Search

A search of a person's residence or other property is one of the most typical and, at the same time, the most complex investigative ( search) actions. Its purpose is to identify, record factual data on the event of a criminal offence or related event, find and seize the instruments of a criminal offence, property acquired by illegal means or items excluded from use by law, as well as to establish the location of the wanted persons. This investigative (search) action is associated with the restriction of the rights of the person in whose residence or premises it is conducted, who may not even be involved in the commission of a criminal offence. For this reason, it is important to ensure that the search is conducted in compliance with a number of legal and organisational principles, as well as using a set of effective tactical techniques. The legal basis for conducting a search is determined by the current criminal procedure legislation of Ukraine and the provisions of international legal treaties ratified by the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine. With regard to the grounds for conducting a search, the actual grounds are the need to achieve the purpose set out in part 1 of Article 236 of the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine, and the legal grounds are the existence of a reasoned court decision in the form of a ruling by an investigating judge. At the same time, a large number of legal and normative regulations are subject to contradictions, which is why it is important to eliminate ambiguity in them, as well as to introduce into the practice of conducting searches proven tactical methods of applying this investigative (search) action. Today, it is important to resolve the issues of unification of the provisions of the criminal procedural legislation of Ukraine in terms of regulating the procedure for technical recording of a search, determining the scope of recording of actions and circumstances of the search, as well as determining the powers of the defence counsel to involve a specialist in the search, etc. Given the importance and controversy of this issue, it requires further in-depth and comprehensive research.

Aim: to investigate the features of CS DDC in patients with CCVDS in comparison with patients without clinical signs of chronic venous cerebral dysgemia, to substantiate comorbidity. Material and methods. In compliance with ethical norms, 2 groups of patients were examined: 125 patients have CCVDS and different levels of blood pressure (98 women, 27 men, average age 53.60±10.27ys), 28 similar patients, but without CCVDS (17 women and 11 men, 52.54±10.03 years old). General clinical and clinicalneurological examination, clinical assessment of the hypoglossal veins condition, MRI of the cervical spine, X-ray functional tests, MedStat programs. Results. The main group patients had a mixed headache, stiffness, limitation of movements and pain in the CS, irradiation in the upper limb aggravated by movements and forced positions; paresthesias and arm pain, which were significantly different from the control group except for tension headache. Objectives. When used in lighting installations with tubular low-pressure ultraviolet (UV) lamps, electronic ballasts should meet the following basic requirements: low cost, reliable ignition at low temperatures, as well as combining high energy efficiency with reliable lamp operation. As compared with electromagnetic ballasts, electronic ballasts allow the luminous efficiency and power factor of discharge lamps to be increased, reducing the consumption of scarce materials along with the weight of devices. In order to improve their energy efficiency, complete UV lamps are based on low-pressure discharge lamps with pulsed electronic ballasts supplying power at the frequency of 22–50 kHz. Various circuit designs include such basic units as mains filter, rectifier, power factor corrector, smoothing filter, high-frequency converter, ballast, and ignition device. The present study aimed to develop an electronic semiconductor circuit for switching on and powering a discharge lamp of increased energy efficiency using a pulsed electronic ballast.Methods. Classical methods of mathematical research were applied for determining the flux of the 254-nm mercury resonance line using a structural electronic ballast diagram along with a mathematical description and adaptive model.Results. Equations for determining the parameters of pulses formed by an envelope having the form of input voltage and current supplied at industrial frequency were formulated for different instants of time. A mathematical description is given for determining pulse duration and lamp current depending on the values of nominal and operating voltage, as well as nominal current. Diagrams for instantaneous voltage values at the high-frequency switch input and generated pulsed current are presented. The parameters of the ‘UV lamp–electronic ballast’ set were calculated using an adaptive model for determining the flux of the 254-nm mercury resonance line according to the condition of lamp power constancy.Conclusions. Relative values for radiant efficiency of the 254-nm mercury line for UV lamps under study were determined. Theoretical research of electronic ballasts led to the development of a semiconductor switching and power supply circuit for the discharge lamp based on high-frequency rectangular pulses. The parameters of the element base were calculated along with selected basic initial characteristics of the blocking generator.

Most water supply systems operating in Ukraine are made of steel or cast iron, which are subject to corrosion. The Institute of Water Problems and Land Reclamation of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine carried out the experimental studies on the effect of an orthophosphate corrosion inhibitor on the quality of drinking water and the rate of corrosion as a result of its appliance in various doses in the water supply network. The water supply system of Obolon district of the city of Kiev was selected as the object of research. A characteristic feature of this water supply system is the use of various sources of water supply - groundwater and surface waters of the Desna and Dnieper rivers. The results of the calculation of water corrosivity carried out at the Institute based on the chemical analysis of the quality of water taken from 29 wells at the research object showed that the Langelier indices obtained using the calculation formulas for all sampling points are in the range from 0,89 to 1,77, which indicates the continuous and significant corrosive activity of water at all sampling point. The Risner index in all samples was in the range from 7.8 to 8.8, which indicates the significant pipeline corrosion. That is especially typical for the water from the well № 232, the Rizner index of which is 9.58, which indicates very intensive corrosion of the pipeline. Indicators rH2, for all samples, calculated both by F.U. Clarke and by the formula of A.I. Trufanov, indicate that the studied aquatic environment is very favorable for the vital activity of iron bacteria in general, and the pH - Eh zone of water samples indicates that there is an active vital activity of various strains: Leptothrix, Gallionella , Thiobacillus thiooxcidans or their combined activity. All the studied factors indicate that the most likely there is a complex genesis of corrosion processes in water supply networks, which combines both physicochemical and biological processes. This combination usually contributes to the processes of active secondary water pollution by the products of pipeline corrosion. Indicators rH2, for all samples, calculated by the formulas of F.U. Clark and of A.I. Trufanov, indicate that the studied aquatic environment is very favorable for the activity of iron bacteria in general, and the pH - Eh zone of water samples indicates that there is a rather high activity of different strains: Leptothrix, Gallionella, Thiobacillus thiooxcidans or their combined activity. The results of the research showed that for all ways to use of "SeaQuest Liquid" spicemen in the water of all sampling points there were no deviations from the standards of basic physicochemical parameters: the average pH of water was 7,67 ± 0.01, total water hardness was 4,3 ± 0,03, total alkalinity - 4,4 ± 0,05 mmol/dm,3 calcium content - 58,6 ± 0,7 mg/dm3, magnesium - 16,1 ± 0.2 mg/dm3, hydrocarbons - 261,4 ± 4,8 mg/dm3, manganese

