaran yang digunakan saat ini masih konvensional, dimana calon pembeli yang ingin membeli produk harus datang langsung ke koperasi yang membuat akses pemasaran produk menjadi terbatas. Perkembangan teknologi informasi saat ini memungkinkan pemasaran produk dilakukan melalui media pemasaran online untuk meningkatkan penjualan. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pelatihan dan pendampingan kepada anggota Koperasi Tenun Pandai Sikek dalam menggoptimalkan media pemasaran online sebagai salah satu strategi pemasaran produk agar kain tenun Pandai Sikek dan kerajinan khas Sumatera Barat dapat diperkenalkan dan dipasarkan tidak hanya di daerah asal namun juga skala nasional dan internasional. Recent years have seen a significant increase in the scientific literature related to various methods for analyzing oxidative potential (OP) of atmospheric particulate matter (PM). The presence of several types of PM, differing chemical and physical properties, released by both anthropogenic and natural sources, leads to numerous health issues in living organisms and represents an attractive target for air quality monitoring. Therefore, several studies have focused on developing rapid and self-operative tests, employing different target molecules to assess OP of atmospheric aerosols as well as unique approaches to overcome some of the most common laboratory-related issues in this kind of analysis. This work provides an overview of online and automated systems, as well as a broad picture of the state-of-art of the various devices and methods developed on this topic over the last two decades. Moreover, representative studies on this subject will be discussed, analyzing the advantages and drawbacks of the developed automated techniques.

The fermentation process is dynamically changing, and the metabolic status can be grasped through real-time monitoring of environmental parameters. In this study, a real-time and on-line monitoring experiment platform for substrates and products detection was developed based on non-contact type near-infrared (NIR) spectroscopy technology. The prediction models for monitoring the fermentation process of lactic acid, sophorolipids (SLs) and sodium gluconate (SG) were established based on partial least-squares regression and internal cross-validation methods. Through fermentation verification, the accuracy and precision of the NIR model for the complex fermentation environments, different rheological properties (uniform system and multi-phase inhomogeneous system) and different parameter types (substrate, product and nutrients) have good applicability, and R2 was greater than 0.98, exhibiting a good linear relationship. The root mean square error of prediction shows that the model has high credibility. Through the control of appropriate glucose concentration in SG fermentation as well as glucose and oil concentrations SLs fermentation by NIR model, the titers of SG and SLs were increased to 11.8% and 26.8%, respectively. Although high cost of NIR spectrometer is a key issue for its wide application in an industrial scale. The global pandemic of the spread of the Covid-19 disease has made serious adjustments to the lives of people, organizations of various profiles, companies. Companies need to tune in to a new, telecommuting style of work. But it needs to understand that the transition to a new style of work provides for such a transition that does not provide enterprises with additional troubles and problems. Therefore, the article discusses the technology of designing information systems for the transition of companies to the online sphere of activity. Informatization and online transition in the field of trade are carried out in order to attract customers, simplify the work of managers and increase profits. The relevance of this work lies in the fact that with the current situation in the country, a fundamentally new system of labor organization is needed. There is a need to replace an outdated, ineffective system, which significantly slows down the work of organizations. Therefore, it is necessary to build a universal technology for the transition of companies to the online sphere, to present a draft of this transition. The article proposes technologies in the design to use a more convenient transition. It is proposed to use UML models, for example, directly the Use Case diagram and classes for describing the interaction between the designed system and users, which allows us to present a visual interface for the interaction of system users. The developed diagram represents the company's solution for using an online system in the company, which can be used by both an employee of the company and a customer of services in the company. After completing the design of the information system, scientists are asked to determine more specific technologies of use, for example, the creation or updating of the company's website on the use of feedback and ordering opportunities, the use of a database management system. The in-line coupling of the pressurized liquid extraction with a solid-phase adsorbent and a UV–Vis detector for the simultaneous extraction and separation of bioactive compounds from yerba mate (PLE-SPE-UV) was carried out in two stages. In the first stage, water was used as a solvent, while in the second stage, ethanol was used. For the optimization of the method, different adsorbents (Sepra C18-E, Isolute C18-EC, and Strata-X C18), temperatures (40–80 °C), solvent flow-rate (1–3 mL/min), and pH (4.0 and 8.0) were evaluated. By using a UV–Vis detector on-line, it is possible to monitor the process in real-time. The developed method allowed obtaining similar or higher recoveries of all the compounds classes than other methods, such as ultrasound-assisted extraction, stirring, maceration, and pressurized liquid extraction alone, in addition to separating them into fractions. The developed method could be used as sample preparation for the analysis of different compounds classes from mate.

In this study a simple and sensitive on-line sorbent extraction platform coupled with flame atomic absorption spectrometry for trace metals determination was developed. The system utilized for the first time a novel sol-gel thiocyanatopropyl functionalized silica as adsorbent for metal’s separation and preconcentration. The main factors affecting the performance of the on-line system were investigated and optimized. The effect of potential interfering species that occur naturally in environmental and biological samples, as well as some toxic elements, was evaluated. Under optimum conditions the enhancement factors ranged between 73 and 152 for the target analytes. The LODs of the proposed methods were 0.15 µg L−1 for Cd(II), 0.5 µg L−1 for Co(II), 0.5 µg L−1 for Cu(II) and 1.9 µg L−1 for Pb(II) for 120 s preconcentration time. The relative standard deviation values for all elements were less than 3.8%, indicating good method precision. Moreover, the sol-gel thiocyanatopropyl functionalized silica-packed microcolumns exhibited limited flow resistance and excellent packing reproducibility. Real-time biomonitoring using microbial fuel cell (MFC) based biosensors have been demonstrated in several laboratory studies, but field validation is lacking. This study describes the long-term performance of an MFC based biosensor developed for real-time monitoring of changes in the water quality of a metal-contaminated stream. After a startup in the laboratory, biosensors were deployed in a stream close to an active mining complex in Sudbury, ON, Canada. Three sites within the stream were selected for biosensors installation based on their positions relative to the mining complex discharge points - upstream (lowest heavy metals concentration), midpoint and downstream. The biosensors installed at these sites were able to detect, in real-time, temporal changes in the water quality over a 2-month period. The biosensor response was confirmed by the results of a conventional toxicity assay (48-h acute Daphnia magna) as well as analytical measurements of heavy metals concentration in the stream. We conclude that the biosensor could detect changes in the overall water quality of the stream despite the uncontrolled situations typical for field operations as compared to laboratory conditions. To further explain the results observed during the field test, the rapid Microtox bioassay and D. magna assay were used to investigate the possible contributions of the two dominant mining metals (Nickel and Copper) to water toxicity in the test area.
