This study aims to determine the feasibility of Augmented Reality Creative Mathematics learning media for geometric materials in elementary schools. The development of Augmented Reality Creative Mathematics learning media uses research and development methods or Research & Development, which produces a three-dimensional learning media using Augmented Reality technology in the Assemblr Edu application. This research and development use the ADDIE development model, which includes 5 development steps, namely: 1) analysis, namely needs analysis; 2) design, namely design or planning; 3) development, namely development; 4) implementation, namely implementation and 5) evaluation, namely evaluation. Based on the feasibility test results, it can be concluded that the Augmented Reality Creative Mathematics media is suitable for use as a learning medium for geometric materials in class V SDIT Istiqamah Balikpapan.

Penelitian ini melakukan pembahasan mengenai transformasi substansi manajerial pendidikan karakter di sekolah dan juga mengkaji bagaimana pola pendidikan karakter yang ada di negara Finlandia, melalui pemahaman secara kontekstual serta tekstual. Berbagai tema menarik dalam riset ini akan dijawab melalui library research atau penelitian kepustakaan. Hasil kajian ini memperlihatkan jika pendidikan karakter termasuk suatu proses habituasi serta intervensi melalui substansi manajerial, baik perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan pengawasan yang dilakukan secara terus-menerus, secara sadar dan terintegrasi. Temuan lain dalam penelitian ini terkait pola pendidikan karakter di Finlandia di mana Pendidikan di Finlandia dalam pembelajarannya lebih mengutamakan tahapan-tahapan tertentu. Pada pendidikan dasar yang diutamakan adalah pembentukan karakter, baru setelah karakter terbentuk, ilmu pengetahuan dasar diberikan. Pada tingkat menengah, tujuan dan pelaksanaan pembelajaran lebih mengutamakan pada kemampuan kerjasama, kolaborasi hingga pemecahan masalah. Pada pendidikan menengah peserta didik di Finlandia lebih fokus kepada ilmu dan kemampuan yang nantinya memiliki prospek ke masa depan dan bermanfaat baik dari segi ekonomi, politik, maupun sosial.

Munculnya pandemi Covid-19 saat ini mendorong munculnya berbagai kebijakan baru diantaranya adalah belajar dari rumah (BDR). Metode kegiatan pelaksanaan PPM dilakukan dalam bentuk sosialisasi tatap muka maupun webinar. Metode ceramah digunakan untuk menyampaikan materi mengenai Peran Orang Tua Dalam mendampingi Anak Belajar Daring Di Masa Pandemi Covid-19. Kegiatan ini dilakukan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman tentang pembelajaran daring terhadap orang tua siswa. Hasil penyuluhan ini diharapkan dapat menjabarkan peran penting pada orang tua dalam mendampingi anaknya sehingga orang tua dapat memahami dan memaksimalkan dalam mendampingi anak selama belajar di rumah.

During the Covid-19 pandemic, schools continue to carry out online learning. The purpose of the implementation of this service is to provide understanding to schools and teachers in the implementation of online learning and to guide teachers in online learning practices. The method of implementing PPM activities is carried out in the form of training including Lectures. The lecture method is used to deliver material about online learning, and the types of applications that can be used in the implementation of online learning. The practical method is used to independently practice online learning applications in schools. The next method is to ask questions, share, and practice mentoring.

Tujuan dalam kegiatan ini adalah peserta workshop mendapat tambahan wawasan ilmu pengetahuan tentang model pembelajaran aktif, kreatif, efektif dan menyenangkan dan Peserta workshop dapat menerapkan model pembelajaran aktif, kreatif, efektif dan menyenangkan dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar di kelas.Metodeyang diterapkan dalam kegiatan iniadalahpemberian materidan praktiklangsung.Dalamworkshopiniakandiberikanbeberapa kegiatanyang meliputipenyajianmateri,danpraktik beberapametode pembelajaran aktif olehpeserta.Workshop ini memberikan beberapa materi yang terkait dengan upaya meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran dengan pemberian materi tentang implementasi model pembelajaran aktif, kreatif, efektif dan menyenangkan.

Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan penguatan pendidikan karakter pada anak SD melalui tayangan film animasi “Adit Sopo Jarwo”. Beberapa materi yang diberikan terkait dengan upaya penguatan pendidikan karakter anak SD khususnya pada SDN 023 Samarinda. Pentingnya tayangan yang layak ditonton oleh anak SD sehingga dapat menjadi pendamping pembelajaran yang positif dan menyenangkan. Metode yang diterapkan dalam kegiatan ini adalah sosialisasi. Dalam kegiatan sosialisasi terdiri dari beberapa kegiatan yang meliputi penyajian materi, diskusi dengan siswa dan refleksi. Penyajian materi yakni dengan menayangkan animasi Adit Sopo Jarwo dan menjelaskan pendidikan karakter yang terkandung di dalam tayangan tersebut Adapun metode Pengambilan data yang dilakukan dalam pengabdian yakni dengan memberikan angket dan wawancara langsung dengan siswa seputar film adit sopo jarwo.Setelah mengikuti sosialisasi ini siswa dapat : (1) mengetahui pendidikan karakter yang ada dalam film animasi Adit Sopo Jarwo antara lain: tentang keberanian, pantang menyerah, semangat, optimis, mandiri, tanggung jawab, peduli dengan sesama, meminta maaf dan memberikan maaf.(2) mengetahui tayangan mana yang layak dan tidak layak untuk ditonton.

