Organizational factors determine patient satisfaction, since nursing care depends on organizations, in which the majority of actions involve nurses to provide holistic nursing care. Spirituality can be an important key, because patients feel all needs are fulfilled, making Sharia-Based Nursing Care (SBNC) a mediator of organizational factors for patient satisfaction. The aim of this paper is analyzing the role of organizational consolidation factors and SBNC model to determine patient satisfaction in Sharia hospitals. This analytical correlation study used a cross-sectional design and cluster sampling technique on 260 respondents as the samples, consisting of nurses and patients in patient rooms in X Islamic Hospital, Indonesia. The variables of this study, the organizational factors, SBNC, and patient satisfaction were collected using a questionnaire; all variables were assessed through the use of a questionnaire, and permission to modify or employ the instrument was obtained from the original authors, and analyzed using Smart Partial Least Squares (SmartPLS). Organizational factors have significant influence on SBNC (p-value=0.000; β-value=0.786; t-value>1.96), organizational factors have moderately significant influence on patient satisfaction (p-value=0.000; β-value=0.508; t-value>1.96), SBNC has significant influence on patient satisfaction (p-value=0.000; β-value=0.430; t-value>1.96), the consolidation of organizational factors with SBNC influences patient satisfaction (p-value=0.001; β-value=0.338; t-value>1.96). Nurses with good leadership, culture, and who give appropriate rewards can shape the quality of the profession by implementing SBNC; patients feel all needs are fulfilled, especially the spiritual aspect, and satisfaction with the nursing services.

Introduction The marked increase in the number of individuals with diabetes mellitus (DM) worldwide each year has resulted in the importance of the spouse's contribution to the promotion and support of patient self-management programs. Objectives This study aimed to systematically explore the role or involvement of spouses in collaborative management and glycemic behavior change in DM. Methods Five databases including Scopus, PubMed, Cumulative Index of Nursing and Allied Health Literature, SAGE, and Web of Science were reviewed for relevant articles retrieved from 2017 to 2022. Literature search used keywords, including “Spouse,” “Support,” “Self-management,” “Glycemic Control,” and “Diabetes mellitus.” The Joanna Briggs Institute guidelines were used for appraisal review of journals. The component of partner support in the self-management of patients with DM is associated with an increase in the patient's glycemic level. Results Twenty-five studies were identified that describe the different spousal roles and strategies in the promotion and support of DM management. Overall, spouses’ involvement positively impacted healthy diets, higher self-efficacy, improved quality of psychological well-being, increased perceived support, and changes in glycemic-influenced behavior. Adaptation in the spouse patient relationship including maintaining cohesiveness can result in positive coping is essential in normalizing and contextualizing the chronic condition of DM. Partner-based collaboration is important for diabetes management, overcoming management barriers, and generating communal coping. Conclusion This systematic review observed that the involvement of a spouse is important in improving collaborative management and results in better glycemic behavior in patients with DM. A better understanding of the relationship between spousal involvement, coping strategies, and adherence in daily management and the subsequent use of this information are highly useful for creating targeted and effective interventions.

Introduction: Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) is a global health challenge that persists in causing both health emergencies and mental health crises around the world. This study aimed to analyze the factors contributing to COVID-19 infection and their impact on mental health crises on Java Island. Methods: A cross-sectional study was conducted between June and July 2020 on Java Island, Indonesia, involving 1,218 respondents selected through convenience sampling. The independent variables included demographic, individual internal, and psychological factors, while the dependent variable was mental health crisis occurrence. Data were collected through demographic information, knowledge and attitude questionnaires, depression anxiety stress scores, the brief-COPE inventory, as well as surveys addressing encountered problems and mental health emergencies. The collected data underwent analysis using chi-square and multivariate logistic regression. Results: Significance was observed in the relationship between demographic, individual internal, and psychological factors, and their impact on mental health crises (p < 0.05). Following adjustment with logistic regression, psychological factors exhibited a more pronounced relationship, with the highest association observed in stress levels (p = 0.000, 95% CI: 1.064-2.131). Conclusions: Individual stress levels emerged as the foremost contributing factor to mental health crises. Psychological elements, encompassing anxiety levels, stress, coping mechanisms, and encountered challenges, played substantial roles in disrupting psychological well-being and mental health.

