Durian and Ginger Peel Vegetable Insecticides to Control Horn Beetle Larvae The aim of this study was to determine the effectiveness of the use of durian peel extract and ginger extract to control horn beetle larvae (O. rhinoceros). This research was conducted at the Laboratory of the Faculty of Agriculture, Al-Azhar University. The study used a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) Non Factorial consisting of 3 levels, as follows: D0J0 (Control), D1 (15 ml of durian peel extract L.air-1), D2 (20 ml of durian peel extract L.air-1) , D3 (25 ml durian peel extract L. water-1), J1 (15 ml ginger extract L. water-1), J2 (20 ml ginger extract L. water-1), J3 (25 ml ginger extract L. water -1). Parameters observed were the proportion of mortality of O. rhinoceros larvae and time of initial death (LT50). The results of the study showed that the proportion of mortality of O. rhinoceros larvae to treatment had a significant effect, while the proportion of mortality was significantly different with all treatments. The fastest initial time of death occurred in treatment D3, namely 1,293 HSA in the range 1,248–1,328 HAS.

Trauma yang diakibatkan bencana banjir bandang di Desa Damaran Baru Kecamatan Timang Gajah Kabupaten Bener Meriah telah menggerakkan hati masyarakat untuk menjaga hutan di sekitar tempat tinggal mereka. Para perempuan bergerak melindungi kampung dengan membentuk Lembaga Pengelolaan Hutan Kampung (LPHK). Permasalahan pencegahan atau konservasi lingkungan melalui jalur edukasi (pendidikan) belum dilaksanakan secara formal. Tujuan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah menyusun Kompetensi Konservasi lingkungan melalui Focus Group Discussion (FGD) dan Melakukan Pelatihan model Pembelajaran Konservasi Lingkungan Berbasis Lesson Study kepada mitra yaitu Lembaga Pengelolaan Hutan Kampung Damaran Baru yang beranggotakan 20 orang. Hasil pengabdian berupa tersedianya modul pembelajaran konservasi berbasis local wisdom bagi perempuan-perempuan penjaga hutan di Desa Damaran Baru. Tahapan dalam pelatihan pembelajaran kepada perempuan penjaga hutan dan juga guru berbasis local wisdom tentang konservasi lingkungan melalui lesson study yaitu: (1). Plan yaitu Merancang Rencana Pembelajaran (lesson design) berbasis local wisdom tentang konservasi lingkungan melalui lesson study secara kolaborasi antara guru dan perempuan penjaga hutan, (2). Do (penerapan), pada tahap ini perempuan penjaga hutan menjadi model pembelajaran (guru) secara peer teaching untuk mendemonstrasikan rencana pembelajaran yang telah disusun secara bersama sebelum dilakukannya open class di sekolah. (3). Reflection (refleksi) yaitu mendiskusikan permasalahan yang ditemukan selama proses pembelajaran oleh observer pada tahap Do Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan tingkat pemahaman terkait lesson study oleh peserta mitra cukup tinggi, yaitu antara 85-92. Local Wisdom-Based Environmental Conservation Learning Design Training Through Lesson Study at the Village Forest Ranger Institute (LPHK) in Bener Meriah Regency The trauma caused by the flash flood in Damaran Baru Village, Timang Gajah District, Bener Meriah Regency, has moved the hearts of the people to protect the forests around their homes. The women moved to protect the village by forming a village forest management institution (LPHK). The problem of environmental prevention or conservation through education (education) has not been implemented formally. The purpose of this community service is to develop Environmental Conservation Competence through Focus Group Discussions (FGD) and to Conduct Lesson Study-Based Environmental Conservation Learning Model Training to partners, namely the Kampung Damaran Baru Forest Management Institute, which has 20 members. The result of the dedication was in the form of the availability of local wisdom-based conservation learning modules for women forest rangers in Damaran Baru Village. The stages in learning training for women forest rangers and also local wisdom-based teachers on environmental conservation through lesson study are: (1). Plan, namely Designing Lesson Designs based on local wisdom about environmental conservation through collaborative lesson study between teachers and women forest rangers, (2). Do (implementation), at this stage the female forest ranger becomes a peer teaching learning model (teacher) to demonstrate the lesson plans that have been prepared together before conducting open classes in schools. (3). Reflection, namely discussing the problems found during the learning process by observers at the Do stage. The results of the activity show that the level of understanding related to lesson study by partner participants is quite high, namely between 85-92.