The technological properties of polymer-cement mixtures and the physical and mechanical properties of polymer-cement waterproofing coatings, depending on their quantitative and qualitative composition: the ratio of cement:sand (C:S), water-cement ratio (W/C) and the content of modifying additives, have been investigated using the method of experimental-statistical modeling. As a result of the implementation of B3 plan and the processing of experimental data, experimental statistical models were obtained that express the effect of the recipy on the properties of polymer-cement waterproofing mixtures and coatings: mobility, compressive strength, bending strength, adhesion and impact strength and water absorption. It was found that having the constant values of C:S and W/C modifying additives, namely redispersing polymer powder, powder polycarboxylate superplasticizer and microsilica are an important factor in the formation of the structure and properties of waterproofing coatings. The analysis of the models showed that the redispersing polymer powder and superplasticizer have a positive effect on he mobility of polymer-cement waterproofing mixtures, while silica fume has a negative effect on this indicator. The effect of modifiers on the physical and mechanical properties of waterproofing coatings is following: redispersing polymer powder and superplasticizer have a negative effect on the compressive strength, while microsilica increases this indicator; redispersing polymer powder and microsilica increase the flexural strength, while the superplasticizer has a negative effect on this indicator; all investigated modifiers increase adhesion and impact strength and decrease water absorption. Based on experimental-statistical models, diagrams were constructed, which are a graphical representation of the effect of the recipe on the properties of polymer-cement waterproofing mixtures, which enables to determine the areas of the recipe use with specified properties.

Objective. To improve the results of surgical treatment in patients with deep electric burns of the hand, using local vascularized flaps, based on perforant vessels. Materials and methods. Analysis of the treatment results in 17 patients, suffering electric trauma of the hand was conducted, the defects plasty was performed, using local vascularized flaps, based on perforant vessels of the hand. Results. In 17 patients 20 flaps were formed. Application of revascularization procedures have permitted to obtain good results in immediate period in 76.5% patients, and satisfactory - in 13.5% patients, in late follow-up period good results - in 88.2% patients, and satisfactory - in 11.8% patients. Conclusion. The transplant, owing own blood circulation and locally vascularized flaps, based on perforant vessels, which are formed on non-injured parts of the hand, guarantee the blood supply restoration in the zone of electric thermic affection as well as the wound defect closing.

Hydrotechnical structures of water management and land reclamation complex from the moment of commissioning are subject to aggressive environmental effects: hydrostatic water pressure, alternating freezing and thawing, moistening and drying, corrosive action of salts dissolved in water, dynamic action of ice. The trouble-free operation of structures with long-term aggressive environmental factors is possible only in the case of providing their protection (reinforcement) with effective insulating, anticorrosive, high-strength, wear-resistant and cavitation-resistant composite materials. Waterproofing coatings, which arrange on the surface of reinforced concrete structures, plays an important role in ensuring operational reliability and durability of hydraulic structures. Having rather low cost of waterproofing coatings as compared to the cost of structures the fate of their responsibility in terms of ensuring the durability and operational reliability of the structures is high enough. Waterproofing coatings serve as a barrier to an aggressive environment and thus protect structures from destruction. Notwithstanding the importance of waterproofing protection, this issue is not given due attention today. Therefore, filtration of water through the structures of water-reclamation facilities is a common phenomenon. Water filtration through damaged concrete of hydraulic structures causes dissolution and leaching of water with calcium hydroxide (leaching), which further causes the decomposition of other components of the cement stone and leads to the dilution of the concrete structure and to the strengthening of drip filtration. Drip filtration increases over time, then jet filtration develops, which can lead to complete destruction of the structure. Therefore, providing waterproofing protection of structures is an important engineering task in their construction and operation. One of the determining factors for the effectiveness of waterproofing is the right selection of material. Traditional waterproofing materials on a bituminous basis have insufficient physical-mechanical properties and durability. However, modern technologies of waterproofing protection of concrete and reinforced concrete structures are based on the use of effective composite materials with high physical, mechanical and protective properties. Depending on the type of binder, waterproofing materials can be based on bitumen, bituminous-mineral, bitumen-polymer, coal, polymer compositions, as well as on the basis of cements and polymer cements. The selection of a waterproofing material should be made taking into account the specifics of the operating environment and the conditions of use. The most common in the construction of gluing roll materials on a bituminous basis can only partially satisfy the need for hydraulic engineering, as for the waterproofing of hydraulic structures. There are high requirements with regard to the aggressiveness of the environment and their low repairsability. The most promising for use in the technology of arrangement of waterproofing coatings on concrete and reinforced concrete structures of hydraulic engineering facilities of water management and reclamation complex are polymer cement mixtures, binders in which are Portland cement modified with polymer latex dispersion powder (for two-component). Creation of effective polymer cement waterproofing compositions is based on optimization of the ratio of interpenetrating meshes of polymers and crystal matrix hydrates. Modification of cement systems by polymers allows to increase adhesion and deformation characteristics, fracture resistance and corrosion resistance of polymer cement composites. Depending on the components included in the mixture, waterproofing coatings may be rigid or elastic. Rigid formulations are a water-mixed, dry mixture that includes a vinyl acetate copolymer and designed for waterproofing concrete and reinforced concrete structures with low water filtration. Elastic waterproofing materials are usually two-component. These materials are used for waterproofing structures that are susceptible to deformation, as well as surfaces with a high degree of water filtration and where cracks up to 1 mm are formed. Elastic two-component formulations are dry mixtures with the addition of redispersible polymer powders. They consist of two components: a dry mixture of modified fine cement and aqueous latex polymer, usually acrylic. The content of polymer latex in the mixture has a significant effect on the rheological properties of polymer-cement mixtures and on the physical and mechanical properties of waterproofing coatings made of them. Thus, the introduction of a redispersible polymer powder Axilat L 8262 in a waterproofing mixture in the amount of up to 10% by weight of cement increases the mobility of the mixture from 3,2 to 8,0 cm, increases the adhesive strength of the coating to concrete from 0,45 to 1,95 MPa, increases its bending strength from 6,9 to 7,9 MPa, reduces its water absorption in 24 hours from 7,02% to 0,35% .

