Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan bukti empiris penggunaan informasi finansial dan kinerja nonfinansial dalam pembuatan keputusan alokasi anggaran dekon­sentrasi dan tugas pembantuan. Penggunaan kedua jenis informasi ini diindikasikan ada­nya pengaruh positif informasi tersebut terhadap alokasi anggaran. Sampel penelitian diperoleh dengan pusposive sampling terhadap dinas kelautan dan perikanan provinsi sebagai satuan kerja dekonsentrasi dan tugas pembantuan dari Direktorat Jenderal Perikanan Budidaya. Hasil analisis regresi linier berganda dengan metode Ordinary Least Square (OLS) menunjukkan bahwa informasi finansial dan kinerja nonfinansial masing-masing memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap alokasi anggaran. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa informasi finansial dan kinerja nonfinansial digunakan dalam pembuatan keputusan alokasi anggaran dekonsentrasi dan tugas pembantuan.

Objectives. This study aimed to conduct a bibliometric analysis of the trend of petanque sports from 2011 to 2024 in the Scopus database. The research focused on productivity assessment, publication type, journal ranking, frequency of publishing, number of citations, study area focus, keywords, and co-authorship. Materials and methods. This study was carried out using a bibliometric method. The research stages comprised (1) searching for articles using the Boolean “Petanque” AND “petanque in sport”, (2) inquiry with inclusion criteria of e-books, short reports, conferences, original articles, literature reviews in English, French, and Spanish from 2011 to 2024, (3) filtering 34 articles, (4) eliminating 19 articles, leaving 15 articles that were considered worthy, (5) re-filtering and producing the same number, namely 15 articles, and (6) deciding 15 final data articles. Data collection and analysis techniques used were Mendeley, VOSviewer, and Excel. Results. In terms of productivity, 3 (20.00 %) documents were identified from 2011, 2021, and 2024; the most common type of document was original articles, with a total of 13 (86.67 %); the most journal rankings were in quartile 3 and 4 (30.00 %); the journals most frequently publishing research on petanque included the Journal of Physical Education and Sport, Ethnologie Francaise, Concurrences, and the International Journal of Human Movement and Sports Sciences, and Retos, each of which had 2 (13,00 %) documents; while the largest number of citations was from Pelana et al, with 26 citations. The majority of studies focused on physical, technical, and biomechanical aspects. The most commonly appearing keywords included performance, athlete, performance characteristic, sport, optimum group performance, and psychological training plan. Regarding collaboration, 14 researchers were found to be cooperating on the same research topic. Conclusions. Petanque sports studies still require better research productivity and innovation to improve information and knowledge.

RGO/Curcumin/C60 has the potential to increase the absorption of heat energy. Tests have shown that without microwave induction treatment produces low activation energy due to its low absorption capacity of the electric field. As a result, the reaction rate is low and the level of molecular sensitivity is low. Inducing microwave to molecules during the 30 seconds, 60 seconds, and 90 seconds is a method of resetting the specific effective controlled compression ratio. This method effectively reduces the magnitude of the polarization value, at the same time, allowing for an increase in charge potential and electric field. Consequently, the specific-effective activation energy (α) depends on the activation energy (Ea′) and the relative energy (Ea′) of the compressed field. A quantum approach is used to explain the increase in reaction rates at the intersection of interaction energies and its influence on the mechanisms of entropy, coulomb energy, and Gibbs free energy.