The purpose of this study was to find out the management of the Aulia Cendekia Palembang Islamic boarding school, and the efforts made by the Aulia Cendekia Paalembang Islamic boarding school to improve the skills of the Santri in preaching. This research is a qualitative research with a descriptive approach. The types of data sources for this research are primary and secondary data sources, the primary data sources in this study are the leadership of the Islamic boarding school, the chairman of the Aulia Cendekia Palembang Islamic boarding school dormitory, Ustadz / Ustadzah da'wah supervisors, students and female students of class XII MA, and administrators related to preaching coaches . Data collection techniques in this study used interviews, observation and documentation and data analysis in this study used data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study are that the Aulia Cendekia Islamic boarding school in Palembang has implemented management principles by implementing daily activities for each student and female student, at the Aulia Cendekia Islamic boarding school there are also planning and evaluation to make it better, besides that there are also economic aspects, aspects education, aspects of da'wah, and aspects in the pesantren environment. There is a program for the XII MA, namely the ni'hai program, there are also weekly muhadoroh and monthly muhadoroh kubro. Da'wah training is very important for students. The efforts made by Islamic boarding schools are so that students and female students can appear in society, following the best female students and female students for competitions in order to train their abilities. self-quality, allows them to appear in society, and can potentially be part of the da'wah. The inhibiting factor is the lack of library facilities so that students and female students do not look for materials for da'wah training, nor is the motivation of human resources to take part in preaching training.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana filsafat pendidikan memandang pendidikan karakter untuk peserta didik. Sebagai lembaga pendidikan, sekolah tidak hanya bertanggung jawab dalam hal mencerdaskan peserta didik-peserta didik dan membangun lingkungan belajar yang baik, akan tetapi diharapkan juga dapat membangun karakter yang baik dalam diri seorang peserta didik. Jika dalam hal belajar pendidikan nasional harus mampu dicapai oleh peserta didik-peserta didik, maka sama halnya sekolah juga harus mampu dalam membentuk karaker peserta didik menjadi lebih baik lagi. Kita mengetahui bahwa peserta didik adalah peniru ulung terhadap orang dewasa, sikap positif apalagi sikap negatif akan sangat mudah untuk ditiru oleh peserta didik-peserta didik. Itulah sebabnya guru harus selalu mencontohkan karakter yangg baikk kepada peserta didik-peserta didik, diharapkannya peserta didik-peserta didik penerus bangsa tidak hanya mempunyai kecerdasan kognitif saja akan tetapi juga harus berkarakter yang baik.