The features of tritium adsorption by clay rocks, which mainly consist of clay minerals with high adsorption abilities for tritium oxide (НTO) and super heavy water (T2O), were studied after their thermal treatment at a temperature of 105 and 500 °C. The observation was carried out in a closed system "tritiated water - clay rock". Indicators of the dynamics of growth of tritium adsorption by heat-treated clay rocks over 380 days are obtained. It was found that the adsorption of tritium in this observation system actively grows for the first 30 - 40 days for all the studied minerals, and then slows down. White clays retain an increase in adsorption over the entire observation period of 380 days.

Уперше створено повний видовий список представників безхребетних мохових угруповань острова Пітерман і прилеглого регіону Антарктичного півострова. Досліджено матеріали, зібрані двома співавторами, і проведено всебічний аналіз опублікованих літературних даних щодо видового розмаїття нематод, коловерток, ногохвісток, комах, кліщів та тихоходів. У межах наземних екосистем острова Пітерман виявлено 28 видів, серед яких переважали кліщі, представлені 11 видами, і коловертки – 8 видами. Загалом для даного регіону Антарктики зареєстровано 67 видів ґрунтових безхребетних. Серед них в угрупованнях домінували нематоди, представлені 28 видами (42% від загальної кількості), кліщі – 18 видів (27%) та коловертки – 14 видів (21% відповідно). Найчастіше в мохових угрупованнях острова Пітерман зустрічаються 5 видів нематод, 3 види коловерток і по одному виду ногохвісток та кліщів.

Abstract The cross section of the process e + e − → ηπ + π − is measured using the data collected with the CMD-3 detector at the VEPP-2000 collider in the center-of-mass energy range from 1.1 to 2.0 GeV. The decay mode η → γγ is used for η meson reconstruction in the data sample corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 78.3 pb −1. The energy dependence of the e + e − → ηπ + π − cross section is fitted within the framework of vector meson dominance in order to extract the Γ(ρ(1450) → e + e − ) B $$ \mathcal{B} $$ (ρ(1450) → ηπ + π − ) and the Γ(ρ(1700) → e + e − ) B $$ \mathcal{B} $$ (ρ(1700) → ηπ + π − ) products. Based on conservation of vector current, the analyzed data are used to test the relationship between the e + e − → ηπ + π − cross section and the spectral function in τ − → ηπ − π 0 ντ decay. The e + e − → ηπ + π − cross section obtained with the CMD-3 detector is in good agreement with the previous measurements.

У статті розглянуто основні характеристики та рекомендації з технологій підвищення експлуатаційної надійності та довговічності гідротехнічних споруд водогосподарсько-меліоративного комплексу із застосуванням полімерних та полімерцементних композиційних матеріалів. Проаналізовано технологічні напрямки підвищення протифільтраційної здатності облицювань зрошувальних каналів із застосуванням полімерних плівкових екранів та геомембран. Наведено інформацію про започаткування та розвиток досліджень зі створення модифікованих полімерцементних гідротехнічних бетонів з підвищеними фізико-механічними властивостями для будівництва, ремонту та реконструкції гідротехнічних споруд, технологічних заходів з підвищення якості збірних та монолітних залізобетонних конструкцій. Висвітлено результати досліджень з розробки різних конструкцій деформаційних швів, полімерних та бітумно-полімерних герметиків для їхнього улаштування. Узагальнено результати досліджень з розробки нових полімерних та полімерцементних композиційних матеріалів для захисту бетонних конструкцій гідротехнічних споруд від кавітації та спрацювання, створення бетонополімерів, полімербетонів та полімерцементів. Розглянуто питання технологічних основ підвищення ефективності гідроізоляції гідротехнічних споруд, захисту бетону і металу від корозії. Систематизовано результати досліджень з розробки наукових основ та практичних засад ведення ремонтно-відновлювальних робіт на гідротехнічних спорудах водогосподарсько-меліоративного комплексу, захисту їх від фільтації та аварійних пошкоджень із застосуванням полімерних та полімерцементних композиційних матеріалів. Розглядаються основні напрямки розвитку подальших досліджень в області створення та застосування новітніх технологій підвищення ефективності експлуатації, експлуатаційної надійності та довговічності гідротехнічних споруд водогосподарсько-меліоративного комплексу