ABSTRAK. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pertumbuhan dan perkembangan organ reproduksi ayam buras betina yang diberi flavonoid dari ekstrak limbah kedelai edamame. Penelitian dilakukan dalam dua tahap; kuantifikasi total flavonoid ekstrak limbah kedelai edamame dan eksperimen menggunakan ayam buras berumur 8-16 minggu. Rancangan penelitian yang digunakan adalah Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) terdiri atas empat kelompok umur dan lima perlakuan pemberian ekstrak limbah edamame per oral, dengan level 0% (P0), 0,02% (P1), 0,04% (P2), 0,08% (P3), dan 0,16% (P4) dari jumlah pakan yang diberikan. Variabel yang diamati yaitu pertambahan bobot badan (PBB), berat organ reproduksi, dan panjang saluran reproduksi. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan analisis varian dan uji lanjut menggunakan Duncan. Hasil uji kuantitatif menunjukkan bahwa ekstrak limbah edamame mengandung senyawa flavonoid dari golongan isoflavon dan secara kuantitatif diperoleh 40 ppm total flavonoid. Penggunaan ekstrak limbah edamame secara signifikan meningkatkan PBB, panjang saluran reproduksi, dan berat organ (P0,05). (Stimulus for reproductive organs growth of female domestic chickens through phytoestrogens application of isoflavones group from edamame waste extracts) ABSTRACT. This study aimed to access the growth and development of female domesticated chicken reproductive organs after being treated with the addition of flavonoid compound from extract of edamae waste. The research consisted of two experiments; quantification of flavonoids compounds in edamame waste and feeding trial using female domesticated chickens (aged 4-16 weeks). The later used Randomized Block Design, consisted of four groups and five treatments (addition of edamame waste extract at 0%, 0.02%, 0.04%, 0.08%, and 0.16% of the amount of feed given). The variables observed were body weight gain, reproductive organ weight, and reproductive tract length. The data obtained were analyzed using analysis of variance analysis of variance (ANOVA) and Duncan's test. The phytochemical test showed that the edamame waste extract contained flavonoid compounds from the isoflavone group. The addition of edamame waste extract significantly affected body weight gain, reproductive tract length, and reproductive organ weight (P0.05).

In some Eastern societies, character development is usually inseparable from people's religiosity. This research aims to reveal the role of school principals in creating student religiosity. This research uses a qualitative approach; data collection techniques are carried out through observation, involving oneself in learning activities, and interview techniques with several teachers and school principals. The collected data was validated using triangulation techniques, both sources, and techniques. This research reveals that, through example, the school principal has successfully motivated students to behave religiously. Second, the school has successfully formed students' character by applying ethics, discipline, and care. This research provides implications regarding the importance of the role of example in school principals' leadership to motivate students to behave religiously. This shows that school principals can be solid examples of students practicing religious values.

The preparation of Vocational School teacher candidates who have technical skills and employability skills begins with the learning process. This paper aims to formulate learning strategies based on scientific approach to strengthen employability skills for vocational school teacher candidates. This study employed a quantitative approach with a non-experimental survey design. The samples in the study consisted of 120 vocational teacher candidates in the Automotive Engineering Education Program, Faculty of Engineering, Semarang State University who took car body's electrical system practice course. Research data were collected with test questions, observation sheets and questionnaires. The research data were analysed using descriptive analysis, regression analysis. The results showed that the implementation of learning strategies with scientific approach significantly strengthen employability skills of vocational teacher candidates with a contribution of 22.0%, while the remaining 78% was influenced by other factors. The reinforcement of employability skills vocational teacher candidates resulted in the reinforcement of the competitiveness of prospective graduates. When they have become vocational teachers, they are able to produce competitive vocational school graduates in 4.0 industry era.

This study aims to determine the effect of adding methanol as an additive to biodiesel to the spray angle on the diesel fuel injector. The material used in this study was palm oil biodiesel and added methanol with a concentration variation of 5%; 10%; 15%; 20% and 25% of the volume of the mixture (500 mL). The first step is mixing methanol and biodiesel according to the variables (B100; B100M5; B100M10; B100M15; B100M20 and B100M25). Next, the mixture is injected into the simulation of the combustion chamber through the injector nozzle, then the fuel that enters the simulation of the combustion chamber is recorded with a high-speed camera so that an image of the spray angle is obtained. Based on the method that has been carried out, it is found that the addition of variations in the concentration of methanol has an effect on the fuel spray angle. The higher the concentration of methanol added to biodiesel, the greater the spray angle of the fuel mixture. Spray angle for B100; B100M5; B100M10; B100M15; B100M20 and B100M25 are 7.5018o; 10.4018o; 11.8462o; 13.6052o; 14.0148o; and 14.6206o, approximately. This is because with the addition of methanol with higher levels, the mass of oxygen gas will be even greater. The greater the mass of oxygen in the fuel, the easier it is for the fuel to burn.