Artikel in berfokus pada penggunaan terjemahan dalam membantu pelajar untuk memperoleh, mengembangkan dan memperkuat pengetahuan dan kompetensi mereka dalam bahasa Inggris. Terjemahan terintegrasi ke dalam bahasa praktik pembelajaran bersama dengan kegiatan pembelajaran yang umum digunakan, seperti membaca, mendengarkan, menulis, dan pengembangan kosa kata dapat didefinisikan sebagai "alat pedagogis", mengingat tujuannya adalah untuk mengajar bahasa. Kegiatan penerjemahan membuat mahasiswa berkomunikasi dua arah yakni dari bahasa Indonesia ke bahasa Inggris. Saat menerjemahkan masiswa didorong untuk memperhatikan perbedaan struktur dan kosa kata, untuk memperkuat kompetensi tata bahasa, untuk membentuk cara berpikir mereka sendiri dan untuk memperbaiki kesalahan umum yang dapat jika tidak tetap tidak diperhatikan. Siswa dapat membuat yang terbaik dari pembelajaran mereka, jika mereka didorong untuk menggunakan keterampilan menerjemahkan dengan benar. Kegiatan penerjemahan digunakan sebagai program pelatihan untuk peningkatan kemampuan bahasa Inggris di Jurusan Manajemen Universitas Al-Azhar. Pemahasan ini didasarkan pada tinjauan literatur teoritis singkat, analisis kegiatan di kelas bahasa dan analisis hasil survei. Temuan dari survei menunjukkan bahwa terjemahan adalah alat yang baik dalam kursus pembelajaran bahasa Inggris yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan bahasa Inggris mahasiswa. Baby massage is very beneficial for the health and development of babies. Massage can stimulate the release of endorphins that can reduce pain, so the baby becomes calm and reduces the frequency of crying, thus massage also improves the quality and quantity of the baby's sleep. This service aims to increase mothers' knowledge about baby massage, and train mothers of babies/toddlers to massage their babies. This activity was carried out in Penyengat Olak Village, Muaro Jambi Regency. In this activity involves cadres as extensions of health workers, the target of this activity is 30 people consisting of mothers of infants/toddlers and cadres. The activity was assisted by the village midwife, stinging olak. The method applied to this service is the lecture method, baby massage practice and discussion. The results of the service showed that after being given the socialization of baby massage material, the knowledge and skills of the mother and toddler experienced an increase. The conclusion of the service was that the implementation, the activity was attended by 30 participants consisting of cadres and mothers of babies/toddlers. Prior to socialization about baby massage, participants' knowledge was only 36.7% good. and after being socialized there was a good increase in knowledge of 66.7% as well as the assessment of baby massage skills, most of them were good, and had washed their hands before doing baby massage. Abstrak: Pijat bayi merupakan hal yang sangat bermanfaat bagi kesehatan dan tumbuh kembang bayi. Pijat dapat merangsang keluarnya hormon endorphin yang bisa menurunkan nyeri, sehingga bayi menjadi tenang dan mengurangi frekuensi menangis dengan demikian pijatan juga meningkatkan kualitas dan kuantitas tidur bayi. Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan ibu tentang pijat bayi, dan melatih ibu bayi/batita agar melakukan pemijatan pada bayinya. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan di Desa Penyengat Olak Kabupaten Muaro Jambi. Dalam kegiatan ini melibatkan kader sebagai perpanjangan tangan dari petugas kesehatan, Sasaran kegiatan ini adalah 30 orang terdiri dari ibu bayi/batitadan kader. Kegiatan dibantu oleh bidan desa penyengat olak. Metode yang diterapkan pada pengabdian ini adalah metode ceramah, praktik pijat bayi dan diskusi. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan bahwa setelah diberikan sosialisasi materi pijat bayi, pengetahuan maupun keterampilan ibu batita mengalami peningkatan. Simpulan pengabdian bahwa pelaksanaan, kegiatan diikuti oleh 30 peserta yang terdiri dari kader dan ibu bayi/ batita. Sebelum sosialisasi tentang pijat bayi pengetahuan peserta hanya 36.7 % yang baik. dan setelah disosialisasikan terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan yang baik 66.7 % begitupula penilaian keterampilan memijat bayi sebagian besar sudah baik, dan sudah mencuci tangan sebelum melakukan pijat bayi.

Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk menerapkan metode visual, auditori dan kinestetik dalam proses pembelajaran di Rumah Pintar. Penerapan metode ini dimaksudkan untuk memberikan warna baru dalam pembelajaran di Rumah Pintar. Kegiatan ini dilakukan pada bulan September-Oktober 2021 saat kegiatan Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) STAIN Sultan Abdurrahnan dilaksanakan. Kegiatan ini menggunakan pendekatan Participatory Action Research (PAR). Anak-anak di rumah Pintar diberikan materi pelajaran Bahasa Inggris menggunakan ketiga metode yaitu visual, auditori dan kinestetik. Setelah kegiatan ini dilaksanakan, anak-anak di Rumah Pintar lebih mudah menyerap dan memahami materi yang diajarkan. Antusiasme dan semangat anak-anak dalam belajar juga semakin meningkat dengan adanya metode belajar visual, auditori dan kinestetik.

