The Da Vinci Code Novel is one of the famous works from Dan Brown, it narrates about the conflict between Priory of Sion and the church a long time ago. The novel would show us the sacred of Holy Grail which has been covered and the mystery of the codes. The conflict of faith is something that makes the novel complicated and more interesting to read. a faith is also important in determining people’s life because it is an attitude even though it is not always true, thus it cannot become a standard of truth. The writer uses New Criticism approach to find the main problem and conflicts related to research question. The writer also uses a qualitative method to describe the finding. In the end of the study, the writer finds that The Da Vinci Code novel have several faiths reflected, namely; (1) the last supper painting that breaks people’s faith, (2) holy grail and the secret of Christianity’s faith, (3) the priory of sion as the guardian, and (4) the truth of faith. At the same time, the main problem in the novel is a different perspective on the Holy Grail due to the lack of relevant information and their long-established faith, thus they assume that it is true. We cannot claim either of them was wrong because it refers to their own needs. In fact, there is no absolute truth for human being, it is because the truth we have is only own perspective and it does not apply for everyone.

Background:Child malnutrition contributes to elevated rates of mortality and morbidity, profoundly affecting child welfare. Maternal childcare knowledge and practices play a pivotal role in addressing this issue. Objective:This study aims to evaluate the impact of the mHealth App on maternal knowledge and practices in child care. Method:A randomized controlled trial was conducted in Yogyakarta, Indonesia, from May to August 2022. Mother-child pairs were assigned to either the intervention (n=100) or control (n=100) groups. Data on maternal knowledge and practices were collected at baseline, follow-up 1, and follow-up 2. Maternal knowledge was assessed using a structured questionnaire covering child growth and development, while feeding practices were evaluated using a yes-no checklist. The analysis of maternal knowledge and practices involved mean difference, t-test, and general estimating equations in STATA-15. Result:The results revealed a consistent increase in knowledge and practice scores between follow-ups 1 and 2. The mHealth application significantly enhanced maternal knowledge about child growth, development, and feeding at follow-up 2 compared to baseline, with improvements of 1.42 (CI 95% 1.34-1.89), 1.32 (CI 95% 1.22-1.72), and 1.45 (CI 95% 1.34-2.42), respectively. Additionally, growth and development monitoring practices increased by 0.80 (CI 95% 0.08-0.99) and 0.98 (CI 95% 0.21-0.99). Conclusion:The mHealth application significantly enhances maternal knowledge and practices related to child growth, development, and feeding. The population and samples in this study were all 10 sprint athletes in the Indonesian National Paralympic Committee (NPC) 10 men. The sampling technique uses purposive samples, as it takes into account the characteristics of the sexes. The quasi-experimental method with a quantitative approach, as for the design of this study using pretest-posttest one group design. Data analysis techniques use descriptive statistics and inferential statistics. Descriptive analysis aims to describe the characteristics of this study while inferential analysis uses paired one sample test (t_test) at a significant level of α = 0.05, and overall data analysis uses the SPSS program version 26.0. The results of this study can be concluded that the period of laden training can increase the running speed of 100 meters of Indonesian NPC athletes. However, it is necessary to conduct further research taking into account the training environment, psychological factors of athletes, and other physical condition factors associated with the improvement of the 100-meter run of Indonesian National Paralympic Committee (NPC) athletes.

Lack of good dribbling skills will affect soccer match victory. The researchers aimed to determine the relationship between eye-foot coordination, leg muscle strength, agility, and the dribbling skills of 20 Football School (SSB) players. Research data were collected using the eye-foot coordination test, leg muscle strength test, mobility test, and dribbling skill test. The data was analyzed using the product-moment correlation and multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed a significant relationship between the eye-foot coordination and dribbling skills of SSB players. Also, there was a substantial relationship between leg muscle strength and dribbling skills of SSB players. Furthermore, there was a significant relationship between agility and dribbling skills of SSB players. Lastly, SSB players had a significant relationship between eye-foot coordination, leg muscle strength, agility, and dribbling skills. This study concludes that good dribbling skills become the basic requirement for soccer players.