This study examined the impact of top management characteristics on strategic change in public hospitals in Indonesia, focusing on the mediating role of performance measurement system (PMS) design. Questionnaires were distributed to 157 top managers from Indonesian regional public hospitals undergoing reform. The findings indicate that younger, short-tenured top managers with business administration backgrounds are likelier to lead the strategic change, specifically the shift from a defender to a prospector strategy. Additionally, PMS design partially mediates the relationship between top managers' age, educational background, and strategic change. However, no significant mediation effect of PMS design was observed in the relationship between top managers' tenure and strategic change. These results suggest that healthcare organisations should consider their top managers' characteristics when planning and implementing strategic change. The role of PMS design in facilitating strategic change should also be carefully evaluated, especially when considering younger and less tenured top managers as change leaders.

This research intended to investigate the dynamics and flame of the droplet combustion of methyl laurate - methyl oleate blended. Methyl oleate is an unsaturated FAME with a relatively long carbon chain, frequently found as the dominant component in various biodiesel. Meanwhile, methyl laurate is a saturated FAME with a shorter carbon chain, which is the main component in coconut oil biodiesel. The methyl oleate content in the droplets was varied by 0, 20, 40, 60, 80, and 100%. Visual observations and temperature measurements were conducted on the combustion of suspended droplets with a diameter of 1.24 mm. The droplet is supported by a thermocouple junction with a wire diameter of 0.1 mm. The experimental results show that increasing of the methyl oleate content increase the ignition delay time, burning time, thermal expansion of droplets as well as fluctuations in droplet diameter and combustion temperature. Ignition delay time has a much greater value than burning time. This parameter should be suppressed to obtain more complete combustion and cleaner exhaust emissions, especially in internal compression engine applications where the time available for the combustion process is very short. This can be obtained by increasing the percentage of methyl laurate in biodiesel.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kondisi awal pembelajaran sebelum menggunakan model Problem Based Learning (PBL), mengetahui proses pembelajaran, dan mengetahui hasil pembelajaran dengan menggunakan model Problem Based Learning (PBL) dalam pembelajaran IPAS pada siswa kelas IV A SDN 1 Cirendang Kecamatan Kuningan Kabupaten Kuningan. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui lembar observasi guru, lembar observasi siswa, dan soal tes hasil belajar dengan menggunakan analisis rumus persentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kondisi awal hasil belajar siswa sebelum menggunakan model Problem Based Learning (PBL) persentase kentuntasan belajarnya sebesar 37% (Kurang Baik). Proses pembelajaran dengan menggunakan model Problem Based Learning (PBL) untuk persentase aktivitas guru selama pembelajaran pada siklus I sudah mencapai 85,86% (Baik) dan mengalami peningkatan pada siklus II sebesar 96,73% (Baik Sekali). Sedangkan persentase aktivitas siswa selama proses pembelajan pada siklus I sudah mencapai 82,60% (Baik) dan mengalami peningkatan pada siklus II sebesar 94,56% (Baik Sekali). Selanjutnya hasil pembelajaran dengan menggunakan model Problem Based Learning (PBL) diperoleh persentase pada siklus I sudah mencapai 41% (Kurang baik) dan pada siklus II mengalami peningkatan menjadi 89% (Baik). Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa Peningkatan Hasil Belajar IPAS Melalui Model Pembelajaran Problem Based Learning (PBL) pada Siswa Kelas IV A SDN 1 Cirendang Kecamatan Kuningan Kabupaten Kuningan sudah tercapai.

The existence of mono-loyalty in the simultaneous system of centralization and decentralization in Indonesia is used by the authorities to control the bureaucratic structure. Several problems occur in personnel management, however. The existence of mono-loyalty also has implications for regional employment patterns. The changes in staffing patterns are highlighted in the Regional Government of the East Java Province through the Staff Agency Bureau (BKD) of the East Java Province. The study's aim is to describe the staffing pattern of the Regional Government of the East Java Province and evaluate its effectiveness. This study follows a descriptive design with a qualitative approach, and observations, interviews, and documentation were conducted to feed into the data-analysis process. The results revealed a paradigm shift in organizing and conducting government bureaucracy, followed by changes in staffing patterns in local government. The regional government of East Java Province has adopted an integrated pattern, one that combines elements of centralization and decentralization. The use of this pattern follows the theory of effectiveness, but in its implementation, there is no risk management that guides the continuity of the pattern in achieving the stated organizational goals.

