AbstractThe lighting condition is critical in the anthropometric scanning process. Optimal lighting condition affects the time and precision. The current study sought to determine the optimal light for measuring the static anthropometric dimensions of feet and hands based on the precision, trueness, and efficiency of EinScan Pro 2X Plus. Three conditions of the scanning process were Light Zero Light/ZL: 5–50 lux, Normal Light/NL: 50–100 lux, and Room Light/RL: 100–200 lux. The data collected and analyzed were 3D model mesh data (point clouds), which were then processed using CAD software for deviation analysis. The precision variable was computed using the pooled standard deviation ([Formula: see text]) value. The Absolute Error (AE) and Absolute Percentage Error (APE) were used to calculate the trueness variable. The efficiency aspect was measured based on the average value of measurement time. The optimal lighting condition was ZL, which was determined using a simple additive weighting method. The precision of the hand in [Formula: see text] value was 1.25 mm while the foot precision was 0.92 mm. The hand trueness in AE value was 1.73 ± 1.33, while the foot trueness was 1.34 ± 1.20 mm. The hand efficiency in time value was 273.94 s, and the foot efficiency were 272,94 s.

A pervasive environmental stressor is one that damages mental and physical health as well as cognitive abilities by producing noise at a specific frequency and level. Current noise pollution levels pose a significant threat to public health, potentially leading to impaired cognitive function, increased stress, and other negative health consequences. This study aims to investigate the relationship between noise exposure and human cognitive abilities using a comprehensive analysis of power spectrum density (PSD) derived from EEG signals. Twenty-four participants completed the experiment to identify the effect of exposure to different noise levels (55 dB, 65 dB, 70 dB, 75 dB, 80 dB, and 85 dB) and two types of continuous and intermittent noise. The Stroop Color–Word Test and the Emotive Epoch EEG are cognitive task instruments used during experiments. Behavioral performance (accuracy and response time) and power spectrum electroencephalographic density were collected and analyzed. The methodology involved collecting EEG data from participants exposed to controlled noise stimuli and a subsequent PSD analysis to uncover frequency-specific patterns associated with cognitive processes. Attention levels were measured by examining beta wave activity, while stress responses were evaluated through an alpha wave analysis. Additionally, mental workload was assessed by considering the overall distribution of PSD through the theta-to-alpha ratio. The results revealed a significant relationship between the exposure to noise types and levels and human cognitive ability. The analysis of the power spectrum density on the cognitive aspects of attention and stress yielded results indicating that participants were in the best attention condition and in a relaxed or unstressed state when exposed to noise levels of 65 dB in both continuous and intermittent noise types. For the mental workload aspect, participants exposed to both continuous and intermittent noise types at a noise level of 70 dB began to indicate the presence of mental workload. These findings supported the importance of considering the impact of environmental noise on human cognitive well-being and demonstrated the potential of EEG monitoring as an objective tool for assessing the impact of noise on cognitive performance.

The bamboo ladder is a traditional construction equipment that still survives on the market and is in demand, especially in rural communities such as Kedalingan village. However, bamboo stairs still do not consider the standard of stairs design. In addition, there are concerns that users of the ladder may experience injury due to falls because the ladder cannot withstand the load (unbalanced). This study aims to obtain the maximum load that can be held by bamboo ladders and the angle of the position of the safe ladder by considering the Indonesian people's anthropometric weight. Calculation results based on the principle of equilibrium show that with a maximum user weight of 89.25 kg, the ladder must be positioned with a minimum slope of 53,26o but less than 65.43o. In addition, a static loading simulation was carried out using SolidWorks 2019 on a bamboo ladder frame structure that was made referring to SNI 19 - 1956 – 1990. Simulation results show that the design of a bamboo ladder can withstand a maximum body weight of 89.25 kg with the maximum load value of bamboo holding is 98.93 kg.

PT Tirta Investama Klaten Factory is a company that produces bottled drinking water. Most production activities use machines, but there are still activities carried out manually, namely in the packing area during box lifting activities. Box lifting activities that are carried out repeatedly over a certain period can potentially cause occupational diseases, namely musculoskeletal disorders. After conducting initial interviews with workers, it was discovered that workers in the packing area felt pain and tingling in their bodies. Based on these problems, it is necessary to measure and evaluate potential ergonomic hazards to identify potential health and worker protection problems due to ergonomic hazards. The method used SNI 9011:2021, a tool for measuring and evaluating potential ergonomic hazards in the workplace, and used QEC (Quick Exposure Checklist) to measure posture load from two points of view. The research results showed that the box lifting activity had the worst percentage exposure value of 76.14% and the worst ERF score of 7 (hazardous conditions). Apart from having an awkward posture, the results showed that symptoms of musculoskeletal disorders experienced by workers were also caused by factors such as age and length of service.

Penggunaan media online terus berkembang pesat seiring berjalannya waktu. Salah satunya adalah penggunaan SSO pada berbagai lembaga, termasuk Universitas Diponegoro. web SSO ini bermanfaat untuk aktivitas seperti mengakses email, e – journal, dan kegiatan administrasi seperti pengisian KRS dan her – registrasi. Berdasarkan studi pendahuluan yang telah dilakukan diketahui bahwa mahasiswa memiliki keluhan mengenai fitur website dan tampilannya terutama pada menu SIAP. Beberapa diantaranya mengenai website yang kurang rapi, beberapa fitur tidak terintegrasi langsung dengan aplikasi, sistem input nilai yang tidak teratur, kurang transparan dalam nilai dan nama pengambil mata kuliah (rawan kecurangan). Oleh karena itu dibutuhkan perbaikan terhadap website SSO pada menu SIAP agar dapat meningkatkan kepuasan pengguna. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan mengidenifikasi kekurangan menu SIAP dengan menggunakan kuisioner User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ). Setelah itu dilakukan perancangan perbaikan dengan menggunakan aplikasi axure, yang kemudian dilakukan pengujian kembali pada desain rancangan perbaikan dengan menggunakan meiode yang sama untuk mengetahui apakah rancangan perbaikan lebih baik daripada SIAP existingnya.