Мета. Удосконалити протокол інфузійної терапії опікового шоку із застосуванням реосорбілакту. Матеріали і методи. Реосорбілакт використовували як компонент інфузійної програми у 30 хворих з опіковою хворобою та гіповолемією (основна група), що потребувало використання колоїдних кровозамінників. Лікувальні властивості реосорбілакту оцінювали, порівнюючи їх з дією колоїдних і кристалоїдних розчинів, які застосовували як базисну інфузійну терапію у 20 хворих (порівняльна група). Результати. Реосорбілакт, введений у дозі 10 мл/кг для усунення гіповолемії, виявляв гемодинамічну дію: збільшення фракції викиду на 4% на 2-гу добу застосування у порівнянні з 1-ю добою і на 2% у порівнянні з відповідним показником у хворих порівняльної групи; зменшення загального добового обсягу інфузії на 10% на 2-гу добу після травми і на 12,7% на 3-тю добу, збільшення діурезу, зменшення дефіциту буферних основ. Висновки. Реосорбілакт, якому властива гемодинамічна дія, перешкоджає розвитку метаболічного ацидозу, чинить діуретичний ефект, приводить до зменшення загального обсягу інфузійної терапії і в такий спосіб покращує перебіг опікового шоку.

The main material of the hydrotechnical structures of the water management and reclamation complex is concrete. Its durability is the main indicator of reliability of building operation. The high density of hydraulic concrete, which determines the water resistance, is a guarantee of its durability. At the same time, in hydraulic concrete during the operation under the influence of aggressive environmental factors various defects (cracks, dissected zones)develop, which reduce its waterproofing capability. These defectsare the main centers of water filtration through building structures. At first, drip filtration develops in buildings, which in the course of time increases into active jet filtration. That can lead to the complete destruction of the building. In this connection, the issue of restoration of monolithicity and waterproofing of concrete hydro-technical constructions is relevant. The solution of the problem may be the use of injection waterproofing of the structures when using hydroactive polyurethane resins. Due to the presence in the chain of macromolecules the final isocyanate (-NCO) groups, polyurethanes are capable for interacting with water molecules with the release of carbon dioxide, which leads to foaming. As a result, water blockage occurs in the concrete body and its waterproofing is restored. The analysis of the modern construction market shows that there is currently a sufficiently wide range of single- and two-component hydroactive polyurethane resins capable of reacting with water with foam formation. As the study has shown, the rate of polymerization, the beginning and the end of polyurethane compositionsfoaming substantially depend on the rate of catalyst or polymerization accelerator in the composition, as well as on the environmental temperature. So,when increasing the rate of catalyst in the mixture from 2 to 9%, the rate of polymerization reaction increases by 3,3-3,9 times, and when increasing the environmental temperature from 10 to 25 °C, the polymerization rate increases in 1,3-1,4 times. The foaming time of polyurethane compositions varies within 0,8 ... 16 minutes. Depending on the polyurethane formulations, the resins can be slow- reactive, fast-reactive and ultrafast-reactive, which opens a prospect for their application in the conditions of the filtration of different intensity: from drip to jet. Two-component polyurethane resins are the most promising for application in the technology of injection waterproofing on hydraulic engineering structures of water management and reclamation area, which enable to eliminate water leakage through the structures of different intensity: from drip to active jet filtration. Two-component polyurethane resins such as CarboPur, Tunnelinjekt, PenePurFoam, when contacting with water, form a rigid elastic foam with high physical and mechanical properties: bending strength up to 80 MPa, adhesion to water-saturated concrete to 2, 8 MPa. Field study proved the high efficiency of injecting waterproofing with the use of hydroactive polyurethane resins in the conditions of water filtration through the structures of docking facilities of pumping stations. In the course of implementation of the projects on the restoration of waterproofing of reinforced concrete structures, the following types of work were performed: eliminating leaks through the isolation joints of concrete, as well as through shrinkage and structural cracks; eliminating leaks in the adjacent zones of "wall-floor", "wall-ceiling"; sealing leaks through the places of engineering communications laying(pipelines); arrangement of shut-off and veal waterproofing in the walls (injection of resins into dilapidated zones of the structure).

У статті проаналізовано фізико-механічні властивості та можливість застосування нового композиційного матеріалу - самоущільнювального полімерцементного фібробетону в технологіях ремонтно-відновлювальних робіт на гідротехнічних спорудах водогосподарсько-меліоративного комплексу. Досліджено та проаналізовано основні чинники, які впливають на технологічні властивості самоущільнювальних полімерцементних фібробетонних сумішей. Досліджено вплив температури оточуючого середовища та часу витримки до укладання на технологічні характеристики самоущільнювальних полімерцементних фібробетонних сумішей. Установлено, що рухомість та життєздатність таких сумішей суттєво залежать від температури оточуючого середовища та часу витримки до укладання. У залежності від температури оточуючого середовища та часу витримки до укладання рухомість таких сумішей складає 450…780 мм, життєздатність – 3…10 годин. У діапазоні температур 5…35°С полімерцементні фібробетонні суміші зберігають самоущільнювальні властивості протягом 6…8 год.

