Bu çalışma genel hatlarıyla Pozitivizm'in eleştirisiyle; bilim alanında gerek eleştirel, gerek devrimsel, gerek anarşik duruşlarıyla var olan bilim anlayışını sarsan Post-Pozitivist filozofları ele almaktadır. Post-Pozitivist süreçte, bu sürecin en aykırı ismi olan Paul Feyerabend'in süreç içerisindeki yeri, sürece katkıları, bilim felsefesi alanına getirdiği yeni yaklaşımları, bu yaklaşımların bilime yansımaları, post-pozitivist süreci nasıl etkilediği ve süreçten nasıl etkilendiği konu edinmektedir.Çalışmanın birinci bölümü, pozitivizmin kendi içerisinde ayrılan temel yaklaşımlarının incelenmesine ayrılmıştır. Bu inceleme, post-pozitivist sürece doğru bilim tarihinin nasıl bir seyir izlediğini görmemiz; pozitivizm ve post-pozitivizmin bilimsel yaklaşımlarının karşılaştırılmasını sağlayacaktır.İkinci bölümde, pozitivizmden post-pozitivizme geçiş süreci; bu sürecin ilk adımı olan K. Popper ve bu sürecin devrimsel felsefesiyle kırılma yaşamasını sağlayan T. Kuhn'un bilimsel felsefi görüşleri ele alınıp incelenerek sürece yansımaları değerlendirilmektedir.Üçüncü bölümde, pozitivist bilgi anlayışının kesin ve değişmez yaklaşımlarına yönelik eleştirileriyle, `anarşist bilgi kuramı`nın kurucusu olup, post-pozitivist sürecin en aykırı ismi haline gelerek post-pozitivizmi zirvesine taşıyan P.Feyerabend'in hayatı ve bilimsel felsefi görüşleri ana hatlarıyla ele alnmıştır. Feyerabend'in anarşizmdeki söylemi, bilimin zincirlerinden kurtulması gerektiği, ve kör bilimciliğin önüne geçilmez ise bilimsel alanda tehlikelerin ortaya çıkacağı uyarısıdır. Feyerabend'in yöntembilim karşıtı görüşleri, bilim tarihinin evrenselci ve nesnelci bakış açısına karşıt duruşu, bilimin ussal olduğu kadar usdışı oluşu düşüncesi, bilimsel alanda olması gereken özgür işleyiş önerisi, bilimin aslında sıradan bir bilgi türüyle eşdeğer olduğu tezi detaylarıyla incelenmiştir. Dördüncü bölümde ise, Feyerabend ile post-pozitivist bilimcilerin bilimsel görüşlerinin karşılaştırması yapılarak; benzerlikler ve farklılıklar değerlendirilerek post-pozitivist süreçteki yeri saptanmaya çalışılmıştır. Post-pozitivist filozoflar içerisinde farklı bir yere sahip olan Feyerabend, her ne kadar özgünlüğü eleştirip kabul etmese de, karşı çıkışları ve karşı atakları ile bilim felsefesi anlayışında özgün olmayı başarmıştır.Anahtar Kelimeler:Pozitivizm, Post-pozitivizm, Bilim tarihi, Popper, Kuhn, Feyerabend, AnarĢikBilgi Kuramı, Yönteme Hayır, Çoğulculuk, Akıl, EĢ-ölçülmezlik(kıyaslanamazlık). This roughly deals with the Post-positivist philosophers who jerk the existing sense of science with its either critical or revolutionary or anarchic stances in science, criticisms of Psoitivism. In Post-positivist process, Paul Feyerabend's place in process, who is the most contranian name, his contributions to process, his new approaches that he brought to science philosophy, this approaches' reactions to science, how he affected Post-positivist process and how he was affected are entreated.The first part of work splitted up for analysing the basic approaches of Positivism that splitted up in itself. This analysing enables us to see how science history followed a way in Post-positivist process and to compare the scientific approaches of Post-positivism and Positivism.In second part, the process of passing to Post-positivism from positivism, K. Popper who is the first step of this process and scientifical philosophical opinions of T. Kuhn who enabled this process to experience refrection with revolutionary philosophy, the reflections to process are evaluated by dealing with and analysing.In third part, P. Feyerabend's life who carried Post-positivism to the peak by becoming the most contranian name of Post-positivism, by being the founder of anarchist epistemology and with the critisicm to