Activities in government institutions have many contain of information, that is managing in performing administrative functions. Law no. 30 of 2014 concerning Government Administration and Law No. 34 of 2009 concerning Archives requires government institutions to manage information appropriately. Researchers investigated information governance carried out by the work unit at the Batam Indonesia Free-Zone Authority to support the good governance process. This research uses qualitative methods with a case study approach to get comprehensive results. The results of interviews, observations and documentation studies simultaneously use data triangulation techniques by displaying, presenting data and verifying data. Results of this research indicate on institutional demands, regulations, and standards, the Batam Indonesia Free-Zone Authority's correspondence and archive sections have successfully implemented information governance. Availability is still at level 2 (development stage) and transparency, protection, and retention are at level 5 (maintenance stage) of the eight concepts investigated (has been implemented). The matrix Model used for the assessment has reached level 3, which is an essential level for the implementation of Information Governance. It is prospective that future research will try to analyze information governance principles to fix problems in each of these principles.

Records management is an essential activity on organisation, because naturally information will continue to grow in the organisation and be created all the time. The need for information becomes the main thing in the organisation, thus records management is carried out for accountability, transparency and facilitates information retrieval in the organisation. Therefore, skilled human resources are needed in managing information in this case of records because Batam Indonesia Free-Zone Authority itself has 21 work units. Batam Indonesia Free-Zona Authority or BIFZA is a public institution with authority over land management, investment and economic at Batam island. All documents and information from 21 work units that have entered the retroactive period will be submitted to record centre unit whose management is carried out by the Archives & Libraries Sub-section. Sharing knowledge is important and needs to be encouraged by the leader to staff to improve and accelerate the record management process. The purpose of this study is to explain how knowledge sharing occurs in the BIFZA record centre work environment for good records management. This study applies a qualitative approach to analyze the words and actions of research subjects to obtain comprehensive research results. The researchers collect data by interview and observing participants in the process. This process aims to obtain detailed and comprehensive results regarding knowledge sharing in record management. There has been a process of sharing knowledge by utilising tacit and explicit knowledge assets. The process of sharing knowledge in the record centre occurs naturally and records management is carried out properly.

The Indonesian government, through the Ministry of Education and Culture, has appealed to all schools to carry out online learning as stated in the Circular of the Minister of Education and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia Number 4 of 2020 concerning the Implementation of Education in the Emergency Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19). As a result, many students find it difficult to undergo the learning process online due to limited electronic learning resources. Departing from this problem, it is necessary to have a digital library that can be used as a learning resource to optimize the online learning process. This research was carried out using descriptive quantitative methods involving SMA Negeri 3 Batam students as research subjects. Based on the data obtained, it is known that as many as 31.80% of students find it difficult to get learning resources during the online learning process. Therefore, presenting a digital library is the right step to optimize online learning during the COVID-19 pandemic..

Educational efforts to maintain national culture can provide learning resources in readings obtained from certain regional cultures. With intangible cultural wealth, such as folklore or fairy tales, Indonesian culture will experience extinction or cannot be found again if the story is not collected. The narrator's folklore writing platform is a digital platform as a local cultural heritage, in this case, folklore, by converting implicit knowledge into explicit knowledge to be passed down to students as a source of learning and reference. This study uses an ex-post-facto descriptive survey approach to 95 respondents during the socialization of the storytelling platform by exploring how knowledge conversion on the storytelling platform uses the SECI model as a source of knowledge conversion, how storytellers help provide open-source learning materials digitally, storytellers help students learn, help motivate to read & write stories and how are the characteristics of storytelling content to provide Indonesian cultural treasures. This study shows the inheritance of local culture from folklore that students can read and as an alternative source of student learning.