This work was aimed at studying the activity of the hemostasis system and trypsin-like blood enzymes (TLE) in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) and hypertension (H), depending on anthropometric, clinical features and smoking. The study included 87 patients. I group included 39 patients with COPD A – D, II-IV by GOLD and conco­mitant with H I-II stage, II group – 38 patients with H I - II stage, and K group – 10 apparently healthy persons. The study was conducted on the background of the use of standard basic therapy by patients from the 1st and 2nd groups in a stable period of disease. The degree of thrombocyte (tr) adhesion in I and II groups of patients was higher than in the K group. Both adhesive activity and the amount of tr in the I group was higher than in the II group. With positive status of smoking and increasing nicotine addiction in comorbid patients with COPD and H, the adhesive activity of tr increased. The level of the procoagulantive parameters of the plasma part of hemostasis in the two studied groups was not statistically different, but was higher than in the K group. Increased BMR and dyspnoea by the mMRS scale in group with COPD and H and increased age of patients with H led to the increase in the activity of plasma coagulation factors. In I and II groups, the increase in blood TLE was observed, which increased with the body weight, while in comorbid patients in the subgroup with FEV1≥50%, the incidence of COPD exacerbation additionaly effects the increase of TLE. In I group correlation between reduction of FEV1 with the decrease of TLE was revealed. In patients with COPD and AH activity of thrombocyte and plasma hemostasis, as well as trypsin-like blood enzymes, increases. Smoking, body weight gain and incidence of COPD exacerbation contribute to increased prothrombotic potential.

Subject and purpose. Particularities of the targeted modification of functionals of the wheat seeds state by irradiation with a low-intensity electromagnetic field (EF) were investigated. The aim of the work was to investigate the effectiveness of low-intensity electromagnetic field mediated by water on wheat seeds depending on their initial state, evaluated statistically as “norm” and “pathology”, and to study the possibility of functional reconstruction of the wheat seeds with the “pathology” state. Methods and methodology. The work is experimental. Approved radio-physical, radio-technical, biological methods and techniques were used in this work. Generators Г4-141 (37.5…53.57 GHz) and Г4-142 (53.57…78.33 GHz) were used for electromagnetic field irradiation. Efficiency of the electromagnetic field influence was evaluated using functionals of the seed state: energy of growing, average length of roots and seedlings in each portion. Statistical methods were used in the processing and the analysis of the obtained results. Results of work. The possibility of a targeted modification of the functional parameters of wheat seeds upon their interaction with water, previously irradiated with EF, was established. Differences in the effectiveness of the water-mediated influence of EF depending on the frequency and exposure of the signal were shown. We found the dependence of biological reaction of the wheat seeds on the electromagnetic field irradiation mediated by water. The reaction depends on the initial state of the seeds: those in the “norm” state get oppressed, while those in the “pathology” state are stimulated. The application of water-mediated electromagnetic field influence on wheat seeds in the “pathology” state was shown to be promising for restoring of the lost functional properties. Efficient regimes of electromagnetic field influence mediated by water were established. Conclusion. Water-dissipative model of the electromagnetic field interaction with substance was confirmed. Method of the electromagnetic field influence mediated by water on wheat seeds was proposed. It allows stimulating their lost properties, which is promising for development of agricultural technologies.

Досліджено вплив водоцементного відношення та полімерного латексу на рухомість самоущільнювальних бетонних сумішей та на фізико-механічні властивості бетону на їх основі. Встановлено, що водоцементне відношення та полімерний латекс є важливими факторами формування реологічних та міцнісних властивостей полімерцементного самоущільнювального бетону

У статті досліджено сучасний стан об’єктів інженерної інфраструктури меліоративних систем. Проведено оцінювання технічного стану плит перекриття головної насосної станції Каховської зрошувальної системи, гідротехнічного тунелю № 1 та насосних станцій Інгулецької, Північно-Рогачицької зрошувальних систем, Ірпінської осушувально-зволожувальної системи та ряду інших об’єктів. Виконано систематизацію типових пошкоджень та дефектів бетонних та залізобетонних гідротехнічних споруд. Отримані дані стали основою для науково обгрунтованого вибору та розробки ефективних матеріалів та технологій для відновлення експлуатаційних властивостей та підвищення довговічності споруд меліоративних систем.

Мета – проведення клініко-статистичного аналізу опіків у дітей за 3-річний період; визначення ключових епідеміологічних факторів, які формують структуру дитячого опікового травматизму в м. Києві. Матеріали і методи. Проведено клініко-статистичний аналіз надання медичної допомоги 2437 дітям у віці від перших місяців до 18 років з термічною травмою, які знаходилися на лікуванні в Центрі термічної травми та пластичної хірургії КМКЛ №2, за 2015–2017 роки. Результати. Останніми роками відзначається стабільно високий рівень дитячого опікового травматизму, що обумовлено демографічною ситуацією в м. Києві – підвищенням народжуваності та міграцією населення з інших регіонів України. На частоту травматизму впливає вік дітей – більшість травмованих дітей (87%) були у віці від 0 до 3 років. Найчастіше опіки у дітей виникають внаслідок дії окропу (78,5%), друге місце (16%) – контактні опіки. Опіки полум’ям – 3,2%, електротравми – 1,3%, хімічні ураження – 1%. Кількість важких опіків серед дитячого населення м. Києва знизилася за останні 10 років удвічі. Летальність знизилася до 0,16. Висновки. Проведений клініко-статистичний аналіз лікування опіків у дітей за 3-річний період дозволив встановити, що найчайстіше опіки отримують діти віком від 1 міс. до 3 років. Встановлено вплив соціальних факторів (догляд батьків) на формування дитячого опікового травматизму у м. Києві. Провідним етіологічним фактором у структурі дитячого опікового травматизму є окріп. Кожна п’ята дитина з опіками потрапляє на лікування до реанімаційного відділення. Аналіз зазначених факторів є основою для продовження роботи діючих цільових програм з профілактики та лікування опікової травми у дітей.