This research aimed to identify the management of the inclusive learning process in elementary schools in Samarinda. This research focused on the inclusive learning process activities, including material, media, methods, models and learning activities in the classroom, the collaboration between students, relationships between students, teacher-student communication, and student learning outcomes. Data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, and documentation. This qualitative descriptive study results can be concluded that the implementation of learning management in elementary schools in Samarinda has not been carried out maximally. This case is because the application of the inclusive learning in the elementary schools in Samarinda experiences several problems, including the lack of Special Advisory Teachers, the lack of socialization of learning management from the Educational Department to the schools, and the lack of cooperation that exists between schools and Special Schools.

This research aims to describe national examination based on CBT methods that looked at human resources, infrastructures, students, strategies, and national examination weakness based on CBT implementation at Vocational School 1 North Sangatta. This research is a descriptive study with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques can be done through observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. This research was conducted at Vocational School 1 North Sangatta. The results show that: (1) national examination based on Computer Based Test implementation methods clearly: preparation step, planning step and the implementation step. (2) the weakness of national study based on Computer Based Test implementation methods are technique and non-technique problems. This problem is solved by (a) increase electricity supply, (b) hold and repair hardware of computer which not suitable with qualifications, (c) register for the remedial test. This study intended to improve learning outcomes of events in life themes using make a match method for fifth grade students at SDN 020 Samarinda Utara in 2018/2019 academic year. The type of research used is CAR that is carried out in II cycles and each cycle consists of 3 meetings. The results showed that (1) The application of the make a match method in learning can increase the activities of teachers and students. The results reveal from the observations of teacher activity in the first cycle scored 58.8 to 78.8 in the second cycle. It was also proved by the results which getting a value of 60 in cycle I, increasing in cycle II with a value of 86.6. (2) The learning outcomes on theme 7 of the social studies subject matter have increased after taking action. It can be seen from the average class in the first cycle of 71.33 with a percentage of completeness that is 33.3%, in the second cycle to 80.83 with a percentage of completeness of 83.3%. (3) students' skills in making mind maps increased in cycle I gained an average value of 68.8, p and in cycle II scored 80.2.

This study intended to determine the background of learning motivation of ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder) students. Besides knowing how to handle ADHD students and whatever factors that influence learning motivation. This was a qualitative descriptive study and t he research subjects comprised 5 ADHD students, parents and homeroom teachers. The research instrument used observation sheets, interview sheets, and cameras . Data analysis technique wa s done by obtaining data from the field going to observation, interviews, and documentation, data reduction, data presentation then drawing conclusions. The sampling technique uses snowball sampling techniques and uses source triangulation and triangulation techniques. The results showed that the background of ADHD students' learning motivation tends to be minimal compared to students. Due to the condition of ADHD students have three symptoms, hyperactivity, intention and impulsivity. With this symptom condition, ADHD students must get a special approach such as more attention and be able to handle it without taking rough actions or punishing because it can affect the mental condition in ADHD students.

Adopting Artificial Intelligent Technology in an Educational Organization is often problematic due to many internal and external environmental reasons, and often fails to attain the desired goals. This study aims to design a framework for adopting AI technology in the education sector. Most of the research focuses on the acceptance of a particular technology and ignores the study of what else is needed for a technology acceptance. The framework in this study provides a step-by-step process of the Technological Transformation of an organization never designed before. We recommend that before making any technological changes in an organization, generally and in the educational organization particularly, the processes must be followed for the successful and meaningful adoption of AI technology.