SUMMARY: Purpose: Pediatric cancer is a serious problem and still becomes a global challenge today. Various complex stressors due to diagnosis, disease symptoms, and various side-effects from the treatment that children with cancer undergo will cause problems in the child's psychoneuroimmunological aspects. Psychological interventions designed to modulate the stress response include psychoneuroimmunological markers. Unfortunately, there is little evidence to support the effect of psychological interventions on psychoneuroimmunological markers. This systematic review aims to assess the effectiveness of psychological interventions on psychoneuroimmunological markers in children with cancer and to provide a new integrative model for further research. Methods: This systematic review uses four main databases (Scopus, PubMed, ScienceDirect, and ProQuest). The guideline used Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Review and Meta-Analysis (PRISMA). Selecting articles used the Rayyan application. The quality study was conducted using Joanna Briggs Institute (JBI)'s critical appraisal tools. The data were analyzed using the population, intervention, comparison, outcome, and study design (PICO) Synthesis based on similarities and differences in study characteristics to interpret the results. Results: The search results in this systematic review found 1653 articles, 21 of which matched the predetermined inclusion and exclusion criteria. Most of the designs used were randomized controlled trials (57.1%). Massage therapy was the most common type of psychological intervention (14.2%). Almost half of the studies measured psychological responses (38.0%), and psycho-physiological responses (42.9%), and only a small proportion assessed the effectiveness of psychological interventions on neuroimmunological markers in pediatric cancer. Conclusions: We recommend the use of psychological interventions as an additional intervention in managing psychoneuroimmunological markers of pediatric cancer. This study offers a new integrative model demonstrating the interaction between stress and psychological intervention involving neuroendocrine and immune mechanisms. However, future researchers need to test all domains of these new integrative models. This will reveal the complex interactions among these components and understand their relevance to health outcomes.

This study aimed to enhance clinical educators' competence through experiential learning-based preceptorship training. Many clinical educators struggle with implementing effective clinical education, providing guidance, and having limited time for new nurses. The research employed a quasi-experimental design with a pre-posttest control group involving 60 clinical educators. The intervention group received a five-day training module using experiential learning-based preceptorship, while the control group received standard intervention. Data analysis used the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test to analyse differences before and after intervention, and used Mann-Whitney to analyse differences between the two groups. Analysis revealed significant improvements in critical thinking, patient safety, leadership, communication, research-based practice, and professional development among the intervention group compared to the control group (p-value=0.000). The findings highlight the effectiveness of this training model in enhancing clinical educators' learning outcomes. The study suggests that incorporating experiential learning into clinical education can be a valuable strategy for improving the competence of clinical educators and subsequently achieving better clinical achievements.

The policy of increasing domestic fuel oil, as a consequence of rising world oil prices, has resulted in changing economic conditions, bearing in mind that oil prices and production are wrong macroeconomic assumptions and are included in the State Revenue and Expenditure Budget. This study aims to determine the impact of rising fuel prices and government subsidies on Indonesia's economic performance. The data used in this study are time series data from 2000 to 2022. Data were obtained from the Indonesian Central Bureau of Statistics, the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources, the Ministry of Finance, and Bank Indonesia. This study uses an econometric model using a system of simultaneous equations. The research results show that; The main factors that caused the increase in domestic fuel prices, including crude oil prices, gasoline, diesel, kerosene and aviation fuel, were the increase in world oil prices and the previous year's oil prices. The estimation results also show that the increase in gasoline and diesel fuel can increase the number of poor people, unemployment and inflation in Indonesia. The policy simulation results show that the increase in oil prices has a significant impact on increasing the number of poor people, increasing unemployment and inflation, if this increase is not followed by subsidies in the form of non-energy.