Kelompok tani padi sawah Desa Perdamean Kecamatan Tanjung Morawa Kabupaten Deli Serdang. Selama ini untuk mengendalikan hama dan penyakit pada tanaman padi, mereka menggunakan pestisida kimia sintetis dengan dosis dan konsentrasi yang terus menerus meningkat, akan tetapi dari berbagai informasi yang diperoleh tidak menyelesaikan masalah, malahan populasi hama tetap tinggi. Penggunaan pestisida kimia mengakibatkan penurunan kualitas produksi yang dihasilkan, karena mengandung residu pestisida dan akan menyebabkan dampak negatif pada konsumen. Selain itu dengan tingginya penggunaan pestisida, biaya usaha tani menjadi semakin tinggi terutama dalam pembelian pestisida kimia sintetik. Untuk mengatasi. Permasalahan ini maka petani memanfaatkan agens hayati sebagai Biopestisida, yang potensinya dalam mengendalikan hama dan penyakit tidak kalah dengan pestisida kimia, dan ramah terhadap lingkungan serta dapat meningkatkan pendapatan petani. Dari kegiatan ini kelompok tani padi sawah Desa Perdamean Kecamatan Tanjung Morawa mampu membuat Biopestisida dengan proses sederhana, sehingga Biopestisida dapat mengurangi atau menggantikan pestisida kimia sintetik.

This research is entitled Implementation of Digital Marketing in Increasing Product Sales at MS Glow Palembang. This study aims to determine the digital marketing media used, the level of sales, and the implementation of digital marketing by MS Glow Palembang in increasing product sales. This research is a field research with qualitative methods, in collecting data the researchers used the methods of observation, interviews, and documentation. The focus of the research is the use of the WhatsApp application as a liaison between sellers and potential consumers based on digital marketing theory, namely interactive, incentive programs, site design, and transactions. This research resulted in: 1). The level of sales at MS Glow Palembang remained stable even though during the pandemic there were no visitors to the store (stores), because sales focused on online or digital systems. 2). Digital marketing at MS Glow Palembang uses several trending social media such as Instagram, Tiktok, and WhatsApp, as well as using the e-commerce application, Shopee. 3). Implementation of digital marketing in increasing product sales at MS Glow Palembang, by utilizing various existing features to make it easier to build persuasive interactions with potential customers and build better relationships by providing past response services, as well as providing educative and informative content on a regular basis or regularly every day. Meanwhile, at the level of sales, MS Glow Palembang provides save, free and win as an effort to attract consumer buying interest which has a positive impact on sales. The problem taken from this research is that the high number of Umrah pilgrims each year causes the number of pilgrims on the Fairuz Tour Palembang Umrah travel to fluctuate. This is because when making decisions on the use of Umrah travel, many Umrah travel services do not meet regulations, so many factors are taken into consideration by pilgrims. This study aims to determine whether there are individual factors, environmental factors, and marketing stimulus factors that influence Umrah pilgrims in making decisions about using Fairuz Tour Palembang Umrah travel. In this study, researchers analyzed the factors that influence Umrah pilgrims in making decisions about the use of Fairuz Tour Palembang Umrah travel. Respondents in this study were pilgrims who had performed Umrah using Fairuz Tour Palembang Umrah travel with the use of the data used in this study, namely primary data obtained directly from respondents by filling out questionnaires. Then analyze the data obtained in the form of quantitative analysis. Quantitative analysis includes validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, with partial test (T test), simultaneous test (F test), and determinant test (R2). with a significance level of 0.1. From the results of this study indicate that all the independent variables tested have a positive and significant effect on consumer decisions with the F test and t test while the Adjusted R Square number of 0.414 indicates 41.4% variation in consumer decisions obtained from the three independent variables where the remaining 68, 6% is explained by other factors outside this study. Exclusive breastfeeding is not only based on the condition of the mother, nutrition and birth factors, but there are social factors that are internal and external that must be given to the mother who is breastfeeding, namely family