Supply chain is an organizational system in which there are roles and perform various activities, including information, funds and other resources that are interrelated in the movement of a product or service from supplier to customer. One typical supply chain management is internal supply chain management, where is one of the integrated activities that plays an important role in the operational performance of the company, but in Covid-19 pandemic era every country including PT. AST Indonesia has implemented the Covid-19 health protocols along with their government role, WHO’s role also International Safety standard such as OHSA. Internal supply chain is composed strategic purchasing, production and distribution exactly will have affected by this health protocols. Some researchers have published many factors that influence the performance of the company like quality, flexibility, innovation but also important to study the relevant thing with Covid-19 health protocols. In this paper, we proposed a conceptual model consist of Covid-19 health protocols, strategic purchasing, production, and distribution to sustain company operational performance. AHP method is use in this research to find the dominant influencing protocol factor that affecting in making of ISCM sustainability strategy.

The Sumowono Groundwater Basin is a cross-district basin located in Central Java Province, between Temanggung Regency, Kendal Regency, and Semarang Regency. The people in this area obtain fresh water from either dug wells or springs. The purpose of this research is to determine the feasibility of groundwater for drinking water and irrigation purposes. The method used was hydrogeological mapping and physical and chemical analysis of 10 groundwater samples. The samples were subjected to empirical testing of the Groundwater Quality Index to determine the feasibility of drinking water and irrigation using Sodium Adsorption Ratio (SAR) analysis and Wilcox diagram. The results showed that all samples physically have tasteless and odorous properties. For the chemical properties produced in the ten samples, the pH value ranges from about 6.85 - 7.27. The electrical conductivity is between 71.6 - 511 µS/cm. Total Dissolved Solids values are between 45.82 and 327.04 mg/L, with total hardness values ranging from 10 to 170 mg/L. From the results of the SAR analysis, it is found that the groundwater classes were included in S1C1 and S1C2, so that groundwater has low alkaline in both sodium and salinity, respectively. Pada PT. Toba Pulp Lestari terdapat serangkaian proses rantai pasok yang memiliki risiko yang dapat mengakibatkan kerugian terhadap perusahaan. Serangkaian proses rantai pasok tersebut dapat diidentifikasi dengan diagram proses pengadaan material yang melibatkan beberapa stakeholder seperti buyer, marketing, PPIC, purchasing, produksi, dan warehouse. Fokus penelitian ini adalah mengidentifikasi resiko operasional pada pengadaan material produksi dan mengidentifikasi alternative upaya menangani risiko. Metode yang digunakan adalah house of risk (HOR) terdiri dari mengidentifikasi risiko, menentukan prioritas sumber risiko, menentukan prioritas strategi penanganannya. Hasil dari HOR fase 1 diketahui 13 risk agent dominan dengan nilai ARP tertinggi adalah risk agent ke 15 yaitu karyawan perusahaan tidak melakukan inspeksi ulang. Risk agent yang diperoleh terkait dengan risk event ke 8 (E8) yaitu reservasi manual yang sebelumnya dilakukan belum diupdate di sistem. Kemudian pada HOR fase 2 dilakukan prioritas tindakan pencegahan (preventive action) risk event dengan risk agent tertinggi adalah re-fresher training kepada employees.

This paper aims at determining the effect of music and light intensity on heart rate and perceptions of visitors in Industrial Engineering Library, analyzing the performance of users in various treatment conditions and by doing so, providing recommendations for the right combination of treatments to increase concentration and increase the level of relaxation. It proves a better performance of the students when they work in better physical environment design, especially in the library. Based on preliminary studies, it is indicated that the Industrial Engineering Library (IEL) needs re-engineering of the light and sound condition. The library room does not inline with the Head of National Library of Indonesia's rules, number 13 of 2017, about the national standard of college libraries for lighting condition. Besides, about 90.2% of students feel the classical music increases comfort and concentration in reading activities. The research data was collected by recording 24 respondents' heart rate and processed by experimental design using SPSS software. The result provides recommendations from the human physical aspect by selecting the treatment to achieve the highest performance. An additional questionnaire with a Likert scale was disseminated to measure the respondents' perceptions. The results showed that the interaction of 200-600 lux lighting and classical music variables was the best treatment to achieve the highest performance.

