Abstract

Intergenerational learning plays a crucial role in family businesses, facilitating knowledge transfer and business skills across generations. This study conducted a bibliometric analysis of intergenerational learning research trends in the family business context from 2013 to 2023. The analysis utilized the VOSviewer application to map the research landscape and identify key themes. In the past 10 years, research on intergenerational learning in family businesses has been comparatively rare, with only 116 publications, or 10 per year on average. The highest number of citations occurred in 2013, 2015, and 2017, with China leading in Asian studies. Social sciences, medicine, and psychology were the prominent disciplines in this field. The analysis revealed clusters of key terms such as child, father, intergenerational, parent, research, digital divide, older adult, perspective, family, intergenerational transmission, language, role, and violence. The study also identified less-explored areas within intergenerational learning, including older adults, children, and the digital divide. Indonesia's focus on family education and cultural heritage transmission could advance research in this field. Overall, this study contributes to the comprehension of forging a legacy through intergenerational learning in the context of family businesses and establishes a foundation for future research directions. Abstract

COVID 19 Pandemic that has hit the world has made online learning become the main option of learning for more than a year. Management of education services and educators develop various innovations in online learning that are able to encourage learners to achieve competencies the same as when offline learning as well as enable learners to participate in the online learning processes. This study aims to find out the extent of peer learning strategy can give an opportunity for learners' self-actualization and can assist them to reconstruct their knowledge so that they can understand more thoroughly and meaningfully. In this research, mix method approached was chosen so that a comprehensive description of data could be attained by collecting them through questionnaire, test, and observation from 80 respondents during the online training processes. Peer teaching is able to make participants feel that they can give influence on their environment, to feel that they can develop themselves more optimally, train creativity, apt to build a condition of learning from one another, build a more dynamic communication, and be appreciated by others. Peer learning is able to construct understanding from the materials leant during the training so that participants have better understanding and are able to apply it to themselves and to share with others as well. Abstract

Pemberdayaan perempuan kepala rumah tangga (PEKKA) adalah program dari pemerintah yang dikoordinasikan oleh lembaga pemberdayaan perempuan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana proses Pemberdayaan perempuan kepala keluarga melalui pelatihan kewirausahaan di Zahra Prima Group , Sukamanah, Kecamatan Cipedes, Kota Tasikmalaya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi kasus, merupakan salah satu jenis penelitian kualitatif. Informan kunci dalam penelitian ini adalah Program Pendamping Lapangan PEKKA, Kelurahan Cipedes, Kota Tasikmalaya, manajemen, dan 3 anggota kelompok Zahra Prima dengan kriteria; aktif berpartisipasi dalam kegiatan kelompok, memiliki bisnis individu, dan rajin membayar kontribusi tabungan dan pinjaman dalam kelompok. Teknik pengumpulan data melakukan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi untuk lebih memperkuat hasil penelitian di lapangan. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah lembar observasi, pedoman wawancara yang terdiri dari 3 pedoman untuk asisten, administrator, dan anggota PEKKA, serta menggunakan pedoman dokumentasi. Teknik yang digunakan dalam analisis data adalah pengumpulan data, reduksi data, tampilan data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa pemberdayaan kepala rumah tangga perempuan melalui pelatihan kewirausahaan dengan proses (1) tahap kesadaran dimana PEKKA diberikan penjangkauan terlebih dahulu, (2) fase transformasi, yaitu memberikan pelatihan dan mendukung pendidikan ke dalam program kewirausahaan, (3) tahap pengembangan kapasitas menuju kemandirian, pemerintah menyediakan dana untuk bisnis yang diusulkan oleh kelompok PEKKA
