We performed an experiment to measure proton resonant elastic scattering of a mixed 26m,gAl beam with a thick target in inverse kinematics by using CNS RI beam sep-arator, located at RIKEN Nishina Center. It aimed to search for strong proton resonances and determine level properties of low spin-parity states in 27Si. Diagnosis of the 26mAl purity of the beam by annihilation radiation are discussed.

The advent of radioactive ground-state beams some three decades ago ultimately sparked a revolution in our understanding of nuclear physics. However, studies with radioactive isomer beams are sparse and have often required sophisticated apparatuses coupled with the technologies of ground-state beams due to typical mass differences on the order of hundreds of keV and vastly different lifetimes for isomers. We present an application of a isomeric beam of 26mAl to one of the most famous observables in nuclear astrophysics: galactic 26Al. The characteristic decay of 26Al in the Galaxy was the first such specific radioactivity to be observed originating from outside the Earth some four decades ago. We present a newly-developed, novel technique to probe the structure of low-spin states in 27Si. Using the Center for Nuclear Study low-energy radioisotope beam separator (CRIB), we report on the measurement of 26mAl proton resonant elastic scattering conducted with a thick target in inverse kinematics. The preliminary results of this on-going study are presented.

: INTRODUCTION: Data on HIV treatment outcomes in people who inject drugs (PWID) in the Asia‐Pacific are sparse despite the high burden of drug use. We assessed immunological and virological responses, AIDS‐defining events and mortality among PWID receiving antiretroviral therapy (ART). METHODS: We investigated HIV treatment outcomes among people who acquired HIV via injecting drug use in the TREAT Asia HIV Observational Database (TAHOD) between January 2003 and March 2019. Trends in CD4 count and viral suppression (VS, HIV viral load RESULTS: Of 622 PWID from 12 countries in the Asia‐Pacific, 93% were male and the median age at ART initiation was 31 years (IQR, 28 to 34). The median pre‐ART CD4 count was 71 cells/µL. CD4 counts increased over time, with a mean difference of 401 (95% CI, 372 to 457) cells/µL at year‐10 (n = 78). Higher follow‐up HIV viral load and pre‐ART CD4 counts were associated with smaller increases in CD4 counts. Among 361 PWID with ≥1 viral load after six months on ART, proportions with VS were 82%, 88% and 93% at 2‐, 5‐ and 10‐years following ART initiation. There were 52 new AIDS‐defining events and 50 deaths during 3347 person‐years of follow‐up (PYS) (incidence 3.05/100 PYS, 95% CI, 2.51 to 3.70). Objective: For low-grade intraepithelial neoplasia cases, pharyngolaryngeal lesions equal to or less than 5 mm in size do not generally progress to invasive carcinoma. However, micro-superficial lesions equal to or less than 5 mm that showed rapid growth have been recently encountered. This study aimed to identify the characteristics of preferential progression of lesions equal to or less than 5 mm in size. Method: Gross findings, endoscopic findings and pathological results of 55 lesions measuring equal to or less than 5 mm in diameter were retrospectively reviewed to identify factors that distinguish squamous cell carcinoma or high-grade intraepithelial neoplasia from low-grade intraepithelial neoplasia or non-atypia lesions. Results: The overall sensitivity, specificity, accuracy, and positive and negative predictive value of background colouration and intrapapillary capillary loop pattern in differentiation of squamous cell carcinoma or high-grade intraepithelial neoplasia from low-grade intraepithelial neoplasia or non-atypia lesions were all 100 per cent. Conclusion: Diagnosis based on background colouration and the intrapapillary capillary loop pattern on narrow-band imaging facilitates the pathological examination of lesions measuring equal to or less than 5 mm. This action research study investigates the use of team-based project learning to enhance the pedagogical competence of pre-service physics teachers, specifically focusing on their capacity to develop physics teaching materials. The study employed a five-stage strategy, which included the following steps: first action, observation, reinforcement, second action, and assessment. These phases formed a cycle of action research in a pedagogical course within the undergraduate program of physics education, specifically focused on teaching material development. Observation, assignments, product assessment sheets, and interviews were utilized to obtain data. The obtained data consists of quantitative data, namely performance value data related to both the process and product, as well as qualitative data in the form of interview findings. The findings indicate that 96% of pre-service teachers who engaged in material development courses through project activities had highly satisfactory marks, namely within the A- and A categories. This study emphasizes the significance of fostering efficient pedagogical techniques among prospective educators and provides data from an action research investigation. Furthermore, this research also assists in the preparation of pre-service physics instructors who possess the necessary skills to create physics textbooks. Participating in collaborative project activities allows pre-service physics teachers to gain essential skills, knowledge, and practical experiences that will prepare them for their future positions in the classroom.