Ojek online hadir ditengah banyaknya jumlah sepeda motor dengan melihat peluang bisnis ojek online. Jumlah kendaraan bermotor tiap tahunnya yang semakin meningkat menyebabkan jumlah kecelakaan yang terjadi dari tahun ke tahun juga ikut mengalami peningkatan. Menganalisis hubungan antara kebiasaan berkendara terhadap perilaku berkendara dan atribut berkendara merupakan langkah pencegahan kecelakaan pada driver ojek online. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode PLS (Partial Least Square) untuk menganalisis hubungan antara variabel kebiasaan berkendara terhadap perilaku dan atribut berkendara. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian dari metode PLS didapatkan kebiasaan berkendara memeiliki hubungan signifikan dengan t-stat 4,584 terhadap atribut berkendara. Variabel kebiasaan berkendara memiliki hubungan yang signifikan terhadap erilaku berkendara dengan t-stat 64,533. Perilaku berkendara memiliki hubungan yang signifikan terhadap atribut berkendara dengan nilai t-stat 3,567. Abstract [THE EFFECT OF DRIVING HABITS TO DRIVING BEHAVIOR AND DRIVING ATTRIBUTE OF ONLINE MOTORCYCLE TAXI DRIVERS (A CASE STUDY)] Online motorcycle taxi comes in the middle of the number of motorbikes by looking at the motorcycle taxi business opportunities online. The number of vehicles that are increasing every year which increases causing the number that occurs from year to year which also increases. Analyzing the relationship between driving while traffic and the attribute of riding traffic towards OJEK ONLINE drivers is one of effort to decrease the number of accidents. This study uses the PLS (Partial Least Square) method to analyze the relationship between driving habits variables on driving behavior and attributes. Based on the test results of the PLS method, it is showed that driving habits have a significant relationship with the t-stat 4,584 to the driving attributes. The driving habits variable has a significant relationship to driving behavior with t-stat 64,533. Driving behavior has a significant relationship to driving attributes with a t-stat value of 3.567. Lamanya pembeli swalayan mencari barang yang diperlukan mengurangi ketidaknyamanan. Jika jenis dan jumlah produk yang dicari cukup banyak dan letak produk - produk yang dibeli berjauhan, maka waktu di dalam ruang belanja akan semakin lama. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mensimulasikan penataan produk produk yang dijual di swalayan dengan mempertimbangkan perilaku konsumen yaitu kelompok produk yang dibeli berdasarkan data dari struk belanja. Metode yang digunakan adalah market basket analysis yang akan mengukur support factors dari kelompok produk dan menata produk yang harus didekatkan berdasarkan confident value. Hasil perhitungan Market Basket Analysis menemukan delapan pasang kelompok produk yang sebaiknya diletakkan berdekatan menurut nilai support factor. Kedekatan antar kelompok produk kemudian ditata menurut nilai confident value dan dilakukan validasi dengan mengukur nilai improvement rasio. Simulasi jarak yang harus ditempuh pengunjung setelah produk ditata sesuai dengan kelompok produk mendapatkan reduksi jarak 10 % dibanding penataan produk yang tidak mempertimbangkan kelompok produk. Abstract [Title: Redesign of Product Layout in Supermarket Based on Purchase Behavior used Market Basket Analysis Method] The length of time that self-service buyers search for the necessary item reduces inconvenience. If the types and quantities of product are large enough and the locations of the products are far apart, the shopping time will be longer. This study aims to simulate the arrangement of product sold in supermarkets by considering consumer behavior in purchased product groups based on data from shopping receipts. The method used is market basket analysis, which measures support factors from product groups and arranges that must be placed close together based on confident value. The calculation results of Market Basket Analysis found eight pairs of product groups that should be placed close together according to the high support factor value. The closeness between product groups is then arranged according to the confident value and validated by measuring the value of the improvement ratio. The simulation of the distance that visitors must travel after the product is arranged according to the product group has a 10% reduction in distance compared to the product arrangement that does not consider product groups. Groundwater management at groundwater basins Sumowono needs to be done because of the increasing development of the area. This research is oriented to analyzing groundwater conditions, compiling groundwater conservation zones, and explaining conservation zones' suitability with spatial maps. The method used is mapping hydrogeological conditions such as surface observation of rock types, inventory of hydrogeological points of interest, knowing the patterns and directions of groundwater flow, groundwater utilization, and groundwater sampling to measure the degree of acidity and electrical conductivity. From the mapping results, it is found that the lithology is composed of tuffaceous sandstones and volcanic breccias. Based on the free groundwater table analysis, the free groundwater flow pattern follows the topographic slope, flowing from the high topography on the south and southeast sides to the low topography on the north side of the area. The utilization of groundwater is used for irrigation, domestic and fishery purposes. Measurement of groundwater samples' quality for the degree of acidity is between 5.32-7.98 while the electrical conductivity is between 36-550 µS / cm, and the level of damage due to groundwater utilization is included in the safe zone. The groundwater conservation zone consists of recharge areas and spring protection zones. The result of overlapping between the groundwater conservation zone and the spatial plan map shows suitability as a protection zone.

This study aims to identify the underlying barriers that may prevent public policy coordination among stakeholders in dealing with food security in Central Java Province and suggest recommendations to enhance the coordination. This study used primary data from a questionnaire that the six government agencies’ experts filled out. These experts were asked to identify the relevance and the importance of each barrier and formulate a suitable policy recommendation. There were three data processing techniques used in this study: Content Validity Analysis, Interpretative Structural Modelling (ISM) Method, and Delphi Method. The result of the Content Validity Analysis indicated 22 valid barriers. The result of the ISM method indicated eight barriers occupied the topmost level (complicated problems, insufficient sharing of information, ambiguities and lack of clarity, gap of coordination implementations between the rules and policies with the actual practice, fewer budget allocations, different aims and priorities, lack of motivation to collaborate among stakeholders from various disciplines, and weak of infrastructure). The result of the ISM method also indicated three “very significant” barriers: inadequate human resources, the limited capability of the regional government, and lack of communication and high specialization in multisector collaboration. Then, the result of the Delphi Method indicated several recognize policies to mitigate those barriers. Moreover, related to the limitation of this study, future studies should focus on the barriers in diverse places nations or compare different regions or countries; include more experts from the various stakeholder group, and test the recognized policies in the real world.