The Boundaries are important in maintaining national stability and security. Conflicts over territorial boundaries are common, both between countries and between provinces and regencies/cities. This is one of the important issues that have escaped the attention of the government so that various disputes arise between the community and the political elite at the border. The conflicts that occur are more caused by the triggering factor of boundary disputes, which in general have not been resolved due to the problem of resolving boundary lines due to different perceptions of the community and political elites. Boundary conflicts are usually very vulnerable if the contested area has excellent natural and economic resource potential. The purpose of this study is to describe the factors that cause conflict and the urgency of affirming boundaries and describe resolution efforts in efforts to resolve boundaries through regulation and non-regulation. The method used is a qualitative method with a descriptive type of approach through literature study. Based on the research results, it is understood that conflict resolution is used through two channels, namely: Non-litigation settlement of boundary conflicts and litigation settlement, Non-litigation is also called conflict resolution through government administration, in this case, mediated by the Ministry of Home Affairs and the Governor. While conflict resolution by litigation through judicial review and lawsuits filed by the parties to the Supreme Court or the Constitutional Court. The role of the government in resolving regional border conflicts is as a facilitator in the context of investigating conflicted cases, as well as a mediator in negotiations in resolving boundary conflicts

Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini dilakukan berdasarkan hasil observasi dan diskusi dengan mitra terkait dengan pembelajaran di SLBN Karanganyar dan Sukoharjo. Pembelajaran olahraga pada anak berkebutuhan khusus dilakukan sesuai dengan karakteristik dan perkembangan anak melalui pembelajaran yang dimodifikasi salah satunya permainan tradisional. Dalam rangka penguatan olahraga tradisional telah dilakukan upaya pendataan dan standarisasi olahraga tradisional. Selanjutnya perlu dilakukan pemasyarakatan olahraga tradisional melalui kegiatan invitasi dan festival olahraga tradisional. Permainan dan permainan tradisional yang diadakan oleh kelompok etnis tertentu di Indonesia, dipertunjukkan, diperkenalkan, dan dipertandingkan kepada penonton. Pewarisan sosial merupakan bagian penting dalam menjaga kesinambungan nilai budaya dan pembangunan karakter bangsa, termasuk olahraga tradisional. Dalam konteks ini, menempatkan olahraga tradisional sebagai bagian dari kurikulum olahraga di tingkat sekolah tanpa terkecuali pada sekolah luar biasa dalam hal ini merupakan hal yang penting dilakukan. Tujuan dilakukan PkM ini untuk mensosialisasikan olahraga tradisional pada anak berkebutuhan khusus salah satunya permainan gobak sodor. Metode yang digunakan pada pengabdian kepada masyarakat menggunakan wawancara, dokumentasi, dan angket. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Sosialisasi Permainan Tradisional Untuk Anak Berkebutuhan Khusus sangat antusias mengikuti permainan gobak sodor.

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilakukan berdasarkan diskusi dengan mitra terkait dengan kendala yang dialami oleh guru dalam memfasilitasi anak untuk melakukan aktivitas gerak salah satunya untuk meningkatkan kemampuan motorik dengan pendekatan bermaian, secara tidak langsung rasa senang tersebut merupakan media anak untuk belajar meningkatkan kemampuan motorik anak. Mencermati situasi seperti ini peneliti memberikan solusi berupa alternatif melalui pelatihan olahraga renang untuk meningkatkan kemampuan motoric dengan pendekatan bermain. Karena olahraga renang tidak hanya berbicara tentang kegiatan pengembangan kebugaran fisik terkait peningkatan kemampuan motorik saja, tetapi juga berkaitan dengan penguatan jati diri bangsa di era globalisasi ini. Fungsi pengenalan olahraga renang pada anak usia dini salah satunya untuk meningkatkan kemampuan motorik. Kegiatan penelitian dan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman kepada orangtua, guru, dan anak usia dini olahraga renang. Pengumpulan data menggunakan metode dokumentasi, wawancara, dan angket. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa olahraga renang dapat meningkatkan kemampuan motoric anak usia dini

