Tarih boyunca iktidarın meşruiyet kaynakları ve halkla olan ilişkisi siyasi yazının en popüler konularından olmuştur. Bununla birlikte 2000 yıldan uzun süredir tarih sahnesinde bulunan türk milletinin kurduğu devletler bu bakış açısıyla bugüne kadar incelenmemiştir. Bu konuda bilgilerin aşırı dağılmış bir şekilde bulunması bu çalışmayı sınırlandıran başlıca etken olmuştur. Konunun özelliğinden ötürü alan çalışması yerine kaynak taramasıyla yetinilmiştir. Beside this, for a longer time more than two thousand years, the states that were established by Turkish Nation in the history scene were not examined under tthis aspect. The iformation about this point has been spread extremely and this case became primarily affect limitation of the study. Due to specification of the subject, instead of meaning study, resource scanning became sufficient.