Water is the source of life for all living things on Earth. Indonesian people make groundwater the main source of water, including the people in Semarang City. The city of Semarang, which is the capital city of Central Java province, with the development of industry, trade and tourism growing rapidly, has forced groundwater exploitation on a large scale. As a result, disasters such as drought, the phenomenon of seawater intrusion and groundwater contamination have started to occur in the city of Semarang, especially in the alluvial plains area. This study aims to determine the level of groundwater contamination in the study area. In this study, 30 groundwater samples were taken to test the chemical content of groundwater. The methods used were the geospatial analysis and the Pollution Groundwater Index (PGI). The geospatial in Geographic Information System/GIS method aims to determine the distribution of groundwater quality in the study area. The PIG method aims to determine the level of groundwater contamination. PGI results show that there is 1 sample belonging to high pollution and 1 other sample belonging to groundwater with very high pollution. Geospatially, it shows that the distribution of groundwater contamination is in the western and central parts of the study area. This is also supported by geospatial analysis for the physicochemical conditions of groundwater which includes parameters of pH, EC, TDS and Hardness. From this research, it is known that groundwater in Semarang City is starting to experience pollution. So there is a need for efforts to restore groundwater conditions and start reducing the use of groundwater by utilizing surface water.Introduction

One aspect that needs to be assessed to make better product is usability. Testing the level of usability on BIMO hand is performed using adapted Southampton Hand Assesment Procedure (SHAP) method. Users are given the task of using prosthetic hand to perform daily activities according to performance measurement rules. Based on the opinion of Jacob Nielsen, the theory used to measure usability are 5 main parameters, i.e: Learnability, Memorability, Efficiency, Satisfaction, and Errors. Testing is done by giving 15 task daily activity to the respondent. After testing, respondents were given USE questionnaires (Usefulness, Satisfaction and Ease of use) as a media for usability assessmentand received suggestions from respondents. Some suggestions were obtained from the respondents after the research was conducted, such as the size of the product, censoric product respond, the suitability shape and weight of product. Based on the percentage of USE questionnaire assessment known Usability Prosthetic hand level tested is in the status of GOOD, this indicates the respondents feel the product is good to use.

The increasing population every year and the rapid economic development in Semarang City caused environmental problems related to the water resources used. One of the impacts of environmental problems is the lowering water quality of the Banjir Kanal Timur (BKT) Watershed. The study aims to identify the potential and conditions of the BKT watershed, and river segmentation as a basis for determining representative monitoring points that are used to determine the capacity that is adjusted to the description of river water segmentation class. The methods were descriptive and quantitative analysis approach based on the observation and measurement in the field campaign as well as the laboratory analysis. In addition, this research was also compiling the QUAL2E modeling to determine estimation of contamination load and capacity of contamination of Banjir Kanal Timur. The results conducted that the BKT has poor water quality based on the parameters of DO, BOD, and fecal coliform, while for the NO3 and NO2 parameters indicate good water quality. Segment that has load capacity of BOD contamination is segment 1. Segments that have load capacity of Nitrite (NO2) and Nitrate (NO3) contents are segment 1 to segment 4. The segment which has load capacity of contamination of fecal coliform is segment 2. Thus, Segment 1 can be classified into second class while segment 2 goes into third class. Furthermore, segment 3 and 4 are into fourth class respectively.

Sales data and market share of a truck product called ILT in PT AIIS continues to decline during period 2014-2016. Based on these findings, this research examines how sales and market share of the truck could be improved. This research aims to examine the influence of brand awareness, brand association, perceived quality, and brand loyalty to the purchasing decision of ILT in PT. AIIS. The analysis technique uses multiple regression analysis. From the research result, it is found that only the brand awareness and perceived quality variables that positively and significantly influence the purchasing decision of ILT where brand awareness is the dominant factor that influences purchasing decisions. Adjusted R Square value of 0,521 indicates that 52.1% of variation of purchasing decision can be explained by four independent variables in regression equation while the rest equal to 47,9% explained by other variables which were not examined in this research.

Semarang has a high potential of landslides occurrences in its almost area that should be noted by the stakeholders. Consider this fact, human as the part of the system should be used as a center of the disaster management system to reduce the risk caused by the disaster. An adapted model of human factor toolkits is developed to represent a specific phase of human-centered disaster management. This model presents four phases including major disaster scenario, human error analysis, safety critical task and performance influence factors (PIFs). As the preliminary implementation, this study takes the pilot implementation of each phase of the model to examine the reliability of the concept in the landslide cases, especially in Semarang city. The result shows that there is quite a high deviation between expected and observed behavior of the community and the government institution regarding the awareness states of the system.