Orangutan is a great ape that has anatomical and physiological aspects similar to those of gorillas and chimpanzees, although orangutan is more arboreal than other great apes. This research aims to study the morphofunctional characteristics of the lower hindlimb and foot muscles of Bornean orangutan and its relation to the type of locomotion and daily behavior. This research was conducted on the right leg of a male orangutan by observing the morphology of the lower hindlimb and foot muscles and observing the behavior of the Bornean orangutan through video observations. The results showed that digital flexor muscles are more developed than plantar flexor muscles as an adaptation towards arboreal activities that require finger flexor movements such as gripping tree branches. Orangutans have rudimentary hallux, which is related by the less developed intrinsic muscle and indicated by the way orangutan grips tree branches dominantly using digits II-V. At a certain time, male Bornean orangutans are active on terrestrial that causes the digital extensor muscles to have more developed as an adaptation to terrestrial activity. It can be concluded the morphology of the lower hindlimb and foot muscles is in accordance to its function and behavior adaptation in arboreal and terrestrial.

The purpose of this study was to determine the profile of the physical condition of athletes in the city of Tangerang in preparation for the sports week of Banten province in 2022. The research method used quantitative descriptive, the population and sample in this study were 40 athletes of Porprov Banten, and the sampling technique used purposive sampling by taking into account the characteristics gender, namely 20 sons and 20 daughters, while the data collection technique was through tests and anthropometric measurements and components of physical condition. Data analysis uses descriptive frequency analysis using the formula where P is the percentage sought, F = Frequency and N = Number of samples, overall descriptive analysis of frequency using Microsoft Excel 2019. The results of this study can be concluded that (i) anthropometry consisting of height and weight; and (ii) the physical condition component consists of leg muscle explosive power, abdominal muscle strength, endurance, agility, and speed. This study only involves physical and anthropometric components, for further research by considering social, family, psychological and related environmental factors in improving the achievements of Banten Province athletes

The purpose of this study is to analyze the strength and endurance of new students of FKIP sports education at The University of Muhammadiyah Surakarta in 2020 which includes arm muscle strength, abdominal muscle strength, and maximum oxygen volume ability (VO2max). This research is descriptive research using the closeness of quantitative research types. The sample in this study is all new students of FKIP UMS sports education in 2020 numbered 141 people. Teknik collection uses push-up tests to measure arm muscle strength, sit-up tests to measure abdominal muscle strength, and MFT (multistage fitness test) running tests. Teknik data analysis uses frequency descriptive analysis with the help of excel 2019 Microsoft software. The results of this study can be concluded: (i) the strength of new students POR FKIP as a whole is a moderate category obtained from the push-up test with a percentage of 36.88 %; (ii) sit up tests with a percentage of 36.17%, and (iii) endurance freshmen POR UMS category good category with a percentage of 34.75%. But in this study, it is necessary to pay attention to the quality of other physical conditions, namely flexibility, agility, speed, and psychology of students and those related in this study on physical tests and sports ability.

The purpose of this study was to find out the impact of balance exercises on the achievements of kayaking athletes 200 meters. The method used in this study is a survey using correlational. The sample selected was by criteria of the number of kayakers participating in the National Training Center for rowing in 2019, as many as 28 male athletes. Data analysis using a simple correlation with a significant level of 0.05, overall analysis of this data uses the help of SPSS program version 20.00. The finding is that the R Square value (determination coefficient) is 0.712, which means 71.2% of the total performance variation of 200m kayakers is caused by a simple correlate relationship with variable balance. This means that 71.2% of balance data has a direct influence on the performance of kayakers 200m in 2019 and the remaining 28.8% or (100% - 71.2% = 28.8%) caused by other factors such as weather conditions, mental condition, boat conditions, nutrition, recovery, athlete health conditions, and others

Abstract The process of learning for English Specific Purposes is not optimal because of planning in learning tha could not be relevant to the student's field of science. It is necessary to analyze the needs of students towards learning English with a special purpose. The purpose of this study was to see the students' needs for ESP learning. The object of this research was the students of the Medical Laboratory Technology Study Program, 2019/2020 academic year in Politeknik Kesehatan Muhammadiyah Makassar. This research used descriptive qualitative method. The data collecting techniques were questionnaires and interviews. Data were classified as student needs for learning English identified. The description of the results of student needs was used as a reference for planning the teaching materials.