This research studied the interrelationship between the immune and oxidative-antioxidant systems in a group of individuals who had lived for a long time in areas contaminated with radionuclides after the Chernobyl catastrophe and as a result experienced prolonged exposure to small doses of ionizing radiation. We have examined a group of 100 students aged 18–24, where 50 of them formed the control group and the remaining 50 belonged to the experimental group as they arrived from the territories of enhanced radioecological control (IV radiation zone, density of soil contamination by isotope 137Cs 3.7 x 104 – 18.5 x 104 Bq/m2). Here we determined the level of cortisol, leukocytes and their populations, the levels of lymphocyte subpopulations with phenotypes CD3+, CD5+, CD4+, CD8+, CD16+, CD72+, immunoregulatory index CD4+/CD8+, indicators of phagocytic activity of neutrophils and monocytes, IgG (H), IgM (H), IgA (H), malondialdehyde (MDA), ceruloplasmin (CP), transferrin (Tr), sulfhydryl (SH); and also calculated the oxidative stress index (OSI). We performed the analysis twice: in the absence/presence of additional emotional stress such as an examination session. The studies showed an increase in the oxidative stress index in the group examined from the experimental cluster, especially in terms of emotional stress. At the same time, the neutrophil level increased, but phagocytic activity of neutrophils and monocytes, the relative and absolute number of lymphocytes with phenotypes CD3+, CD5+, CD4+, CD4+/CD8+, and IgG levels decreased. Consequently we revealed the negative correlation between the indexes of oxidative stress in the group of examined (the oxidative stress index (ISO)/the level of malonic dialdehyde (MDA)) and the parameters of phagocytic activity of monocytes, the immunoregulatory index CD4+/CD8+, and the number of lymphocytes with the CD16+ phenotype. In this study we demonstrated the decrease in the participation of ceruloplasmin (CP) as an important antioxidant factor in maintaining the immune homeostasis of the group examined from radiation-contaminated areas compared with control group. The evidence of this is the lack of reliable correlation between ceruloplasmin level and immune system parameters. Moreover we found that radiation-induced intensification of oxidative processes in the experimental group grew in conditions of additional stresses of an emotional nature. Besides, it was accompanied by a significant correlation in the level of oxidative stress and phagocytic activity parameters. Reducing phagocytic activity and the CD4+/CD8+ index on the background of oxidative stress increase can be considered as a sign of immune system ageing, while a decrease in the number of lymphocytes with the CD16+ phenotype is a sign of antitumor defense inhibition. Thus, we draw the conclusion that the inhabitants of the territories of strengthened radioecological control, undergoing exposure to small doses of ionizing radiation from birth, show a significant imbalance of redox homeostasis, which creates the preconditions for immunoreactivity pathology development at the level of both innate and acquired immunity.

Researches conducted on lands Nikolayev state agricultural research station IIA NAAS in 2017- 2018. Soil of an experimental plot is chernozem southern weakly eroded clay loamy on loess’s, it is noted by high contents potassium, average – phosphorus and it is not enough provided by nitrogen. Climate of region – continental, is characterized sharp and repeated by fluctuations annual and month temperature of air, greater spare of heat and aridity. Agrotechnic in experiment was generally accepted for southern Steppe of Ukraine. Scheme of experience included three factors – a sowing periods: II ten-day period of October (winter), II ten-day period of November (underwinter), I ten-day period of April (spring); variants of fertilizers: without fertilizers (control), recommended dose (N60P60) and N30Р30 broadcast + N30Р30 with irrigated water; the modes of irrigation: 80-70-70% of minimum moisture-holding capacity and 90-80-70% of minimum moisture-holding capacity. It is shown that hyssop – valuable spicy-aromatic culture, which on their own biological particularity, requirements to soil-climatic conditions can be successfully grown in southern Steppe of Ukraine, providing high harvest of floral mass for use in medical pharmacology. Most productivity variety Marquis (at a rate of 28.4-28.5 c/hа dry cheese) provided in variant, where contributed 50% dose of fertilizers broadcast and 50% with irrigated water and winter sowing period of culture. Maximum contents of essential oil has fixed in same variant at mode irrigation 80-70-70% of minimum moisture-holding capacity, where it has formed 0.85 %. Contents of ascorbic acid in plant raw material varied from 100.4 before 104.9 mg%.

У практиці інтенсивної неонатології часто зустрічаються важкі форми іхтіозу – іхтіоз плоду (ламелярний іхтіоз) та іхтіозіформна бульозна еритродермія (Брока). Мета: покращити результати лікування хворих на вроджені іхтіози із застосуванням опікових технологій. Пацієнти і методи. Проаналізовано результати лікування п’яти новонароджених із важкою бульозною іхтіозіформною еритродермією і ламелярним іхтіозом. До місцевого лікування поширених уражень шкіри були долучені хірурги опікового центру, які запропонували підходи, як і при лікуванні поверхневих дермальних опіків, із застосуванням сітчастих і плівкових ранових покриттів. Результати. Система лікування дітей з іхтіозіформною еритродермією і пластинчатим іхтіозом включала: проведення інфузійної терапії; системну антибактеріальну терапію; гормонотерапію; зондовое ентеральне харчування; пасивну неспецифічну імунізацію, респіраторну підтримку. Місцеве лікування: щоденні перев’язки під внутрішньовенним комбінованим наркозом із застосуванням плівкових та парафінізованих сітчастих ранових покриттів, накладання термоізолюючих пов’язок. Висновки. Застосування сучасних ранових покриттів для місцевого лікування, системної антибактеріальної терапії на фоні методів загальної інтенсивної терапії дозволило уникнути розвитку інфекційних ускладнень, оптимізувати перебіг ранового процесу. Реалізація плану лікувальних заходів з надання допомоги хворим на іхтіоз дозволило створити базу даних хворих, покращити медичне обслуговування, долучаючи до лікування цих дітей спеціалістів з лікування ран – комбустіологів.

omparison and analysis of experimental data on neutron interaction cross-sections for 54Fe nuclei were made in the energy range 0.3 - 26 MeV. The applicability of the optical-statistical approach and coupled-channels method for the description of experimental total, elastic and inelastic neutron scattering cross-sections was studied. Results of the adequate description of the experimental data set were used to study the contributions of the direct mechanism and mechanism of scattering through compound nucleus to the elastic and inelastic scattering of neutron by 54Fe.