Abstrak Mobil yang beredar di pasaran memiliki dua sistem transmisi yang berbeda, yaitu transmisi manual dan otomatis. Pengoperasian dua transmisi tersebut tentunya berbeda secara teknis. Pengoperasian yang salah dapat menyebabkan terjadinya kecelakaan lalu lintas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan rekomendasi strategi khususnya bagi pengemudi pemula berkaitan dengan transmisi yang lebih mudah dalam tahap pembelajaran sehingga dapat meminimalisir resiko terjadinya kecelakaan lalu lintas. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan simulator mengemudi dengan 8 responden. Pengukuran dikhususkan pada perhitungan error, waktu mengemudi, dan terjadinya kegagalan mengemudi dengan kondisi yang telah ditentukan. Hasil penelitian yang didapatkan dari 6 perlakuan menunjukan bahwa kesalahan yang terjadi pada transmisi otomatis lebih sedikit dibandingkan dengan transmisi manual. Umumnya kesalahan yang terjadi pada kedua transmisi merupakan pelanggaran batas kecepatan dan marka jalan. Transmisi manual secara teknis lebih sulit dioperasikan. Penggunaan kopling dan hand rem yang tidak tepat justru membahayakan pengemudi pemula. Transmisi otomatis dinilai lebih baik dalam meningkatkan keamanan berkendara bagi pengemudi pemula, dikarenakan atensi yang terbagi saat mengemudi lebih sedikit dibandingkan dengan transmisi manual. Abstract [Analysis of Manual And Otomatic Transmission on the Level of the Difficulties Encoutered The Novice Driver] Cars on the market has two different transmission systems, namely manual and automatic transmission. Operation of the two transmissions are different technically. A wrong operation may lead to traffic accidents. This paper presents a strategy, especially for the novice driver with regard to experience an easier learning phase so as to minimize the risk of traffic accidents. An experiment using a driving simulator with 8 respondents is taken into account. Measurements are devoted from the calculation error, driving time, and the failure of driving with a predetermined condition. The results from 6 treatments show that the error occurred in the automatic transmission is less than with a manual transmission. Generally, errors that occur in both the transmission are violation of the speed limit and road markings. The manual transmission is technically more difficult to operate. It uses the clutch and hand brake that if it used unappropriately, it will jeopardize the novice driver. The automatic transmission is considered better in improving road safety for novice drivers, because it contains a less divided attention while driving compared with the manual transmission. Mesin reng digunakan untuk memproduksi atap baja ringan jenis reng V belum sepenuhnya bekerja secara efektif. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan adanya downtime, penurunan kecepatan produksi mesin, dan produk-produk yang tidak sesuai standard yang telah ditetapkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur dan mengetahui tingkat efektivitas mesin reng dengan menggunakan metode Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), mengidentifikasi faktor penyebab six big losses dengan menggunakan Fault Tree Analysis (FTA), dan memberikan usulan perbaikan untuk meningkatkan tingkat efektivitas mesin. Dari hasil penelitian, OEE mesin reng mencapai rata-rata 57,55%, dan masih berada di bawah nilai OEE ideal (85%). Usulan perbaikan yang direkomendasikan meliputi eliminasi six big losses, mengembangkan program pemeliharaan, dan memberikan pelatihan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan maintenance dan operasional. Abstract The reng machine, which is used to produce lightweight steel roof with a kind V reng, has not fully worked effectively. This is indicated by the presence of downtime, speed losses, and produce products that are not according to standards that have been determined. This study aims to measure and determine the level of effectiveness of reng machine using Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) method, identify factors that cause six big losses by using Fault Tree Analysis (FTA), and proposes improvements to increase the effectiveness of the machine. The result of research, OEE of reng machine reached an average of 57.55%, and still was below the ideal OEE (85%). Proposed improvements that recommended include the elimination of six big losses, develop a maintenance program, and provide training to improve the ability of maintenance and operations.

Pekerjaan manual masih banyak ditemui pada berbagai aktivitas kerja. Pekerjaan manual yang dikerjakan secara berulang (repetitive) dengan gerakan kerja monoton dan waktu kerja yang lama berpotensi menimbulkan kelelahan kerja. Pada gerak monoton repetitive terjadi pembebanan otot yang terus menerus. Postur kerja yang salah membuat kelelahan menjadi lebih cepat terjadi. Postur kerja yang tidak baik ini seringkali diakibatkan oleh desain fasilitas kerja yang kurang memperhatikan kesesuaian dengan penggunanya. Pada pekerja laundry aktivitas menyetrika pakaian merupakan kerja repetitive monoton yang kurang didukung fasilitas yang sesuai. Postur kerja dengan berdiri dan terjadi twist serta seringkali membungkuk. Operator setrika harus melakukan kegiatan setrika selama lebih dari 8 jam. Penelitian bertujuan melakukan redesain pada stasiun kerja setrika agar diperoleh postur kerja yang baik. Perancangan stasiun kerja menggunakan software Jack 8.2. Stasiun kerja yang terdiri dari meja dan kursi dirancang dengan memperhatikan antropometri dan kebutuhan gerak operator. Evaluasi desain dilakukan dengan mengevaluasi postur kerja dengan menggunakan analisis biomekanik, menggunakan analisis toolkit yang meliputi analisisi SSP, LBA, RULA, dan OWAS. Dari hasil evaluasi, dihasilkan postur usulan yang diberikan adalah, pekerja duduk pada kursi dengan posisi tubuh tegap, arah kepala sejajar dengan arah objek yang dikenai pekerjaan, dan pekerja dihindarkan dari posisi kerja membungkuk dan twist. Abstract (The Design of Working Station and Working Posture Using Biomechanic Analysis to Reduce Static Load and Musculoskeletal Disorder).The work that is done manually is usually done repeatedly with monotonous movements and long working hours. If the muscle’s working too hard, the muscle will be found damage and fatigue. The right working posture can improve the worker’s ability to finish the job. Wrong posture is often caused by the facility design that unsuitable to operator. In the laundry workers ironing clothes activity is monotonous and repetitive work which is lacking in appropriate facilities. Work posture by standing up, often bent and twist. Ironing operator do their activities for more than 8 hours. The research aims to redesign the work station in order to obtain a good working posture. The design of work stations using Jack software 8.2. Work station consisting of a table and chairs designed with anthropometric and consider the motion of operator. Work station design used Jack Software 8.2. Evaluation of work posture used biomechanic analysis covering analysis of SSP, LBA, RULA, and OWAS. The result of evaluation is a posture suggested that the worker should sit on a chair with a sturdy body, the head is parallel toward to the direction of the object, and workers are prevented from bending and twist position.