Ketersediaan stok ikan sidat kaca di muara Sungai Cimandiri cukup berlimpah. Benih ikan ini apabila dikelola dan dimanfaatkan dengan baik dapat memberikan kontribusi yang besar bagi kesejahteraan masyarakat di sekitarnya. Pakan menjadi faktor kunci untuk menopang kelangsungan hidup dan pertumbuhan benih. Informasi tentang pakan yang tepat untuk ikan Sidat Kaca sangat dibutuhkan untuk manajemen pakan benih bagi budidaya pembesaran benih sidat. Penelitian ini mengkaji makanan alami ikan Sidat Kaca di muara Sungai Cimandiri. Sampel ikan diambil dari Muara Sungai Cimandiri, Pelabuhan Ratu, Jawa Barat dari bulan Oktober hingga Desember 2013. Analisis isi saluran pencernaan dilakukan menggunakan metode gabungan, yaitu frekuensi kejadian dan volumetrik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa jenis makanan alami yang ditemukan dalam saluran pencernaan ikan sidat kaca adalah kelompok fitoplankton dari kelas Cyanophyceae, Oscilatoria, Coscinosdiscus, dan Rhizocllonium, Bacillariophycea, Navicula, dan Synedra, dan Clorophyceae Chorella, sedangkan dari kelompok zooplankton yaitu Notholca sp., Nauplius sp.. Pada fase Sidat Kaca, ukuran makanannya berkisar 3,7 – 90,0 µm atau berkisar 1,1% - 24,7% dari lebar bukaan mulutnya.

The study aimed to analyze the dynamics of the development of cortical and medullary cells of adrenal gland in the long-tailed macaque (Macaca fascicularis) during pre- and postnatal period. The samples of adrenal glands were taken from 5 fetuses aged 70, 85, 100, 120, and 150 days of gestation, a newborn aged 10, and an infant aged 105 days old. The samples of the adrenal glands were stained with hematoxylin-eosin and Masson trichrome (Goldner’s modification). The results showed that the fetal adrenal cortex consisted of a definitive and fetal zones, but in the late gestation (fetus aged 150 days of gestation), the transitional zone appeared between both zones. At the postnatal period, the definitive zone changed to glomerulosa zone, while the outer cells of the transitional zone changed to fasciculata zone which radially arranged. The results indicated that the fetal zone was present until birth and it will disappear gradually after birth. The medullary cells were found at the fetal stages as an irregular structure of small islands of chromaffin cells in the fetal zone. This structure migrated slowly to the center of the adrenal glands. The characteristics of mature chromaffin cells were found in the adrenal glands at postnatal period. In conclusion, the cortex adrenal of the newborn of long-tailed macaque consisted of zona glomerulosa, zona fasciculata, zona transitional, and the remaining fetal zone that has dissapeared gradually after birth.

Penyakit stroke diakibatkan oleh penyempitan pembuluh darah ke otak banyak disebakan oleh beberapa faktor risiko salah satunya hipertensi. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui gambaran tekanan darah pada pasien stroke di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah kabupaten Ciamis tahun 2016. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua pasien stroke di RSUD kabupaten Ciamis. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan accidental sampling yaitu sebanyak 47 orang yang sesuai dengan kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi. Hasil penelitian frekuensi tertinggi yaitu bahwa jenis kelamin berhubungan dengan tekanan darah dengan nilai P = 0.000, usia memiliki hubungan dengan tekanan darah dengan P = 0,000, sebanyak 27 orang (57,5%) berkategori tekanan darah tinggi. Disimpulkan bahwa jenis kelamin dan usia memiliki hubungan dengan tekanan darah pada pasien pasca stroke, ratarata pasien pasca stroke memiliki tekanan darah yang tinggi. Stroke disease caused by narrowing of the arteries to the brain, caused by the many one of several risk factors of hypertension. The purpose of this study to describe blood pressure in stroke patients in hospitals Ciamis Regency Year 2016. The design of this research use descriptive research. The population in this study were all stroke patients in hospitals Ciamis District. Sampling using accidental sampling as many as 47 people who fit the criteria of inclusion and exclusion. The highest frequency of research results is that the sexes are associated with blood pressure values P value 0.000, age has a relationship with blood pressure with a P value of 0.000, as many as 27 people (57.5%) categorized as high blood pressure. In conclusion gender and age have a relationship with blood pressure in post-stroke patients, the average post-stroke patients have high blood pressure.