In the present study, we analyzed the effect of using a hydroponic system inside a greenhouse and different photoperiod regimes with artificial light on the nutrient uptake of bok choy. Light duration treatment consisting of both sunlight and artificial light was applied to determine the optimal photoperiod for bok choy. Advanced technology—a wireless sensor network and Internet of Things—was used to monitor and maintain nutrient concentrations. Additionally, plant growth was evaluated using image processing technology. A higher amount of P was observed to be accumulated in plants grown in plots without photoperiod. Meanwhile, excessive photoperiod was found to reduce K content in plants. The optimal photoperiod in this study was 20:4 (light:dark), which is a combination of 12 h of sunlight and 8 h of artificial light. Additionally, image processing technology helped monitor plant growth. Pixel information in images can represent plant growth with a R2 value of >0.8. Further, the addition of photoperiod affects the dry weight of yields and growth rate, which is highly correlated to nutrient uptake, with R2 values of 0.84 and 0.72, respectively. The combination of artificial light and sunlight along with the optimal photoperiod can optimize the growth of bok choy with appropriate NPK uptake.

Background Greenhouse vertical farming under natural sunlight is an alternative farming technique that grows crops in a stacking column and extends in a vertical direction. Sunlight availability is one of the crucial factors for crop development in vertical farming. Therefore, this investigation aimed to examine the effect of sunlight availability on lettuce growth and yields at different levels of vertical shelves. Methods Six shelves were constructed with three levels: upper, middle and lower levels. Lettuces (Lactuca sativa L.) as ‘Baby Cos’ and ‘Green Oak’ at 14 days after sowing were planted on the three levels. The photosynthetic photon flux density (PPFD) was recorded, and the PPFD values were then converted to the daily light integral (DLI). Plant height and canopy width were measured three times at 14, 21 and 28 days after transplanting. At maturity, fresh weight (FW) was directly monitored after harvest. Results The results showed that the highest PPFD and DLI values were found at the upper level (PPFD 697 μmol m−2 s−1 and DLI 29 mol m−2 d−1) in comparison to the middle (PPFD 391 μmol m−2 s−1 and DLI 16 mol m−2 d−1) and lower (PPFD 322 μmol m−2 s−1 and DLI 13 mol m−2 d−1) levels. The lowest plant height and canopy width values were observed on the upper levels for both lettuce varieties during the three measurement dates. The middle (‘Baby Cos’ = 123.8 g plant−1 and ‘Green Oak’ = 190.7 g plant−1) and lower (‘Baby Cos’ = 92.9 g plant−1 and ‘Green Oak’ = 203.7 g plant−1) levels had the higher values of FW in comparison to the upper level (‘Baby Cos’ = 84.5 g plant−1 and ‘Green Oak’ = 97.3 g plant−1). The values of light use efficiency (LUE) showed an increased trend from the upper to lower levels in both varieties, with values of ‘Baby Cos’ of 0.10 g mol−1 in the upper level, 0.28 g mol−1 in the middle level and 0.26 g mol−1 in the lower level and ‘Green Oak’ of 0.12 g mol−1 in the upper level, 0.44 g mol−1 in the middle level and 0.57 g mol−1 in the lower level. The findings of the study indicated the viability of utilizing vertical shelves for lettuce production.

The present study aimed to investigate the relationship between burnout, career readiness, and depressive symptoms among Arabic language learners in Indonesia. The study used a cross-sectional design and surveyed a sample of Arabic language learners. Results of the study suggest that there is a moderate to low positive correlation between burnout, career readiness, and depressive symptoms, with burnout having a stronger correlation with career readiness and depressive symptoms than career readiness does with depressive symptoms. Additionally, the results suggest that burnout is a significant predictor of career readiness. However, the relationship between burnout and career readiness, through depression, is weak. These findings provide valuable insights into the relationship between burnout, career readiness, and depressive symptoms among Arabic language learners in Indonesia, but it is important to consider the limitations of the study, such as the small sample size, when interpreting the results. Future research should aim to address these limitations in order to gain a more comprehensive understanding of the relationship between these concepts.