Semarang memiliki morfologi bervariasi yang berpotensi terhadap bencana tanah longsor. Daerah rawan longsor ini mengakibatkan kerugian yang tidak sedikit baik sisi ekonomi sosial seperti bangunan (vihara, talud, rumah dan sebagainya) maupun nyawa manusia. Dalam hal ini manusia banyak dirugikan meskipun aktivitas manusia juga terdeteksi sebagai salah satu penyebab utama terjadinya bencana longsor. Untuk mengurangi kerugian yang mungkin ditimbulkan oleh bencana longsor di Kota Semarang perlu diketahui status kesiapsiagaan warga sehingga prioritas sosialisasi dan intervensi dapat terarah dengan baik. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah mengukur indeks kesiapsiagaan warga di 19 lokasi titik penelitian rawan bencana longsor. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan secara umum, kesiapsiagaan masyarakat Semarang masuk dalam kategori “Hampir Siap” dengan nilai indeks 55,74. Terdapat 2 lokasi yang memiliki indeks kesiapsiagaan “BelumSiap” yaitu Kembang Arum dan Manyaran. Daerah Mangunharjo berada dalam kategori indeks cukup siap. Ketiga daerah ini berada di daerah dengan tingkat kerawanan cukup tinggi sehingga diprioritaskan untuk mendapatkan sosialisasi dan intervensi yang diperlukan. [Title: Analysis of Citizens’ Preparedness Level toward Potency of Landslides Disaster in Semarang City] Semarang has different morphology and by doing so caused a high potential for landslides. This case resulted in the losses of the landslide-prone area both for the social economy such as buildings (temples, embankments, homes, etc.) and human lives. In this case, the man obtained many disadvantages although human activity is also detected as one of the main causes of the landslide. To reduce the losses, it is needed to know the status of citizens’ preparedness so that the priority of socialization and interventions can be targeted properly. The method used in this study is the measurement of the preparedness index of residents in 19 locations of landslides-prone areas. The results showed in general, the community preparedness Semarang in the category "Almost Ready" with an index value of 55.74. There are two locations that have an index of preparedness "Not Ready" namely Kembang Arum and Manyaran. Mangunharjo area is in the category of the index “Quite Ready”. Those areas are located in areas with fairly high degree of vulnerability. So they are prioritized for the socialization and the interventions.

UKM Batik Kota Semarang masih berfokus pada mempertahankan usaha dan mendapatkan keuntungan untuk kelangsungan produksi. Aspek keberlanjutan belum mendapat cukup perhatian. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan penilaian keberlanjutan terhadap sistem produksi UKM Batik Kota Semarang menggunakan metode product-service system (PSS). PSS terdiri dari tiga dimensi keberlajutan yaitu lingkungan, sosial-budaya dan ekonomi yang masing-masing memiliki 6 kriteria. PSS bukan hanya menilai tingkat keberlanjutan tapi juga mengidentifikasi peluang pengembangan didasarkan dari peta sistem dan analisa SWOT. Perumusan rekomendasi menggunakan panduan berupa sebuah daftar periksa (check list). Selanjutnya, diagram kelayakan rekomendasi digunakan untuk menyeleksi dan menguji kelayakan rekomendasi yang diciptakan menggunaakan portofolio diagram. Penilaian keberlanjutan yang dilakukan memberikan hasil nilai rata – rata 0,103 yang berada dalam kategori “rendah”. Rekomendasi yang dihasilkan untuk dimensi lingkungan antara lain menerapkan penggunaaan bahan baku dan air yang optimal, melakukan daur ulang dari limbah pewarna buatan, penggunaan bahan baku bio-degradable. Pada dimensi sosial budaya rekomendasinya adalah penggunaan alat pelindung diri bagi pekerja. Pada dimensi ekonomi direkomendasikan untuk mengidentifikasi kelompok sasaran, menerapkan strategi yang menghasilkan produk lebih menarik bagi pelanggan dan menciptakan diversifikasi dalam penawaran batik. Rekomendasi ini kemudian digambarkan dalam sebuah diagram berupa radar keberlanjutan