Negara Kesatuan Republik Indonesia dalam melaksanakan pemerintahan, dibentuk pemerintah daerah. Pemerintah Daerah dibagi atas daerah provinsi dan daerah kabupaten/kota, berdasarkan asas desentralisasi, dekonsentrasi dan tugas pembantuan, untuk menjalankan kewenangan dari pemerintah pusat, salah satunya yaitu tentang pembuatan kebijakan, untuk mengatur segala urusan dan wewenang daerah di tingkat provinsi maupun tingkat kabupaten/kota. Kegiatan pertambangan di kawasan Gunung Merapi berdampak pada kerusakan alam, Pemerintah Kabupaten Magelang mengeluarkan kebijakan berupa PERBUB Magelang Nomor 26 Tahun 2014 Tentang Usaha Pertambangan Pada Kawasan Gunung Merapi Di Kabupaten Magelang. Dari penelitian di Desa Keningar, Banyudono, dan Ngargomulyo, dengan metode Yuridis Sosiologis bahwa kegiatan pertambangan disana tidak memiliki izin. Faktor pendukung penegakannya yaitu masyarakat setuju pelarangan penggunaan alat berat sehingga masyarakat dapat bekerja sebagai penambang manual dan bisa menekan kerusakan alam. Faktor penghambatnya yaitu setelah berlakunya Undang-Undang Nomor 23 Tahun 2014 Tentang Pemerintah Daerah, pengelolaan sumber daya alam menjadi wewenang Pemerintah Provinsi, sehingga kedudukan PERBUB tidak mempunyai kekuatan hukum, perizinan menjadi wewenang Pemerintahan Provinsi. Upaya yang dapat dilakukan yaitu Pemerintah Provinsi melakukan penyesuaian peraturan teknis pelaksanaannya, koordinasi antara Pemerintah Provinsi dan Pemerintah Kabupaten mengatur pertambangan, dan peran Pemerintah Desa untuk melakukan sosialisasi menjaga kelestarian alam agar dapat mengendalikan kegiatan pertambangan.

The objective of this study is to observe the relationship of development of adrenocorticotropic hormone (ACTH) cells of adenohypophysis–adrenal cortex axis during pre and postnatal period of longtailed monkey (Macaca fascicularis). Five fetuses aged 70, 85, 100, 120, and 150 days of gestation and 2 new born aged 10 and 105 days old were used as research materials. The sections of the pituitary gland stained immunohistochemically using human ACTH antiserum and the adrenal glands stained by Hematoxylin-Eosin procedures. At the fetus 120 days old, the ACTH cells and blood vessel of fetal adenohypophysis developed well and its similar that found in older age. This condition suggested distributing the ACTH to whole body optimally. At the same time, the adrenal cortex cells of fetus 120 days old were active in proliferation and differentiation processes to form transition zone that lies between definitive and fetal zones, and central vein also developed in adrenal gland. In fetus aged 150 days, the cortex adrenal structure was similar with found in older fetus. The adenohypophysis ACTH cells developed earlier than adrenal cortex and their secretion suggested influencing the development of adrenal cortex cells of long-tailed monkey.

Study purpose. The study was aimed to identify exercise techniques used to improve the physical condition of volleyball players through literature studies. Materials and methods. A systematic review of these previous studies was conducted. We studied articles published between 2014 and 2023 that explained how to prepare volleyball players to have better physical condition. Scopus, Web of Science, Google Scholar, and PubMed were used for the electronic search. We collected all the articles that discussed how to improve physical performance through exercise. Results. To improve the physical condition of volleyball players, 50 publications used exercise techniques, which were categorized based on the physical condition that was evaluated and repaired. The following techniques are some of the ones that can be used: Neuromuscular, unilateral and bilateral, ballistic, plyometric exercises, combined weight and plyometric, mixed training with optimal load, COD & plyometric complex, strength, combined strength, eccentric trainings, repetitive sprint, resistant/non-resistant sprint, resistance training, exercises with elastic band, core training, combined core training; small-sided games training, aerobic interval training, blood flow restriction, intermittent training, and anaerobic speed endurance. Conclusions. Following a thorough analysis, a number of training regimens were found to be effective in enhancing volleyball players' physical attributes, including muscular strength, aerobic and anaerobic endurance, speed and acceleration, explosive power, flexibility, agility, and balance.