Проаналізовано сучасні методи створення та застосування модифікованих бетонів з високими технологічними та фізико-механічними властивостями. Наведено результати досліджень властивостей бетону, модифікованого полікарбоксилатним суперпластифікатором, метакаоліном, полімерним латексом та поліпропіленовою фіброю та визначено перспективу його застосування як матеріалу для ремонту та реконструкції гідротехнічних споруд водогосподарсько-меліоративного комплексу.

Наведено результати досліджень впливу рецептури на технологічні та фізико-механічні властивості самоущільнювального бетону як матеріалу для ремонту та відновлення залізобетонних гідротехнічних споруд водогосподарсько-меліоративного комплексу.

Проаналізовано сучасний ринок ремонтних сухих будівельних сумішей провідних світових виробників, області їх застосування, технологічні та фізико-механічні властивості ремонтних композитів на їх основі. Наведено рецептуру нової ремонтної суміші «Ремокрет-ІВПіМ» та результати досліджень її властивостей як матеріалу для ремонту та відновлення бетону гідротехнічних споруд водогосподарсько-меліоративного комплексу.

Висвітлено основні способи відновлення та захисту бетону із застосуванням сучасних композиційних матеріалів при ремонті та реконструкції гідротехнічних споруд водогосподарсько-меліоративного комплексу. Розглянуті фактори, які впливають на процес руйнування бетону, типові види дефектів і пошкоджень бетонних та залізобетонних конструкцій. Розкрито основні принципи підбору ремонтних композицій в залежності від характеру та ступеня пошкоджень, вплив кількісного та якісного складу на їх технологічні та експлуатаційні властивості

The risk analysis algorithms, which are offered by domestic scientists for Ukrainian farmers, are limited in use and are often obsolete. The situation in agriculture of Ukraine changes quickly enough –new agricultural machinery and new technologies appears, this requires a new management. At the same time, the use of approved decision support systems and risk analysis software systems tested in developed countries is not possible in Ukraine. This is due to the lack of accompanying information providing. The databases on factors influencing risk are absent both at the national level and at the regional level in Ukraine. Today, the creation of such databases does not solve the problem, as the necessary precondition of modern software systems for risk analysis is the availability of data covering significant time period. Thus, the problem of the development of algorithm for such an economic-mathematical model of information processing that would be able to work effectively under the condition of a lack of data on factors influencing risks needed for the effective use in the agricultural sector of Ukraine became a topical issue. The developed algorithm of the economic-mathematical model of the system of risk analysis involves the replenishment of the required amount of information by an expert in the field of agriculture and the subsequent automatic operation of the software complex. The factor of incompleteness of information complicates the work of decision support system, extends the time of information processing. In the course of the research it is suggested to use both the analytical approach and the simulation model for the formation of the algorithm. The appropriateness of choosing one or another method is determined by the availability of the required amount of reliable primary statistical information. Reducing the time of the task is facilitated by the formation of library working arrays, which is accumulated during the operation of the automatic risk analysis system. The pilot test of the suggested algorithm of the economic and mathematical model of the system for decision support and risk analysis for the cases of incomplete data on their parameters for Ukrainian farms, which grow grains and leguminous crops, allowed to get the first practical results. As a result of risk analysis the biggest risk for farms which grow grains and leguminous crops is identified, namely, the reduction of sales volumes, while the smallest risk, the impact of which was overestimated by scientists before, is a reduction in the price for products of these farms. Thus, the efficiency of the proposed algorithm of decision support system is proved.

Percentage of patients with newly diagnosed tuberculosis treatment failure is 22,6 % in the world and is approximately 12 % according to the official statistics in Zaporizhzhia. Aim. To establish anamnestic, clinical-radiographic and laboratory features of the tuberculosis course in patients with newly diagnosed tuberculosis treatment failure. Materials and methods. A retrospective analysis of 88 patient`s histories who were treated at the Zaporizhzhia Regional Clinical Tuberculosis Dispensary in 2013-2015 years was carried out. Patients were divided into 2 groups: 49 patients with treatment failure (TF) have been included into 1st group, 39 people who successfully completed the course of therapy (NDTB) were in the 2nd group. Results. It was found that 63,3 % of TF patients carried fluorography untimely and 26,6 % have not been inspected more than 5 years, p˂0,05. Infiltrative (55,1 %) and disseminative (34,7 %) tuberculosis clinical forms in TF patients prevailed in the structure of the lung lesions. Approximately 90 % of TF patients had lung lesion volume more than one lobe or both of the lungs (p˂0,001) with the presence of several or multiple destructions in 79 % of patients with a size greater than 3 cm in 56 % of patients compared with the fact, that 46 % of patients with NDTB limited tuberculosis diagnosed with single or several destructions with sizes up to 3 cm in 86 % cases, p˂0,05. When TF percentage of patients with massive bacterial excretion prevailed, p˂0,05. In the presence of drug resistance in 70 % polyresistance determined, whereas 26 % of NDTB bacterial excretion was determined only by culture methods and in resistance cases it was monoresistance in 67% patients. Terms of bacteriological conversion at TF were 6,3 ± 0,2 months and greater than 6 months in 30,6 % of patients. Destruction not healed in 85,4 % of patients, but in most cases, their sizes did not exceed 2 cm at the end of treatment. Long terms of bacteriological conversion and destructions healing in TF patients demonstrate the necessity for long-term etiotropic therapy in patients with smear-massive bacterial excretion and disseminative destructive tuberculosis. The low proportion of destructions healing in these patients determines searchings’ for ways to the timely surgical and complex pathogenetic treatment.