Penelitian ini membahas mengenai proses kontrol turn around time (TAT) pada proses pooling komponen pesawat regional. TAT adalah batasan waktu yang diberikan oleh vendor untuk melakukan pengembalian komponen pesawat yang dipinjam atau disewa. TAT yang diberikan oleh vendor selama 10 hari. Pada kenyataannya banyak sekali keterlambatan yang terjadi dalam pengembalian komponen, keterlambatan ini akan menimbulkan charge yang berdampak pada penambahan cost yang perlu dibayarkan ke vendor. Untuk itu dilakukan analisis penyebab terlewatinya TAT dengan studi kasus pesawat CRJ 1000 NextGen. Metode yang digunakan dalam analisis adalah diagram sebab akibat (cause and effect diagram) dan metode 5 why. Berdasarkan analisis dengan menggunakan diagram sebab akibat didapat penyebab masalah TAT pengembalian yang melewati batas ditemukan 4 penyebab utama yaitu: (1) kesalahan operator dalam menangani komponen, (2) penanganan komponen di bagian import-eksport, (3) kelengkapan berkas komponen dan jarak ke OSA dan (4) Alat bantu angkut masih terbatas. Saran yang dapat diberikan berdasarkan hasil penelitian adalah perbaikan manajemen pengecekan dan pemberkasan dalam sistem, menghindari penundaan pengembalian komponen ke vendor, menambah alat angkut dan penerapan alur proses komponen pooling optimal 10 atau 14 hari. Abstract [Analysis of Turn Around Time (TAT) on the Pooling Process of Aircraft Components: A Case Study of Component Returning Delay in CRJ 1000 NextGen Aircraft in PT. GAA]. This study discusses the control process of turn around time (TAT) in the pooling process of regional aircraft components. TAT is the time limit given by the vendor to refund the aircraft components borrowed or rented. TAT provided by vendors is 10 days. In fact, there are a lot of delays in returning the items that cause a delay charge. This charge affects an additional cost that needs to be paid to the vendor. Therefore, analysis of TAT is conducted with a case study in 1000 CRJ NextGen aircraft. The method used in the analysis are the cause and effect diagram and 5 why method. Based on the analysis using causal diagram, it is obtained the four main causes of problems are: (1) The operator error in the handling of components, (2) the handling of components in the import-export, (3) the completeness of the file components and distance to OSA and (4) The tool carrier is still limited. Advice can be given based on the results of the study are improvement of checking and filling management system, avoiding delays the return of the components to the vendor, adding conveyance and application of optimal process flow pooling component within 10 or 14 days..

This study presents analysis of the area of interest (AOI) and the gaze behavior of human during assembly task. This study aims at investigating the human behavior in detail using an eye‐tracking system during assembly task using LEGO brick and an actual manufactured product, a carburetor. An analysis using heat map data based on the recorded videos from the eye-tracking system is taken into account to examine and investigate the gaze behavior of human. The results of this study show that the carburetor assembly requires more attention than the product made from LEGO bricks. About 50% of the participants experience the necessity to visually inspect the interim state of the work object during the simulation of the assembly sequence on the screen. They also show the tendency to want to be more certain about part fitting in the actual work object.

Abstract. This study aims to evaluate the deviation between planned Cost of Goods Manufacturing with actual Cost of Goods Manufacturing (COGM) in PT. TMMIN that exceeding 10%. The obtained priority issues is the procurement of Spring Guide Set DBAGS-D component. A localization activity is designed against Spring Guide Set component procurement through several local suppliers, namely PT. HMI, PT. IT, and PT. JAPM. The analysis includes three aspects: cost, delivery time, and quality. Toyota Business Practice (TBP) is applied in this study. Toyota Business Practice is a problem solving method that consists of eight steps ranging from problem identification, determination of the root of the problem to the standardization activities. In the TBP, some calculations costs through cost estimation analysis approach and calculation of depreciation using the Sum of the Year Digits is taken into account. Through localization activity, it is expected the import costs in the procurement of components can be reduced, in line with expected delivery and quality aspects. The results show the recommendations of selected supplier are PT. IT for then negotiated the cost reduction and PT. JAPM for quality improvement of the products offered.

In developing countries like Indonesia, the rationalization of production processes and systems will increase.Challenge that emerged significantly is the increase in planning efficiency. A prospective approach to reduce theplanning effort is the development of a production system capable of optimizing itself during the process. On theassembly line PT. Kubota Indonesia found that the workers perform assembly process with a sequence that is notplanned as a result of the lack of a standardized sequence of process companies and lead to cognitive controlthat are not stable and continuous learning process. Because this issue contrary to the concept of efficiency inplanning, it takes an automated system with a complete and fully optimized (self-optimizing production system).The purpose of this study is to apply the planning efficiency through implementation of optimized productionsystem (self-optimizing production systems) in assembly-line PT. Kubota Indonesia. Data obtaining done by thedetermination of primary and secondary variables include the perception of cognitive control, a solution basedon the memory (memory), and action. Repairs are carried out is by applying self-optimizing production systemconsisting of 4 steps: the development of cognitive architecture is to determine the sequence of work andapplying it to extend the software, implementation of individual modules is through the use of hand screw, thedevelopment of human machine interfaces in hand tool screw is through the explanation task analysis andimplementation and evaluation of improvement is the use of robotic assembly in the assembly processenvironment.