Research aims: This research aims to investigate the effectiveness of implementing management control practices (MPCs) and examine whether MPC is possible and how MPCs as a package "fit” with the strategic choices of Local Community Service Agency (BLUD) public hospitals (PHs) in Indonesia. Design/Methodology/Approach: This study applied mixed-method research with a sequential explanatory strategy. Quantitative data were collected through self-administered questionnaires distributed to 29 top management team members of eight BLUD PHs in East Java and Bali, Indonesia. Meanwhile, qualitative data were generated by conducting a semi-structured interview with four selected top management team members of BLUD PHs. The data were then analyzed quantitatively and qualitatively by implementing profile deviation analysis, cluster analysis, ordinal regression analysis, and content analysis. Research findings: Quantitatively, the researchers found a negative correlation, yet insignificant, between the “misfit” of MCPs and strategy and management control effectiveness. Thus, the “fit” hypothesis was not supported. Qualitatively, the researchers revealed that BLUD PHs extensively used MCPs and employed them in various ways, including cultural, administrative, and dominantly cybernetic controls. Finally, it can be concluded that using cybernetic controls as a dominant practice is unsuitable for the strategy chosen by BLUD PHs in Indonesia. Practical and Theoretical contribution/Originality: This study expands upon what has already been explored in the management control literature concerning how MCPs might be configured to align with organizational strategy, especially in the context of public healthcare organizations. Practically, the reformed PHs in Indonesia are expected to understand better the structure and characteristics of the BLUD-based financial management environment. It is essential for organizations, as it helps them figure out exactly how their management control practices and organizational strategies fit together. Research limitation: Due to the low questionnaire and interview participation, mixed-methods research was underutilized in this study.

This study examines audit quality in the public sector. The theory used in this study is quality, which aims to examine political pressure in weakening the influence of independence, integrity, competence, and professionalism on audit quality. The data in this study were taken using a survey by distributing questionnaires to 123 BPK examiners in the Maluku and North Sulawesi regions and analyzed using Moderate regression analysis with Smart PLS 4. The results showed that independence, integrity, competence, and professionalism affected audit quality. In moderation, political pressure has been shown to moderate integrity on audit quality but not as a moderating variable for the effect of independence, competence, and professionalism on audit quality.

Property stocks are an attractive alternative investment for investors who want passive income. Investors' decisions focus not only on maximizing returns but also on reducing risk. This study examines the extent to which macroeconomic factors affect stock performance by comparing the effectiveness of the Fama–French five-factor model (5FF) and Fama–French seven-factor model (7FF) in estimating returns. This study also verifies Fisher's theory in the context of property and real estate stocks. The research data used are property and real estate stocks in the Indonesian capital market. The data are processed using the OLS estimation method, and Akaike's Information Criterion (AIC) is used to choose the optimal model. The results show that property and real estate stocks in Indonesia with negative profitability at all quantiles can hedge inflation and interest rates. However, the interest rates are not the only factor affecting the market risk. The 7FF model is better at explaining the variability of stock portfolio returns. This research makes an essential contribution to the financial literature in Indonesia, particularly in the context of portfolio management in the property and real estate sector. Study purpose. Examining the physiological and physical effects of Tabata training with Kempo sports movement techniques. Materials and methods. The study participants were 16 adolescents divided into two distinct groups: the Tabata group and the non-Tabata group. The training was conducted for 6 weeks, 3 times per week, with each session lasting 2 hours. The training components for kicks and punches included Gyaku Geri, Jun Mawashi Geri, Jun Zuki, and Gyaku Mawashi Geri. Each teenager did physical exercise once a week for 2 hours. A normality test (Shapiro-Wilk) was used to assess the normality of the data. A Two-Way ANOVA with a significance level of less than 0.05 was conducted to examine the difference in means between the two groups. Furthermore, the researchers also tested the N-Gain Score to assess the effectiveness of the 6-week Tabata training program. All tests were conducted using SPSS version 23 and GraphPad Prisma version 10 for graph creation. Results. The statistics indicate that a 6-week training with Tabata can effectively reduce resting heart rate and improve Standing Broad Jump (SBJ) performance by a value of sig.