People living with HIV (PLHIV) require a focus on their quality of life to prevent deterioration. This study aims to establish a spiritual-based palliative nursing model to enhance the quality of life for PLHIV. A cross-sectional study of 225 PLHIV receiving treatment at Said Sukanto Hospital, Jakarta. Data, including demographic, disease, psychological, spiritual, support, services, spiritual-based palliative care, spiritual meaning in illness experience, and quality of life variables, were collected using a researcher-modified questionnaire. Data were analyzed using descriptive and structural analysis through Partial Least Square Equation Modeling (SEM-PLS). The outer model demonstrated construct validity (λ > 0.5) and high reliability (composite reliability > 0.7). The inner model exhibited moderate power (R2 > 0.33) and predictive relevance (1.009). Goodness-of-fit indicators (RMS Theta = 0.072, NFI = 0.971, SRMR = 0.098) confirmed the model's suitability. Hypothesis testing indicated the significance of all variables (p < 0.05). The findings support the application of a spiritual-based palliative nursing model to enhance the quality of life for PLHIV. This model offers a holistic approach encompassing physical, psychological, social, and spiritual well-being, providing a comprehensive framework for healthcare providers and policymakers to improve care for PLHIV.

Improving the quality of healthcare services in hospitals is one of the main goals of achieving a high-quality healthcare system. One of the efforts to enhance the quality of healthcare services in hospitals is implementing an integrated care plan. This study aims to determine the implementation of integrated care plans in hospitals. There were no limitations on methodologies, dates, or settings when reviewing papers describing qualitative or quantitative studies examining the implementation of integrated care plans in hospitals. The setting, design, and findings were all extracted from key study aspects. The major components of the integrated care plan's key components served as a framework for organizing the findings. There are 15 relevant papers published between 2018 and 2023. Most of the studies reported are qualitative, where healthcare workers reflect on their experiences and preferences regarding implementing an integrated care plan. These studies reported on issues underlying the need for the implementation of an integrated care plan, including poor administrative and management systems, lack of access, lack of coordination, lack of regulation, lack of knowledge, and lack of experience, with the ultimate goal of care being aware of cooperation and benefits for patients. An efficient way to raise patient satisfaction and improve the standard of healthcare services is to establish an Integrated Care Plan in hospitals. The efficacy and efficiency of patient care in hospitals can be improved by implementing a more structured and measurable care plan. Keywords: Integrated care plan, integrated health care systems, integrated delivery system, hospital.

Low learning achievement indicates that the conventional learning process is still not able to provide optimal results. Learning achievement is influenced by learners' motivation, attitudes, climate, and learning interests in a particular subject. This research was conducted to find out the influence of learning motivation, learning attitudes, learning climate, on the interests and achievements of learning mathematics of junior high school students/MTs during the Covid-19 pandemic. This type of research is correlational research with the design of the research, namely the path analysis model. The data collection technique that researchers used in this study was a questionnaire. Research instruments used to measure motivation, attitudes, climate, and learning interests are questionnaires with closed answers. While the achievement of learning mathematics learners are seen based on the value of the report card of learners. This study explores the critical factors behind women’s representation in upper-echelon II managerial positions in local government organizations in Indonesia, which contemporary studies rarely studied. This research interviewed 12 informants at the East Nusa Tenggara (ENT) Provincial Government in Indonesia using a qualitative approach and purposive sampling techniques. This article found eight factors that are critical in influencing women's representation in echelon II positions in local government organizations from three primary dimensions. First, a network of political proxies and representation of ethnicity and electoral areas are factors from the socio-political dimension. Second, the three factors related to the intra-organizational dimension are patriarchal culture, gender stereotypes, and masculine leadership. Lastly, academic respect, self-confidence, and domestic responsibility are three factors from the individual dimension. The practical implication of this study is that for women to be elected to echelon II positions, they need to expand their network or political connections with political party leaders affiliated with elected political officials or the family actors of elected political officials. Additionally, women must adopt masculine leadership models to be accepted by their male colleagues and adapt to a patriarchal organizational environment. Finally, women need to increase their confidence in a leadership capacity.