: Introduction: Cotrimoxazole (CTX) is recommended as prophylaxis against Pneumocystis jiroveci pneumonia, malaria and other serious bacterial infections in HIV‐infected patients. Despite its in vitro activity against Mycobacterium tuberculosis, the effects of CTX preventive therapy on tuberculosis (TB) remain unclear. Methods: Adults living with HIV enrolled in a regional observational cohort in Asia who had initiated combination antiretroviral therapy (cART) were included in the analysis. Factors associated with new TB diagnoses after cohort entry and survival after cART initiation were analysed using Cox regression, stratified by site. Results: A total of 7355 patients from 12 countries enrolled into the cohort between 2003 and 2016 were included in the study. There were 368 reported cases of TB after cohort entry with an incidence rate of 0.99 per 100 person‐years (/100 pys). Multivariate analyses adjusted for viral load (VL), CD4 count, body mass index (BMI) and cART duration showed that CTX reduced the hazard for new TB infection by 28% (HR 0.72, 95% CI l 0.56, 0.93). Mortality after cART initiation was 0.85/100 pys, with a median follow‐up time of 4.63 years. Predictors of survival included age, female sex, hepatitis C co‐infection, TB diagnosis, HIV VL, CD4 count and BMI. Conclusions: CTX was associated with a reduction in the hazard for new TB infection but did not impact survival in our Asian cohort. One-dimensional silver nanoparticles (1D AgNP) were successfully synthesized using Quercus infectoria gall (QIG) extract. The synthesis of 1D AgNP was performed by varying the volume ratio of AgNO3/QIG extract at 1:1, 2:1, 4:1, 8:1. The optimized formation of 1D AgNP was 8:1. UV–Vis analysis shows maximum absorbance at 409–415 nm. Particle size analysis shows average diameter of 1D AgNP is 121.22 nm, which is also confirmed by the FESEM-EDX, and it shows the nanorod structure. The 1D AgNP has a zeta potential of −18.57 mV. This work could provide a facile synthesis of 1D AgNP using less hazardous reducing agent.

The use of technology can transform conventional systems into electronic-based systems. Electronic systems have been widely used in governance, organizations, and companies where administration is carried out electronically (e-Government). Hospitals usually already have systems in place, but they are not yet integrated, including integration with BPJS Services, EClaim, and the SATUSEHAT Platform, a new policy from the Ministry of Health Republic of Indonesia starting July 2022. BPJS integration includes diagnosis standards guided by Minister of Health Regulation No. 76 of 2016 concerning INA-CBGs Technical Guidelines, funds application to BPJS, cost proportions, and medical personnel fees. This system consists of Front Office Modules, including Admission Queues, Medical Services, Pharmacy, Employment, Payroll and Medical Personnel Fees, Automatic integration with BPJS, EClaim, SATUSEHAT, Finance, and Warehouse and Equipment.

Subak is a customary law society with socio-agrarian-religious characteristics, consisting of a group of farmers who manage the irrigation of rice fields or paddies. The agricultural irrigation system in Bali or Subak was officially recognized as one of the world's cultural heritages in 2012 by UNESCO. Many Subak data still rely on traditional recording systems, making it crucial to have a digital transformation using an information system platform capable of collecting data on Subak and providing related information about Subak in the Bali Province. To address this problem, a mobile-based Geographic Information System (GIS) that encompasses information about Subak is developed. The data collection method used in this research includes literature studies and questionnaires. The result obtained from this research is an Android mobile application tested using Black Box Testing. All tests were successfully met according to the testing criteria that have been established.

The university's integrated registration management system is a system to facilitate the registration of prospective new students at University X. A good registration system should be able to provide accurate, and relevant information to improve the quality of the information system. The quality improving can be done with business process analysis. In this research business process analysis is done using business process improvement methods (BPI) up to phase 3, namely streamlining. The data to be analyzed is obtained from the results of questionnaires distributed to stakeholders. Determination of quality factor indicators on questionnaire questions using the McCall framework. The questionnaire results showed a business process that is categorized as critical, namely Study Program Transfer with an average value of 80%, Quality factors categorized as critical are Correctness 80% and Integrity 51% and Scholarship Application Management with an average value of quality factor 78%, quality factors categorized critically are Correctness 80% and Integrity 53%. Recommendations for business process improvement in the form of draft Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) also flowchart using streamlining with bureaucracy elimination and upgrading simplification tools in the process of moving management program and management of waiver submissions.