support factors and the surrounding environment. The purpose of this study was to identify the influence of mother-in-law's support for mothers who gave exclusive breastfeeding at Tanah Luas Public Health Center. The urgency in this study is that breast milk is the best nutrition needed by babies. Mothers-in-law are parents of husbands who have different backgrounds, experiences and knowledge from postpartum mothers, based on the phenomenon that occurs not a few mothers-in-law emphasize previous experiences rather than knowledge renewal, because according to researchers there are several experiences of other people. old times are no longer relevant today. Therefore, the researcher wants to know the influence and change the mindset of the mother-in-law on the renewal of health science, especially in breastfeeding. The study used a quantitative design with the Cross Sectional method. This research was conducted in the working area of Tanah Luas Public Health Center with a sample of 60 mothers with the criteria 1) being exclusive breastfeeding, 2) living in 1 house with mother-in-law, 3) willing to be respondents. Based on the explanation above, it can be concluded that the category of mothers-in-law who support the process of exclusive breastfeeding is 52.7% while mothers who do not give exclusive breastfeeding are 47.3%. After the Chi-Squer test was carried out, the P value was 0.01, which means that the hypothesis is accepted that there is a strong influence between providing parent-in-law support to the process of exclusive breastfeeding to infants at the Tanah Luas Public Health Center. Background: Maternal and child health services including immunization, disease records and child development problems must be recorded completely and correctly. The MCH Handbook is useful for monitoring maternal and child health. The use of maternal and child health services is still constrained by the lack of synchronization between the MCH books that the mother will bring home, and the mother's card that is archived at the puskesmas so that there are several points of information in the MCH book that are not on the mother's card so that it will be difficult to find data and make a report. Methods: This study used a PICOS review literature study method with 7 articles using the PRISMA approach. The objective of this study was to determine the evaluation of the use of the MCH booklet, mother card, and ANC register at the health center. Using the keywords "MCH Handbook", "Mother's card", "ANC register" and "evaluation" from quantitative or qualitative studies. Complete articles published in 2010-2020, in Indonesian or English, review, comparative, or cross-sectional research types. The articles are then evaluated using critical analysis. Results: The recording of mother cards that was filled in but was incomplete was mostly in the maternal examination column, namely 64% and examination of babies by 63%. The lack of use of the mother card as a documentation tool was 82.1% of respondents. The column on the mother card with the most blanks is in program integration (PMTCT, Malaria, TB) as much as 75%. The results of the MCH book recording function were less than 44%. Conclusion: The health system needs to be adjusted to introduce the use of the handbook. Policymakers should have a clear vision and goals from the MCH handbook for strengthening health care systems.

Daerah Aliran Sungai (DAS) mengalami peningkatan kerusakan akibat hubungan dan interferensi manusia yang berdampak pada kesetimbangan hidrologi sehingga terjadi bencana. Bencana banjir yang merupakan bencana hidrologi rutin terjadi di DAS Jambo Aye. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa hubungan karakteristik hidrologi DAS Jambo Aye terhadap potensi dan kejadian banjir di wilayah DAS Jambo Aye. Karakeristik kemiringan lereng, pergerakan tanah, analisis kelompok hidrologi tanah (HSG), Antecedent Precipitation Index (API) dan kurva limpasan digunakan sebagai indikator hidrologi untuk mengidentifikasi potensi banjir yang terjadi di DAS Jambo Aye. Analisis menunjukkan DAS Jambo Aye termasuk wilayah yang berpotensi mengalami banjir. Potensi banjir genangan terdapat di wilayah hilir yang mempunyai karakteristik lereng landai (12%), kapasitas infiltrasi sangat lambat (37,95%), nilai kurva limpasan tinggi (17%) dan tingkat kebasahan yang tinggi (26%). Banjir bandang berpotensi terjadi di wilayah hulu yang mempunyai karakteristik lereng curam, adanya pergerakan tanah dan curah hujan yang tinggi. Pengelolaan DAS perlu dilakukan di DAS Jambo Aye mengingat kejadian banjir yang sering terjadi.