Plastic waste and scrap tires (ST) have now become pollution that harms the environment in various cities around the world if not managed properly. As pollutants, the two types of waste are actually very interesting to manage because they contain hydrocarbon elements so that they can be processed and have the potential to become alternative fuels. This study aims to determine the effect of co-pyrolysis of scrap tires (ST) and polypropylene (PP) plastic on the distribution of products in the form of oil and char/charcoal. The pyrolysis process was carried out at a temperature of 450℃ for 90 minutes using a fixed bed pyrolysis reactor with ST:PP mixing variations, namely 9:1, 8:2, 7:3, 6:4, and 5:5. The maximum pyrolysis product yield in the form of oil as much as 40.7 Wt% was obtained at a 6:4 mixing variation followed by a 7:3 (36.7 Wt%) mixing variation, then a 5:5 variant (36 Wt%), after that an 8:2 variant (34.3 Wt%) and the last is the 9:1 mixing variation with a total of 28.3 Wt%. For the maximum pyrolysis product in the form of char as much as 42.6 Wt% obtained at 9:1 mixing variation followed by 7:3 mixing variation (41 Wt%) after that 8:2 variant with 38.7 Wt%, then 6:4 with the amount of 27.7 Wt%, and the last is the mixing variation of 5:5 to obtain the char result of 18.3 Wt%. Physical properties of pyro-oil in the form of density and calorific value will also be shown in this study.

This study aims to identify the activities of the tofu and tempeh industry that can be used as a source of economics learning in senior high school, and how the design of environmental-based student worksheets. This study uses a qualitative method that is carried out on tofu and tempeh craftsmen in Cisambeng Village, Majalengka Regency. The subjects in this study were the community of tofu and tempeh craftsmen. The data collection techniques in this study are participatory observation, in-depth interviews, documentation, also interview instruments, observation instruments, recordings, and cameras are used. The data analysis technique in this study uses the Miles and Huberman model which includes data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that various economics activities can be found in the tofu and tempeh industry in Cisambeng Village, Majalengka Regency which can be used as learning resources in economics subjects in senior high school. Suggestions for other researchers are to be able to continue this research in terms of utilizing environmental-based learning resources in the form of Students’ worksheets in order to assist in the process of learning economics

Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif, penelitian deskriptif kualitatif hanya menggunakan satu variabel, peneliti melakukan penelitian dengan prosedur pengumpulan data dari observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi kepada pelatih, pelatih, atlet, dan orang tua atlet. peneliti akan mendeskripsikan pengelolaan pada senam artistik Kota Kediri Tahun 2022. Hasil penelitian ini berdasarkan hasil data yang diperoleh bahwa pengelolaan pada senam artistic Kota Kediri Tahun 2022 sudah berjalan dengan baik. bahwa dalam upaya fungsi manajemen terdapat perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, dan pengawasan yang telah dilaksanakan dengan baik. Ideation is a new way of thinking involving the diffusion of these ideas through social interaction in local, culturally homogeneous communities. Making decisions about behavior depends on ideation factors. This study aimed to determine ideation factors associated with long-acting contraceptive behavior among family planning (FP) clients in East and North Jakarta. The data was derived from the "My Choice District Mini-Survey" conducted in East and North Jakarta between November and December 2016. The sample involved 720 women from both districts using a multi-stage cluster sampling process. An ideation factor was constructed from knowledge, attitude, social support, and interpersonal discussion on "Long Acting and Reversible Contraception" (LARC). A logistic regression analysis was performed to identify the most dominant factors associated with long-acting contraceptive behavior. This study found that the number of family planning clients who used LARC was 223 (30%). Of the percentage of using LARC attributed to each ideational score, the highest was 47%, and the lowest was 11%. The knowledge of LARC that can be used for spacing was the strongest ideation variable with Adjusted Odds Ratio (AOR) = 4.55 (95% CI = 3.13 -6.61; p-value =0.000); followed by limiting with AOR 3.46 (95% CI 1.61 - 7.45; p-value= 0.001). The study confirmed the correlation between ideation factors on LARC and its use. To increase the number of LARC users, we should improve the supply side program by increasing FP clients' knowledge about LARC and shifting attitudes on LARC into positives.

Marriage is a natural law that must occur and be carried out by every human being without exception, including for the people of the Baduy Tribe. For the Baduy tribe who adhere to customs and culture, marriage is arranged in such a way that the procedure must be in accordance with applicable customary provisions. The procedure for marriage, starting from the proposal process to fostering a household, is regulated in the binding provisions of Baduy customary institutions. The bride and groom are chosen by their parents, in practice the bride and groom will pronounce the creed, witnessed by Naib as the head. The marriages they carry out are not registered or do not have a marriage book, as is generally the case for marriages carried out by citizens in Indonesia, this is because they collide with what they believe. The implementation of the marriage contract and reception for the bride and groom was carried out at the Traditional Hall led by Pu'un to ratify the marriage. In terms of the marriage system, the Baduy people do not recognize polygamy and divorce. However, they are only allowed to remarry if one of them dies.