the approaches that Positivist sense of knowledge is certain and not changeable, and his scientifical philosophical opinions are dealed with the main lines.Feyerabend's discourse in anarchism is the warning of the fact that science should get away from its chains and if we cannot prevent blind science, there will occur dangers in science.Feyerabend's opposite opinions to methodology, his opposite standing to cosmic and objective science in science history, his opinion that science is as irrational as it is rational, his offer which is about free funtioning that must be involve in scienc, his thesis that science, indeed, is equilavent to any ordinary type of cognition are analysed in details.In fourth part, Feyerabend's place in Post-positivist process is tried to determinne by comparing both Feyerabend and Post-positivist scientists' scientifical opinions and by evaluating the differences and similarities. Geleneksel Türk Ebru Sanatı?nın, günümüz sanatçılarından biri olan, Hikmet Barutçugil?in eğitimci ve sanatçı yönünün incelendiği bu araştırmada, sanatçının ebru sanatına yapmış olduğu katkıları belirlemek amaçlanmaktadır. Araştırma, betimsel yöntemlerden tarama yöntemi kullanılarak yapılmıştır. Monografik çalışma niteliği taşıyan bu araştırmada, sanatçının 50 eseri ele alınmıştır. Seçilen bu eserlerin renk ve konu açısından değerlendirmesi, araştırmacı tarafından geliştirilen ölçek kullanılarak yapılmıştır. Veri analizi için Excel programı kullanılmıştır.Araştırma sonucunda; Hikmet Barutçugil?in Türk Ebru Sanatı?na yeni bir bakış açısı sunduğu, Ebru Sanatı?nı farklı tekniklerle birleştirerek geliştirdiği sonucuna varılmıştır. Sanatçı klasik ebru tarzının dışına çıkıp eserlerini çağdaş bir yorumla harmanlayıp, literatüre Barut ebrusu?nu kazandırmıştır. Ayrıca Barutçugil, ebru tekniğini birçok farklı yüzey üzerinde uygulayarak, ebrunun kullanım alanını genişletmiştir. Barutçugil?in eserlerinde ağırlıklı olarak sarı renk kullanılmış ve konu olarak İstanbul betimlemeleri yer almaktadır. Bu bağlamda, ülkemizde Hikmet Barutçugil ve ebru sanatına gereken önemin verilmesi ve yeni nesillerin Geleneksel Ebru Sanatını kavrayarak, bu geleneği devam ettirebilmesi için, yurtiçi ve yurt dışında çeşitli etkinliklerin düzenlenmesi önerilmiştir.Anahtar kelimeler: Geleneksel Sanat, Ebru Sanatı, Barut ebrusu,Hikmet Barutçugil. In this study which has been researched the educator and artistic aspect of Hikmet Barutcugil who is one of the current artists of Traditional Turk Marbling Art, it is aimed to determine the contributions of the artist to marbling art.The study has been carried out by using sacanning method out of descriptive methods. It has been dealt with 50 works of the artist in this study which hold qualifications as monography. That the selected works has been evaluated in terms of colour and topic has been carried out using the scale developed by the researcher. As a result of the study, it has been reached a conclısion that Hikmet Barutcugil has presented a new perspective to the marbling art and improved it by combining with different techniques. The artist has gone out of conventional marbling art, and blended his works with a contemporary interpretation and has provided Barut Marbling with the literature. Furthermore, Barutcugil has expanded the area of usage applying the art on several surfaces. In the works of Barutcugil, yellow has been commonly used, and the descriptions of Istanbul has taken place. In this sense it has been suggested to hold several events at home and abroad for new generations to maintain this tradition by apprehending Traditional Marbling Art, and in order to give sufficient importance to Hikmet Barutcugil and marbling art..Key words: Traditional Art, Marbling Art, Barut Marbling, Hikmet Barutcugil. 117