The internet of things (IoT) is one of the growing platforms of the current era that has encircled a large population into its domain, and life appears to be useless without adopting this technology. A significant amount of data is generated from an immense number of smart devices and their allied applications that are constructively utilized to automate our daily life activities. This big data requires fast processing, storage, and safe passage through secure channels to safeguard it from any malicious attacks. In such a situation, security is considered crucial to protect the technological resources from unauthorized access or any interruption to disrupt the seamless and ubiquitous connectivity of the IoT from the perception layer to cloud computers. Motivated by this, this article demonstrates a general overview about the technology and layered architecture of the IoT followed by critical applications with a particular focus on key features of smart homes, smart agriculture, smart transportation, and smart healthcare. Next, security threats and vulnerabilities included with attacks on each layer of the IoT are explicitly elaborated. The classification of security challenges such as confidentiality, integrity, privacy, availability, authentication, non-repudiation, and key management is thoroughly reviewed. Finally, future research directions for security concerns are identified and presented.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengungkap secara mendalam kepemimpinan manajerial kepala Sekolah Menengah Pertama Negeri 4 Kota Cirebon dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif lapangan yang bersifat deskriptif studi kasus. Metode pengumpulan data memakai observasi mendalam, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi. Analisa data dilakukan mulai dari reduksi data, penyajian data, dan menarik kesimpulan. Untuk menguji keabsahan data dilakukan dengan perpanjangan kehadiran, triangulasi, pembahasan teman sejawat, dan klarifikasi dengan informan. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan bahwa: Perencanaan kepala sekolah dalam membangun karakter kinerja guru di SMPN 4 Kota Cirebon ialah (1) menyusun RKS; (2) merumuskan visi, misi, dan tujuan; (3) menyusun kurikulum sekolah; (4) menyelenggarakan sejumlah program dalam usaha peningkatan kinerja guru; (5) meningkatkan kompetensi kinerja; (6) menumbuhkan sifat keharmonisan dan kerjasama; (7) membangun rasa terbuka; (8) membiasakan budaya malu; (9) kreatif; (10) melalui program pengembangan keprofesionalan kepala sekolah; (11) berpanduan pada kurikulum; (12) penetapan sistem kebijakan; (13) penetapan aktivitas pendukung; (14) menganggap bawahan sebagai partner/tim; (15) disiplin; (16) profesionalitas; (17) membangkitkan semangat kerja. Proses kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru di SMPN 4 Kota Cirebon adalah (1) pembinaan terhadap guru; (2) melakukan kerjasama yang baik; (3) memberi semangat kepada guru dalam pengembangan kurikulum; (4) menuju keprofesionalan guru; (5) MGMP; (6) meningkatkan profesi melalui workshop; (7) memotivasi untuk meneruskan studi; (8) memperhatikan kesejahteraan guru; (9) pengaturan iklim kerja yang baik. Hasil peningkatan kinerja guru yang dilaksanakan kepala sekolah ialah (1) laporan rekap hasil evaluasi; (2) membuat fakta integritas; (3) penggunaan sistem penilaian dan ketuntasan belajar (KKM) melalui komputerisasi; (4) pemberian penghargaan; (5) memberi tugas atau tambahan jabatan sebagai wakil kepala sekolah bagi guru yang memiliki nilai yang baik; (6) mengidentifikasi hasil evaluasi untuk merevisi persoalan yang ada; (7) membangun network/internet . Kata Kunci: Menggerakkan, Memotivasi, Maksimal, Dedikasi ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to reveal in-depth the principal's managerial leadership of State Junior High School 4 Cirebon City in improving teacher performance. This research was the case study of descriptive qualitative field research. The instruments of data collection were in-depth observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Data analysis was carried out starting from data reduction, data presentation, and concluding. To test the validity of the data, it was done by extending attendance, triangulation, peer discussion, and clarifying with informants. The results showed that: Planning for school principals in building the character of teacher performance in State Junior High School 4 Cirebon City were (1) preparing school work plans; (2) formulating vision, mission, and goals; (3) making the school curriculum; (4) organizing a number of programs to improve teacher performance; (5) improving performance competencies; (6) building harmony and cooperation; (7) developing openness; (8) accustoming culture of shame; (9) creative; (10) developing principals' competencies; (11) making a curriculum; (12) establishing a policy system; (13) determining supporting activities; (14) regarding subordinates as partners/teams; (15) discipline; (16) professionalism; (17) arousing enthusiasm for work. The principal's efforts to improve teacher performance were (1) teacher training; (2) good cooperation; (3) encouraging teachers in curriculum development; (4) teacher professionalism; (5) Teacher Subject Meeting; (6) improving the profession through workshops; (7) motivating to continue study; (8) paying attention to teacher welfare; (9) good work climate regulation. The results of teacher performance improvements carried out by school principals were (1) reporting the evaluation results; (2) making facts of integrity; (3) using a learning evaluation and completeness system through computerization; (4) awarding; (5) assigning duties or additional positions as vice-principal for teachers who have good grades;(6) identifying evaluation results to revise the problems; (7) building a network / internet. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of financial and non-financial compensation on the effectiveness of school management. The research method used is quantitative approach. Data collection techniques used questionnaires and data analysis techniques using descriptive and inferential statistics. From result of hypothesis test that there is significant and positive influence between financial and non financial compensation to effectiveness of school management with result of test F = 148.582 and t test = 12.189 with significance value 0,000. The contribution of financial and non-financial compensation to effectiveness variable of school management is 0,347 which can be interpreted that 34,7% variance of school management effectivity can be influenced by financial and non financial compensation variable and the rest is influenced by other variable not examined in this research. Based on these results it can be concluded that the better the financial and non-financial compensation then the better the effectiveness of primary schools in Kutai Kartanegara.
