Methods for verifying and identifying the operator by the features of the formation of biometric features of a speech signal in control systems of unmanned aerial systems are proposed. A method has been developed for the effective width of the spectrum of a speech signal, which allows identification and verification of the operator of an unmanned aerial vehicle based on an analysis of the informative components of voice prints under conditions of a high level of interference of various origins. A method has been developed for the highest informational weight of the fundamental tone, which is based on the use of the most informative components of the spectral representation of the prints of a speech signal. The first method allows to identify the operator of an unmanned aerial vehicle by the informative components of the spectral representation of the fingerprint of a speech signal under conditions of a high level of interference. High indicators, which are achieved by using this method, are obtained due to the uniqueness of the selected feature space, which retain their characteristics even with a fairly high level of interference. The second method provides speaker identification of an unmanned aerial vehicle by a specific space of unique voice features. The frequencies of the fundamental tone and overtones were chosen as the basic features. Such an approach to solving the identification problem provides a high probability of determining the operator with the existing rather high level of interference and reduces the processing time of information in comparison with the effective spectrum width method. The creation of control methods and models for unmanned aerial systems provides an increase in the level of noise immunity and safety of control systems from interventions by an unauthorized operator. Using operator identification methods allows to create a system for restricting access to the aircraft control process and thereby ensure the continuity of the operation of the information management system for unmanned aerial systems

Modern trends in telecommunications are aimed at the applying of science-intensive technologies to the various classes of video information services. Such services gained high popularity during last decade in different spheres of human life, like entertainment segment, and using video-conferences for work or study. At the same time, due to the technical characteristics and limitations of modern communication channels, the requirements needed to ensure high quality of video services that use modern information and communication systems can not be fully provided. Reducing time delays in the delivery of digital video presentations by services that use infocommunication technologies to improve the video quality is an important scientific and applied problam. The method for solving this problem is presented in the article. It is shown and proven that an imbalance between the technical capabilities of modern information and communication systems (ICS) like the data transfer speed, and the rapidly growing requirements for high-quality real time video services is very large, especially for mobile segment and wireless connections. An information model to represent the set of influential elements of video coherence domains in the form of structural-positional numbers with the presence of properties of global and local inequality of adjacent elements is created. A model for evaluating of the informativeness of video areas based on the identification and formation of the set of influential coherence areas is built.

The purpose of this study is to solve the urgent problem of constructing infrastructure models of complex information systems and procedures for diagnosing them. Models, methods and information technology of diagnostics of information systems with multilevel structure that allow to identify combinations of hidden malfunctions that lead to their imposition at different levels are describes. The procedure for constructing a generalized intelligent diagnostic model and its individual forms, which reflect the cause and effect relationships between typical combinations of faults and corresponding changes in the values of the controlled parameters of information systems, is described. A method of constructing algebraic forms adequate to intelligent models of diagnostics is developed, which allows to use the algorithm of sequential analysis and screening of variants for the identification of combinations of faults.

The presented method of encoding and steganographic embedding of a series of bits for the hidden message was first developed by modifying the digital platform (bases) of the elements of the image container. Unlike other methods, steganographic coding and embedding is accomplished by changing the elements of the image fragment, followed by the formation of code structures for the established structure of the digital representation of the structural elements of the image media image. The method of estimating quantitative indicators of embedded critical data is presented. The number of bits of the container for the developed method of steganographic coding and embedding of critical information is estimated. The efficiency of the presented method is evaluated and the comparative analysis of the value of the embedded digital data in relation to the method of weight coefficients of the discrete cosine transformation matrix, as well as the comparative analysis of the developed method of steganographic coding, compared with the Koch and Zhao methods to determine the embedded data resistance against attacks of various types. It is determined that for different values of the quantization coefficient, the most critical are the built-in containers of critical information, which are built by changing the part of the digital video data platform depending on the size of the digital platform and the number of bits of the built-in container.

The problem of analyzing and classification of digital images, that contain the documents, is very common for finance and economic spheres, for example, for bank and government agencies. Analyzing the documents differs from photos classification since the documents very often have low contrast and are similar to each other. For the personal documents classification, the structure of the convolutional neural network has been designed and developed. To achieve high accuracy of the recognition, that is very important, working with documents, the optimal parameters for the designed network were determined experimentally. The problems, that occur using such system, are mentioned. A method, used to avoid overfitting of the network, is described. The experimental network has been approved by practical experiments, their results are presented.

In this paper, intrusion detection system based on touch traps is presented. Aim of the work — investigate and design a software product for monitoring intruders in various systems for further analysis and prevention of repeated attacks. The work is designed for intrusion detection system that includes procedures for analyzing network honeypots and procedure for systematization received data. The results may be used for: Improving intrusion detection system; Providing users of intrusion detection system tool for operational monitoring of network honeypots; Providing additional tools for systematization of input data. The efficiency of the above-mentioned procedures verified by computer experiment.

In the article the features of testing devices and IoT applications are investigated. To make the problem clearer, the basic aspects of IoT applications architecture are considered. A set of requirements to the testing is presented, which must be considered when planning and organizing the testing process for IoT applications. The difficulties that arise during the testing phase of IoT applications and systems are described, same as mane differences from the classic application testing. As an approbation of the proposed test specifications, a full-scale experiment was conducted to test a fragment of the communication network in order to select an application protocol for a typical IoT, according to the results the conclusions are made.

During research analysis of connection problems was made. It has been studied and determined the relationship between theory and graph analysis of social networks. Database was created. Betweenness centrality and centrality was used in prototype.

In this paper the technique of data synchronization between a smartphone and smart watch is presented. As the example the mobile applications for sports are shown. The development and research were made using the operating system macOS 10.11.6. The development of the program was carried out in an environment Xcode, using the programming language Swift.