Наведено результати досліджень фізико-механічних властивостей цементно-піщаних розчинів, модифікованих поліпропіленовою фіброю для ремонту та відновлення залізобетонних гідротехнічних споруд водогосподарсько-меліоративного комплексу

Aim. The clinical, radiological and immunological aspects of co-infection are actively studied nowadays. To identify the peculiarities of oxidative status in patients with HIV/AIDS-associated pulmonary tuberculosis depending on the severity of immunosuppression, and clinical and radiological data 47 patients were examined. Methods and results. Protein peroxidation products were determined with the method by B. Halliwell, lipid peroxidation – with method by V.B. Gavrilov, catalase activity - M.A. Koroljuk method, SOD activity – by B. Haglof. Patients with HIV/AIDS-associated newly diagnosed pulmonary tuberculosis had mostly marked increase in levels of 254 nm intermediate mass molecules at immunodeficiency. Conclusion. Rise of protein peroxidation products levels and the decrease of catalase activity at extensive pulmonary or severe extrapulmonary lesions and in cases with multiple organs dysfunction were determined too.

Aim. To assess the effectiveness of the new clinical and organisational strategies for specialised treatment of patients with acute coronary syndrome (ACS) — residents of a large industrial city. Material and methods. The object of the study was the system of specialised medical treatment of ACS patients in Kemerovo City. The study venue was the Kuznetsk Basin Cardiology Centre. The study period was 2004-2008, with 16752 ACS patients included. Results. Over the study period, the rates of urgent endovascular interventions increased by 16,8 times. The average time from admission to percutaneous coronary intervention decreased from 95 to 60 minutes. The inconsistencies in ACS diagnosis were registered in less than 9 % of the hospitalised patients. In-hospital case fatality among myocardial infarction patients decreased from 11,1 % to 9,7 % (р≤0,05). Conclusion. The adequate ACS management requires early admission of the patients with possible ACS to a specialised hospital; urgent cardiosurgery interventions in ACS individuals; and multi-level, risk-stratified strategies of invasive and conservative treatment, starting from the moment of admission to the specialised hospital.

The article presents an innovative clinico-organisational model of medical care in cardiovascular disease (CVD), functioning in a large industrial city. The model is based on the “closed circle” principle, including a unified ambulatory-outpatient system of cardiologic care and a multi-level hospital system of CVD healthcare: therapeutic cardiologic and high-technology surgical service, post-infarction and post-intervention rehabilitation, including sanatorium level. The base of the model is ambulatory service, uniting all city policlinic cardiologists at specialised municipal healthcare centres — cardiology dispansers, and functionally linked to other healthcare — specialised hospitals and sanatoriums. The “closed circle” system: policlinic — hospital — sanatorium — policlinic, facilitates consistency of patients’ treatment; accessibility and quality of healthcare; wide implementation of promising, cost-effective and high technology-based methods of diagnostics and treatment at ambulatory level; and effective use of expensive inpatient cardiosurgery resources. The new model is focused on CVD prevention, quality of life and demographics improvement, and working capacity maintenance in the population.

This paper deals with the results of isomer ratio measurements for nuclei 110m,gIn and 108m,gIn from photonuclear reactions 113In(γ, 3n)110m,gIn, 115In(γ, 5n)110m,gIn, 115In(γ, 7n)108m,gIn. Bremsstrahlung energies varied within (34÷43) MeV for 113In(γ, 3n)110m,gIn reaction, in energy region (43÷100) MeV for 115In(γ, 5n)110m,gIn and 115In(γ, 7n)108m,gIn reactions. The instrumental gamma-ray spectra of irradiated target specimens have been measured with high purity germanium semiconductor spectrometer. The isomer ratio results and dependence of isomer ratios upon maximal bremsstrahlung energies within selected range are obtained and discussed.

In the article the model of estimation of position of enterprise at the local market of tourist services is offered.

The paper deals with the results of isomer ratio calculations for photonuclear reaction at 107Ag with 3 neutrons escape. Bremsstrahlung energies varied within 35 ÷ 40 MeV. The instrumental gamma-ray spectra of irradiated target specimens have been measured with high purity germanium semiconductor spectrometer. The isomer ratio results and dependence of isomer ratios upon maximal bremsstrahlung energy within selected range are obtained.

The results of measurement of inclusive of protons, deuterons and 3He spectra in the range 16° ≤ θL.C. ≤ 67.4° formed in the process of interaction of nuclei of deuterium and tritium are presented. Characteristic features of proton energy spectrum are described owing to the account of 4H sequential decay and final state interaction of a singlet neutron-proton pair processes. The account in the 3H(d, 3He)nn reaction of processes of final state two neutron interaction and successive decay through 4He* (Ex = 21.2, Γ = 0.7 MeV) resonance amplitude and Watson - Migdal amplitude allowed to describe the 3He nucleus spectrum shape. Experimental differential cross sections of elastic deuteron scattering on Tritium were obtained. The experiment was carried out on U-240 INR cyclotron with deuteron beam energy of 36.9 MeV. Energy spectra of protons and 3He-particles were studied.

The review is devoted to the role of psychosomatic status factors in the development of pathological cardiovascular remodeling in essential arterial hypertension. Cell mechanisms of left ventricular hypertrophy, cardiovascular risk factors’ influence on its progression are analyzed in detail.

The results of simulations and designing of compact acceleration neutron tube NTG-2M are presented. The directions of research, its physicotechnical characteristics optimization and application in impulse neutron probing hole logging and minerals exploitation and control are defined.