Kelompok tani Hita Saroha yang berlokasi di Desa Hutagaol Peatalun Kecamatan Balige Kabupaten Toba Samosir Provinsi Sumatera Utara. Selama ini petani untuk mengendalikan penyakit pada tanaman padi, mereka terbiasa menggunakan pestisida kimia yang berakibat pada kehilangan musuh alami, sehingga populasi serangan penyakit tetap tinggi dan menimbulkan dampak negatif. Untuk menghindari terjadinya dampak negatif akibat penggunaan pestisida kimia maka di gunakan pengendalian alternatif yang ramah lingkungan yaitu pengendalian dengan Biofungisida yang memiliki potensi besar dalam pengendalian penyakit pada tanaman padi, dengan memberikan pelatihan memperbanyak agen hayati menggunakan media jagung dengan peralatan sederhana. Dari kegiatan ini petani di Desa Hutagaol Peatalun mampu memproduksi biopestisida dan mengaplikasikannya pada tanaman padi mereka, jika dibandingkan dengan sebelum dilakukannya kegiatan program pengabdian ini.

Pemerintah telah memperkenalkan berbagai teknologi budidaya padi untuk menjamin ketersediaan pangan. Sejak tahun 1970 petani desa Tualang sudah terbiasa menggunakan varietas unggul, pestisida kimia dan pupuk kimia yang didukung irigasi. Paket teknologi budidaya konvensional ini, khususnya penggunaan pupuk kimia ternyata telah menyebabkan menurunnya kualitas tanah dimana respons terhadap pemupukan menurun yang ditunjukkan dengan sulitnya produksi padi meningkat walaupun dosis pupuk sudah ditambahkan. Hal ini menunjukkan kelelahan tanah yang dicirikan utamanya oleh kandungan bahan organik tanah yang sangat rendah. Salah satu upaya perbaikan kualitas tanah ini dapat dilakukan dengan memberikan bahan organik, khususnya dalam bentuk pupuk organik. Sumber utama bahan baku pupuk organik yang tersedia adalah jerami padi. Untuk memfaatkan jerami padi menjadi pupuk organik dapat digunakan teknologi kompos. Pengenalan teknologi pembuatan kompos kepada petani dan pemanfaatannya dalam budidaya padi telah membantu petani untuk memperbaiki kualitas tanah untuk menjamin keberlanjutan produksi.

Badan Pusat Statistik (2020) menyatakan ada 4 hal yang masih harus dibenahi untuk meningkatkan potensi ekonomi kreatif antaralain pertumbuhan ekonomi kreatif di Indonesia belum merata. jumlah usaha kecil menengah (UKM) di bidang industri hasil hutan di Kabupaten Subang setiap tahunnya mengalami peningkatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Implementasi Kebijakan Pengembangan Ekonomi Kreatif Pada UMKM Olahan Kayu di Kabupaten Subang. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif . Adapun informan dalam penelitian ini adalah pihak-pihak yang terkait dengan penelitian ini, diantaranya Kepala Bidang Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah Dinas Koperasi, UMKM Perindustrian dan Perdagangan Kabupaten Subang,k epala/ Staff Seksi Manajemen Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah Kepala/ Staff Seksi Pemberdayaan dan Pembinaan Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah, Petugas Lapangan dan Pemilik UMKM Olahan KayuLokasi yang dijadikan objek penelitian yaitu Kabupaten Subang locusnya di Kantor UMKM dan Koperasi Kabupaten Subang yang beralamat di Jalan KS Tubun Subang, Adapun penelitian ini akan direncanakan pada bulan januari 2021 sampai dengan Februari 2021. Berdasarkan pemaparan diatas maka Implementasi Kebijakan Pengembangan Ekonomi Kreatif Pada UMKM Olahan Kayu di Kabupaten Subang belum optimal, dengan memperhatikan dimensi-dimensi Implementasi Kebijakan karena Pada Dimensi Sumberdaya, jumlah staff yang dirasa kurang proporsional dengan wilayah kerja, Dinas Koperasi, UMKM, Perindustrian dan Perdagangan Kabupaten Subang memiliki keterbatasan anggaran walaupun Dinas Koperasi, UMKM, Perindustrian dan Perdagangan