Experimental investigation was performed on the rats, in which the extremity ischemia was simulated to assess the application efficacy of hemopoietic stem cells, obtained from the human fetus liver, with the objective of angiogenesis activation. The perspective of the method application with the objective to stimulate the angiogenesis processes de novo in ischemia of the extremity, was studied, using the electron microscopy methods.

The influence of embryonic pluripotent progenitor cells on the dynamics of the systemic arterial pressure was examined in rats with genetically determined arterial hypertension. It has been established that the single intravenous administration of the embryonic pluripotent and progenitor cells to spontaneously hypertensive rats in the amount of 5 x 10(7) ml lead to the lowering of the systemic arterial pressure for one month.

The thermal streams intensity (THSI) from definite points of anterior abdominal wall in children with an acute mesenterial lymphadenitis (AML) and an acute appendicitis (AA) were determined. It was established, that in right inguinal region THSI in AA was in 4.06 times higher than in AML, in paraumbilical region--THSI was in 2.78 times, in the left subcostal region--in 1.76 times higher in AML than in AA. In the right subcostal region THSI was higher in an AA. Differential algorithm for AML and AA was determined. In children with an AML the circulating immune complexes level in the blood plasma was by 26.4% higher than such in children with an AA, presenting possible additional differential-diagnostical criterion.

The breach of kidney's functional state and also the possibility of their selenite correction were researched after aluminium and cadmium intoxication. Aluminium chloride intensifies acid-secrete function of kidney. Cadmium chloride and its combination with aluminium chloride change the transport of sodium. Sodium selenite has aptitude for correction of the functional renal state in the case of aluminium and cadmium joint intoxication.

Data are submitted on changes in the system of regulation of the aggregate state of blood, that result in the development of the second stage of intravascular hemocoagulation syndrome in patients with destructive forms of cholecystitis presenting with paravesicular infiltration in the preoperative period. Disruptions in hemostasis remain after surgery, which fact attests to the need for working out efficient pathogenetically validated methods of correction thereof for the combined treatment of the pathology in question to be raised to a much higher level.