MMEs have an important role in the Indonesian economy. MMEs Batik Tegal is a business that has high cultural value, and according to BPS data from Tegal Regency, it is stated that the Processing Business ranks the highest where Batik products are the first in Tegal Regency. This study aims to examine the effect of credit, coaching and marketing strategies on the performance of Batik Tegalan SMEs in Tegal Regency. This study uses primary data with a questionnaire method. Questionnaires were obtained from 70 respondents who are owners of MMSE Batik Tegalan who use the facilities of Microfinance Institutions and other Financial Institutions, already have a place of business. The analysis method in this study uses multiple linear regression analysis. The result showed significant effects of credit, coaching, and marketing strategy variables on the performance of Batik Tegalan SMEs in Tegal Regency, which can be seen at the significance level value

Objectives. This study aimed to prove the effect of contrast training using conventional deadlifts and air rowers on the increase of leg muscle strength and VO2max in rowing athletes. Materials and methods. This study used a true-experimental method with a two-group pretest-posttest approach, involving a control group design. A total of 22 rowing athletes, aged 19-23 years, and recruited from the Surabaya City training centre, were involved in the study. The athletes received a contrast training intervention with a high intensity of 85-90% 1RM, conducted thrice per week for a six-week period. Leg strength and back strength, leg power, and VO2max were evaluated between pre- and post-intervention in each study group. Results. The results showed that leg strength and back strength, leg power, and VO2max were found to be significantly improved after performing a contrast exercise intervention compared to the control group (p ≤ 0.05). Conclusions. These findings suggest that contrast training combining conventional deadlifts and air rowers is an effective method of increasing leg muscle strength and power, as well as VO2max in rowing athletes, so that it can provide benefits to enhance the explosive strength and aerobic endurance of these athletes. An infectious respiratory disease called Covid-19 is brought on by the SARS-CoV-2 virus. It is thought that the rare Covid-19 Omicron variant is a global epidemic since it is disseminating so swiftly and broadly. It is essential that the community receives timely and accurate information on Covid -19. Because handwritten reports in Excel format are still used for Covid-19 patient data collection, it is difficult to reliably and effectively gather data. Comprehensive and in-depth Covid-19 data will be provided for the Cileungsi sub-district in the Bogor Regency as part of this project. The prototype approach was chosen for this study because it provides a method for quickly and gradually developing apps and allows user-direct evaluation. Since Leaflet can be trusted to display data in the form of a spatial map and its attributes, it will be utilized to build the application. The use of the MySQL database will significantly aid in the storage of map data in the form of spatial and other general data. The software will be simpler to use for the general public if data is displayed in a user-friendly, interactive, real-time GIS map format.

PPKM is the Indonesian government's policy to deal with the spread of the coronavirus since early 2021. Until now, PPKM is still the main topic to prevent the spread of COVID-19. This policy has generated various responses from the public, especially on Twitter. A sentiment analysis process is needed to process the text obtained from Twitter. Sentiment analysis is a form of representation of text mining and text processing. This study aims to analyze public sentiment towards PPKM through data obtained from Twitter using the multi-class SVM algorithm. In implementing multi-class SVM, an analysis of the Polynomial and RBF kernels was carried out on the One Against One and One Against Rest methods which showed that the combination of One Against Rest and the Polynomial kernel was obtained the best accuracy, which was 98.9%. Unlike the case with the combination of One Against One and Kernel RBF, which obtained the worst accuracy, 77.6%. The best model produces precision, recall, and f1-score values ​​of 97%, 98%, and 97%. Based on the confusion matrix results, the best model has a positive class distribution = 912, neutral = 51, and negative = 26. Overall, the polynomial kernel model produces higher accuracy; both applied to the One Against One and One Against Rest methods. In contrast, the RBF kernel model produces lower accuracy and is significantly different when applied to the One Against One and One Against Rest methods. The model results show that public sentiment towards the PPKM policy is positive to be continued consistently to suppress the spread of the COVID-19 virus.