Teknologi komputer yang berkembang pesat saat ini merupakan satu produk yang wajib dikuasai dalam pekerjaan manusia. Aplikasi perangkat lunak perkantoran yang digunakan sehari-hari seperti mengetik, menghitung dan membuat materi presentasi yang merupakan jenis pekerjaan kognitif yang merupakan perangkat lunak dasar yang harus dikuasai oleh operator komputer. Berbagai studi yang berbeda memberikan hasil yang berbeda tentang pengaruh pengetahuan yang ada sebelumnya dalam proses pembelajaran produk baru sehingga diperlukan analisis karakteristik perangkat lunak aplikasi perkantoran terkait pengetahuan sebelumnya. Analisis pengetahuan sebelumnya dilakukan melalui penilaian performansi (perhitungan waktu penyelesaian tugas) selama proses pembelajaran sehingga diketahui pengaruh pengetahuan sebelumnya dalam proses pembelajaran. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengetahuan sebelumnya secara umum berpengaruh positif dalam proses pembelajaran perangkat lunak fungsi perkantoran. Previously knowledge analyse is done by passing assessment performance (time calculation of solving duty) during study process that known as the prevous knowledge influence in course of study. The result of research indicate that the previous knowledge in general has an effect on psitive in course of office function software study. Perkembangan teknologi yang ada membuat siklus hidup dan periode pembelajaran perangkat lunak aplikasi perkantoran semakin pendek. Kondisi ini mendorong munculnya kebutuhan model proses pembelajaran yang efektif dan efisien, sehingga mampu mengikuti siklus hidup perangkat lunak dan mempersiapkan waktu untuk mempelajari perangkat lunak baru berikutnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membandingkan model pembelajaran untuk berbagai jenis pekerjaan program aplikasi perkantoran dengan penggunaan kontrol kognitif. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah penilaian performansi kerja subjek penelitian, baik berdasarkan waktu penyelesaian tugas selama pembelajaran. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan model pembelajaran otodidak memberikan waktu penyelesaian tugas yang lebih singkat dibanding instruksional dan mengakomodasi memori jangka panjang untuk menerima informasi baru dalam proses pembelajaran pekerjaan perkantoran (pengetikan, kalkulasi dan pembuatan materi presentasi) pada perangkat lunak. Abstract Technology development has make cycle of life and period of learning about office application software became shorter. This condition pushes need of learning process to be more effective and efficient, in order to follow cycle of life software and prepare for learning the next new software. This research goal is to compare learning model for several types of office application job with using cognitif control. Analysis method that is used is the score of work perfomance from research subject,based on work finishing time during learning and kognitif priority control with AHP. The research result show that self learning give work finishing time shorter than instructional and it’s also accomodating the long memory for accepting new information in office learning process(typing, counting, and making subject of presentation) in software. Semua kegiatan produksi harus diarahkan untuk menjamin terdapatnya kontinuitas dan koordinasi kegiatan atau aktivitas dalam usaha pengolahan dan penyelesaian hasil produksi atau produk sesuai dengan bentuk, kuantitas, kualitas dan waktu yang diinginkan, serta dalam batas biaya-biaya yang direncanakan. Penjadwalan proyek tersebut sangat diperlukan oleh pengelola proyek untuk membuat rencana anggaran biaya agar tidak terlalu banyak pengeluaran yang dibutuhkan dan kurun waktu penyelesaian proyek dapat dilaksanakan sesuai dengan rencana sehingga tidak terjadi kemoloran Dari hasil perhitungan didapatkan total waktu proses pembangunan rumah Graha Taman Pelangi Type Milano jika dilakukan secara berurutan adalah 227 hari. Proses pengerjaan proyek belum optimal karena dari hasil output QS menunjukkan total waktu perencanaan pengerjaan proyek pembangunan rumah selama 151 hari. Total biaya penyelesaian proyek berdasakan waktu Earliest Start Time (ES) adalah Rp 3.806.000-Rp 3.820.000. Sedangkan jumlah biaya yang harus dikeluarkan berdasarkan Latest Allowable Start Time (LS) berkisar antara Rp 3.771.000- Rp 3.785.000

Kondisi ini mendorong munculnya kebutuhan model proses pembelajaran yang efektif dan efisien, sehingga mampu mengikuti siklus hidup perangkat lunak dan mempersiapkan waktu untuk mempelajari perangkat lunak baru berikutnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menilai karakteristik manusia dalam proses pembelajaran penggunaan perangkat lunak baru dengan menggunakan peta pemahaman. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah menggunakan peta pemahaman untuk mengetahui karakteristik manusia selama proses pembelajaran penggunaan perangkat lunak baru. Hasil analisis peta pemahaman kognitif proses pembelajaran dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan karakter subjek penelitian adalah berkembang (73,33%), tidak menentu (22,11%), menurun (1,33%) dan stabil (1%) di mana model pembelajaran otodidak lebih tepat digunakan pada proses pembelajaran ini. This circumstance encourages the emergence of an effective and efficient learning process model, so it is able to follow the life cycle’s software and prepare the time to learn the next new software. This study aims to assess the characteristics of human beings in the process of learning new software by using the map. An analysis method which used in this case is using the map to know the characteristics of human beings during the process of learning the use of new software. The results of the cognitive map of the learning process analysis in this research show the subject’s characters is growing (73.33%), not stabilized (22.11%), decreased (1.33%) and stable (1%) where the model of self-taught more appropriately used in this process. Small and Medium-sized wood furniture in Jepara is able to create jobs and employ about 40-50 per cent of the 700,000 productive lives in Jepara. However, the results of the preliminary study show that 29 out of 30 people had experienced work accidents that caused injuries, such as: tear wounds, hammered hands, chiseled hands, sanded hands by machines. There are also occupational diseases such as breathless, eye irritation, skin irritation due to sawdust of production process, as well as musculoskeletal disease. This study aims at evaluating the influence of safety climate to safe work behavior. Data is collected using Safety Climate Questionnaire (SCQ) including 6 variables (Communication & Support, Adequacy of Procedures, Work Pressure, Personal Protective Equipment, Relationships & Safety Rule). There are 110 respondents (represent small-sized enterprise worker) and 210 respondents (represent medium-sized enterprises worker). This study also differs the small and medium sized-enterprises as the independent variable. The descriptive test results show that every variable of safety climate and safety behavior in medium Enterprises has a mean value greater than in small business. The six factors in the safety climate together have a significant influence on safety behavior in small and medium enterprises.