Kabupaten Subang selalu memeliki ketersediaan perlengakapan kantor. This study aims to determine the Implementation of Creative Economy Development Policies in Wood Processed MSMEs in Subang Regency. In this study using qualitative methods. The informants in this study were parties related to this research, including the Head of the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Division of the Cooperative Office, SME Industry and Trade in Subang Regency, the head / staff of the Management Section of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises, Head / Staff of the Section for Empowerment and Development of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises, Field Officers and Owners of Wood Processed UMKM. THE EFFECTIVENESS OF LEMON THERAPHY AND BITTER ORANGE AROMAS ON THE INSTENSITY OF ACTIVE PHASE I LABOR Background : Labor pain is a pain that is often felt by mothers during childbirth in Stage I. Labor pain is felt by all mothers who give birth. One of the mother's loving care is comfort, namely the reduction of pain that the mother feels. with the provision of non-pharmacological therapy is very helpful for mothers in undergoing the labor process, where there are no side effects from the use of non-pharmacological therapies. Purpose : This study aims to determine the effectiveness of lemon and bitter orange aromatherapy on the intensity of first stage labor pain in women who give birth. Methods : The type of research used is a quasi-experimental design with a pretest-posttest control group design. Sampling technique using accidental sampling technique, the number of samples in this study were 32 mothers Results : The results showed that the lemon group was effective in reducing pain (0,000). in the bitter orange group it is also effective in reducing labor pain (0.000). The results of the independent sample T test analysis showed no comparison of effectiveness between the two groups (0.061), where the two groups were equally effective in reducing labor pain in laboring mothers Conclusion: Aromatherapy of lemon and bitter orange are both effective in reducing the pain of first stage labor in the mother. Suggestion: It is hoped that health workers can provide care for the mother's love by reducing pain during labor . Keywords: Aromatherapy, Labor Pain ABSTRAK Latar Belakang : Nyeri persalinan merupakan nyeri yang sering dirasakan ibu pada saat persalinan di Kala I. Nyeri persalinan dirasakan oleh semua ibu bersalin. salah satu asuhan sayang ibu adalah kenyamanan yaitu pengurangan rasa nyeri yang ibu rasakan. dengan pemberian terapi nonfarmakologi sangat membantu ibu dalam menjalanin proses persalinan, dimana tidak ada efek samping dari penggunaan terapi non farmakologi. Tujuan : penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbandiangan efektifitas aromaterapi lemon dan bitter orange terhadap intensitas nyeri persalinan kala I pada ibu bersalin. M etode : jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu quasi eksperimen dengan densain pretest- posttest control group desain . tehnik pengambilan sampel menggunakan Tehnik accidental Sa m pling, jumlah sampel pada penelitian ini yaitu 32 ibu bersalin. Hasil : Hasil penelitian didapat pada kelompok lemon efektif dalam pengurangan rasa nyeri (0,000). pada kelompok bitter orange juga efektif dalam pengurangan nyeri persalinan (0,000). hasil analisis independent sa m pel T Test menunjukan tidak ada perbandingan efektifitas antara kedua kelompok (0,061), dimana kedua kelompok sama-sama efektif dalam pengurangan nyeri persalinan pada ibu bersalin. Kesi m pulan :Aromatherapi lemon dan bitter orange sama-sama efektif dalam pengurangan nyeri persalinan kala I pada ibu bersalin.
